Isekaied as the Yandere Villain!? Pt 2
Part one
Tumblr media
It was almost 2 minutes before I realized I was still dragging the crown prince behind me. I quickly dropped his hand and looked at him, not able to hide the embarrassment on my face. Listen- I’m committed to the bit. I WILL be the crazy jealous fiancé. But… I’m still human ok. I just dragged a full grown man down several halls and a flight of stairs while I spaced out thinking about how I’m gonna buy my cat premium wet food once I get back home to her.
It’s fine, I’m not flustered at spacing out about my cat, my characters just flustered because she’s been holding the hand of the man she’s obsessed with, that’s all!
“Well…. Did you still want to dine and take that walk?”
I expected him to scold me for my mistreatment of Cressida, grow irritated from me dragging him along like this. Instead, he chuckles and threads his arm in mine, and begins escorting me down the hall.
“Absolutely, have you dined outside by the roses yet? There’s this lovely pavilion that I am eager to hear your thoughts on.”
And that’s how I found myself under an impressive array of roses, all trained up and around a cozy dining area, creating a canopy of green and pink over an intimate tea table. The food was equally impressive, I had to keep reminding myself that the other me is used to this lavish lifestyle, to not gawk at the fancy tiny sandwiches and deserts.
“Well? Is everything to your liking? ”
I’m going off script here, how am I supposed to know how the villainess would react to a romantic scene like this?? If my “evil crazy” side isn’t supposed to be directed at him, and she’s usually kinda distant and unsure around him…. That means I should probably respond pretty curtly, polite, yet not really engaging. But…. I’ve already messed that up…. I guess I can be more genuine when it’s the two of us like this. He can think that this version of me is the facade, that I’m pretending to be pleasant, and then will start to see what a jerk “I” truly am when Cressida’s around. Besides…. I almost feel bad for the villainess. She really just seems like she was shy. Who knows- maybe, if given the opportunity, she really would have opened up more. It’s clear she loved the prince, and just didn’t know how to show it. So, with that thought, I made up my mind.
“It’s breathtaking! Roses are my favorite flower, and I’ve never seen so many kinds in bloom at once…. Plus the food and company leave little to be desired.”
There you go- slip in some subtle flirting! I’m not quite sure what time period this is supposed to be, but I get the impression flirting as bit more high class here, and I think I can have some fun with that.
“I’m glad, to be honest I was a bit flustered asking you to dine with me… you caught me quite off guard today, but in a good way.” He reaches his hand across the table and places it on my own, “I’d like to do this more often, you and I. I feel like the confines of our current arrangement have left us practically strangers, despite being engaged for several months already. I’m enjoying just being companionable with you, even if it’s just existing comfortably in the same room.”
Ohhhh, I know I’m the villain in this story but I can’t help but root for him- what a sweetheart! It’s so obvious he’s been lonely, I can’t wait for him and Cressida to fall in love and have a couple of kids that they’ll spoil rotten. And in the meantime…. Maybe I do have a bit of evil in me, because I’m going to selfishly enjoy this handsome man treating me to lunches under roses and reading in cozy libraries while I can.
“I know exactly how you feel your highness. Now, you mentioned a walk?”
We spent the afternoon laughing and chatting, and it felt nice to chat without worrying too much about my role. He asked me about that book I picked out earlier, and listened attentively as I caught him up with where I’m at in the plot. In turn, I asked about what papers he’s been signing, documents he’s been drafting, etc.
The only thing I had to do was send glares to any young ladies we passed, settling my hand on his arm possessively, and I saw their eyes widen and faces disappear behind fans as they whisper to one another. I can picture this illustrated in a manhwa- the nasty princess sinking her claws into the gullible prince… hopefully all these ladies will start gossiping and we can really cement this evil persona of mine now that Cressida’s here.
Tumblr media
When we returned to our separate apartments, I explored my rooms a bit until servants came to get me ready for dinner, and I slipped back into the frigid bitch persona. The servant girls dressed me in a slightly stuffy gown, but I had to admit, I looked gorgeous. I sat stiff and straight as they did my hair, forcing myself to be the very picture of cold indifference. I then dismissively thanked them for their help, then sat there awkwardly as they stared at me like I was crazy.
Ohhhh shit…. The original story hadn’t prepared me for this. My character was a villain, yes, but a side character for the most part! How was she supposed to act towards her servants? I went over what I knew- the novel showed the villainess alone quite often, usually obsessing over Eric and plotting/stalking. It showed her with Eric, and how distant and awkward their relationship was when together. And then of course the numerous scenes with Cressida where the Villainess did all sorts of heinous things to the sweet girl. But… it never depicted her with servants, or even any friends or other nobles. Just… Eric and Cressida. Was other me not actually a bitch all the time? Am I being unnecessarily rude right now? Oh god I’m such an idiot.
The story is told through Cressida’s point of view- of course there’s more depth to my own character than I initially thought! The Villianess must be a misunderstood introvert! Unsure of how to act around her crush, she’s fiercely insecure and jealous of this new girl who doesn’t struggle the same way she does. When she notices the prince slipping from her grasp, she acts out against Cressida because she can’t bear to lose Eric!
As someone’s who’s worked minimum wage jobs and struggled with social anxiety most of my life, I try to be nice to the people just working to survive, but here I am acting like these poor women are the dirt beneath my shoe…. Ok. Um. Well they’re still standing there in shock, I can fix this….
“You really did a lovely job… my hair has never looked so gorgeous, you’re truly talented! And I think the prince will be very pleased with this choice of ribbon!”
There- I was nicer, and I brought it back to Eric, so I’m still the lovesick fiancé whose entire world is waiting for her in the dining room. I frowned as the servants scuttled out of the room with hurried excuses, all of them looking like they were about to faint. Damn it… I can’t believe I misread the relationship between us. I probably just ruined their night by being uncharacteristically rude. I’ve gotta learn their names next time…. Maybe ask them to help me eat some fancy pastries as an apology…?
Tumblr media
I didn’t know it, but while I was lamenting how wrong I was about the Villainess’ character, the servants were all gossiping to the others about what had just transpired.
“You’re telling me she said THANK YOU!?”
“Yes!!! And then you should have seen how nervous she got! She just rambled, blurting out such a sweet compliment, and she even tied it back to the prince!”
“I had no idea how precious she was… I can’t believe I never realized she’s just shy! In a new place, all alone aside from her new fiancé…. Who I gather she’s got a bit of a crush on! Poor dear.”
“Ohh our sweet girl, I’m sure it must be hard bonding with the prince, when all you do is sit yards apart and hardly speak …”
“Well I may have some news about that… and it’s no wonder she was a bit flustered today, because I saw the two of them in the gardens today! They were both nothing but smiles- absolutely smitten with one another!”
“Such a lovely girl, and we never knew it all this time!”
Apparently, I had it backwards. The real villainess truly was a 2D, basic character. She was insecure and possessive over the prince, bullying Cressida half to remind her who Eric belonged to, half for the fun of it. But she didn’t let on to anyone about the true depth of her love for him. She didn’t gossip to her handmaid, didn’t ask the servants which dress he would like better. Simply acted as if they did not exist, hardly saying a word to them.
While I thought my blunt “thank you” was colder than they were used to, and then tried to smooth things over…. It was more words than they’d heard from me in the whole time I’d lived in the palace. They lapped it up and declared me their own shy little dove after that.
Tumblr media
When I arrived to dinner, I realized why daily dinners weren’t exactly a bonding activity for the villainess and Eric. The table was massive, and only held two chairs, one at either end. It felt so…. Cold?
Eric had beat me there, and quickly stood up from his seat, waiting until I sat and a servant pushed in my chair to retake his own seat. He smiled at me and said,
“Good evening, princess.”
He had to project his voice slightly. It wasn’t like he was shouting or being loud, it was just the manner of speaking you use when talking to an elderly relative, clearer, and enunciating better so they could hear you.
I replied back, projecting my voice similarly, and found the conversation was, in fact, more awkward than it had been earlier. We ate our food mostly in silence, occasionally one of us would say something and the other would stop moving their utensils on their plate, listening closer as they ask,
“What’s that?”
By the time dinner was over and we each went to bed, I felt drained. I could have just been louder I suppose- but it’s so hard to keep up a conversation like that. I know we get along- we had chatted all afternoon after all. But some part of me realized it’s probably good to keep a bit of distance between us, even if I’ve rewritten things to be a bit chummier between the two of us. Cressida needs to swoop in and steal him from me… and my job is still to leave that room for her to do so.
It’s hard trying to be someone else, yet also making sure you lead the plot in the right direction- it’s exhausting! I feel like both director and actress!
It’s with this in mind that I launch myself into the softest bed I’d ever felt, and passed out. My first day as princess consort, the Yandere fiancé, complete.
Tumblr media
While I was getting acquainted with my feather bed, Eric was speaking with the head waitstaff.
“Yes, tomorrow, would you mind adjusting the seating situation? I’d like for the princess consort and I to be closer together from now on. Yes, and ask my assistant to arrange my schedules like so, I’ve detailed it here. Thank you.”
At the same time, Cressida was recounting her run in with the prince and I to her handmaiden as she finishing unpacking and settling into her family’s guest apartments. Which, unbeknownst to me… was right across the hall.
Tumblr media
Aaaa! You survived your first day! And look at you- doing suuuuch a good job staying true to character. Nothing could go wrong… right?

Theres something different about receiving a handwritten letter......
Tumblr media
✧˚ · .Spring has sprung as the NCR students walk through out the NRC campus. With spring here and the flowers blooming, and most important of all valentines day right around the corner. NRC launches lockers for students to anonymously give someone something for valentines day. Surprise, Surprise the prefects locker was the one with the most letters. Lets see what some of them wrote, will u find out who wrote what?....
From: A crimson flower...
My Crimson Rose,
In this whimsical realm where time dances to its own curious tune, I find myself enchanted by the notion of Happy Unbirthdays and the delightful chaos that ensues in the shadow of the Queen of Hearts. It is within this peculiar Wonderland that our paths have crossed, and my heart, typically bound by the rigidity of rules, has succumbed to the joyful mayhem of your presence.
Oh, how the tea parties unfold in blissful disorder, each cup raised in celebration of the nonsensical day that is every day but one! The Queen of Hearts, with her regal decree and whimsical demands, presides over these gatherings where laughter echoes like the most harmonious of melodies. In the mirthful company of jesters and creatures, our souls intertwine, and the rules of reality bow to the capricious whims of Wonderland.
As the Queen commands the cards to paint the roses red, I am reminded that the essence of love in this fantastical realm is as unpredictable as the ever-changing hues of Wonderland's flora. In the intricate dance of courtly affections, I find myself waltzing with you, my partner in this splendid, topsy-turvy masquerade.
From: An Inky Dealer...
And so, my heart, once bound by the rigid laws of reason, now surrenders to the whimsy of Wonderland and the joyful rebellion that accompanies it. With every unbirthday tea party we share, I am reminded that true happiness lies not in conformity but in the enchanting chaos of love.
To my Siren,
As the currents of fate weave through the whimsical waters of Twisted Wonderland, I find myself drawn to you like a siren's call echoing in the depths of the Monstro Lounge. In this ocean of magical mayhem, your presence is a beacon that lights up the darkest corners of my heart.
The glittering allure of Ursula's domain mirrors the shimmering depths of the feelings that swirl within me. Much like the ebb and flow of the tides, our connection resonates with a rhythm that transcends the ordinary cadence of everyday life.
In the enchanting embrace of the Monstro Lounge, where secrets are exchanged like treasures and laughter dances upon the waves of conversation, I am captivated by the spell you cast upon my existence. Ursula's wisdom echoes in the whispers of our shared moments, and I am reminded that love, much like the sea, holds depths yet to be explored.
So, let this letter be a testament to the enchantment you bring into my life, a tale woven with threads of magic and mystery. In the embrace of Ursula's sanctuary and the symphony of the Monstro Lounge, my heart finds its rhythm in harmony with yours.
From: The oasis in the hot sands...
Dear, sunshine
With the boundless energy of a desert breeze, my affection for you grows, and the tapestry of our shared moments becomes a mosaic of joy and laughter. Your smile, a treasure more precious than any gem in the sands, illuminates my world with unparalleled warmth.
In the vibrant oasis of love, I find solace in the melody of our shared laughter and the dance of our dreams under the twinkling stars. With each passing day, my heart beats in rhythm with the magic you bring into my life.
So, let this be a simple testament to the love that blossoms like a desert rose within my chest—a love as boundless as the endless sands of Twisted Wonderland.
From: A loyal knight
My dearest Everglow,
Amidst the tapestry of my own existence, I pledge my loyalty to you with the same unwavering devotion that I offer to the illustrious Malleus Draconia. To serve him is an honor, and in his guidance, my loyalty becomes an intricate dance—a choreography of duty and affection.
In this realm where loyalty is both a shield and a key, my heart beats with the rhythm of a promise made not just in service but in love. Your understanding gaze, a refuge in the labyrinth of obligations, is a testament to the deep connection that transcends the boundaries of duty.
So, let this be a tender acknowledgment of the magic that binds me to both my fae heritage and the loyalty I extend to you and Malleus—a love letter written with the ink of allegiance and sealed with the embrace of my heart.
Writers note: Hello everyone! Were u able to find out who's who? Let me know if u want more writings like this!
Requests are open!! ^^

