求肥を黒胡麻餡で包み、表面を薄く寒天でコーティングしたお菓子です。柔らかい求肥の食感と餡の味わいがベストマッチです。そして、この黒胡麻餡が華やかだけれども繊細で素晴らしく美味しいんです。大好きです。

VISON内の井村屋さんで購入したお菓子。お餅の中にメレンゲが入っているという、ふわっふわの餅菓子「くもも」です。羽二重餅レベルのふわふわ感。結構甘いので、緑茶と一緒にいただくのが良いかも。

Since its establishment in 1932, Homareyashuho Wine & Liquor Shop has held a cherished place in the hearts of local liquor enthusiasts. In 2010, the shop garnered even greater acclaim with the introduction of its innovative Gumyoji Sakura Beer.

This unique brew utilizes yeast sourced from the cherry blossoms flourishing in the nearby grounds of Gumyoji Temple, showcasing a fusion of tradition and innovation. Today, Homareyashuho continues to captivate both locals and visitors alike with its distinctive offerings, embodying the spirit of craftsmanship and creativity.

形も味わいも全く他の和菓子とは違うのですが、だからといって洋菓子に似たものがあるわけではありません。ただ、洋菓子を全く提供しない純然たる和菓子屋さんが提供しているお菓子です。なんでも外国人がお茶会に参加するので、そのお茶会のために作られたそうです。極上の舌触りの胡桃のペーストです。感動的に美味しいんです。
