why am i not losing weight?
i am fasting all day until around 7 only having one meal(OMAD). which consists of always less than 500 calories
drinking 8-10 cups of water.
doing 5-10k steps everyday and doing weightlifting 3 times a week,
what else am i meant to do?
also any tips on how to stop bloating!!!!!!

went through my camera roll and seen photos of my in the mirror looking exactly the same as i do today.
they weren’t just normal mirror photos they were body checking, to look back at when i get results.
if i had just started then, imagine the difference now.
and thats exactly why i am starting now, so i don’t have to look back at body checking photos in a year time and be mad i didn’t start now but instead be thankful that i started now.

not doing anything for the rest of the day so heres how today went:

fasted for 25 hours.
ended up having a small binge but I’m also classing it as a cheat day since its my birthday but back on track tomorrow.
only did 3k steps out of my 10k minimum but that will go up tomorrow!
i did do weight lifting for half an hour today.
i don’t have a weight, and i don’t want to buy one as i feel like id be obsessing over checking(maybe thats a good thing idk) but i will check when i have doctors appointments.
overall ive had about 500 calories today
(not sure on portion size to get exact amount as i didnt make the food)
burned 60kcal from walking
and around 100-150kcal lost from weight lifting.
this was my first day trying the OMAD fast and i think i can get better at it!

day two of fasting!

fasted for 13h 44m but still have atleast 9h 15m to go.
i did 25hr yesterday so i think i can do it.
i had 12 hours of sleep last night which is insane for me!
i did 10 min of light weightlifting when i woke up and im going to go on a walk later today!❤️

i dont honestly know where i went wrong.
i was looking at memories from 2 years ago at my lw and its insane to me how much i gained, like how did i not realise while doing it.
i also noticed since i gained weight everyone acted weird around me.
but im going to keep going to try and achieve my gw!❤️

i took a month of tumblr, and ffs i dont fit in any of my dresses and i have so many parties coming up, i keep crying when i look in the mirror and i feel like ive gained so much weight. so im coming back to try again and stay.
