1.苋菜 Amaranth - One handful / 1把
2.皮蛋 Preserved egg - Two beat / 2个
【配料部分|Side Ingredients】
1.清水 Clean water - One small bowl / 1小碗
2.蒜瓣 Garlic cloves - Moderate / 适量
3.麻油 Sesame oil - Moderate / 适量
4.蚝油 Oyster sauce - Moderate / 适量
5.鸡精 Chicken essence - Moderate / 适量
6.食盐 Salt - Moderate / 适量
7.食用油 Cooking oil - Moderate / 适量 ____________________________
(1)【���备食材的部分|Preparation Ingredients】
(A)【准备蒜米的部分|Prepare garlic part】
1.���蒜米切碎 Cut the garlic cloves into rice. ____________________________
(B)【准备苋菜的部分|Prepare amaranth part】
1.清理苋菜。 Let's manage amaranth.
2.把嫩的苋菜芯和菜枝的部分采摘下来。 Keep the tender parts of amaranth cores.
3.将苋菜以盐和清水清洗。 Wash with salt and clean water. ____________________________
(C)【准备皮蛋的部分|Prepare preserved egg part】
1. 将皮蛋去壳。 Remove the eggshell.
2,将皮蛋切块。 Cut the egg into cubes or diced.
2.最后,准备1碗清水 Finally, prepare a small bowl of clean water. ____________________________
(2) 【烹饪部分|Cooking Part】
1.打开电炉,把锅热一热。 Turn on the electric stove to warm up the pan.

6.搅拌均匀 Then,mix well..
