I’ve seen a few ‘Buck runs into Tommy while Tommy is on a date’ HCs and I love it but also I need it the other way around

Tommy dipping into a restaurant to get some self-pity takeout and he runs into Buck on a date and they make eye contact and both feel absolutely gutted

And Buck didn’t even really want to go on this date but the 118 were being pushy in a loving way so he agreed to it but suddenly the idea of Tommy thinking that he’s moved on is unbearable to him

Tommy kicking himself because he has no right to be upset because he left Buck and this was always going to happen but still he goes home and uglycries into his takeout and he’s in his sweats still with sauce on his chin when there’s a frantic knocking on his door

big bub got a good grade in vet visit! aside from a very early ear infection that they were able to treat at the office, he’s apparently in great shape. he also got approved for trazodone to help with the separation anxiety, which i’m v v relieved about :)

#it's one where the top comes off completely #i pour the water in #then i had to reattach the engine part because i took everything apart to clean it #and reattach the spout #and everything else #meanwhile this reservoir of water is just sitting out in the open as free real estate in the bottom part #my cat's fucking shoving her paws in then taking them out only to flick water everywhere #i'm soaked. i'm not happy about it. but she has her fucking fountain clean and full again

The thought I just had that one time he had no idea what time it was, and no one was in the apartment. The near instant thought that they must've decided they didn't want him anymore. That they probably got annoyed of having him around and just abandoned him. He's looking everywhere regardless but, there's no one. He shouldn't care, he's spent a long time alone anyways, the Dark Arms are still around, so it shouldn't matter...if he just doesn't pay attention to the feeling of his heart shattering.
