REAAAAL IM ALSO INSANE ABT IT. most of the feds are machines aren't they? But they've been shown capable of feeling , of friendship and kindness, and the day the residents come back it's not nearly going to be the same. The corruption that's happening is awful, it's worsening, and the residents that will return are bloodied and bruised and different. Some will adjust back. Some never will.

But are they sorry? Who knows. Who can tell. I like to think they'd be. Some of them. But I think they'd be scared. There's nothing worse than people with nothing to lose ; and if this event doesn't give the eggs back, then everyone really has lost everything. The remaints of mortality fall apart when the rules disappear and your hands stay stained. Those team labels fall but you can't scrub the blood from underneath your nails.