Love is a beautiful thing.
It could move mountains, heal others, or even start a war. But you can also put love into things you do. Whether it's knitting, working out, or in your case packing up some of the food you made for Giyuu and Shinobu.
"That smells devine. What are you making?"
"Okonomiyaki and some caviar salmon onigiri." You smiled happily over your shoulder and into the living room where your boyfriend was sitting on your sofa and held a book in his hands. One carefully holding the book while the other was pressed into the pages to read the brail that was written on it. But he had his head turned when he smelt seafood. "I also have some umurice and yakisobapan."
"Ah. I thought as such. If my nose doesn't deceive me, then I swear I smell something sweet as well." He rose a brow as the sounds of familiar footsteps skipped happily along the wood floor and a scent suddenly grabbed his attention with a hum. "Strawberries?"
"Strawberry sando sandwiches to be exact." He turned his head following the feeling of her pushing his hands from his lap as an unmistakable tray was placed down in front of him. "Didn't think I'd let you go hungry did you?"
"Hm. And I am to assume those are the sando sandwiches you speak of?" Amused he tilted his head but was not prepared for the kids to his lips that got him to drop his book on the sofa and an immediate pink color rise to his face.
"Mwah! Yes.~ And some tea just how you like it." Another kiss this time softly placed to his forehead making his face a deeper pink as she giggled. "Now you go ahead and eat lunch. I have to finish packing up all this food I made."
He blinked before a hand covered his face. "Goodness. I might never get used to that."
"Then maybe I should kiss you more often to get you used to me "
"Gods above. You'll be the death of me."
She giggled again before footsteps retreated. "A death worth while.~ Now eat up. I'll be needing your help if I'm going to be delivering all this food."
You heard a few chuckles as you walked back into the kitchen and gave a sigh as the sight of all the food you still needed to pack up was still placed on the kitchen table, counter, and stovetop.  There was the food you'd made for Giyuu and Shinobu of course. Kanae had mentioned to you that she'd talked her sister into eating healthier and start cooking more often so you wouldn't have to cook for them anymore which was a really kind gesture. Most of the food you cooked was actually for Mitsuri whom asked you to make her a few certain deserts she's been wanting minus the ohagi Sanemi requested shyly last Friday.
So guess who spent all Thursday afternoon and all weekend baking. Your kitchen might as well have been a sauna at this point. It was hot and you had to open the window slightly to not overheat despite the cold outside. You just needed to get these all packaged up and ready to be given out tomorrow.
As if fate was testing you again, a familiar sound sounded off as you were handling some more fruit sando sandwiches intending to pack them up for Mitsuri.
KNOCK. KNOCK. KNOCK.
Both your heads turned towards the door instinctively before you sighed and shouted at the top of your lungs from the kitchen. "The door's open! Come in!"
A moment of silence passed by before the doorknob turned with a creak and the front door opened up with a rush of cold air that had Gyomei shivering. A moment later a head of red hair stuck itself inside with a wide smile.
"Hello!," Kyojuro called as he stepped into the room and closed the door behind him.
You paused as the familiar man made himself known but it was your boyfriend who spoke up first "Kyojuro, what are you doing here? Shouldn't you be with Tengen planning Makio's birthday party?"
"It's already been planned out!," he answered loudly, "I just wanted to stop by and speak to Y/n on a small favor!"
"Oh?.." Gyomei hummed again raising a thoughtful brow. "I see. She's just in the kitchen through there. You'll find her busy however."
"Not to worry. I don't intend to bother her for long!" You blinked as footsteps approached and a second later the bright cheery man himself was standing in the doorway, bright orange scarf around his neck and beaming at you. "GREETINGS, Y/N! Apologies for dropping in like this but I had something to tell you! I hope I'm not interrupting!"
"Uh." You blinked before finishing wrapping up a banana sando sandwich in plastic wrap. "No. Not at all. It's good to see you again, Kyo."
"LIKEWISE!!"
"How can I help you?"
"I bring good news! Makio's said she'd be happy to celebrate with everyone there and has extended that invitation to you!" He sounded so happily at you. "If you're available tomorrow then you can join the girls for their day out!"
"Tomorrow?"
"Yes!" He tilted his head. "Is that a bad time?"
"Oh. No but it's just that I have a lot of food to deliver." You gestured to the sandwiches you had just wrapped up with plastic wrap. "And I have some more to bake before today's over."
"Ah! I see! If you'd like you could just bring it along! Everyone will be in one place anyways!"
"I guess that could work. By the way, what favor did you want to ask me?"
"Hm? OH! I nearly forgot!" He slapped a hand to his forehead. How could he have almost forgotten about why he came all the way here for? "Senjuro rally enjoyed the sugar cookies you had made for our party and was wondering if you'd be willing to give our mother the recipe for them!"
Senjuro? Oh that was Kyojuro's younger brother. You nodded happily. "Sure! I have the recipe over there." You pointed turning around. "Just give me a minute and I'll write you a copy."
"THANK YOU! I'm sure my brother will be so happy!" He beamed watching as you giggled and started towards a small shelf with a few cookbooks laid upon it. After a moment his orange eyes wondered curiously over the many Tupperware containers and wrapped up food, only to pause when something caught his eye. "Is that nerikiri wagashi?"
You hummed briefly looking over your shoulder noticing the way Kyojuro eyed the pastel colored, flowery looking deserts. "Oh. Yeah. Mitsuri asked me to make her a few deserts after she found out I gave Giyuu some food. You can have a few if you want."
"Don't mind if I do!" You turned back to the books as he quickly plucked up one and popped it into his mouth. "TASTY!!" You gave a chuckle heading him yell out before helping himself to another sweet treat. "UMAI!! This is delicious!"
"Thank you!" You didn't look up. Just starting to flip through the book for those sugar cookies recipes.
"This reminds me of Hinatsuru's cooking at the cafe! She makes a lot of those cakes and sandwiches you can order off the menu! Sometimes she'll even make everyone's favorite deserts."
Your head slowly rose.. before you looked over your shoulder at him putting another one into his mouth. "Really?..What are their favorite deserts?" He hummed in question. "Tengen and his wives."
"Oh! That's easy! Suma adores chocolate! She can never get enough of it! Hinatsuru is more of a daifuku person and I'm not sure about Makio. I do know she enjoys purin pudding though. Tengen's easy to please. All you have to do is give him rock candy."
You blinked. "Tengen likes rock candy?" He nodded. "I thought someone like him would like something fancy like creme brulee."
"Pfft. Hahaha! He does give that impression doesn't he?" He shook his head. "No. He likes rock candy because it reminds him of jewels. He likes to wear pretty jewelry and I suppose when the light bounces off rock candy it looks like the jewels he wears. 'The flashiest Candy' as he calls it."
You giggled. "Well that's one way to put it-" A growling sound caused the both of you to pause.. before you blinked. "Oh. Are you hungry?"
He sheepishly rubbed at his neck. "I'll admit I haven't eaten since breakfast and seeing your food does make me hungrier."
"Well it'll take me a second to write the recipe. Why don't you go sit down and I'll get you something to eat."
His head perked up immediately. "Really? You'd cook for me like you do for Giyuu?"
You nodded. "I have some extra food I can spare. Go sit down and I'll get you some unagi."
"I was right! Mitsuri really should've gone with the angel costume for you!"
"Oh stop it and go sit down."
You were already going to get him something to eat as he turned and walked into the living room. Only to be slightly caught off guard to find Gyomei staring at him silently with a raised brow. It took him aback a little bit but he shook it off and instantly went to sit in the armchair across from him. A moment later you followed after with a plate of grilled eel and rice and something for him to drink. He beamed as you handed it over to him before leaving again for the kitchen.
Gyomei continued to stare at him as he began to eat the food given to him. Humming as the delicious taste bathed his taste buds in rich flavors. "MMM!! This is delicious! Y/n's cooking is truly amazing!"
"Is that so?"
"Hahaha! She's a perfect chef and such a kind person. I swear it's almost as if we're married and we're her husbands"
"Ah. Is that right?" Gyomei's hum only made the flamed haired man raise his own brows. "Kyojuro, if I didn't know better I'd say that quite a few of you are starting to display symptoms of liking her."
"Why wouldn't we? She's a lovely person!"
"I'm speaking of romantic feelings."
Rengoku paused. Well raised to his open mouthed smile as Gyomei silently kept staring at him. Silence between the two of them persisted until Gyomei calmly turned back to his food and raised the cup of tea to his lips.
"I'm not angry with any of you just for the record. It would be stupid of me to be angry with my partners liking someone I also love considering the nature of our relationship...But do keep in mind that even if Y/n is in a relationship with me and is perfectly fine with my relationship with all of you, that she may not wish to return the affections from all of you."
"...I understand." Orange eyes turned back to his food. "I hope you don't feel like we crossed any of your boundaries."
He held up a hand sipping his drink. "I'm not at all upset. I should've expected something like this to occur. But please keep in mind to respect the wishes of my girlfriend concerning her wants in a relationship."
"I promise you that we will. You've always been understanding."
A huff and smile was sent his way. "With you all I always will be "
You had returned from the kitchen about ten minutes later after wrapping up the food a little bit more so Kyojuro could have some time to eat. The cheery man thanked you for the recipe and food before bidding you both goodbye and leaving but not before letting you know where the birthday party will be taking place.
"The girls are going out shopping and to the spa again but we're celebrating the party at Tengen's home. You can come over and give everyone your food then."
Sounded like a great plan to you! You'd be able to deliver everything to everyone on time and wouldn't have to worry about traveling to so many places in one day. Now you just had to take care of the obligatory birthday present.
***********************************************
Footsteps collided along the sidewalk up towards a home you were unfamiliar with but wouldn't really be too surprised by. A fancier side of town for sure with the bigger houses and fancier structure. You really didn't come to this part of town too often. Aunt Dakita did a lot though for clients or high social events she was invited too. Honestly it didn't surprise you but how many different people she knew, but the fact that Tengen was able to live here on a college student's salary was very surprising to you.
What the heck did he do for a living?!
"He works in a host club and bar! He's a very popular entertainer!"
Rengoku was more than happy to satisfy your curiosity on the drive over. You sat beside him on the passenger side with Gyomei uncomfortably squished in the seat behind you. True to his word, Kyojuro had swung by early in the morning to help you get everything there. And by that he meant picking you both up and driving you to Tengen's home himself, which was a nice gesture even if you didn't expect it. You thought that Tengen and his wives lived with Kyojuro since the five of them were all together an item but you guess not.
Honestly if Tengen was a popular entertainer between classes then it'd explain why he could afford to live here, and you weren't surprised by the news of him being an entertainer. He certainly had the looks to pull it off and the personality to back it up.
"How much longer until we get there?," you asked him looking out the window at one house that had a fancy birdbath in front of it.
"It's just around the corner!," Kyojuro assured you with a smile. "Don't worry!"
Thank goodness. You were getting worried about how squished your boyfriend was in the back seat despite him not complaining a bit. Kyojuro turned a corner and continued to drive until he slowly came to a stop right in front of a three story house. You took a look at it before proceeding to exit the car and take a moment to look over the large house. Wow. Other than the one campus dorms, these might be the biggest homes you've ever seen.
You didn't doddle long when Gyomei emerged from the car and quickly stretched out his back with a hiss of relief just as Kyojuro popped the trunk, leaning into it. A moment later he reemerged holding two giant paper bags in his arms. With the amount of food you ended up working late into the night before to work on, you had to stuff them all into three giant bags in order to hold it all. You went to go retrieve the third bag but Gyomei had beaten you too it already picking it up into his arms and closing the trunk.
Wordlessly, you followed Kyojuro as he nodded his head towards the home. You both took his initiative and walked up to the doorway where you were slightly surprised when Kyojuro just struggled to hoist the bag up into his arms to free one hand and just opened up the door without knocking. Sure his boyfriend (and girlfriends) lived here but you expected him to knock first before he just waltzed on in. Followed by Gyomei and then yourself timidly looking inside.
"WE'RE HERE!!"
"It's about time, Kyojuro! What the hell took you so long?!", Sanemi's voice demanded from inside the house. He didn't see you until Gyomei moved out of the way and he quickly paused, annoyed frown disappearing immediately upon seeing you. "Oh..Well nevermind then. It was for a good cause."
"Y/N'S HERE!!" Mitsuri gasped turning around from where she sat watching something on the TV.
"Hi, Everyone!," you greeted with a slightly tired smile and wave. "Sorry if we're late. It was my fault for sleeping in."
You looked around as you spoke and inside was a...Regular living room?? When the door gave away you weren't sure what you were expecting but a regular looking living room wasn't it. It had a regular second hand looking leather couch facing a decently sized TV mounted to the wall, along with a few shelves against the opposite walls covered in knick knacks next to a coat wrack, along with two doorways. One looking like it lead into another hallway and the other looking like it lead into a kitchen area. It-....wasn't fancy?? Certainly wasn't expecting that. With the location of the home you had thought you would be walking into one of those rich people's houses you'd seen in the movies.
You managed to push your gaze back to everyone else in the room only to be met with a pink and green blur, one moment later you were being bear hugged by a squealing Mitsuri. "EEEEE!!! IM SO HAPPY YOU GOT INVITED! WE'RE GONNA HAVE SO MUCH FUN!!"
"Good to see you too, Mitsuri." You patted her sides with your arms pinned by her. "Sorry again for being late."
"Don't apologize." Sanemi approached getting off the wall he had been leaning on and gently prying his partner off you. "C'mon, Mits. You're suffocating 'er."
A sigh of relief escaped you as the bear trap hug was released allowing you to breath. "Thank you.'' You took another look around finding most of everyone still watching the movie playing and Kyojuro hoisting the bags into his arms more. Oh right. You should probably hand out everything already. "Sanemi.' He rose a brow at you. "I got your the ohagi you asked for."
He perked up immediately. "Shit. Really?"
You nodded. "Hang on a second." Gyomei blinked as you shuffled past Mitsuri and just grabbed the giant bag out of his hands. Paper crinkling sounds reached his ears as you just shoved your hand inside, digging around until you pulled out a small box out and handed it over to an expectant Sanemi.
"Fuck yeah!" Taking it in his hands, a sweet scent filled his lungs as he inhaled and sighed out. "That's the good stuff."
"Mitsuri, here's all the deserts you wanted." She squealed out as you just handed her the bag, no doubt she'll have already eaten everything before you girls go out for Makio's planned shopping spree, and then you turned to Kyojuro. He didn't say anything as you took a whole second bag, walked over, and plopped it into Giyuu's arms. "This is for you two. I tried a few European dishes I found online so hopefully it tastes good."
Giyuu blinked looking down into the bag before looking up at you and smiled. Surprising Obanai next to him so much the masked man dropped the TV remote. "Thank you so much. I'm sure Shino and I will love it."
You smiled turning back around and noticed something you didn't see at first glance. There was lots of paintings along the walls. Small paintings, big paintings, landscapes of cities and nature, one giant portrait of Kanae, another one of two portraits of people you didn't know, one abstract art, tie dye you think, and a few other art forms you were unfamiliar with but each one looked more beautiful than the last. Until you got to one painting in particular.
It was the biggest painting you've ever seen. About a yard wide and as long and tall as a full length mirror. Probably because the painting WAS of a mirror. A beautiful full length mirror with a golden frame sat upon a heavenly landscape of clouds and sunset coloring, it's reflection carried on through a small stream originating from the base and threatening to carry away the stars falling from the sky around it. After a moment Kyojuro blinked at your awed stare and turned his head to see exactly what you were looking at.
"Ah!" Realization caused him to perk up. "I see you've noticed one of Tengen's more larger pieces."
"It's beautiful." You stared in awe at it.  "How could someone do that with just paint alone?"
"Flashy ain't it?" Both you and Giyuu jumped and whirled around only to make eye contact with wine red eyes as Tengen smiled down at you both from the doorway behind you leaning against it's frame. "I call it Mirrored Dreams. Part of a project I did back in my first year of Uni."
How did he sneak up on you without you hearing him?! Once the initial shock wore off you sighed before smiling at him in greeting. "It's really beautiful. Where did you get the idea for it?"
He shrugged. "Had a really weird fever dream after reading Through The Looking Glass and eating bad take out. Though I'm not complaining about the outcome of it since it is one of my favorite pieces." Leaning off the doorframe he made his way past you both into the room, walking a little bit sluggish and tired.
"I think it's a really beautiful piece, Tengen," you complimented him with a smile. He took pause to look back at you as you did so. "You're a very talented painter."
He huffed a chuckle after a moment. "Thanks. I like to think I'm pretty decent at it."  He turned back to Kyojuro which made you blink again tilting your head at his form. "Hey, Best Buddy. Finally decided to join the party huh?"
He nodded back to him. "INDEED!! Apologies for our lateness!*
"Eh. Don't mention it." A hand tiredly reached out to rub his face. "Makio's almost ready to go so...you guys can just hang out here until she's ready."
Again he nodded. "Sounds like a plan! Then we can all decorate for the party when they come back!"
Tengen nodded mumbling something you couldn't make out before he yawned and shuffled towards the kitchen area past Kyojuro. "Go ahead and make yourselves comfortable." He waved a hand behind him as he disappeared. "I'm gonna get me some coffee."
You watched as he fully disappeared into the kitchen before slowly turning to Giyuu in question. "Hey..Is he ok?" Giyuu hummed in question turning to you. Your arm gestured towards the kitchen. "Tengen. He seems pretty down today." Usually he'd greet you with a flirt or big cheeky grin when you both spoke, but he seemed tired and a bit upset.
"Oh. He's just been going through a bad patch of art block recently," he explained, "Don't worry. It's nothing that he hasn't gone through before. He's usually mopey and tired during these patches."
"Like you, Tomioka?"
Giyuu shot Obanai a look. "What are you talking about? I'm happy right now."
Obanai stared at Giyuu's unchanging expression as you calmly reached into Giyuu's bag before pulling out one Tupperware container and walked over to Kyojuro. "Uh..You are?"
"Yes. Can't you tell?"
"Uh ..I'm going back to the movie."
A paper crinkling sound went off as you took the bag from Kyojuro and peered inside. F/c eyes peered into the kitchen area... before you slowly walked into the kitchen after Tengen. However you were surprised when you saw the state of the kitchen. Like the living room it seemed rather normal with a stovetop oven combo, a microwave, and what looked like a hand me down table and chairs. Not as fancy or 'state of the art' as you were expecting to find. Maybe Tengen didn't like showing off his wealth?
Speaking of the art major, you found him with his back back towards you in front of a countertop.
SNIFF.
You blinked at the sounds of a sniffing noise before his arm reached up to you guessed rub at his face before his other arm reached up to open the cabinet above him. Tengen just pulled out the first cup his hand touched without bothering to close it. The hot coffee pot lifted up to poor the black liquid into the porcelain mug as the smell of French vanilla bean frappe filled his senses. The hot stinging liquid burning his tongue when he gulped it down. Adding a sense of warmth to his body he desperately craved.
A sigh escaped his lips as the cup lowered from his lips. "Gods I needed that."
"Tengen?"
"SHIT-!!" The hot cup fumbled in his hands as he fumbled to not drop it before whirling around to your face.
"Oh my gosh. I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to scare you." You took a step back to give him space as he blinked at you. "I just...W-Wanted to thank you for inviting me is all. I appreciate it." You decided not to comment on the pink around his eyes
Quickly he wiped at his face and plastered on a smile towards you. "Oh. H-Hey, Pretty Lady! Aw. You don't gotta thank me. Any girl of Mei's is welcome here!"
Your brows furrowed. "Right. Are you..ok?"
"Fit as a fiddle! Why wouldn't I be?"
You decided not to comment on the fact that he looked like he was about to cry before placing the Tupperware container on the table and sliding it over to him. "Here. Looks like you could use a good meal. Whenever I was upset my Aunt used to cook me my favorite snack to cheer me up."
"Upset? Pfft. Who's upset?" He asked waving off a hand as your brow rose higher at him. "It's my wife's birthday today! There's nothing to be upset about!"
".... It's beef sukiyaki." You continued opening up the top and nudging it over to him more as he blinked. "Eat if. You'll feel better with a nice warm meal in your stomach. And before I forget I made you this." He still watched silently as you reached into the paper bag you still held before pulling out a second small container and held it out to him. "Here. I made this for you."
...For a long moment he said nothing. Tengen looked at the box, then at you, then back to the box... before he slowly took it from you, staring at it a little bit more before talking. "What is it?"
"Homemade rock candy. Kyojuro mentioned it was your favorite candy." His eyes snapped back to you. "I was already making some for Mitsuri and I figured you'd like some too." You smiled at him brightly. "I hope you get free of your art block soon. I'd love to see more of your paintings!" Your arms held up the last bag. "In the meantime I'd better get Makio the present I made her before we leave. Thanks again for inviting me, Tengen."
He said nothing as you turned around to exit the kitchen, ironically bumping into the women in question finally coming downstairs to join the crowd only to be met with you hopping over to them with a bag of goodies to pass out. Eventually the man blinked again slowly looking back to the box in his hands and going to lift up the top to peer inside. What he was met with was the sunlight hitting the rocky, jagged surface of what looked like multicolored gems. Glittering with the light bouncing off and enticing him to eat them. He did. Reaching in slowly to break off a peace of a large red chunk just as Suma's voice squealed out.
"Choco cornets!"
The red gen glittered between his thumb and pointer finger before he decided to pop it into his mouth and chew down. "Huh...Cherry. Doesn't taste too bad."  Wind red eyes looked at the other open container next. The smells of beef, mushrooms, and a few other ingredients wafted from it as he leaned down to inhale it's scent only to him. "Whaddya know. Smells good."
Suma was absolutely destroying the choco corners you made her as Makio was thanking you for the homemade custard pudding you gifted her when he bothered to reach in and pull out a warm piece of stewed beef before also popping it into his mouth. Huh... That tasted pretty good too! Pretty nice of her to gift it to him. As he ate, he curiously pulled out another rock candy to examine. Dark blue. Wonder what this tasted like. Blue raspberry? Blueberry? Grape maybe? These sparkled like real gems almost. Kinda reminded him of all the pretty blue jewelry Suma always-....
Wait a dam minute-
His head perked up wide eyed. Eyes snapping back to the living room. Gems and beauty. And not just any beauty.
INNER BEAUTY. THE MOST PURE RAW KIND OF BEAUTY THAT ONLY THE PURE OF HEARTS HAD.
"THAT'S IT!"
The box of colorful candy was tossed to the side as a raw desperation busted throughout his chest and took ahead of his legs, carrying him to the living room with such speed it startled everyone else inside. Only one person caught his interest however as f/c eyes turned to him surprised.
"YOU!!"
You jumped dropping the now empty paper bag as Tengen was suddenly looming over you with a focused, tense look in his eyes and his hands gently grabbed your cheeks.
"You're perfect. YOU'VE GOT TO BE MY NEXT MUSE!!"
....You blinked. "What?"

