hi anon!! of course!! the key to this is to get a website that makes an html code for you to paste into tumblr. there are a lot of these but i use this one:

once you open it you'll see this

the top box is where you can add whatever text you want:

then you can pick the gradient/setting:

for fics i use the horizontal and pick 2 colours, but for my theme i used the solid colour and picked 3 different shades of pink to alternate

so here's an example of what i picked out, the text, gradient, and colours

it'll preview what it will look like under step 5 ^^

the code you want to copy is the 'html code for this text'. you'll want to copy all of it (it can get long) and then go to tumblr

we'll make a new post and you'll want to click on the gear icon at the top right corner

it'll pop up a menu and you should go down to 'text editor' and select the html option

once you select that option, you'll get a new formatting menu on the post. we have the html menu and the preview now

so now we can paste the html code that we just copied

and now once you go to the preview menu it'll look like this!!

you can format and adjust it like normal text now using the preview menu and get smth like this :D

HELLO I JUST WOKE UP FROM A FAT NAP AND I WANNA TELL U CAUSE I SAW UR AODT THOUGHTS POST AND MY DREAM WAS SOOO ACDJCJ SOO WHAT HAPPENED WAS THAT ; (focuses on Shinyu more and all tws members are of same age) (gonna write in 3rd person pov so it’s more understandable and not weird 😭)

It was the last day of school and we were writing our hardest paper yet and coincidentally it was also our senior year and while others still have regular school, our exams ends early for us to prepare our graduation ceremony. Originally since the day was gloomy, our plan on going for a picnic after exam was ruined so we were pondering on what to do once exam ends while writing our papers and the time ticks to 5 seconds left and u, and the rest of the tws members looked at each other with the widest smiles on our faces and right as the bell rings, we all screamed “WE’RE DONE WITH SCHOOL” and ofc kyungmin was the most excited one so we all ran outside to the school field and screaming those words over and over again and by this time the rain was pouring already and hanjin decided he wanted to record the moment so he asked us all to gather and the rain was getting heavier by time so Shinyu placed his blazer on top of ur head so u don’t get too sick then hanjin presses record and all of us ran in the rain and enjoyed our time but ever since the record button was pressed, Shinyu kept his hand in yours and had your hands intertwined (not sure if he was trying to make sure u don’t fall or just wanted to hold ur hand 😭) but u didn’t notice until the rest of the boys calmed abit down and went to the phone to say their celebratory speech and it was just u and Shinyu in the rain and both of u we’re just staring at each other in hope u guys were thinking of the same thing and that’s when u both leaned in for a kiss and for it to be recorded by the rest of tws and followed by screams by them and u were embarrassed by that point and was about to pull away but Shinyu smiled thru the kiss and moved his hands to ur neck and continued the kiss and the boys cheered for u both
