Hello! Sorry to bother, but I’ve been trying to find this fic for ages and it beginning to drive me insane. I’ve checked all the tags it would be under but still no luck. The fic was essentially about Dean and Cas being overly coupley (but without actually having gotten together yet) and Sam being frustrated. I’ve checked the POV Sam tag, Oblivious Dean/Cas tags, and others like 5+1 things but nada 😞 Here are the specific scenes I remember from it: - Dean and Cas share a twizzler back and forth which grosses Sam out enough that he calls someone to complain (I pretty sure Charlie) - Shortly after this Dean and Cas argue about Cas having used Dean’s toothbrush - I’m pretty sure this fic also includes a scene where Dean is taking a shower and Cas comes in to just sit and talk to him and Sam is like “hey wtf?” And Dean just goes “no this is normal” That’s all I can remember with accuracy. Garrus gets one of those big baby bags. Or those baby carrier things for your back/front to carry the baby. Knowing him, probably both. Tactical and hey look, it's got pockets/belt ulities for your guns and thermal clips in case you need to shoot whilst carrying baby or the supplies, theres even room for scopes and attachments in here!... why are you raising your eyebrow like that?... did he get too carried away? (Garrus and Kaidan would be the type of dads to carry their kid anywhere in those things) with how the dlc went in quiet party version, Garrus would probably want to install a insane amount of security, making Tali's paranoid monitoring look normal in comparison. You thought Tali was paranoid? He'll show you. Both him and Shepards got a lot of enemies, and Garrus has lost a lot of good people. This baby gonna stay safe. Probably chills down after some reassuring tough. Maybe he'll tone it down a bit more... just a bit. After all, shepard keeps surviving the craziest things, so little Ryder probably will inherit that.

Grunt gets you a krogan shotgun he modified with ryders name engraved. His battlemaster's child will surely be a force to be reckoned with. Edi brings the most useful gifts she researched, it's all very sweet as she lists all her sources on child rearing and how to prepare for a child. Joker tries to pretend he didn't play a part in it, but he actually insisted on helping Edi research to get Shepard the best gifts and paid for it. Edi defiantly practiced beforehand how to properly hold a baby for days on end with a doll or a pillow.

Javik seems annoyed how lacking everyone's gifts are. In his cycle, babyshowers were much grander. More honorable, as the empire demanded it. He expected better from all the primitives, especially the asari. He muses how even with his expectations so low, this new cycle keeps dissapointing him. Garrus and Zaeed attempt to boobytrap the crib against intruders while she's not looking but she catches them.

You know, just to teach them the basic self-defense techniques that any normal toddler needs, like how to check for someone's pulse point to know where to stab an air filled needle and fake a heart attack. Eventually, he gets called to build the crib with Ashley and gets busy hiding knives and emergency X Widow 6500 scopes for sniper rifles in between the wood pieces.

Of course, Legion is very careful and never lets them, but it is amusing how hard tiny humans try to get themselves killed. Everyone quietly agrees that Ryder is definitely Shepard's kid at that moment.

Thane would run background checks on Ryder's kindergarten teachers and everyone in the area. He is able to snuff any attempt of a crazy Shepard fan to get in contact with Ryder before Shepard or alliance intel is even aware of it. He quietly guards your kid from the shadows and makes sure no harms befalls them.

During the baby shower, he can't help but get flashbacks to the birth of his Koylat. How adorable his own child was when learning to walk and grab stuff. How he missed most of those moments, how Shepard should treasure this time with Ryder.

six weeks flew out the window, everyone became much closer after the birth of nayoung and minjae. the newer generation was born and every soldier paid respect to areum more every day. jisung felt more welcomed, he honestly thought the mafia were scary people, but not always.

yes, they can be scary but only to those who deserve it.

kun would check the paper work as he dismisses areum. he sighs of relief “well you’re healing and recovering quickly, nothing seems wrong! You’re healthy areum.”

areum hums because she knew it already, jeno forced her for these check ups every week for nothing. “I already knew that without being told.” areum protests, kun laughs at her words as he stands up from the seat.

“well you know how jeno is, a worrywart. especially when it comes to you.” he emphasises. areum felt like she were a child at this point but it’s whatever.

