Phoenix really didn't realize how easy it was going to be to get lost in this place. He was just trying to get to the townhouse he was assigned to. He supposes it's just his luck that he can't seem to find his way. ( Might as well just tell me to live in a dumpster if you won't give me directions to my house. )

this quote about cordyceps from this article in a scientific magazine is basically how i've always imagined possession to work in horror stories. the demon/entity/whatever doesn't alter your perception, displace you, or control your mind, they just take over all your bodily processes, bypassing your brain entirely. they force your mouth and vocal cords to form the words they want you to say, force your limbs to move in the direction they want you to go, and force your lungs to keep expanding and contracting and your heart to keep beating, even through excruciating pain and horrific injury, so you can't even self-sabotage and your friends and loved ones are discouraged from trying to stop you for fear of what harm they might cause you to do to yourself to escape. you're a passenger in the driver's seat of your own car, and the hands on the wheel, though outwardly apparently the same pair you've always had, are no longer your own.

my tutorial how to get images from the nhl website in 4k (you can do the same thing w lots of other websites esp news sites, you can kinda reverse engineer it if you have a basic understanding of how it works but i can try do a full explainer if ppl want? it varies site to site on how to do it so its kind of hard to explain you just kind of have to play around with it)

paywall bypass for chrome, firefox

ios shortcuts for downloading hq content from instagram, twitter, youtube ... pls do this instead of screenshotting/screen recording which will badly degrade the quality.. also my fav thing about these is you can set it so it saves the date to be when it was posted, not when you downloaded, and the account is in the file name for easy reference purposes. you will need the (free) apps scriptable and a-shell mini

download livestreams (and more, including nhl website videos) with hls loader

a pro tip also is to search your blorbo/team/etc places other than google/youtube, like vimeo (this is where the cream of the crop content is hiding, i search nhl on vimeo every few days), photo websites like flickr, vsco, etc. really try to think outside the box with this! for example u can search inside books with the internet archive/google books. i found jack was randomly featured in a book about sidney crosby this way.

learn to use google and twitter etc search tools so you can filter through searches easily. this is more useful the more common of a name your blorbo has, and unfortunately for hockey there is many a tyler.

the office christmas party was a hit apparently, but oscar thought that was a given since he was the one in charge. as the ceo, he was dressed as santa. since he was him though, the pants were tighter and the coat was open. he also wasn't wearing a beard, just the hat. eventually he wondered off from the group to go to one of the bathrooms, slipping in to take a leak. when he was washing his hands in the sink, he noticed winter in the reflection of the mirror. "how long have you been there just watching me, perv?" he snickered, clearly joking. "hope you're enjoying yourself."

ok so they're. hm. i feel like bok-su had a massive crush on her back when they were in college & she probably still feels something but alas. it's muddled as shit with the whole "ruined my life" & "will ruin your life" deal. i'm probably in love with my ex friend but i'm plotting so idrc abt that rn etc. the murder was for sure because of revenge but i also think she felt jealous (in a way) of myeong-hoon. da-jeong was practically her only friend & she fucked up everything for her all because she couldn't own up to her mistake but some random ass guy gets to have her good side AND they're getting married? He gets to feel happy with her? ok. go to hell. plus when the end scene happens & her revenge doesn't make her feel as good as she thought it would i think it's both because she took the life of an innocent person but also because she still for some reason cares for her unfortunately. like ignoring the remaining feelings of her crushing that was still her friend & i'm inclined to believe with all the studying & never going out stuff she had going on in college to That degree she probably didn't have any friends growing up & all. so.

umm da-jeong is a bit tricky to figure out cause like. we don't really get to know lots about her since the game is from bok-su's point of view and like. i couldn't even tell you what she's like considering her behavior does a full 180 around bok-su (due to. you know.) so i can't really tell if she's just Like That or if the Events make her act like she is. but it would also be a bit weird for them to end up as friends if she was a dick during college so. idk. i think she has some comphet stuff going on for sure & she was probably attracted to bok-su but was like ehhhhh nah. platonic bestie stuff. i'm just appreciating um. her beauty. *strained smile* LOL. that being said currently idk. she's straight up getting married & like. i do think she cares for him but does she feel anything for bok-su still? shrugs. i couldn't tell you man. hope this helps!
