What really ticks me off when talking about ai is when people are like "it's unavoidable" or "you'll have to learn to use it someday" or "its going to be part of the future" like no it's plenty avoidable actually if you have a spine stronger than a dandelion. You simply say "no" and continue to use your own goddamn brain.

About how maybe they stuck close to Eclipse until they were forced to flee lest they themselves be captured and killed, hiding and mourning and blaming themselves for letting their dad die...

and then there's a flicker, and this thing looks like Eclipse, but is impossibly small, and they're scared but they're not letting Shadow have him

(Eclipse was ill equipped to be a parent, and they are too, the littlest one is still too young for live prey and started crying when they presented him with the carefully torn, warm remains of the flicky. Maybe Shadow can get to have him a little)

If he truly loved them then why does he get the sense that he...wronged them, somehow. The only thing he remembers about them is how he previously cast them aside in his own anger, they were trying to block him from fighting Shadow before he was taken here. Maybe that dull certainty he feels unknowingly comes from all those other times he failed them in the past. But he doesn't know that yet, does he

Or has it been weeks. Months? A few hours? His mind betrays him the way they all did. Maybe it would just be better to let them slip away.

Helpful and Preventative Stretches for Writers, Artists, and Gamers 💪🎨✍🎮

If you type, write, draw, game, or generally use your hands a lot (especially if you’re prone to RSI or Carpal Tunnel!) try these stretches as both a preventative measure, and on the spot relief. Take care of yourself and your body, friends!

Start with hands up, fingers stretched out.  Stretch your thumb as far as you can over your palm. Hold and repeat 4 times.

Touch each finger to your thumb. Hold each for 30 seconds. Repeat on each hand 4 times.

Start with a fist. Open half way, hold for 2 seconds. Stretch fingers out, hold for 2 seconds. Repeat 4 times.

Start with one arm out, palm up. Pull your fingers back with your other hand. Hold for 10 seconds. Do the same with your other hand. Repeat 4 times

Start with arms up, palms out. Bend wrists down until you feel the stretch, but keep your fingers loose. Hold 10 seconds. Bend wrist upwards, until you feel it in your wrist and arm. Hold 10 seconds. Repeat 4 times.

Coronation Day

This year for my Tumblrversary, we’re doing a DTIYS challenge again! Only this time, there's a twist! Your challenge this year is to draw Melaina, but draw her in a new outfit/dress! You can do anything from designing your own dress, to putting Melaina in an dress you've seen that you think would look good on her. Just make sure it stays modest! No extremely low neck lines or extremely short skirts. You're free to do an outfit with pants if you really want, but try to stick to dresses and skirts if you can.

If you're only interested in designing an outfit, I'll be providing a base version of Melaina for you to draw over under the cut!

There's no deadline and no prize, but I will reblog all submissions and scream about how happy I am and how good your art is. :D Have fun everyone!
