I made it "sake steamed" today.

Sake steamed hard clam (cooking)

一昼夜　海水の濃度の塩水で砂抜き（３５ｇ/ｌ）

鍋に��ま油、ニンニク、塩を入れ、火に掛け、貝を投入。

水、酒を各５０ｍｌ加える

蓋をして、３－４分加熱

クローブを入れる

皿に盛り、刻んだネギを掛ける