“okay, just say he’s my dad for godsake.” areum replies with a bit of cheek, kun grinning ear to ear. “alright well shoo now areum! i have patients to treat.”

the doctor moves areum out of the room as she hums in agreement, leaving the office. the base looting with soldiers that bow to areum before walking away. the woman wasn’t used to such respect before but it wasn’t that bad to see, it was uncomfortable sometimes.

her body leans to the railings, the underground that was almost empty came into view, areum gazing down to seeing two baby cribs surrounded by two people; haechan and jisung.

the twins were being entertained by these two boys daily, seemingly jisung growing a large attachment to nayoung. haechan on the other hand was being what he’s best at doing— a clown, a mischievous pest. the younger boy smiles at the baby girl, watching jisung as if he were a large friendly giant in front of her, her hand slowly holding onto his long finger tight.

he felt a gush of adoration run through his blood as he watches nayoung hold his finger tight, clinging on it as she lays back in her tiny crib.

whereas haechan was entertaining minjae, the boy gargles out giggles when he saw haechan cover his face with his hands and then re open them, each time he did this he said. “peekaboo!”

it was the most funniest thing to minjae, they had a low maintenance fun, haechan felt like the funniest person alive when minjae was even reaching the hands in the air, wanting to grab haechan.

areum’s face flutters in a motherly smile watching from afar; she couldn’t feel happier than this, or can she?

making the way down stairs, the two boys notice aruem immediately, haechan cradling the curious baby boy who was roughly chewing on his hands gently. the woman grins, “look at you guys being good with kids.” she teases.

haechan scoffs arrogantly. “minjae and i are besties Y’know! he loves me. Don’t you minjae-ah?” he looks at the boy waiting for an answer, even though…he’s a newborn. areum raises her eyebrows amused at the sight, haechan pretending the baby said something. “see! he agrees.” hyuck jokingly told.

areum humming. “mhmmm I can see that.” the woman turns to her brother watching nayoung in peaceful quietness. “won’t you hold her?” areum would ask, haechan here is holding minjae like no tomorrow.

jisung nervously stutters. “i- well, I want to. I’m scared though noona. what if i drop her?”

areum gave a soft stern gaze where she lifts nayoung out of the crib instead, pulling her gently towards jisunf who’s body stiffen instantly already knowing what’s areum plan. she would start teaching jisung as she guides her brother’s body holding nayoung safely. “as long as you have a grip on Nayoung, you’re good to go!” she cheers.

jisung lightly giggles seeing nayoung rest on his chest, him rocking her softly side by side. he goes back to sitting down with nayoung on his chest.

haechan was met with jeno by his side where the boy gasps in shock. he swore he felt god himself take him to heaven in the moment. “oh my god jeno- since when did you get here.”

jeno shushes haechan as he slowly makes his way quietly to areum from behind, his hands gently manuring on the large hips, areum gaining more thickness due to the pregnancy— somehow she felt more confident this way though. she has a slight more weight but it was happy weight for sure. jeno loved it, his arms wrapping on the hips, chin resting on her shoulder.

areum feeling the masculine warm hands engulf her body close she chuckles as she knew who this was exactly. her body turns around looking at jeno with loving eyes, holding his face. “oh look who shows up now huhhh.” areum said with a hiss.

jeno laughs at the banter behaviour, cooing. “give me a break baby i have a good reason why i wasn’t with youuuu.” he tells, areum humming. “Ahuh? tell me then.” she crosses arms, her innocent doe-eyes watching jeno. the man flirtatiously whispering. “you’ll have to find out if…”

“you go to dinner with me tonight.” his voice twirled in areum’s ears like an invisible bee, she lightly smirks holding jeno’s tie where she fiddles with it. “what if i reject?” areum raises the eyebrow.

she saw the man side eye, his smirk forming wide. the arrogance in his behaviour was insufferable but, areum liked it sometimes.

“hmm, i might have to give haechan the order to bring you with force.” jeno earned himself a direct soft hit by areum on his arm to the side. “ha ha very funny jeno.” areum replies slowly, haechan laughing his absolute lungs out at the punchline, when areum turns to haechan with a warning glare he immediately goes quiet.

jeno chuckling, bringing his body to linger on areum. the energy shifting between the two quickly when areum sweetly smiles up at the man who gave her eyesmiles for days. “so will you go on a date with me?” jeno whispers.

the beautiful woman lightly nods, couldn’t hide the whipped smile she mimicked from jeno’s expression. “yes I’ll go on a date with you.” areum said.

“knew you couldn’t resist me.” jeno added lovingly, kissing areum’s forehead softly. areum really can’t say no to jeno if he’s this cute and lovely to her.

Max just starts laughing softly, his toddler wiping his tears away clumsily from where he is still in Dan's arms, says that no no it's absolutely perfect, dan didn't have to do all that he could've just given them both a small room and a mattress or something, they don't deserve all that.