Maybe a sick fic or some comfort

ᕚ---ᕘ
The first thing you felt was pain as unbearable as a thousand jackhammers smashing in your skull from the inside and pinning you to the ground. You could not even open your eyes, your lids heavy. Your mouth was dry, even after several liters of tea you had already consumed for your sore throat that felt like the desert and its sharply cutting sand. Your limbs completely cramped and heavy.
A cold breeze blew around your stomach, only a light wool blanket draped over your body to keep you warm and protected. But with every movement you tried to take, the coldness inside increased and made you shiver violently. You felt weak and feverish. "Honey, you gotta take this" a soft voice whispered and you slowly opened your eyes and blinked in confusion to adjust to the unusually bright and diffused light.
Your mother, Maya, was kneeling on a piece of crumpled bedspread on the floor, looking worriedly at your pale face before placing her hand on your forehead to feel the temperature while smiling sympathetically. Slowly and carefully not to inflict yourself even more pain, you peeked at her hand. In it, she held a small bottle that should bring you relief, the label with various herbs telling you that it had to be medication. "This will help bring down your fever."
You rolled your eyes suspiciously, not caring about the accompanying pain for a brief second. It was the most disgusting drug you have ever had to take in your life and your mothers knew full well that you hated it. However, it was the only thing that always helped you get back on your feet and get fit. "Ew, I do not want that."
"Eppure lo prenderai, bella." (And yet you have to take it) said the gynecologist who had appeared behind you and strolled across the entire living room to open the window and ventilate the room. She returned with a tray containing a freshly set teapot, a new cup and a plate of rusks. Carina carefully poured a cup of steaming chamomile tea and placed it on the table next to the couch before taking a rusk in her hands and breaking it into small pieces so that you could eat it more easily.
You pushed your head softly back into the pillow and pressed your back against the edge of the couch. Quickly, you grabbed the blanket and pulled it over your head. You heard a giggling from your side and within a few seconds, it was gently pulled back down. Two loving pairs of eyes met your flushed face. "I do not want to take this, it tastes disgusting."
Maya and Carina looked at you intently. The brunette gently strokes your tousled hair and whispers soothing words while the blonde already dripped the brown liquid onto a tablespoon. Frowning, you looked between both of them with puppy eyes, but even they no longer attracted them. The firefighter extended her arm and placed the edge of the spoon against your lip, waiting for you to accept it.
You knew it was high time to take the medication before they would take you to the hospital. Besides, you were lucky that your throat was so sore you could barely taste the bitterness. Still, you struggled with the slimy texture and wrinkled your nose as a defensive stance. Panting, you flop back onto the sofa. "Throat lozenges would have worked too,"
"No they would not," both chuckled. Maya rose from her position and bent down to kiss you gently on the forehead. With quick steps she hurried away to let the used cutlery disappear into the sink while Carina helped you eat the rusks while smiling lovingly at you. She quietly told you a story about her childhood in Italy with her little brother to make you forget the fever and the pain.
Without further ado, she carefully picked up your legs and dropped down next to you, your legs now resting on her lap. "Would you like me to warm you some soup?" the blonde called questioningly from the open kitchen, waiting for your answer. But the answer did not come, instead you grimaced sharply and hastily shook your head."I think your daughter is saying no,"
"It is your daughter too, Carina."
"Yes, but she definitely inherited the stubbornness from you," exhausted, you snuggled deeper into the blanket and tried to make the slightly bizarre taste in your mouth disappear. Tiredness, which you had so wonderfully repressed until now, slowly returned to your body. You tried desperately to shake it off but not a shred was averted. "Are you cold, mi amore?"
You nodded and the brunette felt you tremble under her touch. "I am freezing." She was worried, you had already been couch-locked for two days, the flu ravaging you and sapping your energy without any progress towards improvement. "Maya, can you bring another blanket. Please?"
"It is already on the way," the woman addressed made her way straight to the bedroom, occasionally taking a look into the living room. Your eyes fluctuated between half open and closed and if she was lucky, she would be able to spend a short time with you before you would fall into a deep, sound sleep once again. "And a hot water bottle?"
You had been in and out of sleep for days, barely awake for a few hours before your body shut down completely once again. On the one hand this was good, your body trying to beat this miserable disease. On the other hand, you had hardly eaten anything or moved from your place for days.
The headache slowly subsided, just as your cramped limbs became looser. For a few minutes you listened to the streams of sounds spreading through the apartment as you lost your thoughts. You kept feeling like you were on the verge of falling asleep until you opened your eyes again.
Eventually you gave up and totally surrendered to the feeling.
Just then, the firefighter came back into the center of the apartment and looked at her sleeping daughter. "Oh, she fell asleep?" she murmured and carefully draped the second blanket over you. She carefully placed the hot water bottle under the blanket and found its place on your stomach. The brunette raised an eyebrow and hesitated with her answer before she leaned forward and looked into your sleeping face. "Yes, the medication always makes her quite sleepy."
Smiling and silent, she sat down on the other sofa element and gently placed a hand on your head. She carefully stroked your hair and looked at the screen of the television, on which she concentrated on until you woke up once more. Maya had no intention of leaving your side.

