🥤 Recommend an author or fanfic you love

I really like @flairina's self-insert fanfics, though I've only read the ones in our shared fandoms.

It's a fancomic rather than a fanfic, but I'm also quick to recommend Captain SNES. Such an expansive and epic fandom-based storyline that the multi-month waits between updates are forgivable, especially since they always come.

My chess club has just locked in winning the local league, even with a match still to go.

I've regained momentum on my WIP TUoHS.

🔪 What's the weirdest topic you researched for a writing project?

For TUoHS, I've got an entire document containing stats for all the Class Trials in all three Danganronpa games, trying to get a handle on the game design aspects of what I'm trying to imitate. I don't know how much effect it had on what actually ended up on the page - all my class trials are exceedingly long - but it certainly counts as research specific to the the way I write fics that I wouldn't expect anyone else to do.

🏜️ What's your favourite type of comment to receive on your work?

I appreciate comments with a bit of concrit in them, which dodges some of my hangups and makes it really feel like the commentator read the work.

That, or people doing their own read order of Empty Virtue.