Daniel just goes all soft-eyed, rubbing over Max's shoulder super gently and says, "You do. You do deserve everything."

Dan just buys them everything! Max is slightly overwhelmed and embarrassed, bc he doesn't want Dan to spend all that money on him and he doesn't want to make it look like he's just using Dan for that but Daniel just laughs and tells him, whatever you like, you get. (hey do you want a porsche?!?)

Dan makes it a habit to look after max and the bean every night before he goes to sleep, just casting a quick - or not so quick - glance inside their room to see if all is well 🥺 and one night he notices that max is a bit fidgety in his nest, trying to lay down comfortably but with his bump it's not that easy - so you can bet that Dan will instantly go and buy a pregnancy pillow for maxy.

Max's eyes would be as big as plates when Daniel brings the pillow into his room, asking if he wants to try it out - he shyly crawls onto it, sinking into the materials that makes sleeping so much more comfortable. He cooes super loudly, quietly asking if Daniel could join him, just for a moment? And ofc Daniel does, carefully laying down as close as he dares and just watches Max peacefully napping in the warm late-afternoon light that filters inside, blushy cheeks and rosy lips and golden hair, and daniel just knows he is absolutely gone for this omega. After a while he thinks max is asleep and he slowly reaches out to trace the softest, most feather light touches over Max's face, carding a hand through his hair that is now soft with all the expensive shampoos and conditioners Daniel insisted on buying for him. Max starts purring loudly then, for the first time, a smile on his lips before he sleepily blinks up at Daniel - and Daniel, God, he wishes he could kiss max in that very moment.

Max really would think he doesn't deserve anything, and he would have taken enough with a blanket or two so he could wrap Noah up to be nice and warm at least, but then Daniel brings him up to the room and there are blankets and pillows EVERYWHERE and a huge fluffy bed, and a little corner left empty for a crib for the baby later on (Noah would eventually get his own room but for now he just needs to stay with his meymey)

Poor Maxy just crying cos he has never gotten this kind of kindness and he is so in awe of Daniel, and Daniel just panics so adorably! Max taking Noah from him cos the toddler is so concerned about Max crying but really Max loves seeing him with Dan!

And yess Dan would totally check up on Maxy and the little bean so often! Just to make sure they are comfortable and to che k if they still have enough blankets! And poor maxy just being so uncomfortable with his bump no matter what he tries, and it definitely doesn't always help to have Noah sleeping sprawled over him jenxjdj

Daniel having the pillow for him the next day already and just helping Max lay down properly in it (maybe while Lando and Michael entertain Noah for a bit)

Max his letting out a happy little squeak when he lays down cos he finally feels comfortable and he just needs Dan with him for a while 🥺 And Dan just being in awe of how sweet Max is and how happy he smells, and the way he leans into his touch🥺

Max would blush like crazy when Dan tells him he is special but he dares to reach our and take Dan's hand and pull it close, smiling shyly 🥺

“How many have you had” you giggled as you opened the door to a smiling John slumped against the frame drunk as ever, “eh only a couple” he shrugged with a slur before collapsing into the house and onto your shoulder, “yeah yeah whatever Stones and I’m the fairy godmother” you rolled your eyes, struggling to hold his weight.

“Well haven’t I missed youuuu” he exclaimed, opening his arms out wide and surrounding you in a warm bear hug before pucking his lips for a kiss, “you ain’t getting anywhere near me till you brushed your teeth, you bloody stink of Vodka” you objected, pulling a disgusted frown at the lingering smell of drink on him, making you want to gag so very badly as he huffed and moved away from you, looking you up and down taking in every little detail of you.

“You’re so hot” he said lowly with a wide smile, his words slightly slurring together causing you to laugh your head off as you checked yourself out in the mirror, staring at your fluffy thumper primark pyjamas and if he’s mad about you in those then fuck me I’d love to see his drunk reaction when you’re all dolled up, “not as hot as you though darling” you grinned, bigging him up making his ego grow massively.

“right then, let’s get you to bed” you sighed, mentally working out how you were going to get your drunken, sex driven boyfriend up a flight of stairs and into bed, “ooh I like the sound of that” he smirked just as the two of you reached the bedroom, you throwing him on the bed and shuffling the covers on him before not even a minute later, a series of loud snores began to fill the silent room and you left him in peace, knowing he’d wake up with the worst hangover going, feeling about ten years older 🤍