Ted Garcia x f!reader
WC: just shy of 4k
Warnings: smut, violence, horror elements, mentions of killing children.
Summery: Ted saves you when a mysterious madness claims his town.
The Cabin
The banging synchronised perfectly with the throbbing in your head. Memories faded in and out in time with the beat. Running through the desert. Someone chasing you. Fear and betrayal swirl in your gut and fuel the pumping of your legs.
The exposed light bulb swings on its pendulum in time with the pounding. That sparks another memory. Pleasure blooming from between your legs. His deep breathing in your ear. Promises whispered as you lay on the soft pillow, your body feeling just as soft and pliable as you come down from your high.
With a groan you try to sit up, the room spins but the pounding stops. Large hands find your back as the sparsely decorated room comes back into focus.
“Hey, you. You're awake. How are you? I was so worried.” Relief floods his voice as he wraps his arms around you. His moustache brushes your temple before he places a kiss there. Like he had a thousand times before. Ted. His name is Ted.
“I…I can't remember. What’s happening?” Your voice sounds far away to you. The rest of your mind is searching inwards.
You remember your name, you prefer dogs over cats, tea over coffee. You remember Ted. The Mayor. Your Ted. He brings you flowers every date night. The pretty pink roses on the table between the takeaway he brought. The best tacos in town. You remember screaming. Someone attacking you. You, fighting for your life. Not just your life, someone else's. It's all there but it's not. It fractured, some parts missing completely, others a mere outline.
“What's the last thing you remember?” His broad frame is wrapped around you as he cradles you. His thumb gently rubs back and forth on your cheek.
His presence brings you comfort. You know how you feel about him. “I love you.”
A sigh leaves his lips and blows through your hair. “I love you, too. What else do you remember?”
“Someone attacked me. I was fighting to protect myself and someone else…you?” His lips twitch into a smile against your skin as the words leave your mouth.
“Yes. That's good, you remember some of it. I'm glad because if I had to explain it, I don't think I could make you believe it. It's just…insanity. That's the only way to describe it.” He holds you even closer. “The people…our people…they started to attack each other. I don't know why. It's like a madness that spreads. Those that don't die in the attacks become mad too. I was bringing you here, to protect you when we were attacked. You're right, you fought for me, saved me, but you took the brunt of the attack before I could…I had to put them down.” His voice is choked up now.
It's your turn to comfort him. “Ssshh, Ted. You did what you had to. I remember the attack. It was dark. We were walking then they grabbed me by my hair, kicked me, choked me…”
“Hey. Don't think about that now. We're safe.” He kisses away tears you didn't know you had shed. “We have food and water. We can wait until things are safe then get out of here. You were only passing through anyway. We'll go buy that beach house you wanted. Alright?” His lips find yours. The kiss is easy, familiar, your lips move against his with ease.
“Yeah. That sounds perfect. Do you have any idea what's causing it? The madness?” You can't help but think of your neighbours. A sweet old couple. Hopefully they are safe too.
“The doctor had a few theories. Animal virus in our meat. Fungal infection. Natural gases. I tried to get us help. I really did. It happened so fast. The army should be on their way to help…survivors.” His shoulders slump. He loves his town. He loves being Mayor. That's part of what attracted you to him.
Your coffee was lukewarm as you planned the next part of your trip. Ted walked past the diner talking passionately about his town to the camera. He speaks with ease, his words are honest, straight forward. Later, he speaks the same with you. His marriage is a sham. His wife is already half moved in with her lover. She's staying until after the election, on his campaign manager's insistence. He likes you but he doesn't want to make you uncomfortable. It's you that does the chasing. He's almost shy when you touch him. He looks down at you through his lashes when you drop to your knees for him. You bring his hand to your head it lays there passively until he lets out a stifled groan and his fingers clench in the stands of your hair. It takes a while for him to take charge, to be as comfortable with you as he is in his role. When he does though, he has your sobbing, near folded in half, your cervix bruising, you and your body screaming. When you lay in his arms afterwards you spill your secret desires and hopes. You want a home on the beach, a career in nature photography. He wants a family, a bigger political career. You lay both your bodies and souls bare in your stolen time together. Quickly, you fall head over heels for him.
The water is hot and inviting as Ted helps you into the tub. “Here. This should help. Nice and hot. I have some whiskey here somewhere too. As my Abuela would say, a couple of shots won't solve everything but they won't hurt either.”
Ted had taken stock of your injuries, while he helped undress you. Your sides were bruised. You remember them kicking you while you were curled on the dry ground. The scrub cut your face and bare arms as you tried to roll away from your attacker. The water stung the tiny scratches at first. Then it began to relax you.
“There, all cleaned up.” Ted wrung out the wash cloth he cleaned you up with.
“Thank you.” You sigh.
“No problem. I'm a public servant.” He laughs lightly. “You relax. I'll go heat up some food. Then you can go to bed early. I boarded up the windows and barricaded the door but I'll stay up to watch over you, just in case.”
The tinned soup is pretty damn good. It warms as it fills you. Ted washes the dishes in the tiny sink in the corner of the room, next to a small counter top with a camping stove and some utensils on it, while you rest on the bed.
Once he's done, he fills a glass of water and hands it to you with a couple of round, white pills. “I found a few painkillers. Have these for now.” It still hurts to swallow but it'll be worth it for the painkillers to kick in.
“Thank you. You're doing all this for me but how are you?” You pat the bed next to you and he takes a seat.
“Honestly? Terrified. I don't know what's going on. I couldn't help my town. I feel like I could have done more but I saw the opportunity to save you and I had to. What kind of person does that make me?” He hangs his head in his hands.
“I'm sure you did whatever you could. Then you saved who you could. I would have done the same.” You replace his hands with your own. Drawing him to you, you place a gentle kiss on his lips, he returns it, then you do, then the back and forth rhythm dissolves into a hungry clash of tongues. Using his flannel shirt as leverage you pull him close until a pain shoots through your abdomen. The hiss that leaves you stops Ted in his tracks.
“Honey! I'm sorry. Are you alright?” He checks you over as if he can fix it all. Ever the practical man.
“I'm okay.” The pain subsides and you feel even more tired.
“Come on. I'll lay with you until you fall asleep.” Once again he is cradling you like he can protect you from the world.
Sleep comes quickly. It's fitful and filled with nightmares. Nightmares about the madness that Ted told you about. The sweet old couple you were worried about tearing out the throats of the children across the street. Their terror filled eyes glazing over as their blood spills over their colorful chalk drawings on the sidewalk. Sweat cools on your skin as you jump awake. Ted flips on the light and is by your side in seconds. His shotgun is abandoned on the cupboard that is serving as a barricade and the high stool he was perched on to keep watch is tipped over in his haste.
His hands find you to comfort you. “I'm here. I've got you. Oh, shit!”
Following his eyeline you see the heavy blood stain on the white sheet between your legs. “What?! What. I…”
“Shhh. Shhh. It's okay. You took some kicks to the stomach, maybe something was damaged. Let's stay calm. If we need to I'll get you to a hospital. The army should be here now. I'll get you help, I swear. I love you. I love you.” Fear creeps into Ted's voice as he begins to ramble while he rocks you in his arms.
A week passes, each day much the same. You rest. Ted cares for you. Thankfully, the bleeding stopped before that first morning. Each day you get stronger. With each day the hope of survival rises. Each day Ted reminds you why you fell in love with him. He's your gentle protector.
When your need for him grows too strong, he's still gentle, he kisses and caresses you until you are dripping for him. His thick fingers dip inside you to spread your slick before teasing your clit until you gush and relax for him. Even though his girthy length fills you with ease, he still takes his time with you. He works himself in slowly until your hips start to chase him. When he picks up speed he constantly checks in with you, whispering in your ear. After you come around him pulling him deeper, he asks if you can keep taking him until he comes. When he does finally spill inside you it's with a whimper.
Another week passes. This one is like a honeymoon. The worry of the world outside is almost forgotten with the two of you exploring each other's bodies like never before. Before you had stolen moments between meetings and appearances. Now you can take your time.
“Ted, I can't!” you can't help but giggle as you push him away. His moustache is soaked with your cum. You've lost count of how many times you've come against it while Ted spent the morning pleasuring you. “Here, let me take care of you.” You reach for the massive bulge in his underwear.
Catching your hand, he brings it to his lips. “Actually, I have an idea.”
Letting go of your hand, he tucks his thumbs into the waistband of his underwear to slip them down his firm thighs until his cock springs free. Running his fingers through your slick, he uses it to coat himself until his fist pumps up and down freely. His eyes are laser focused on your wet cunt until they roll back and close. His hand slaps against his balls as he openly pleasures himself to your body. He looks beautiful, free and unashamed. A delicious look of pure ecstasy crossed his face when he hunches over grabbing your bare breast as he comes in hot ropes over your stomach. The one room cabin smells of sex every night that you fall asleep together.
The sun is setting as you finish dinner. The bare light bulb is off in favour of the small bedside lamp. Its warm light makes your new home feel cosy. Ted kisses your head as he collects your empty bowl. What you see next is so unexpected in your new little world that it takes a second for you to realise what you are seeing. A beam of white light flashes through the gaps in the boards of the window.
“Ted?” Ted turns to your voice and sees it too.
Quickly and quietly, he crossed to the door frame, squeezing himself between the window on the cabin door and the one on the wall next to it. He tries to see out without being seen.
“Get down!” He orders as the light gets brighter.
The sound of approaching footsteps fill the small space. Your heart is in your mouth. Beating harder with each nearing step. The bang on the door almost caused your heart to explode. Another bang has you nearly choking on it.
“Mayor Garcia?!” A voice calls out.
The name escapes you but the voice is familiar. It's one of the Sheriff's deputies. Relief floods you. “We're saved!” You sob at Ted stumbling towards him on shaking legs.
“Hello?” The voice calls, clearly having heard you.
“Ted? Open the door.” You try for the handle and Ted stiffens. “He's here to help.” Ted still doesn't move to open the door. “Ted?”
When you look at him in the low light his face is cold for a second before he opens the door. “Of course.” He gives you a fleeting smile.
“Sir, are you okay? Sheriff Vasquez came to look for you but she never came back. I found her car a little up the road there in a ditch. Ma'am.” He added in politeness with a nod.
“We were fine.” Ted responds coolly before taking his shotgun and blowing away the Deputy.
Shock rips through you like the pelts through the Deputy's flesh. “Ted!”
Fear claws at your throat as he turns to you. His warm, soft eyes are cold as steel.
“They couldn't just leave well alone. After all I've done for this town!” His raised voice raises the hairs on your neck. “I had a plan. I always have a plan. The ones I did for this town always work. But the one time I do one for me and it all goes to shit.” The stool by the door is flung across the room. “It was simple. Bring you here. Kill you. Bury you. No one would know. You were just passing through. No one would care.” As his words swarm you you cower back against the wall, using it to hold your broken pieces up. “Then you had to go and dig yourself out of your grave. I was going to just shoot you, seeing as choking you didn't work but then I thought ‘How did you manage to survive?’ a weak little woman. A whore, who sucks down married men's cocks. Maybe you had potential. Or maybe my seed made you stronger. Of course, I had to fix you back up. I had to make sure you lost that bastard child first. I can have an heir out of wedlock. How would that look? A hot bath, some whiskey, some pills that you didn't look too closely at. That was that. Thankfully, you didn't even remember that night.”
The pretty pink roses rest on the table. The same pink appears in two lines on the pregnancy test next to it.
“You're pregnant?” Ted is expressionless as he repeats his question.
“Yes and I want to keep it.” You reach for his hand, only for him to snatch it away.
“What? You think I'd have a baby with you? How would that look? Having a baby with a whore?” His words hit you like a slap in the face.
“A whore? You said you loved me.”
“I do but you're not Mayor's Wife material. You threw yourself at me. Bounced on my bare cock after only knowing me for a few weeks. Begged me to fuck your ass. Came all over my suit from rubbing your hungry pussy over my thigh. I mean, it was all good. I've never shot my load down a woman's throat that quickly before. Even when I hold my wife's head and force my cock down her throat it takes me a while to get there. I mean, I married her for her standing, not her skills in the bedroom but to have a child with you? You must be crazy.”
You're up on your trembling legs while you try to process. The words come out before you realise. “Ted. I…I love you.” As if saying it could make him the man you fell for again, not this horrible stranger in front of you.
“Then you'll get rid of that kid and we'll go back to what we had.” He rises slowly to gently take your hand.
“No! I can't.” Your fingers are shaking in his palm. You're not sure I'd it's from fear or anger.
“You can. Or I can make you.” His free hand shoots up to grab your throat.
“Fuck you!” You manage to spit before kicking him in his knee.
Howling in pain, he releases you. “You little slut!”
You are soon outside, running as fast as you can. The thought of your unborn baby pushing you on. Until Ted yanks you back by your hair. The sudden momentum sends you hurling to the ground. Ted manages to get a few kicks in to subdue you before he pulls you to your feet. Terror grips you as he wraps his large hands around your throat and you become light headed. The fight in you starts to fade as your lungs begin to burn.
“That's it. Let go. It'll all be over soon. Shhh. Let me take care of you.” The bastard has the audacity to kiss your temple as you go slack in his arms.
Ted feels relieved while he carries you to the shallow grave he’d dug. It would keep you hidden long enough for the animals to find you and pick you clean. No body, no crime. This is what he had to do. For the town. He couldn't have a scandal keeping him from being reelected. It was only when he lay you gently in the ground that his heart betrayed him. It clenched at the thought of you all alone out here. The two of you, without his protection. He brushed the thought away when he threw the first shovel load of dirt on your body.
Back at the cabin, he sat to get his story straight. He told his campaign manager that he was taking a day. He made sure enough people saw him leave town alone. He'd stop by the store tomorrow and make sure everyone saw him coming back. He had a few weeks before he needed to pile on the pressure with his constitutes. He could lay low for a while. If the police found you before the animals could do their job he could spin it. He could be saddened at the death of the poor woman, who he had taken under his wing. The poor woman who he'd allow to use his cabin for a while to take some nature photographs for her portfolio. She'd confessed that she had a baby on the way from her abusive ex so Ted felt compelled to help her. All his plans went sideways when you stumbled back into the cabin and passed out on the bed.
Fighting the urge to throw up, you push past Ted and out into the night.
“Come on, Honey. You know this goes one of two ways for you. You die or you stay with me. I knew I couldn't go back to town when you came back, so I've set my sights on bigger and better things. You could be a part of that. I'll make an honest woman of you. You can have a few kids. I look after all of you. We'll be picture perfect for my new campaign.” His voices get quieter to your ears as you edge your way in the dirt towards the Deputy’s car that he rolled to a stop down the dirt track. It's only a few feet away. The door is open and the keys are in the ignition. You're sure you can make it.
“Come on. What do you say?” His voice seems closer.
The light from the car obscures your view. There's no way for you to know where he is without giving yourself away.
‘Fuck it!’ you think and prepare to launch yourself at the car.
Just as you do the window of the open door bursts like an overripe watermelon above you. Glass rains down on you. You hear the distinct sound of a shotgun being snapped open. You have time to get to the car. Filled with renewed hope, you haul yourself up. Only for Ted to kick the door shut inches from your face.
“Hey, you. Let's just talk about this.” His best trustworthy smile is plastered on his face. It's eerily lit by the car’s lights. It gives his beautiful profile a harshness. His profile becomes even more harsh when you punch him squarely in the crotch.
Even as he crumbles, he laughs. “See, maybe that fire can come in handy. The world is changing. People expect more from politician’s wives.”
You are off running again. The same way you ran that night. Unfortunately, you take exactly the same route you took that night and end up back in your shallow grave. This time with even more company. The Sheriff is stone cold. Her face is bloody and puffy. Her glazed over eyes are bloodshot.
“Thankfully, you didn't check those pills too closely. Sleeping pills kept you out for most of that first week so I could go back to town and sort some things out. Unfortunately, I must have made her suspicious. I should have known. She got too close last time.” It felt like Ted was just treating you like the crowd at one of his rallies now, giving one of his long speeches. “We used to have a problem with homeless people. People can only run so far from their past. A lot of them ended up here, hoping to disappear over the border. I couldn't have that. Not on my streets. The first couple were tough. They were big men. The women were easier. They followed me out here willingly. Any-who, I slipped you another dose a couple of nights ago to go back to town. The Sheriff was waiting up the road there. She knew I had property out here and was trying to catch me in the act. Dumb bitch. Like I would drive around with evidence. I disposed of everything…”
It was your turn to laugh. “Not everything.”
The beautiful smile, the one that he gave you on that first day, the one that made you feel special after years of heartache, spread across his face as his brow furrowed in confusion. His confusion increased as pain ripped through his chest and his gut. He sank to his knees, suddenly weak and cold. “You forgot to dispose of her gun.”
The day was cooling down. The sun was low. The breeze picks up as you pull the blanket around you. For a second you debate going into your home, the house that you bought with the money Ted had stashed at the cabin on one of his trips into town while you were drugged. Instead you sat to watch your daughter run around on the sand, your faithful dog hot on her heels. For the past three years of her life, you've been asked over and over again about her unusual name ‘Tesha’. With a smile you tell people it means ‘survivor’.

Drunken love confessions prompt 9! Frobin or robin x gn reader pls! Love your work <3
(I went with Frobin just bc I've never written x reader before and I don't think I'm very good at it lol)
(For Drunken Love Confession prompts)
"Oh I'm dreaming of you again. If I wouldn't be dreaming and if you would be really here, then I would tell you I love you."
Nico Robin did not get drunk. She simply didn’t. She had one, maybe two glasses of wine with dinner. She said her goodbyes. And she retreated to the library for the night.
Sometimes—when the night was nice and the breeze was strong and the stars were out and the sea was calm—that number could increase to three. But that, in total, always made Robin very sleepy. She moved to sit on the the bench around the base of the mast and curled up next to the closest radiator. Warm, pinging iron helped to stave off the chill of the evening. And then, she fell asleep.
Franky sat frozen on the same bench, on the same deck, on the same ship, under the same stars. He hesitated to even move. His crew mate curled between his arm and his shoulder like a cat, pinning him to the seat out of fear of waking her. At first, he was nervous. He didn’t want to give anyone the wrong impression, particularly the cook.
After a while, though, he settled into the justification. They’d known each other for years, why couldn’t touch be casual, a regular sort of intimate? Just a…just a beautiful woman cuddled up close to his lap, smiling in her sleep. She dreamily wrapped one arm over his abdomen with a hum. Franky watched her reconfigure—an organic, malleable form contorting around cubes and spheres. Each time someone walked up to try and wake her, he brushed them off with a shake of his head and a conscious attempt to shift the machine as little as possible.
Other bros took first watch, and everyone else had long retired for the night. In the end, it was the cyborg’s most human function that jumpstarted his undoing. He shifted slightly to cross his legs while his mind thought about super dry places. Deserts. Tundras. The lapping of the ocean around them didn’t help in the slightest. He exhaled and considered every way he could invent a secondary bladder system so that he’d never be stuck in such a predicament again.
Nope. Wasn’t happening. Franky peeled the woman off of him as gently as his big prostheses would allow and nestled her against the mast. The boys’ water closet wasn’t far, just a pop around the corner, some quick business, and then he was right back to where he was before. Except…
Robin blinked slowly as he sat back down and did his best to position himself as he had been. “Oh,” she hummed, “it’s one of those nights again. Excellent.”
“Eh?” Franky puzzled down at her with starlight in his eyes. His forearm rested comfortably at her side, but she raised herself up to sit between his shoulder and his neck, extra arms wrapping for stability. “What do you mean, ‘again’?” He asked as he dared to hold her a little closer.
“These are always such nice dreams,” the demon woman said with a nuzzle into his jaw. “They’re always my favorite.”
“You…dream about this?”
“Often.”
“And what, uh, what happens in those dreams?”
“Mmmm. The one I had last week, we were in a dingy in the middle of the ocean. The waves were so still, it looked like a mirror. I was reading. You were singing a song as you played your guitar. And I think we were drinking tea?” She murmured near his ear, low and lethargic.
“A tea party at sea? Sounds super nice.”
“And then a Sea King rose up from the water and ate us, sending us down its digestive tract and slowly dissolving us in stomach acid.”
“…Oh.”
“Last night,” Robin sighed, and if he didn’t know any better he would have thought she’d pressed her lips to his jaw, “I had a dream that we were in a grand library. You were helping me carry books. But there were no ladders, and the shelves were so tall. So you let me stand on your shoulders so that I could reach better.”
Franky chuckled with an adjustment to his grip on her hip, “oh? On my shoulders? Pirate Docking Two: Dewey Decimal Mode?”
“Not in your dreams,” she laughed.
“Look, lady, you’re the one who dreamed it!” His little hand popped out of his palm to tickle her side. “What happened next in the dream?”
“I lost my footing trying to reach, but you caught me as I fell.”
“Super good. Go dream me.”
“And I thanked you with a kiss,” she giggled, lips now to his cheek.
The radiator pinged again, much louder this time. His cheeks matched his shoulders and steam practically whistled from his ears. “O-oh,” Franky gulped.
“It was a wonderful kiss. You held me against the bookshelves in the library and kissed me until everything else faded away. And then…”
“And then?”
Robin rolled with a sleepy smile, an extra hand or three tracing through the short hairs at the base of his neck. “Well, maybe I will admit I do have dreams about Pirate Docking Two after all.”
He had to take a big breath, shaky rattles manifesting from deep in the machine's core. “I—I didn’t know you dreamed about that. Why didn’t you say anything sooner, pervert woman?”
“I didn’t want the dreams to end. So, what sort of dream will this be tonight?” She purred, hands tracing the artificial flush over his broad, broad chest.
“This ain’t a dream, you’re awake, Nico Robin.”
“Mmm, no. I don’t think so. I know I’m dreaming of you again. Because if I wasn’t dreaming, and if you really were here, then I would tell you that I love you. I’ve been meaning to for quite a while, but I’ve just never found the time or the words. That’s why it’s easier in my dreams. Things don’t need to be said, you already just…know,” she yawned into the warmth, a radiating blanket that dragged her once again toward slumber.
“You already know?” He asked quietly, eyes gazing down at her tired form.
“Of course.”
“That’s super good to hear. So, what sort of dream would you like this one to be?”
“I think I simply want to lay together. I have those dreams the most often. I show you wildflowers or you show me seashells. And we finally rest. Would that be alright, Franky?”
He nodded as he scooped her up gently and carried her to her quarters. Massive mechanical hands draped the woman back into her sheets, pulling the duvet up over her shoulder. Robin immediately settled into the pillows with a smile. Her eyes closed, her breath slowed, her lips slacked.
“Goodnight. Have super sweet dreams, alright?” Franky whispered to her as he tucked her in. He offered just one quick kiss to her forehead before departing.
The cyborg turned to go, but a cluster of hands sprouted to reach for one of his fingers. “Where are you going?” She asked without opening her eyes.
“I didn’t want to intrude.”
“But that isn’t the dream I wanted to have.”
The plethora of limbs pulled him back toward the bed, silently inviting him to lay down with her. It took some readjusting of the pillows under his shoulders, but soon he settled onto the soft mattress. The devil curled like a cat against his chest once more. She kissed the fingers that caressed her hair, sleepy in the midnight moonlight, drifting on the placid sea.
“Nico Robin?” Franky asked, just before the pale light of lucidity faded altogether.
“Mmm?”
“I know I love you, too.”

