法務大臣と国家公安委員長にお願いして10分で決めたんです
そしたら面白いように入ってくる
私に警察庁の人が
「長官こんなに入ってきたら大変なことになりますよ。犯罪が多くなりますから」
言ってやったんです「悪い奴を捕まえるのがお前らの仕事じゃないか」
警察が外国人犯罪の摘発検挙に消極的なのは刑事訴訟法が外国人犯罪を想定し���いない事が一因 外国人を検挙すると通訳の手配、領事館通報等の日本人にはない手続きが必要となり、取り調べも通訳を介するため2倍以上の時間と労力が必要なのですが、それを日本人と同じ限られた時間内で行わなければならず現場は疲弊します。それだけではなく常識の違いにより犯意が明確にならないなど目に見えない苦労も増えます 司直が外国人の検挙に消極的になるのは、このような事が影響しているのではないかと私は考えます 外国人の移住を推進するのであれば、このような事への対策を考えなければいけなかったのに、安易に運転免許まで取らせるような政策を推進した人たちの責任は重いとしか言いようがありません
