I'll also use this post to thank everyone who supported me and interacted with any of my works this year. And yes, even if it's just once! A lot of stressful things happened to me this year, but I'm still thankful for the year because I got to meet a whole lot of wonderful people who share the similar brainrots for OCs as me, whether ur a friend, mutual, follower, anon or any other user at all. Of course, I'm also thankful for the friends that I also already have from previous years (thank you for still being friends with me ueueueue 😭😭💖✨)

I just had a fun thought that life must not be easy for the advisors and what not that surround Eleazar, on my playthrough.

My MC is generally speaking gentle and nice, but because of that he clashes with his father all the time.

So I can just imagine these people who need to deliver a message to Eleazar or something, and they just hear the endless fights between him and his son and all the screaming behind closed doors. And it's like "well then... I should knock on the door but... I don't really want to get any closer to whatever is going on in there."

It will get even more entertaining when Eleazar realizes my MC is in love with Hayden.

I can already imagine the screams, insults and things flying around inside 🤣🤣 the mess it could be and the poor people outside not knowing what to do

after 3-4 months of age, Fake Peppino's little Fakelings are mature enough to go out into the world on their own. but once they do, they start to change, taking forms that better suit their own selves, and the interests they take once they're out there...

one mature Fakeling, wandering out to a nearby town, was entranced by the sight of a crumpled, worn newspaper, curious of the strange language and symbols on it. and so, they became obsessed, marveling at the wonders of written information, and began to stockpile as much of it as they could. and thus, giving rise to the first of the five grown Fakelings:

Paperino! the largest of the five siblings, and already as big as Fake Peppino, meaning they'll grow even bigger! their "horns" are simply spiked goopy hair, and not actually pointy to the touch. they're also quite calm and polite, rarely moving much besides to search for more "knowledge".

they are obsessed with knowledge, collecting anything with ANY sort of writing on it, from books, to old wrappers, to shirts with funny text on them. they consider all of it to be "books", and willingly share all of it at their Library. you can borrow anything you like from there, as long as you promise to return it! they are happy to share their "books" with anyone. just be sure you actually return it.... they are not very happy with people "stealing" their property! that might be the only time you ever see them get angry...

every piece they own they consider to be important knowledge, and that's something they're very hungry for.... literally. whenever they finish reading something, they will eat it, believing this will help them absorb the knowledge from it. (it doesn't... but you won't tell them that, will you?)

Silverborn is not out until next year, where it will release on April 30th in Australia, May 8th in the UK, and June 24th in the US. These dates are for REAL this time, I promise!!

Unfortunately if you are waiting for a translation, no news on any of those dates yet :( I honestly would say to maybe contact whoever publishes Nevermoor translations in your country to express demand for Silverborn to be translated sooner rather than later? Worth a try 🤷