10 QL Girls I Want Carnally
Because @twig-tea hit me with the tag in their 10 QL People I Want Carnally list sprinkled with women as @negrowhat requested, let me slide up in here to show some appreciation for only the ladies because the amount of GLs we have leaves me thirsty, and these women look like a beautiful stream in the dusty desert.
Honorable Mention - Namtan's Characters [Pluto]
Tumblr media
I don't understand the plot of this upcoming series. Namtan is playing twins and one or both of them love May (played by Film). Full disclosure here, I don't give a fuck about the plot because I'm going to watch it regardless. I'm always showing up for Namtan (and Film and Clize). When I'm being offered beautiful women in a GL plot, I do not question the gifts God bestows on me.
Honorable Mention - Jung One [She's Makes My Heart Flutter]
Tumblr media
Fucking Korea and its short ass shows! I only had this precious babygirl for one hour, and I would murder for her. I would treat her so well that she would never feel nervous about another thing in her whole life. She is like Jim from Moonlight Chicken, just trying to help her niece and run her bar, but I'll be like Wen and WORK FOR FREE because that's how much I want to be in her bed warming her up at night. Money ain't the only way to pay me for my services.
Hydration Station
Maya & Rose [Laws of Attraction]
Tumblr media
Choke me. Maya AND Rose are my ideal throuple with me being the third. Silvy had me hot and bothered in her scenes with Joong and New in The Warp Effect (bisexual reawakening), and Organ had me hot for mommy in Never Let Me Go, so Laws of Attraction giving me both in a Be Gay, Do Crime plot was heaven sent. Watching them manipulate and beat up men, knowing they were going home to each other is the energy I need from all my GL plots.
Yuna [Semantic Error]
Tumblr media
She rides a bike and has beanies for every occasion. She'd let me wear her hoodies. She'd let me wear her beanies. She let me ride her bike. She'd let me ride her. Her entire demeanor lets me know what's up without her even having to open her mouth, and I've already signed up for a two-month subscription before I even approach her. Whatever she wants to do, I'm down whenever including going down wherever.
Tee [GAP]
Tumblr media
Let me say this with my full chest "FUCK, SAM!" If I was Mon, as soon as Tee would've asked my name, it would have been "Sam, who?" because TEE COULD GET IT! I'd let Tee fuck me in front of all her friends and God on that table. Tee's game was unmatched. No hate to Sam being inexperienced, but Tee obviously knew thangs and was more than willing to share her knowledge, anytime, any day, anyway. *bites knuckles*
Phai [My Dear Gangster Oppa]
Tumblr media
I don't fuck with cops. But . . . girl definitely knows how to use handcuffs. And the way she always told Muffin to shut up did things to my sacral chakra that told me that even though I don't fuck with the police, I would 100%, without a doubt, fuck the police(woman).
Proud [7 Project]
Tumblr media
This is going to be a theme in this list because I don't just want Proud from 7 Project, who deserved so much better than that horrible story. I want Samantha, the person who played Proud. Sammy has been in everything for a solid decade now. She deserves the lead already, and I deserve to watch her and those beautiful lips of hers make out with another girl again! 2024, do me and my girl right.
Luna [Sleep with Me]
Tumblr media
She has problems sleeping. Like an actual medical diagnosis. Not even trying to take away from the seriousness of her condition but . . . I've heard intensive physical activity is good for sleep. I'd be more than willing to test this scientific theory out by fucking all night long. It couldn't be just once though. In order to prove a theory, we'd have to do it a couple of times. I'm great at pulling all-nighters and being an enthusiastic participant for *science*
Cher [GAP]
Tumblr media
GAP gave me so many beautiful women, and all of them were mean to Sam. Blessed. But my favorite Mean Girl was Cher. I had her for only a few seconds, but I would leave my SO on vacation if I saw her walking through the resort. Her AND her girlfriend could get it. Call me. Beep me. If you wanna reach me.
Ray [Club Friday]
Tumblr media
This bitch was crazy. And I. Loved. It. But playing crazy is apparently what this actress does best.
Tumblr media
As Ray, she was wildin' out trying to have a baby between her husband, her husband's boyfriend, and her ex-girlfriend, and as Anthika in Midnight Museum, she was wildin' out trying to resurrect the savior. And you know what? I would proudly stand next to her and commit queer wrongs every day instead of demanding she come to her senses if it meant she was making me come every night. Ooookay.
Mayris [The Sign]
Tumblr media
Is she open to a two-night stand with a girl? I don't know, but I'm sure the hell gonna try to persuade her.
Ink [Bad Buddy]
Tumblr media
There is a reason everyone loved her in that show. In Magic of Zero, Pa was trying her damndest to get Ink to remember her, and girl, same. If I had a girl like Ink, I would be the brattiest bitch. I'd pout until she gave me all of her attention. I'd be pissy if she even looked at someone else. I'd want her all to myself and she'd have to lose her job because I'd keep her in the bed ALL DAY. Well, not the bed. We could pull a Pat and Pran and fuck on the couch, the kitchen counter, and outside after drinking.
The One to Rule Them All
Sine Inthira, the person, not the character.
Tumblr media
I want this woman carnally. She could tell me to shut up in front of my friends and God, and I WOULD DO IT! She could say something that went against all my feminist beliefs, and I would not give one fuck. I would ruin my life for this woman. I would be peak toxic for this woman. Why The Eclipse cast her as the teacher and tried to make me feel bad for Khao's character was the rudest thing to ever happen in my bisexual existence, but I know where my heart lies because I was telling Ayan to shut the fuck up and let my beautiful angel speak.
Tumblr media
LOOK AT HER! If y'all ever hear of an American sitting in a Thai jail after chasing after this woman, know that American is me because my ass will not be sane if I see her in person.
I'm only tagging one person in this list of women I want carnally.
💙Daddy💙
@dribs-and-drabbles, I'd love to know who you want helping you break in that bed after you move it in this weekend. You've been so focused on shared clothing when all I want to know is whose do you want to take off.

@vvhimsicals  gets  a  closed   starter   !  muse  :  tea salonga  .  30 .  biker + bartender plot : here
Tumblr media Tumblr media
standing in the section for pick up, tea held a cardboard sign as her phone was angled to capture the entire encounter. her hands slightly damped a part of the sign due to her palms sweating at the thought. she was seeing max for the first time in person. not over a screen, through texts, or though an account. he'll be touching the same ground and breathing the same air as her within minutes. her sign leaned over more towards the childish theme but effort was evident, her poor attempt at drawing a cow and chicken to add personality to her personalized call card. " [ . . . ] cowboy max! " her eyes widened at the familiar features. the nickname found itself into her vocabulary after she went through his account. ( no, not stalking. ) " oh shit, i knew you were real. " she stepped closer before throwing her arms around the ranch-hand. she was silent for a moment as she embraced him, soaking in the moment. it didn't feel real, but here she was physically touching him. " so? what's up! " she beamed while letting him go. she was lost for words which was a first. " [ . . . ] you look better with my own eyes rather over the phone. "

𝑫𝒂𝒛𝒂𝒊 𝒙 𝒇𝒆𝒎!𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒆𝒓
𝑮𝒆𝒏𝒓𝒆: fluff♡/ slice of life/ Dazai in Greece <little warning for mentions of scars> kinktober is here so ofc I serve Dazai fluff
Tumblr media
Escapism.
That's how this could be called. On a deserted beach somewhere in Greece, far away from home. With you under a cheap umbrella bought from a store nearby.
Colours seemed to have been sucked out of the world: the jade green and deep blue of the sea and the sky above were replaced by silver grey. Even the golden sand had a muted colour, the shade of oat milk, and rain poured down from the clouds; steadily, never ending.
But you... you were as radiant as always. Even now in this pearly light your face was bathed in glow.
Your features stood out on the dulled background. The mocha brown of your hair and eyes; the latter dotted with specs of gold, your tiger stripe red nail polish (a silly design you picked as a joke after your visit to the Kanazawa Gardens back in Yokohama, two weeks ago) and the charcoal black of your bathing suit were all so vivid.
He watched as you rose a bottle of green tea to your lips and took a sip.
"So... what do we do now?" you asked suddenly, your words muffled by the sound of falling rain.
Dazai only shrugged in response, gaze scanning his suroundings. The sky seemed to melt into the sea before his eyes, lines of droplets connecting the above and below, forming a capsule around the two of you. And behind, the rocky road that went back to town, which seemed to be flooding.
"Leaving certainly isn't an option" he replied, pointing at the swamped road and you turned your head to take a look; letting out a disappointed huff.
"Guess we gotta stay here for a while."
You moved your deckchair closer to his in attempt to shelter yourself from the rain and reached for your bag, checking to see if your belongings were still dry.
Dazai watched your every movement the same way an artist looks at his muse; with adoration, longing and just a shadow of sadness. Still, he couldn't deny how ironic this whole situation was:
"Don't let the rain upset you bella. It'll pass soon" he cooed "Plus. It could've started raining when we were in town or something."
"Oh spare me love" you chuckled in response. "It's cold and my book and clothes got wet"
Despite your complains you didn't seem mad at all. There was a certain aura of peace surrounding you at all times, especially now.
"It is beautiful tho." you added, pointing a manicured finger towards the horizon "It's like the world caved in and now it's just us left."
The brunette reached for your hand and took it in his own, softly running his thumb over your knuckles. "That wouldn't be bad at all actually"
Suddenly you got up from your chair at tip-toed towards the water, pulling Dazai after you. Your boyfriend's lips curled into a playful smile as you stepped into the water.
"Bella... you know I can't-"
"Shut up 'same. Your bandages are gonna get wet from the rain anyway. Come on"
And indeed, the humid air and droplets of rain made his loose shirt stick to his skin and he felt his bandages dampen.
And so he followed you into the grey sea, water rising around the two of you with each step you took. Ankel level, knee high, to your thighs and hips and soon enough waist. Still, you didn't stop until you were almost completely submerged.
Just then you turned to face him, hair moist and sticking up from place to place, a wide smile stretched on your lips. Wrapping your arms around his neck you pulled yourself closer to him as his hands instinctively came to rest on your plush hips.
Before he got a chance to say anything you closed your eyes and tiled your head back, allowing the cold rain to dapple your skin.
And oh how beautiful you looked. In this very moment Dazai stopped paying attention to his slowly loosening bandages, to the cold breeze that made his skin tingle; it was only you and him now.
Soon enough you began humming a tune, a nostalgic melody he recognized but couldn't remember the name of. Lulled by your song he closed his eyes, lowering his forehead to yours.
Sweet minutes have passed like this, the two of you completely absorbed in one another until Dazai finally opened his eyes to meet your own and his heart sank.
Your expression conveyed an image of pure adoration and devotion which made his blood rush to his cheeks, a soft blush tinting his face.
"What you looking at me like that for?" he teased, doing his best to cover up his emotions but failing miserably.
"Like what?" you responded in the same mischevious tone, nails lightly grazing the back of his neck.
Dazai sighed deeply, inching closer to you until his lips were touching yours and he whispered.
"Like you love me"
You smiled against his lips. "Well I do love you Osamu". You spoked those words in a matter of fact way, like it was the most natural and obvious thing in existence. But they meant so much to him. No one had told him they loved him. Ever.
Closing the distance between you your boyfriend pulled you in for a gentle kiss, cold lips lingering against your own as he uttered a hushed "I love you too Y/N"; like a promise made to the Gods.
Just then a loud rumble sounded from somewhere above, causing you to pull away and swiftly swim towards the shore.
"Shit. Maybe we should get out of the water. I heard people got struck by lightning here."
"There's no way that happened." he chuckled but followed you close by.
"I mean technically it could happen. It's an open space"
"Whatever you say bella." he said back, amused by your pointless worries.
When you got back to the beach Dazai wrapped a towel around your bare shoulders and began pulling at the ends of his unraveled bandages.
"Guess that's it for them"
You watch him pull the soaked strings of cloth through the holes of his sleeve and did your best not to look at his skin which was painfully visible through the translucent material of his shirt.
Instead you handed him a towel and reached for the bottle of green tea.
"Want some too?" you asked when he took a seat on his chair, towel draped over his shoulders.
"Sure"
The rain showed no signs of stopping so you simply laid back and made yourself comfortable in the mesh fabric of your chair, gaze lost somewhere in the distance.
Dazai took a sip of the tea, the taste of synthetic sweetener and fresh tea lingering on his tongue.
He watched you watch sea, the horizon, the mass of grey that your world was and wished, for only a split second, that this moment would last forever. That the two of you could spend the rest of eternity on this forgotten beach, far away from your actual life, in this sanctuary of nature.
And by the look in your eyes when you finally turned to face him, he could tell that you wished for the same thing.

