Upholding Luigi Mangione as a class hero isn't actually helping anything; not because killing the ceo was wrong (it wasn't) but because the man still maintains his innocence. You're doing no better than the cops and fraction of the public against the shooter's actions by treating Mangione as if he's unequivocally guilty.

Redirect your energy to fighting the police's bullshit prosecution and blatant public defamation of his image. Stop supporting him on the grounds of heroic actions. Support him on the grounds of there's still literally no proof he actually fucking did anything.

advice to make character idea? I want to write. and get good at English. Right now, it’s clear, I’m bad. But I ambition out to be good! What do you say to come up with the characters? Thank you, alwwwaaaysss 🔈

Sure, i'd love to try to help :) In my opinion, charactrs are some of the best things to create when it comes to a story. For me, characters make or break a story. You can have the best storyline, worldbuilding and plot, but with bad characters the rest feels off too!

When I create new characters, i think about the overall plot of the story and what kind of character would fit. If the story is about a girl being kidnapped by her yandere, for example, it can help by walking in her shoes by asking a few questions. Like, how would a normal person react to getting kidnapped by someone insane? Most people wouldn't be confident and talk back, would probably sit quiet and be scared shitless. How would you react? Would you be the complient type or protest by not obeying? Combining a general characteristic with a little quirk always works well, i think!

Let's take Silas as an example! He is the typical rough, violent, cold hearted man because that's what his work demands of him. It wouldn't make sense for a softie to work as a criminal, wouldn't make it believable. But, he also has a humane side. He jokes and cares deeply for his second in command, is childish and has a soft spot for the ones he loves. And this, i think, gives him a more round character.

And we can take Dr Kry for example too, since is made in the opposite way. When I created him, I wanted him to stand out from typical doctors who are kind and compassionate. Putting someone that doesn't like physical contact, isn't very nice or compassionate as a doctor, gives a good contrast to a normal doctor who's usually all of those things. But he also has these general human traits of wanting a family, wanting love and closeness.

I'd say just play around with your characters by combining different traits and quirks along with your plot! You build onto the characters every time you write, so there's no rush knowing everything about them at once. You get to know them through the writing. If you want to get to know your characters a bit more, you can search up "character questions" and see what questions there are for your characters. Answering them helps you know how your characters would react in different scenarios, what they like and dislike!

ok so... after i bunch of research & questioning, talking to people etc... i came to the conclusion

just to clarify- i have NOT talked to a psychiatrist but i have talked to people with knowledge & some experience- but i do NOT have a psychiatrist i can talk to rn. im not just talking to random people so.. yeah. clarification everyone

i MIGHT have did (dissociative identity disorder) &- i want to experiment because it seems VERY real & VERY likely... but im a little hesitant because i want to get officially diagnosed first but im in a position where i cant rlly rn
