first of all, if you b1ng3d, you b1ng3d. it happened. dont br34k d0wn, let’s reset together, dont sh4m3 urself, WE ALL PLAYED THIS GAME BEFORE😭🦭

wait around 30–40 minutes after 34t1ng, then drink 5OOmI of warm w4t3r, warm, not cold

after that, if you can, go take a walk somewhere, not to burn c4l0r13s, but to interrupt the 3Ⓓ spiral and calm yourself down. when u in the post-b1ng3 fog, it’s easy to spiral into another one (if u cant go for a w4lk, then go clean ur room/house, thr0w bad f00d away)

the next day, dont start ⭐ right away. instead, 34t light: soups, chia seed drinks, fiber, fruits, oats. av0id f4st f00d, sug4r, and h34vy carbs to prev3nt w4ter r3t3ntion

and then yep, pick yourself back up and get back on track

start by slowly cⓤtt1ng 0ut snacks and just focus on 3 main m34ls. 34t something light for br34kf4st, have a nutritious lunch, and keep d1nner super minimal

if u want to try f4st1ng, u can sk1p either br34kf4st or d1nner (16:8), but make sure to 34t at least one proper m3al with en0ugh nutrients, so u have en3rgy to study lol

av01d fr1ed and oiIy f00ds (cⓤt them out completely if u can), and r3duce carbs from rice, pasta, and bread (i recommend oats since it’s a better kind of carb).

prioritize fiber and water over everything else!!!🐾🐾