Tumblr media Tumblr media
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~* ROSE POV ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~
The sound of coughing bounced off of the walls around the three of us as we tried to help a man named Henry who was currently fighting for his life. Glenn and I panted heavily as we tried to hold him down on the ground as he continued to squirm, while Hershel was attempting to lower a tube down his throat so we could get air in his lungs.
"Henry, we need you to calm down. We're trying to help." Hershel said through the man's coughs and heavy breaths.
He kept fighting the feeling of the thick tube slowly slipping down his throat, and I honestly couldn't blame him, it probably felt awful. I wanted to gag just looking at the scene. But we needed to do this in order for him to live, clearing his lungs for him because his body could no longer fight and do it himself.
Eventually, Hershel got it down far enough and attached the airbag on the other end, squeezing it quickly so air could flow into his lungs, and the man stopped struggling almost immediately as his eyes fluttered closed. Glenn and I both sighed in relief as we pulled our hands away from his chest, continuing to cough and try to catch our own breaths after watching him struggle for so long.
"Drink some of that," Hershel nodded to the cups of tea sitting next to Glenn, "Both of you."
Glenn lazily handed one of the mugs to me as he lifted the glass up to his lips as well. Hershel just continued to squeeze the bag for Henry every few seconds as he watched us breath, drinking the tea he continued to provide.
"Some council meeting, huh?" Hershel asked, his tone sounding as if he hoped to bring light to the situation.
I huffed out a breath, "We're a few members short."
"I think we should make some new rules before they get back." the old man announced, "I hereby declare, we have spaghetti Tuesdays...every Wednesday." he joked. The two of us just looked at him blankly. "But first we have to find some spaghetti."
I couldn't help but roll my eyes as I let out a dry chuckle, "You know what, I would love to live to see spaghetti Wednesdays."
The two men both gave me a look, staring at me with disapproving eyes, "Oh, what? He can make a joke, but I can't. Hypocrites."
Hershel chuckled lightly, "You okay to take over?" he asked holding the airbag out to me and I nodded, "Every five to six seconds, squeeze. You start feeling lightheaded, grab somebody else to take over. We'll take it in shifts."
I nodded again and began to squeeze the bag like he instructed me. I was determined to keep him alive for as long as I could, hoping that the group would be back any minute now and save the man's life. We had already lost too many people in the time that they were gone, I wanted desperately to avoid another. I could feel that everyone else was holding on by a thread.
Not only that, but my worry for the ones who went out was only growing more by each hour that they hadn't returned. In the back of my mind I knew that they were okay, they were smart enough to make a trip like this. But I couldn't help but think it was too far of a trip to make in such a short amount of time. It really hit me then, and only then, that I truly might die before Daryl came back.
I was racking my brain as I continued to keep Henry alive, thinking back to the last thing I said to him before he took off. Until I remembered I just told him I loved him, and felt myself sigh in slight relief, knowing that if I were to die, at least my last words to him was something meaningful.
About an hour passed and I was starting to feel tired, my hands growing weaker by the second as they started to cramp up. Keeping someone breathing really was a lot of work, I didn't know how Hershel was holding his shit together so well. Glenn took notice and offered to take over, allowing me to take a break as I slowly waddled my way out of the cell, wanting to check on a few others in the space. But Hershel seemed to read my mind, coming up to me the second I left the room and asked if I could make his rounds with him.
We walked down the stairs silently and looked in to check on who was still alive. We passed by a few breathing people before Hershel stopped suddenly at a cell and saw a man with blood coming out of his eyes, and I peered down at his chest to see he was completely still. I closed my eyes when I saw him, and Hershel was quick to set his light down to fully walk into the room. I knew what I had to do, and I slowly took out my knife with a breath, but Hershel placed his hand on top of mine.
"No. Not here." he whispered.
He then walked back out of the room quickly while I watched the deceased man, making sure he didn't come back at the wrong time. The old man returned only a few seconds later with a stretcher so we could roll him out and put him down without anyone else having to see.
"Help me get him on this." he whispered.
I sighed as my mind began to wander, "But what about in a couple of hours, when Henry's dead,-"
"Rose." he whispered sternly.
"How are we going to get his body down the stairs and across the cellblock without anyone noticing?" I asked, "It's hard enough to do that when they're on the ground level."
"If that happens- if- you're going to help me." he responded.
I took in a breath as I looked at him seriously, "And what if I'm gone?" I asked quietly.
"Shut up," he whispered harshly, not even wanting to think about my words, "Help me get him on this."
Letting out a heavy breath, I moved to grab his legs to help pick the man up, setting him down on the stretcher gently without making too much noise. We then slowly tried to make our way out of the cellblock without too many people noticing, not wanting them to be aware of the amount of people we were taking out. Though right as we were about to make it up to the door, a child's voice suddenly cut through the quiet cellblock.
"What are you doing?" Lizzy asked.
The two of us whipped around to see the younger girl standing there with a tilted head as she eyed the covered body. I hesitated for a moment, but Hershel was quick to think of something that wouldn't scare her, walking over to bend down to her level.
"We're taking Mr. Jacobson to a quieter place," he said simply before raising his hand to feel her forehead, "Why don't you go get my copy of Tom Sawyer from my room. I want you to read it by tonight."
She coughed into her hand harshly before looking back up to him with a shaking head, "I won't finish it."
"Why?" he asked.
"It's going to get too dark." she replied.
Hershel only nodded in understanding, "Well, give it your best try." he said calmly, hoping to distract her.
I watched as she slowly nodded and walked away, but not without looking back at us a few different times, before completely disappearing back into the darkness of her cell. To be honest that kid always creeped me out.
Though once she had gone back to her room, we quickly ushered the body out of the cellblock and took him down the hall a bit so we could keep this as quiet as possible. The stretcher came to a stop as we glanced around for a moment, pulling out my knife again as I stood up near the man's head, glancing back up towards Hershel with heavy eyes.
"You haven't had to do this yet have you?" I asked him.
He quickly shook his head, "There was one late last night, Glenn did it. People don't need to see it; I don't want them to."
It seemed as though as soon as he finished his sentence, the man beneath the sheet began to groan and try to sit up as he came back to life. I brought my hand down on his chest to keep him still before plunging my knife into the side of his head, ripping it out harshly as his blood began to seep through the white cloth. I mindlessly placed my knife back on my his securely as I looked down at his dead body, hearing Hershel recite a few words from the bible like some kind of funeral.
But my vison slowly began to blur, feeling myself begin to break out into a cold sweat as I could hear my heartbeat in my ears. I blinked repeatedly to try and stay awake, steadying myself with my hands on the stretcher, but the darkness was slowly consuming me, and I knew I couldn't last another second as I fell to the floor.
The last thing I managed to hear, was Hershel's panicked voice calling my name before it all went quiet.

My face scrunched up a little as I could see the dim light behind my eyelids, feeling a soft touch running across my head. I grew confused the longer my eyes remained closed, finally peeling them open again as my vison was still just as blurry as before, trying to allow them to adjust as I woke. Eventually my gaze focused on Glenn who hovered above me, his head facing down and his hand resting against my head, gently stroking my forehead with his thumb.
But once he lifted his head to look at me again, seeing me returning to consciousness, he sighed in obvious relief. "Oh, thank God," he muttered as he placed a kiss on my forehead, "Jesus...you've been out for hours."
My mouth parted in slight shock as I glanced past his head and noticed it was now dark outside. The day completely vanishing it seemed like. I shook my head and tried to think of the last thing I remembered before passing out, "What happened?"
"After you left to put that guy down, you just passed out cold. Hershel had to bring you back in here and lay you down, he said it was probably from exhaustion, dehydration..." he rambled on before sighing again, "God...I thought I was going to lose you." he finished sadly.
"I'm okay." I whispered in reassurance, resting my hand on top of his own as I slowly came back to reality.
He nodded, "Okay, good... just sit tight for a second, I'll be right back. I've gotta check on Henry quick, he's just in the next room."
"Okay," I agreed as he gave me a small smile, shakily standing back up to head outside, leaving me alone with my thoughts as I stared back up at the ceiling.
I laid there perfectly still as the minutes passed, trying to gather my thoughts as I leaned over, reaching for the cup of water conveniently placed right by my side. I knew I needed to get up, find Hershel to let him know I was okay, wanting to know if there were any signs from Daryl. But I paused suddenly when it hit me then that Glenn had yet to return, causing me to realize the area had grown oddly silent. A chill ran up my spine as it didn't sit right with me, slowly sitting up on my cot to try and listen for any noise, even so much as someone walking. Anything.
Lizzy's familiar voice then suddenly called out for Hershel in a slight panic, and that alone made my ears perk up. I slowly got out of bed while wincing at my sore muscles before someone else then started to scream. I tried to push myself to move faster out of the room, looking over the balcony to see that there were walkers everywhere, some killing the people who were still alive, while others fought with everything they had to try and defend themselves.
I had watched this familiar scene before, the sight taking me back to when the illness first started. A pit formed in my stomach as I knew we couldn't let it happen again.
My eyes widened as I turned to rush and find Glenn, but when I made it towards the next room, Henry was nowhere to be found, and Glenn was laying flat on the floor. I instantly dropped to my knees in a panic, turning his head to see he was choking and could no longer breathe, his eyes rolling to the back of his head as he struggled.
My stomach dropped, "Hershel!" I called out as I laid him down on his back, beginning to press firmly on his chest to keep his heart beating, performing CPR.
My hands pumped up and down on his chest at a steady pace as I counted to thirty in my head, pinching his nose and tilting his head back so I could breathe into his mouth, before counting all over again. I felt tears forming in my eyes when I saw he still wasn't responding, only growing worse as he fought for his life.
"Come on, Glenn please!" I cried, "Hershel!" I called again over my shoulder, desperate for the old man's help as my vision began to blur.
I repeated the actions over and over again, I wasn't going to stop until he had a heartbeat. My back was still facing the doorway as I hovered over him, barely even hearing the sound of a walker slowly making its way closer before I finally turned around it face it. It was just about to grab my leg until I reached for my knife and stabbed its head harshly, not even bothering to pull it back out as I faced Glenn again.
My arms began to shake as I cried, pushing down harsher and harsher as I refused to believe that this was it for him. I couldn't let him die, not when he was so sure that the two of us would make it out of this together. There was no way in hell I was going to give up on him.
Just as I was about to lean down and breathe into his mouth again, he was dramatically gasping for air, leaning over to spit out a bunch of blood that were once filling his lungs. I sighed in relief as my cheeks were wet with tears, patting his back to try and help him get it all out and clear his lungs.
Hershel then frantically turned the corner with wide eyes once he saw the state we were in, "He stopped breathing." I informed him, trying to catch my breath.
"You saved his life." he replied, "Hold on, we're going to need that airbag." he said before turning back around to find it.
"Wait!" I called out, seeing him stop in his tracks, "I'll go find it. Just keep him breathing, I don't think I can do it anymore." I said as I continued to try and catch my breath.
The man nodded frantically, quickly switched places with me as I walked out of the cell to try and find the airbag we had made. I racked my brain for where it could be, thinking back to the last person who had it. Before I stopped dead in my tracks once my eyes landed on a certain figure that I recognized quite well.
Henry had turned and was now trapped over the balcony, his body lying on the netting that kept him from falling down towards the bottom level of the cellblock...the airbag still attached to his bloody face.
"Son of a bitch." I cursed quietly, before slowly pushing myself to move forward.
I kicked each of my legs over the railing clumsily, falling to my knees in an instant on the flimsy net that was now struggling to support both of our bodies. He noticed me quickly as I gasped for air, taking it to his advantage as he crawled over toward me in an instant, not giving me a chance to balance. He hovered on top of me as his teeth chomped right near my face, my arms struggling to keep the dead weight off of me as my jaw clenched. I could feel my muscles shake wildly as I turned my head away from his face, gritting my teeth as he attempted to sink his teeth into my flesh.
I tried to maneuver his weight slowly, reaching for the airbag from where it was latched onto his face, keeping his teeth away from me as best as I could. I cried out suddenly, not being strong enough to handle it on my own as I was only one step closer to death, before a sudden voice called my name from below me.
My gaze snapped down to see Maggie with wide eyes, aiming her gun towards the walker's head as she saw it was about to kill me, but my screams of protest stopped her. "No! You might hit the bag we need it for Glenn!" I yelled as I continued to struggle with the walker.
I groaned as I continued to fight with the dead, my arms nearly giving out as I tried to reach for the bag one last time. But the weight suddenly subsided in a split second as it collapsed on top of me dead, looking back down to see Maggie lowering her gun.
I nodded quickly in appreciation as I shoved the thing off of me, tugging the airbag from its mouth before trying to stand up on the wobbly net. My heart was racing in my chest and my limbs had never felt weaker as I fought with everything I had to try and make it back up to him, steadying myself on the railing.
"He's turning blue!" Hershel's urgent voice called out, only pushing me to move faster as I lifted myself back onto the second level in a not so graceful manner.
The moment I reentered the room, I handed the airbag to Hershel and couldn't pull my eyes away from his face as he continued to struggle. He was wheezing and gasping for air as blood continued to pour out of his mouth and my breath caught in my throat. I felt tears slip down my face effortlessly once again as Maggie held him down so Hershel could place the tube down his throat to get him breathing again.
My eyes never moved away from him the entire time, standing there like a goddamn statue, not allowing myself to relax until I knew he would be okay.
Once he successfully got it down his throat, he started to squeeze the bag, and Glenn finally stopped struggling as the room went quiet once again. I let out a breath I didn't know I was holding and plopped down onto the floor in exhaustion, my hands shaking from adrenaline. I wiped the sweat off of my forehead staring down at him as his chest rose and fell with steady breaths. I could barely process the fact that I almost lost him so easily, I didn't want to think about it too much. He was almost ripped away from all of us, and it scared me so badly.
Maggie then noticed me struggling to catch my breath and placed a hand on my leg as she glanced back at me, "Ro? You okay?" she asked.
I tried to form some kind of reply but nothing came out as I started to cough again, blood beginning to pour out of my mouth. I heard Hershel instruct Maggie to keep squeezing the bag for Glenn as he quickly moved over to me, switching places as they both frantically moved. He gently pushed me over to the side so I could get all of the blood out of my mouth, but it just kept coming, a never ending cycle that I couldn't escape from nor prevent. My eyes started to get heavy again and he visibly noticed as he patted my back harder.
"Come on Rose, stay with us." he pleaded as he slowly lifted me up and onto the nearby mattress I was in front of.
I was trying, but I couldn't stop coughing as I struggled to stay awake. I kept trying to tell myself that Glenn needed the airbag, he needed it to stay alive and I needed to pull through for him. But I felt so tired and Hershel's steady voice started to fade again into almost nothing as it was replaced with a slight ringing. I felt myself slowly slipping away again like I did once before, knowing in the back of my mind that this could be it.
Until I suddenly heard the cellblock door slam open and a familiar voice calling my name.
The life was instantly brought back into me as my ears perked up hearing the sound of his sweet voice, however I didn't open my eyes. Though I knew that I was conscious, my eyelids felt as if they weighed a thousand pounds, the feeling being almost painful for me to open my eyes again.
"Up here!" Hershel yelled back, hearing heavy footsteps echo around the place before they were suddenly right in front of the entrance, a small gasp leaving his lips.
"What happened? She pass out?" he asked frantically.
I mustered all the strength I had left in that moment, opening my eyes slightly to see Daryl standing right above me with a bag hanging lazily from his grasp. He noticed almost immediately that my eyes squinted open, not wasting another second before he was kneeling at my side.
"Rosie? Baby?" he whispered softly, the pet name just slipping right out to prove how scared he was, raising his hand to run his thumb over my cheek.
I cleared my throat roughly before nodding my head, "I'm here." I breathed heavily.
There were sighs of relief all over the room upon hearing the sound of my strained and tired voice. I then felt Daryl lean down to place a kiss on the top of my head, "Thank God yer okay." he whispered against my hair, "Yer okay." he repeated.
I smiled weakly at him and saw Bob lingering in the doorway, hesitantly making his way inside to hand out the medicine we needed.
"We need to get her an IV to get the meds in her." Hershel said, beginning to stand.
I sat up quickly upon hearing that, "No." I protested before a cough cut off my words, "Glenn," I breathed, "Help Glenn first."
All eyes were on me in question, but everyone seemed to understand as I laid back down, resting my eyes again. Relief filled my entire being now knowing that Glenn, Sasha, and anyone else who was left was going to be okay. I was going to be okay. A weight was lifted from me, knowing now I could finally relax as everything was falling into place.
Opening my eyes again to look at Daryl, his gaze had never left me, "You're back." I said weakly.
He smiled, "Yeah m' back, angel. And yer gonna be okay." he said quietly, pushing some of my hair back and out of my face.
"You know I'm too stubborn to die."
He chuckled lightly, "Damn straight."

