holy fucking shit this is SO MANY QUESTIONS /vvpos

1. Our system name is The Roadtrip System (hence the url) but our collective identity name is August.

2. We prefer "system", but we dont mind "collective" either!

3. We mainly just say "mixed origins" or "(partially) traumagenic"but to get really specific: catharigenic, supragenic, and solumgenic!

6. Not a fan. It's so much harder to read. "You" can be a plural 2nd person pronoun on its own, so I don't quite understand why you need to add an ampersand. Also, I just generally dislike the ampersand in general.

7. We use simply plural :D (@the-roadtrip-system if anyone wants to add us!!)

8. Typically just through thinking or talking out loud, but some of us prefer typing or writing.

9. Not really. If someone is in/near front, its pretty easy to talk to them.

10. Most of the time its "multiple people in one body", but some of us view ourselves as parts of one person. (It's mainly the several August's)

18. Honestly it feels more like a personality change than anything. (we actually said we had "multiple personality disorder but not in a DID way" before we realized it wad plurality) Sometimes everything feels all blurry (and our eyes cross a bit??), sometimes we don't notice until the current fronter starts thinking about their identity too much, and other times (mainly with stelle) it feels like we just pulled the car over to the side of the road for a second just to let someone else take the drivers seat.

20. For me specifically, it feels like just existing. I'm basically the default consciousness afterall. But for others it feels "slightly off. like something's wrong with myself."

31. Since most of us are introjects, we mainly just use official art from their source or fanart of them. For the nonintrojects though, mainly picrews.

32. Absolutely we do. Genshin and Star Rail aside, we've got a few people from BNHA, FNAF, Minecraft Roleplays, Undertale, Warrior Cats, and a several more.

34. A better question would be do we have any *fully human* members. To which the answer is "yes, but they are a minority". An animal special interest does a lot of things to you /hj

35. A few of us. March 7th, for instance, changes the color of their text to pink, but only for first person pronouns or mentions of herself. (if anyone knows our old blog, yeah that was march the whole time. idk who 7 was originally but it just turned into march 7th at some point.)

42. From what i've been told, there's a big forest with a large open cave, some sort of lake, a never-ending road, the antivoid (which doubles as the front room), and apparently the backrooms but i think i was lied to about that one.

43. They typically appear like they do in their source, or in a more detailed art style. This does mean you will see literal gacha life characters interacting with a perfectly normal looking wolf.

44. I can only really answer for the front room for this one: Error Sans. He was our longest running host and managed to model the front room after his in-source home, the antivoid. (it's called the anti void because voids are black nothingness, and this is a white nothingness :D) There's nothing here. Except for a few blue strings vaguely to the left, which is where error hangs out, and a jarringly out-of-place wooden door that you can come and go from.

47. I have no idea, and I don't think anyone else does either. I know there's day/night cycles, but that's more like it is in minecraft. You can change that pretty easily from what I know. So I don't know if that really counts.

50. There's an RV! Only a select few people can interact with it though. IIRC its Red Velvet (rv drives the rv lol), Stargleam, CatNap, William, Stelle, Ghostbur, and Aspen. And everyone has their own seats. I have no idea how it works, and I don't think anyone outside of those 7 can even see it.

51. "faker" who has all his favorite characters in his head. pretty much all of our introjects are people that at least one of us really likes in their source.

52. That would have to be known child murderer William Vincent Afton. (He's the fun one though! You know the fanon version of purple guy from 2014 where he's just solid purple and loves toast? He's specifically THAT purple guy. Except he hates toast, he doesn't like "ruining" bread like that.)

53. If we have any inside jokes, I'm not in on them. So I have no idea.

54. More of an accidentally plural meme, but the whole *fictional character spawned in my head to help me with something* amuses me to no end. It's even funnier when we actually have the character in question (this is specifically about the dr ratio one i fucking died laughing when i saw it)

55. Aventurine from Honkai Star Rail. There was literally three of him in that quest there's no singlet explanation for that. Also Wander from Genshin Impact, but that's mainly because we have three of him.

56. Aside from Inside Out, I'd say Genshin Impact (with Layla) and Undertale (with the whole frisk/chara/player thing).

57. I can't really explain why, but reckless battery burns by ghost and pals. (either that or roadtrip by dream for url related reasons)

58. You know the song "copycat"? sung by GUMI? so in the music video gumi's face (and reflection in the mirror) keeps switching between four other vocaloids. That. (its the only thing that i could think of ;-;)

59. Objectively speaking, it has to be Argenti. But I'd say Roulette is a close second.

62. Two :') we we're gonna call ourselves "the catdog collective" because one of us is a wolf and the other a catboy but clearly that didnt work out.

63. It was stressful at first and our host at the time kinda disappeared for a few days, but overall it wasn't that hard to get used to.

68. Allowing switches to happen. It's still a bit hard sometimes, giving up control of your body to someone else isn't exactly a fun experience, but i've gotten better with it i think.

69. No actually it was the dumbest possible thing. Someone i was following a while back (i think it was toonimal?) made a post saying "friendly reminder that you can just be plural if you want". i sent an anon asking what they meant by that and they gave me some links about endogenic plurality. i was honestly considering making a system (because i felt like i would be "better off" being plural) and as im reading the document erebus just shows up like "yeah you already are." most underwhelming syscovery story ever /silly
