Siege of Praise, from Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun by Nishi, being applied into any other fandoms.

(For those who don't know, manga spoiler alert!

Siege of Praise is essentially a Praise Circle for confidence building team exercise from chapter 161 of the Music Festival Arc in WtDS!I-k,

where mainly 1 person, or demon in the case of canon story, stands in the middle of the circle that everyone else forms around them,

and the surrounding participants need to shout praises at the one at the centre,

also the ones next to you in the circle,

plus the leader(?) shouting something motivational(??)

it's a pretty fun and wholesome exercise :D)