It had been about a week before Hershel would even let me step outside. He wanted me to recover fully before being around everybody else, and I haven't had any human contact other than him in a whole seven days. I had briefly seen Maggie and Glenn since they were in the same cellblock that I was in with Glenn still recovering, but that was it.
After Daryl and the others came back with the meds, he wouldn't let us see each other for the soul purpose so no one else would get sick. So now I was anxiously waiting for his approval, so I could see everyone again after what felt like an eternity. He held the stethoscope up to my chest, telling me to take deep breaths as he listened to the sound of my lungs. But once he was done checking nearly everything under the sun, he didn't utter a word, silently knowing I was dying for him to say something.
I rolled my eyes at his silence, "Oh, spit it out please!" I exclaimed.
He chuckled before slowly nodding his head, "Well it looks like you're in luck...you're free to go, dear."
I squealed in excitement before quickly wrapping my arms around him in a hug, feeling him laugh again before squeezing me back tightly. I wanted him to know how much I appreciated him always, how I noticed how hard he was working to save not only my life, but everyone else's. And how I knew he would still look after me even though I was completely in the clear.
When we pulled away from one another, he kept his hands on my shoulders to make sure I wouldn't rush right out, "But take it easy, you hear me? Doctor's orders." he said.
"Oh please, I've been taking it easy for a whole week. I think I'll be okay." I assured.
He nodded, giving my shoulders a soft squeeze, "I love you...I just want you safe and healthy. I'm allowed to worry."
My eyes softened as he voiced his concerns and his adoration, leaning back in to hug him once more as if I couldn't help it, "I love you too..." I whispered, "Thank you for just...everything."
"It's my pleasure, dear." he said as he held me tight, before pulling away again to keep his hands securely on my arms as if he was scared to let me go. It warmed my heart at the thought, knowing that he's always cared for me like a daughter, and I couldn't have cherished it more.
"Why're you acting like we're never going to see each other again?" I laughed, "I'm just going outside for a bit."
He nodded, "I know. But be careful, alright. Don't push yourself too hard."
I rolled my eyes slightly, "Yeah, yeah." I muttered while giving his hand a squeeze and standing to my feet, "See you later, old man." I said over my shoulder, hearing him chuckle to himself as I made my way out of cellblock A.
As soon as I stepped outside the prison walls, I instantly felt relieved as I breathed in the fresh air. I always loved being in the sun because of how much happiness it brought me. Being inside for that long didn't exactly do me any good, feeling like an actual prisoner most of the time as I could hardly even stand up on my own without Hershel scurrying to make sure I wouldn't fall on my ass.
"Rose!"
I turned around when I heard the brief call of my name, seeing Carl and Beth rushing over toward me quickly with excited smiles. My face broke out into a grin of my own when I caught a glimpse of them, opening my arms for them as they both collided into me to give me a giant hug. I hung onto them tightly, slowly realizing how much I had missed them the longer I held them again in my arms.
"Oh, I missed my babies." I muttered as I squeezed them tighter, hearing them both laugh happily.
"We missed you too." Carl said seriously, beginning to pull away.
"I was so worried about you." Beth said as she looked at me now, clear sadness filling her voice as her features contorted in concern.
I shook my head quickly, "Hey, I'm okay. You don't have to worry about me." I said while placing a hand on each of their cheeks.
Whether they realized it or not, they both leaned into my touch the second I reached up, my heart warming at the sight. I knew how concerned they were, but I would rather go through that a million times over than have them be the one to catch the illness. I would have been a nervous wreck, so I was silently grateful that they were perfectly healthy, and not the other way around.
"So, what are you guys doing?" I asked as I pulled away.
Carl shrugged, "Just taking a walk, do you want to come?"
I went to answer, but then my eyes briefly landed on where Daryl and Rick were standing, leaning against a few of the cars as they spoke. "How about I take a raincheck?"
The two of them turned to where I had been staring before giving each other a certain look, Beth starting to make kissy faces at me which caused me to roll my eyes while Carl snickered to himself. "Oh, shut up." I muttered as I pushed her shoulder. "Bye you two!" I called over my shoulder.
"Bye!" they yelled back as they made their way to the field side by side.
I had a bit of pep in my step as I made my way over toward the vehicles, a part of me a bit surprised that they were talking in the first place considering how they left things. But right on cue, as if they could hear my thoughts, they both turned at the same time when they heard me walking up to them, and Daryl wasted no time jogging over the rest of the way.
He quickly picked me up into a hug, leaving me squealing in surprise as I squeezed him tightly around his shoulders. I felt him sway me back and forth a little as my feet still couldn't quite touch the ground, before lowering me back down with his arms still secured around my waist. I had missed him like crazy, wanting to spend every single second with him until the sun went down to make up for the lost time.
"I missed ya so much." he finally said, pulling back slightly to look me in the eye.
"I missed you more." I whispered.
Rick clearing his throat from behind us is what made our heads turn to look over at him at the same time, "You have an audience." he reminded awkwardly.
I huffed out a small laugh before pulling away from Daryl, making my way over towards him to wrap him in a hug as well. He rested his arms across my shoulders as he squeezed me once, "Hey, Rosie." he whispered.
"Hey," I smiled, "Um...since when did you and Daryl make up?" I whispered in his ear.
I heard him chuckle a little, "Well it took a lot of talking, and me telling him I apologized to you and all that. But we're okay."
"Good." I muttered while finally pulling away from him.
"So, how do you feel?" he asked.
"Refreshed," I said simply, "I can't wait to actually do something." I rubbed my hands together excitedly.
Daryl came closer to me and wrapped an arm around my shoulders, "Well, why don't we get outta here and do somethin. Anythin you wanna do." he suggested.
I raised my eyebrows, "Anything?"
He nodded his head, "Mhm."
I thought about it for a few seconds before a slow smirk was brought onto my face, and I could tell that it made both men a bit nervous. "I don't like that glint in her eye." Rick said.
I smiled as I turned towards Daryl, "I know what I want to do." I spoke confidently.
"Shoot." he said.
"Teach me to drive your motorcycle." I stated without any hesitation.
He stared at me in slight disbelief for a moment, trying to decipher if I was being serious or not before shaking his head, "Nah, no way."
My mouth fell open slightly, "Oh come on! You said anything; that's what I want to do."
"That's really what ya want?" he asked hesitantly, watching as I surely nodded my head.
I had no idea why, but lately I had been itching to get out and ride on Daryl's motorcycle again. However, I wanted to be the one to drive. Though it made me a bit nervous, I couldn't deny that I was excited too, figuring now was a perfect time to learn. I was practically imprisoned for a week straight and I needed to do something.
He sighed and thought about it for a few moments before eventually giving in, "Alright."
I smiled brightly, kissing his cheek as a thank you before moving over towards his bike that was just a few feet away. In all honesty I didn't really know what compelled me to want to learn, but it sounded almost freeing. Although I thought it was funny that I wanted nothing to do with motorcycles in the beginning, and now I wanted to learn how to drive one. My guess could only be it was Daryl's constant bad influence on me.
Being cooped up in a cell for a week made me realize how much I take for granted. I missed being outside in the sun, I missed having the wind whip me in the face, and I especially missed my family the most. I knew I hadn't taken the time to see all of them yet, but I knew I would eventually when the sun went down, all of us usually gathering around for dinner. My mind wandered to Sasha and Glenn, knowing that he was still recovering as he had a bit more trouble bouncing back. But Maggie was practically glued to his side so I knew he was just fine.
I was snapped out of my thoughts when I felt Daryl begin to slow the bike down to a stop in the fairly open road, shutting it off briefly before turning back to look at me over his shoulder, "Alright, this ain't a toy. Ya gotta take this seriously."
I blinked, "Okay, dad."
He narrowed his eyes at me, "M' serious."
"So am I." I smiled.
He huffed at my sarcastic state, before getting off the bike as I slid myself down to the driver's seat. He then hopped on the back as I glanced down at the handles, trying to get the feel of things before he started to instruct me. I grabbed the two of them hesitantly, knowing already which was the brake versus the clutch from what I've seen Daryl do in the past.
He placed his hands on top of mine and gave me a quick kiss on the side of my head before I felt him pause. I then glanced up in the rearview mirrors, seeing him looking at the back of my head in slight confusion.
"What?" I asked with a tilted head.
He pointed to the small purple clip I had my hair pinned back with, "Where did ya get this?"
I subconsciously touched the back of my hair, "Oh, Maggie gave it to me a few weeks ago. I thought I would pin my hair back today; you like it?" I asked.
He nodded his head, "Mhm, it's pretty." he approved, watching me smile as I turned my attention back towards the bike, hearing his voice become a little more nervous, "Mkay, start it up." he said hesitantly.
I paused momentarily as I tried to remember how, but quickly picked up on it as it roared to life, nodding to myself as I heard Daryl mutter good under his breath. "Alright, ya remember which one is the clutch?" he asked over the sound of the bike. I nodded my head and motioned towards it, "Good," he said again, "So, when ya wanna go, ya let go of the brake slowly and lift the clutch a little."
"Okay," I said to show that I understood, though he could quickly tell by the slight shake in my voice that I was nervous.
He kissed my head again, "It's okay, just trust yerself...and don't kill me."
"Yeah, that's helping." I spoke sarcastically.
He chuckled, "I'm kiddin, you'll do great. Just let go of the brake, lift the clutch a little." he repeated.
I took a breath and nodded before doing exactly what he told me to do. He removed his hands from mine and placed them around my waist to hold on while I slowly let go of the breaks to ease myself into it. The bike began moving pretty slowly, but it was moving. I smiled and got a little more confidence and sped up just the tiniest bit to try and slowly get more comfortable.
But whilst I was speeding up, I accidentally hit the clutch a little too hard and it sped up a lot faster than I wanted it to, and I could feel Daryl fly off of the back at the impact. I gasped in surprise and tried to get control of the bike to check and see if he was okay, but I couldn't turn around to look back without it turning the whole bike right along with me.
Though the seconds of panic didn't linger for very long as I could hear him laughing loudly from behind me, his heavy footsteps following shortly after to try and catch up with me. He hopped back on the second he was close enough while the bike was still going, placing his hands over mine again to get me to hit the brakes slowly to bring it to a stop. We were both laughing wildly as it finally came to a halt, causing me to turn around to glance at him with apologetic eyes.
"I'm so sorry." I breathed as I let out another laugh, covering my face in slight embarrassment.
He chuckled as he gently moved my hands to kiss my forehead, "Don't be sorry darlin, it was yer first time. Ya just gotta practice some more."
"Okay." I sighed, turning back around to try again.
It took some time, but eventually I was driving the bike at a normal speed and didn't kick Daryl off of it in the process. In just those few hours, I had laughed harder than I had in what felt like forever, and it felt good. He really brought out the best in me in ways that I wasn't able to describe.
I couldn't help but notice the way he was looking at me as I drove by on the bike by myself as he watched me from on the grass, with his arms folded over his chest and a proud smile on his lips. But I also didn't miss the lovesick look on his face every time I passed him, but I liked it, and I was pretty positive I looked at him the same damn way. I was glad we got to spend a few hours just enjoying each other's company, while we laughed at the few times I made an ass of myself in the process of learning how to operate the thing that he knew best.
Eventually we headed back to the prison and to my surprise, he let me drive back on my own. To him I was going painfully slow, but I wanted to be careful, cautious as if I would somehow knock him off all over again.
Once we made it through the gates and up towards the prison, I hopped off first and saw that Daryl was about to follow my actions, but I stopped him. "Ah, wait." I said before holding my hand out for him to take.
He looked confused at first, but then seemed to realize what I was doing and rolled his eyes, taking my hand nonetheless. "I do that for a reason, so ya don't fall on yer ass." he said.
I smirked, "I thought I would be the gentleman for once. Plus I was the one driving, it's only fair."
He rolled his eyes again at my words, placing a kiss on the top of my head before we both turned to see Rick jogging over toward us with a small smile upon seeing our return.
"Hey, how was it?" he asked.
"Good. I didn't crash it." I responded while gesturing to the bike next to us dramatically.
He chuckled, "Good." he spoke with a nod, only turning more serious a second later, "I'm uh...I'm glad you came back when you did, I was actually going to ask your help for something."
Daryl narrowed his eyes a bit in concern, "What's wrong?"
"I was on my way to tell Tyreese about Carol, but uh... I wanted to have some kind of backup. I don't think he'll freak out again, but just to be safe."
I could feel Daryl tense from next to me, "So, yer willin to put my girl at risk of gettin her ass beat, again? Nah, no way."
I turned to look him in the eye, "Hey, it's fine, I'll do it. Nothing's going to happen. Plus, Rick came by and apologized for everything, we're good." I reminded him.
"Yeah, he told me, but that don't mean I want ya in there." he said.
I shook my head at him, "I'll be fine."
He thought about it for a second, and then probably came to the realization that he couldn't stop me, nodding his head reluctantly in agreement. We then followed Rick, making our way through the prison to try and find Tyreese to break the news to him about who actually killed Karen and David. I didn't know how he would take it, but I hoped that since she was gone, he would be a little more relieved.
My mind went back to Daryl and how he was taking the loss of Carol. I knew that they were closer friends, and I could only imagine how hard it was to hear that she was gone. But he never seemed to mention it, to an outsider he didn't seem to be affected by it at all. Though I knew him better than that.
I gently nudged his side as we followed behind Rick, "How are you doing...about Carol?" I asked hesitantly, keeping my voice down.
He only shrugged, "Sucks...but I'll be alright." he said as he nudged my shoulder in return.
I nodded in understanding as I could see he didn't want to talk about it much. I knew he was hurt about what Rick did, I could see it in his eyes, but at the same time I knew he understood too. Otherwise he would be on his bike as we speak looking for her to come back.
The three of us made our way down to the tunnels now, Rick calling out into the space, "Tyreese! You down here?"
There was a moment of silence before he heard him call back, "Rick? That you?"
We all then followed the sound of his voice, seemingly at the same time he started to come out of the darkness. He was taken aback a little when his eyes landed on me, probably shocked that I was out of cellblock A as I hadn't seen him since he had taken me.
He smiled warmly, "Hey Rose...you feeling better?" he asked.
"Yeah, Hershel finally let me go." I smiled.
He nodded, "Good," he said before looking back to the two men beside me, "Look you guys gotta see this." he said, pointing behind him.
"Can we take a beat? There's something we need to talk about." Rick said.
"It can wait, come on." he said urgently while heading back the way he came.
We all looked at each other cautiously before following the man back into the room where he came from. It was dark and the men had to raise their flashlights for us to see what he wanted to show us, but once my eyes landed on it, I couldn't help but let my mouth fall open a little. There was a dead rat up against the wall, with its insides spilling out of it.
I heard Daryl mutter, "The hell?" as he stepped closer to get a better look, shining his light over the bloody surface.
"I was just looking around, I needed...answers. Then I found this," Tyreese explained while pointing to the dead rat, "Same person who killed Karen and David did this. Remember the rats at the fence? They show up the same day she was killed, we got a psychopath living with us. We gotta find him Rick, and I'm not going to sleep until we do."
I almost wanted to laugh a little at Tyreese's detective skills, but I didn't. The rats had absolutely nothing to do with Karen and David and at this point I think he was just trying to find something, anything to lead him to who was responsible for killing them. None of us knew who was doing this with the rats, it was all too weird.
"Tyreese," Rick started calmly, "Whoever did this, I don't think that's who killed Karen."
Tyreese looked at him confused, "Why?" was all he could ask.
But before anyone could say another word, a large booming sound rang out from right outside the prison walls and the concrete around us crumbled a little at the impact. I jumped in surprise at the sudden explosive sound, growing confused and uneasy as my heart started to beat out of my chest. My eyes panned up to see Daryl who was already looking at me with the same panicked expression and I knew we both seemed to have the same sinking feeling.
"No..." I muttered.

I wrote this for my 1.5k follower celebration, I hope you like it!
It is a Tom ‘Iceman’ Kazansky x gn!reader blurb, requested by @gigisimsonmars.
The prompt requested is: your s/o remembering small things you’ve said.
Warnings: this is only proofread by me
Tumblr media
Tom was an amazing boyfriend, even though he had a demanding job.
You had met because your best friend was also in the Navy, and from the very first moment he had set eyes on you he hadn’t been able to look away.
Your friend knew Tom and saw his interest in you before anyone else really did, but they also saw that Tom was far more reluctant, maybe even a hint insecure, than when he usually asked others out.
He only managed to come up to you shortly before you wanted to leave, and he actually seemed kind and caring, not like the man of bravado everyone else had gotten to know.
To you he seemed sweet so you agreed to meet him the following night after making some small talk, deciding to meet at that same bar again.
When you arrived he had already ordered you your favorite drink and he was so charming yet always a hint nervous, you couldn’t get enough of him.
From that first date onwards he always remembered things you said, and you developed the most amazing relationship either of you had ever had.
You loved spending time with him and he always seemed to find things that you loved to gift to you, even if it was just your favorite type of tea or that he immediately remembered how you like your coffee, he seemed to guess or always remember what you loved.
Tom had asked you if he could take you on a date he planned on his own, without you knowing what he was up to, and while you were nervous you had faith in him.
He came up to your home one afternoon and escorted you to his car, an album of your favorite band already playing when you entered it and the temperature was perfectly to your liking.
You had spent one night laying on a picnic blanket in his garden stargazing, and you had mentioned that you had always wanted to visit the Griffith Observatory, because it wasn’t only a beautiful building but the views and exhibitions were incredible.
You arrived shortly before the observatory closed, which was strange to you, but Tom just sent you one of his disarming smiles.
He took you by the hand and lead you to the entrance, where the woman at the reception already smiled at you.
It turned out that Tom had once again listened to you far more than you would have thought, and that he had remembered something you had said after reading a romance novel by one of your favorite authors.
The main characters had been on a date in an observatory that had been closed over night, and you hadn’t been able to stop gushing about the romance of it all.
As a pilot Tom could tell you about the constellations and stars as well as any guide could have, and he lead you through the darkened observatory, showing you around and explaining everything to you while holding your hand.
It was the epitome of a perfect date and it was just one of oh so many things you had casually mentioned that he decided to pursue, building a fairy tale life for the two of you.

