i have many charles magic bag questions

Okay so I feel like I haven't seen anyone talking about this, but I have like. so many questions about Charles magic bag,,,,

Like how did he learn it? Did he just trial and error his way through for years? Edwin seems to imply that using the bag without knowing how has bad consequences. Did Charles just find a magic bag handbook one day?

Or why is Charles the only one who knows how to use it? Edwin says that it took Charles years to learn, and Charles had been by Edwin's side since the very beginning, yet Edwin knows nothing of how to use the bag himself. He said that if you don't know how to use the bag you get hurt, do you think either of them learned that the hard way? Why would there be this endless bag of items that Charles has and Edwin wouldn't also want to learn how to use it? Like I'm so confused at why Edwin wouldnt also want to make sure he could use it, or why Charles taught only himself how to do it.

How did they even get the bag? Did Charles just think "hey we always need like a bunch of stuff on cases, wouldn't it be cool if we had a bottomless bag?" and then just. taught himself how to make and use one? Or did they get it from a client as payment and then one of them had to learn to use it? Did Charles find a "how to make a bottomless bag" handbook on their adventures and decide it would be cool to make?

When they hide inside of it to hide from the tentacle thing in the Two Dragons episode, how does Edwin get inside without hurting himself? Because Edwin seems to imply even sticking your hand in would hurt you if you weren't Charles, yet he can climb inside of it? Is it merely the intent to grab something inside of it that hurts you?

And what are the rules of being inside of it? Is there a time limit? Like is it like a D&D thing where you run out of air after a while? Would that even effect them since they're ghosts? What is it like inside of there? Is it an entire pocket dimension that just looks like an actual place? Or is it just a black void they float in? Or are they even really corporeal in there?

Anyway feel free to discuss in the tags or replies, or tell me if literally any of these questions are answered in the comics (or Doom Patrol!). I also don't mean for these questions so sound aggressive, I just had a whole thing last night where I had about a million and one questions about this damn bag, and I wanted to see if anyone else had any thoughts <3

so where should i live next? i've been thinking Minneapolis lately. though i've still never been to the PNW and that's top of my To Visit list. but this last trip has put Utah/Colorado/the southwest more on my radar. then there's just somewhere else in the south. idk about that, i'd wanna be on the coast or in the mountains if so. and there's always back northeast but i want to try new places so that's unlikely anytime soon.

I can't find any evidence of it being edited. That was Nov 2013 and the picture is Taehyung from Rookie King, aired between Sept and Oct 2013:

As for the awards ceremony audience cam, I can't ID it to check it out but 3 out of four are real and I'm comfortable suggesting the striped shirt is Jungkook.

Devils advocate: I think it's not uncommon for members of groups to use recent pictures that amuse them for wallpapers. Or maybe recent cool pictures. The Rookie King one seems like it could be one of these - think about the proximity of episode release to when he's got the wallpaper. Within a month. Still within that "haha isn't this hilarious/awesome?" window.

But then there's ones like the Dispatch LA rooftop where it's over two years between the shoot and him having the picture as his wallpaper. It's not a recent cool picture. He's gone back two years to choose that from this day:

In summary: 3/4 not edited. No reason to disbelieve a wallpaper. 💜

This is the journal(ish) I've talked about before. Or, I'm going to be treating it as a journal. This is just my vent account though.

My main blog ( @sotogalmo ) will only reblog the most important posts, while the rest is going to stay on this blog.

Very “semi-personal” entries are going to be under the “read more”. I do advise for you to not interact with those posts if the tags trigger something (but I cannot fully stop you from reading my posts). — all of my posts are (kinda) 'semi-personal' though. But some time I know I'll make some non-personal entries, some day.

I suggest you turn on the setting to see the day on my posts, since the time can be weird for others. But it's alright if you don't do that.

But do know, that my typing quirk is setting the time on top. If that bothers you, then I suggest you don't hang around here or my main blog(I do that there too).

I might already say that this is a vent blog for @sotogalmo , but this will also just be more exploring who I am, finding some terms that might fit and such. Almost a lot of my posts would be me wondering about my identity (as of now, I feel I might be a therian? Feline to be exact; maybe a domestic cat, probably a Maine Coon? — But I also might say I "kin id" with Satan from Obey Me! Shall We Date?, but I'll get more into his character to make sure I'm not making a mistake on what I said, but as a small overall of what I got from him from past interest in said fandom, I do heavily relate to him. i mean okay. sorry. is it possible that like. your body got sick because of the stress of being horribly abused and the book was an instrument of that abuse? indirect poisoning. psychic poisoning.

my friend suggested something of the sort, but i don't really think that was it - at first i was really excited to read a new novel, and honestly considering i was under a lot of stress already, this seems like a weird catalyst? like, i had no negative association with the novel in the first place, and it was a christmas gift, so the atmosphere was rather. well. as relaxed as it could get in this awful house anyway... and i only noticed the correlation after it happened like two or three separate times.... like don't get me wrong, i'm experiencing a shitload of extreme PTSD syndromes nowadays (my legs. don't fucking. work. anymore. among other things) but this was REALLY intense and specific... also if it *was* psychological in nature, i think it would have happened again these past few days when i reread the novel, as it would have acted like a trigger - similar things have happened to me in the past
