It's the New Year so let's try and get back into some sort of schedule. ðð€ I always try to and then life decides it doesn't like my schedule so makes me change it up again. But never mind, I should be back now! Hopefully... ð

C) Cuddle. Do they like to cuddle and show affection? How?
In public, Boone doesn't tend to be very openly affectionate, but in private, he enjoys cuddling much more than his stoic exterior would let on. He's a big fan of idle touches (something that Carla really got him used to). So there's a bit of handholding and leaning against each other in public. In private, however, he often likes to sit as close to you as possible, always having some part of his body touching yours like a little security blanket of sorts. He's not big on words, so the way he wraps an arm around you and pulls you close, or leans his head against yours, or strokes his thumb over your knuckles, they're his way of telling you how much he cares.
R) Reunion. How do they react after being apart from their s/o? How do they cope when theyâre away?
Boone hates being away from his partner, even if it's just for an afternoon. When you're away, he's just like a growing ball of nerves and worries, and when you return to him unharmed... it all just washes away until relief threatens to knock him to the ground. It's that relief at seeing you again that keeps him going when you're apart, but he needs a schedule or a strict return time for you, so he knows when he really has to start worrying, and when he can go out to look for you.
Just... Just try and take him with you. The relief at seeing you again may be overwhelming, but so is the anxiety at not knowing if you're safe. After everything he's been through, he just wants to be there to protect you, even if he knows you don't always need it.
A) Attention. How much attention do they want in the relationship?
Boone's pretty easy. He's used to his partner being the one who needs to be fawned over and attended to, and he definitely doesn't mind being the one to do so... In his own quiet sort of way. So he doesn't require all that much attention to be happy, all he really needs is just to be beside you as often as he can. You don't have to be talking, or doing something romantic or showy, or doing anything at all, really, he just wants to be close to you.
I) Insight. How easy is it for them to read their partner? (Mood, thoughts, etc.)
Boone is big on communication... at least, on your part, because he's not the best at making inferences. Mostly, he just doesn't want to mess up and misinterpret a mood of yours, or something you said; he'd rather both of you just be open and honest so he doesn't have to worry about getting it wrong. Over time, of course, he gets better at reading you just from your actions or expressions, but when it really comes down to it, he just wants to hear you tell him what you're thinking.
G) Gratitude. How grateful are they in general? Are they aware of what their s/o is doing for them?
Boone doesn't often say it, but... you mean everything to him. He damn well knows he wouldn't even be here without you, so he tries to show you, through his affections, the way he defends you, how he spends every moment he can with you, but he's not the most eloquent with words. Boone just hopes you know, he hopes that the few times he actually has managed to force some appreciative words out, that you've taken them to heart, because damn it, he means it. Every word, every embrace, every moment he spends protecting you and being by your side, he knows he doesn't deserve you and everything you've done for him, but he wants you to know, you've done what he thought was impossible, you've made his life worth living again. You've made him happy, and there's nothing he could ever do to repay you for that, but that's not going to stop him from trying.