Chapter 1\ Chapter 2\ Chapter 3 \ Chapter 4 \ Chapter 5
Tumblr media
Few weeks have passed since the poison incident and life seems to have gone back to it’s normal course in the royal palace of Rhodolite.
MC seems to have all but forgotten about the incident and was smiling happily again. Or so it seemed.
Chevalier has noticed that MC, who usually liked desserts so much, has stopped eating them all together. She also seemed to be a lot more careful about her food.
That night again, he watched her push the Rose cheesecake plate away from her with an almost sad look on her face.
It didn’t seem like she was disgusted, more like scared or traumatized.
Of course, such a terrible incident could not have passed without leaving some marks. Even he, who was always admired for his mental fortitude was heavily impacted by the incident and had every dish that was served on her table inspected over and over again.
But this could not go on, MC was barely eating anything and this was starting to worry him. He deduced that since the root of the issue was sweets, he had to make her eat them again.
But how? A royal decree? That was certainly not it.
Maybe he could ask the help of a certain brother of his who was particularly good with baking treats of all sorts.
And so, the next morning, Chevalier stormed into the Domestic faction office looking for Yves.
The 5th prince only stared at him with wide eyes as the king sat in front of him on the sofa.
His older brother had never ever sought him out before. Honestly sometimes Yves thought Chevalier did not know his name.
There was a long silence in the big messy office before Chevalier finally said:
“Showoff, I need your help.”
Help? Chevalier needed HELP? and not anyone’s help, HIS help?
Licht, Leon and Jin all came and sat next to Yves, curious about whatever his majesty the king, a genius born every thousand years could ever need from the 5th prince.
Chevalier cleared his throat and started speaking
“Since the incident MC has not been eating very well, particularly desserts.”
“Oh no! she always seemed particularly fond of sweets, especially after her pregnancy.” Jin said, earning an impatient glare from Chevalier.
The king cleared his throat again, clearly disliking being interrupted before starting to speak once more: “It seems the poison incident heavily affected her. Showoff, you are a good baker and MC loves your sweet. Bake something for her.”
“I see! Poor MC! Very well! We shall have a cozy tea party! I’m sure MC would enjoy it! How about tomorrow afternoon, your majesty?” Yves said feeling bad for MC but happy that there was something he could do for his brother and beloved sister in law; Not that he’d ever admit it.
And so the men agreed and the next afternoon, Chevalier escorted MC to the rose garden.
“Where are we going, Chevalier? Are we going for a walk?”
Chevalier just squeezed her hand before leading her to a beautifully decorated dessert table full of all kinds of delicious treats. The princes, Sariel, Cecilia and Rio were all sitting already and only two chairs were empty.
As Chevalier led MC to her chair, the young queen was looking around, bewildered by all the diverse desert that were laid on the table.
As soon as MC was seated, Chevalier turned around on his heels and was walking away from the cozy garden party.
But before he could get any further he heard his wife's voice calling for him, when he turned around she patted the chair next to her, indicating for him to come sit.
“My presence would only sour the mood, simpleton. Enjoy your tea party. You can tell me all about it later.” He smiled at her.
“No way!” Clavis stood up and grabbed Chevalier by the arm.
“This tea party is to celebrate MC’s pregnancy and it would not feel complete without the baby’s father!” said Yves.
Jin grabbed Chevalier by the shoulder and dragged him toward his seat, next to MC who was smiling at the warm scene in front of her.
“We can assure you no one here is scared of you, your majesty” Sariel added.
Chevalier sighed “Ridiculous” before sitting next to his wife.
Everyone sat and Cecilia got up to serve everyone tea(herbal because MC was pregnant). Conversation was flowing smoothly but everyone’s attention was on MC who had not touched a single dish.
Suddenly silence fell as Yves stood up  and served MC a piece of her favorite cake.
She stared at it for a while before saying “I’m sorry Yves, I’m not very hungry.”
“MC, me and Licht got out together this morning to get the ingredients, we checked everything many times again, and nothing left our eyes for even a second. Everything here, including the tea was made by my own hand and no one but us touched anything. I can assure you this is not poisoned.”  Yves explained hoping this could appease her fears.
“It would make us very happy if you had a taste” Jin added.
“Yeah! Just have a bite and if ya don’t like it, you can stop!” Luke said.
After a few seconds, MC picked her fork and took a bite of the cake.  After chewing for a bit, she finally started crying.
“I’m sorry! I know I’m being overly dramatic! I was just so scared and I-” MC was practically sobbing.
“Your majesty, do not blame yourself for your feelings. Your fears and worries are valid and you should not demean them or feel sorry for them.” Cecilia grabbed MC’s hand.
MC finally let go and after a good while of crying, she was back to smiling and eating. The party continued in a warm atmosphere and Chevalier sat there wondering what the old him would think if he saw himself sitting with all his brothers drinking tea and laughing. Of course, Chevalier did not really participate in the conversation but he was actively listening.
He remembered MC telling him that she was going to teach him about all different types of love. Was this one of them? Fraternal love? Familial love?
He did not know, but he felt his face soften and he felt oddly at peace.
The party lasted for a couple of hours, and MC returned to her room feeling light and relaxed. Of course, her fear would not be solved in a single meal but this was a step toward recovery and it was good enough.
Before leaving, Chevalier turned toward his younger brother and said “This party was a good idea, good job, Yves.” Before leaving in a flutter of his cape.
All the prince stood there, shocked by the fact that Chevalier had finally called one of them, aside from Clavis, by his name.
It wasn’t long before the brothers started competing to have there Older\Younger brother call them by their names.
But that, is a story for another time.

#1 or #5 for the prompt ask!
Thank you for the ask! ¿Por que no los dos?😁
#1 - Person A being overly emotional and sensitive due to their pregnancy and Person B comforting them patiently
#5 - Person A being teased about their weird cravings during pregnancy
The moment Diana switched the call to the secure line, she allowed herself to sigh and lean back into her desk chair.
The phone calls her and 47 shared after each mission we're something she had come to cherish. These moments where they could just speak without the risk of the ICA listening in.
“I'm sorry, 47,” She began, an unusual amount of guilt in her voice, “I shouldn't have taken this contract.”
47 listened intently, although she had already apologized for this a couple times before.
“It's alright, I-”
“No, it's not alright!” She suddenly snapped, “I've been trying to keep Soders off our case by working harder, but making you travel across the world the last few days is just…cruel.”
The amount of emotion in her voice surprised 47, she seemed very passionate about something that hadn't bothered him in the slightest.
“If that overbearing bastard could just keep to himself…” She muttered harshly, “of course we take a month to ourselves and he acts like we're deserting. I swear, one day I'm going to just-”
A wave of nausea forced her to stop talking as she rested her head in her hands.
She was still getting used to all this, the sickness, the dizziness, and the mood swings. At three months pregnant it was all hitting her hard. Some days, even the smallest inconvenience would nearly bring her to tears.
“Are you sure you're feeling ok?” 47 asked with a knowing tone.
“Yes,” she mumbled, “just dizzy. And…rather hungry, though I can't stomach any of the food I have with me.”
“Still craving spicy foods?”
Diana gave a small laugh, she had nearly forgotten how much she had complained to 47 last week about her cravings.
“No, there's a new one now,” she replied, “Pickles, of all things. I don't even like pickles, but I'd eat a whole jar right now if I could.”
Diana could hear his wry chuckle over the phone, “Just make sure you eat something.”
“I will, I just wish I had time to go to the store,” she shook her head, “Oh well, I'll be fine.”
An alert made her phone buzz, and she sighed.
“I have to go. I'll call you later, love.” She said.
“Take care of yourself, Diana.”
-
The next morning, Diana woke up to a knock at the door. Pushing aside her morning sickness, she threw on a robe and hurried to the front door of the hotel room.
She looked through the peephole, seeing one of the staff holding a basket. Diana opened the door cautiously and the man gestured for her to take the basket.
“Your husband sent this for you,” he said.
“I see, thank you,” she replied, taking the basket.
After he left, Diana set the basket on the table. She carefully examined it, cautious of it's potential danger.
But she smiled as she saw it's contents. A rose, some exotic candies she liked, her favorite herbal teas, nausea medicine, and a jar of pickles.

vampire! gaara x f! reader
cw: nsfw (head - female receiving), blood(sucking)
·:*¨༺ ♱✮♱ ༻¨*:·
only a vampire can love you forever - horrible hookups, rancid relationships and dodgy dates, those obviously never satisfied you, how could they? mere men are useless. around the time you absolutely gave up on finding somebody who'll quench your thirst for obsessive love, gaara tiptoed into your life - in a little corner café, on a horribly rainy autumn day, his candle lit face caught your attention. stirring honey into your chamomile tea, you watched as his turquoise eyes were glued to a page of 'masque of the red death', twirling a dark tinted wine glass in circular motion flawlessly. "his own demise is still a mystery, did you know? it's quite ironic.", gaara glanced up quickly and cocked his head slightly in surprise, obviously not expecting somebody like you talking to the likes of him.
"I did not." his voice was smooth and low, like candle wax dripping; a dangerously hot sensation with an addictively warm undertone. goosebumps rose on your skin as he kept looking into your eyes, noticing the effect he had on you, he smiled lazily. "though, i am quite curious now. please, tell me more." gaara leaned onto his hand, peering at you almost seductively. having an absolutely breathtaking man like him look at you this intently made you squirm. you averted his gaze, sat on the sqeaky chair across from him and started speaking quietly, spilling all your knowledge of the mysterious circumstances of edgar allan poe's death. after you were done, gaara took a sip from his wine, painting his lower lip an attractive, bloody red. completely entranced by his captivating appearance, you barely noticed him pull out his leather wallet and drop cash on the table. standing up, he reached his hand out for you to take. what a gentleman, you thought dreamily... 'he's hot, okay, but think about this - a literal stranger, (y/n)! don't be stupid.' the little voice in your head whispered reason, however, as his earthy desert-rose scent hit you, your hand immediately found his cold one.
the apartment was an old one, georgian in style and as you expected, filled to the brim with books. plus, the shades were drawn and a few flickering candles lit the place, the floor creaked as you inspected every room, to find his sheets not a bit creased, as if he never laid there at all. as you sat down on his bed, you noticed it sadly didn't smell of him either. "thank you for being my guest, (y/n). I did get a bit lonely lately." he spoke while opening one of the windows, "hope you don't mind. I like the sound of rain." gaara smiled at you toothily, flashing his almost fang-like ones. you shook your head no, agreeing with his fondness of rain and watched as he sat down next to you.
"so gaara, are you somebody who keeps up with news?" you twirled your hair as you spoke, trying to read his stoic expression ; is he surprised? or... does he feel caught? the man leaned back with curiosity in his eyes, humming, he tapped his chin twice, as if in deep thought. "are there any specific ones that caught your attention?" he replied, voice steady and unassuming. "indeed. the attacks that have been happening lately..." as you crawled closer to him, almost like a lioness circling her prey, he rose a brow - not in confusion, but in caution. "farmers are shocked to see their animals sucked dry. two..." you lifted two fingers in front of his face, "...puncture wounds near their neck. almost like a vampire ... or maybe the chupacabra." at that, gaara lost his composure and started to giggle, he looked at your lips and back to your eyes, cocking his head slightly. "what are you implying, (y/n)?" he asked, voice silky smooth and teasing, while leaning his head on your shoulder, breath fanning your neck. running your fingers through his dark red locks you hummed, "obviously, you're a chupacabra." you felt his face heave with laughter against your shoulder, coming back up he put his hands in the air, as to defend himself. "you got me." looking at him with a smirk and blown pupils, you spoke ; "I know a way to keep your thirst at bay."
quickly, his smile dropped to a frown and gaara shook his head. "(y/n), I know what you're feeling, it's what I'm designed to do; captivate and kill, but..." reaching up, he carefully stroke a strand of your hair. "I've sworn off killing and drinking from humans." with a sigh, he let his hand fall into his lap. he watched as you crawled closer again, each of your legs resting at his sides, straddling him. "you don't want me?" the question made him look at you with frustration, "what do you mean?". "I want you to drink from me" to underline your point, you stroke your hair back to reveal the soft skin of your neck. "if you want..." looking at his unreadable expression, you started losing confidence. it was clear that he was torn - wouldn't it be for his amazing restraint, he'd have his fangs buried in you back at the café, where he first smelled the sweetness pumping through your veins. not to mention the situation right now ; his knuckles white from holding back having a taste of ambrosia right next to him. you traced his skin with a finger, feeling how cold and soft it is, "don't hold back."
with that, gaara let out a quiet whine and nustled his head in the crook of your neck. pressing a sweet kiss on it, he asked ; "you sure?". you pushed your hand against the backside of his head, bringing him closer to you. "yes." feeling his lips part, you tried to contain your excitement but ultimately failed as he sunk his fangs in. a loud moan escaped you after his first suck, he gently laid you onto your back and continued. deep groans and unintelligible babbles left him, you could make out the words "too good". the pleasure was indescribable, like the way weed hits after a long break or a big swing of icy water on a hot summer day - his hand pressed into your waist to move you closer until there was no more space left, you could feel him gulping greedily. slowly starting to grow lightheaded, you pressed against his shoulder with a mumble of his name, with one last suck, gaara stopped. his teeth redacted and you felt your warm blood running down your throat. obviously, he couldn't waste that and licked a long stripe back to your wound, where he licked away the spilling drops like a kitten. needily, you pressed your hips against his and started grinding helplessly. "gaara...please. I need more." he lifted himself off enough to look at you, lips and chin red ; "more?" he asked, pressing a kiss to the corner of your mouth teasingly. "what does that mean, hmm?" peppering kisses all over you, he enjoyed the way you squirmed and stuttered, without coming up with a comprehensive answer. "please use your words, love." gaara gently started to knead the meat of your thigh. "wanna cum..." you mewled pathetically, squeezing your eyes shut in embarrassment. gaara pressed a little kiss against your lips; a reward, of sorts. "good girl." moving down, he pulled the zipper of your skirt down, helping you shimmy out of it, revealing your (hogwarts house)-themed underwear. "cute panties" he commented with a wink, before slowly pulling it down your legs. breathing in deeply, you pressed your thighs together and hid your face, feeling shy all of a sudden. "what's wrong?" he asked, "I'm nervous!" a giggle left him as he moved your hands away, he kissed you again and hummed against your lips. "me too."
now situated between your legs, gaara focused on leaving hickeys and bites on your thighs. "thank you..." he stopped, licking your blood off his lips, "for letting me drink from you." your hand found its way onto his hair, petting it gently - "how does it taste?" you ask, genuine curiosity laced in your voice. "it's so good, indescribable, really. from now on I'll never drink anything else." he smiled bashfully and ducked between your decorated legs again. "stop teasing" you whined, as he continued sucking hickeys onto your inner thighs, "can't-" another kiss, "help myself." fed up with him playing around, you grabbed his hair and pulled his face to your weeping pussy, thighs pressing together to hold him there. surprised at your sudden dominance, he gasped, his hands shot up to hold your waist and bring you even closer. without wasting time, he started licking a long stripe down your folds and up again, sucking your clit into his mouth. your arched your back off his bed with a shout, to which he grabbed a tight hold of you, stopping your wiggling with an immense strength. he continued focusing on your clit, moving his tongue in infinity shapes against your sensitive nub, sucking and having you feel his fangs scrape against it. gaara moved one of his hands to start fingering your dripping hole, amazed at how you got so incredibly wet for him. he felt you sucking his fingers in with greed, tightening and pulsing around him - imagining bullying his cock inside you, he felt his dick hardening more at the thought of it. looking up to watch your ecstatic face, gaara almost came in his pants. especially after hearing you moan and scream out his name so sweetly. he felt you trying to push his mouth closer - the thought of having you sit on his face next time shot through his mind as he continued pleasing you with eagerness - watching your tear-strained face tipping closer to the edge. "gaara...m...close! so close!" you moaned and started babbling praises at him, how good it felt and how he shouldn't stop, that he's the best you ever had and you never wanna leave. his heart started to beat quicker and with a final push of his tongue, you broke down. a loud moan escaped you and he felt your pussy spasming and creaming against his face, absolutely drunk on the feeling of having so much of you on him.
"so...what else do you like to read?" you were trailing random shapes on gaara's chest. after a shower, some romantic banter and you putting on one of his shirts, you cuddled on his bed, using it for the first time in ages, probably. he let out a soft chuckle and pulled his arm tighter around you, "I like mieko kawakami."
