cw. gn!reader + mentions of blood & wounds + jing yuan being protective over you + this can be read as part 2 to this drabble or can be read as a stand alone! + wc 1.1k
let me talk about merman!jing yuan again…
you stumble in your steps on the path to the pool of water, trying not to move your spine too much from the injury you sustained the day before. a few monsters attempted to raid your town and so you joined in with the others to defend your home. you’re an incredible swordsman of course—but the monster had caught you in a blank spot and almost tore an entire strike across your back were it not for another townsperson who stopped it.
you still have some scars on your arms and legs, but it didn’t hurt as much as the wound on your back. it stings as you trudge your way over to the waters, a smile growing on your face when you spot arctic hair peeking out from it.
when jing yuan spots your figure in the distance, it’s like his heart has been returned to it’s place in his chest. where were you yesterday? you never missed a meet-up with him. he swims towards you, his tail swishing under the water with excitement but flinches at a metallic-like scent filling his nose.
blood. the stench clings to you heavily.
you're hurt.
“i’m sorry i missed you yesterday i—ow—” you bend down too quickly to sit yourself on the smooth stones, grunting as you make yourself comfortable. “—there was an attack at the town. got a little hurt.”
“a little hurt?” jing yuan raises his brow and gives you a once over, golden eye seeing straight through your lie. “the stench of blood on you is almost overbearing.” he slides himself beside you, scanning your figure.
you shake your head. “no i swear! everything healed up pretty quickly.” you show him your arms adorned in scars. “our apothecary is very resourceful! these healed up after a night.”
“mm,” jing yuan hums, placing a hand on your back. your thin cotton blouse doesn’t hide the bandaged area there. “including this one?”
you hiss, “ow!” grabbing his wrist, more aggressively than you would have liked. “don’t touch it, that one still hurts.”
jing yuan’s eye twinkles at your spark of aggression. since you first found him injured, you've been nothing but lovely and gentle. so witnessing even a split second of another side of you definitely piqued his interests. noting the situation though, he decides that he can tease you about it another time.
“you were poisoned.” his fingers slip the hem of the blouse out of your pants its tucked into. “whatever attacked your town did not just raid it with ordinary weapons.” you let him check you. it’s not like he hasn’t seen your skin before.
you feel him removing the bandage wrapping around your middle, revealing the bleeding that is far from dry. if anything, it looks like a fresh wound.
“how did you walk all the way here with this?” jing yuan hovers his palm over the bleeding, watching your expression closely. there's a concerned glint in his eye that you missed to see.
your shoulders immediately drop and relax at the cooling sensation that spreads across your back. merman magic, you presume. other than their immense strength, mermen were also known for their healing abilities.
“i thought i would worry you because i didn’t drop by yesterday,” you explain, holding your blouse from getting in the way with his healing. “so i had to drop by today.”
“you haven’t forgotten that i have legs to roam the land if necessary, have you?” you hear a smile in his voice, it makes you turn your head to see it.
“yeah, but how would you have known that i got hurt and needed your help?” you say without much thought, but when your words run through your head again, your eye twitches with sudden awareness. “i mean, you know, i didn’t come here specifically for your help, i’m saying that i didn’t want you to misunderstand-”
jing yuan pulls his hand back. your wound is cured and you have yet to realise it because you’re still babbling about something he already knows the answer to.
it seems you care a lot about what he thinks, and he thinks it’s quite adorable.
“i understand, y/n.”
that quiets you down easily. it makes him chuckle, taking your blouse and pulling it back over your healed skin. “i would still be here, even if you hadn't visited for a day, a week, or even months.”
you ponder for a second before speaking up, your voice leaving your lips quietly, perhaps nervous to know what jing yuan’s response would be. “what makes you say that?”
he’s closer than he was earlier. you don't even realise how much space he’s taken between you two until you feel his breath just against your cheek. “i believe we’ve grown a strong companionship.” he runs the tip of his nose over the bone of your shoulder blade. “wouldn’t you say so?”
“oh i would say so,” you respond with a smile, accompanied by warmth that rests over your cheeks. raising your hand, you pet the gentle merman. “such a strong companionship that you allowed me to bathe you in a time of need.” you giggle as he nuzzles his face into the crook of your neck, his arm snaking around your waist to pull you towards him gently.
“such a strong companionship but i’ve yet to return the favour…” he sighs dramatically and you roll your eyes.
“well, you've washed my legs before! surely that counts, jing yuan.”
it's incredibly magical. how his heart skips a beat whenever you say his name, how the corners of his lips can no longer resist concealing the smile that burgeons on his face. he swears you must be part-siren by the amount of times he's caught himself in a trance whenever you speak.
“it does, but it is not enough. why don't you take me back to your home?”
“what?!” your voice cracks, snapping your head around to face him, your expression flushed with embarrassment. his directness will somehow always catch you off guard. it's also very possible that he's just messing with you and just knows that your mind would take that in a completely different way.
jing yuan's shoulders shake at your reaction, noting how endearing you are. the melody of his laughter filling the atmosphere somehow comforts the burn of shame you're feeling.
he softly runs his palm along your waist, maintaining closeness with you. “that is not what i meant... unless, of course, you wanted it to be?”
you shake your head repeatedly. “i- i thought of something ridiculous—forgive my behaviour.”
“you're forgiven,” he teases you with a grin and you groan into your palms. “let's run some errands in town—” his eye twinkles with mischief, and you're not even bothered to brace yourself for what’s coming. “—and i'm certain those aunties you mentioned last week will silence themselves when they see you walking home with m—”
“oh shut up!”

Hiya Cate! For the Lando drabbles, could I request
“Don’t feel like it today.”
Love you! 💜
lando norris x reader short blurb, needy lando fluff a/n - love you too, mar 💖 sorry this took so long!
"don't feel like it today."
lando flopped onto his drivers room bed, hands rubbing at his swollen face. everything ached, he said – his nose, head, throat, chest – everything and all you could do was soothe him through whatever sickness he'd caught over the last week.
"the tablets should kick in soon, baby. just lay down for a bit."
"but i'm laying and it still hurts," he grumbled, eyes shut as he sniffled for the millionth time, "feels like i'm swallowing razorblades."
you hated seeing lando like this but it was hard not to bite back a chuckle every time he whined – he was the worst patient, mumbling and complaining in great detail about every ache and symptom he felt at any given moment. he was fine during the first race, pushing through with a lingering cough he couldn't shake but it had gotten so much worse by the second race of the double-header. so bad that he had refused to get in his car before free practice, insisting that pato o'ward would love the opportunity to drive his car for the weekend.
jon had given up trying to talk sense into the man dosed up on cold and flu tablets so he called in reinforcements. maybe lando needed some tough love, he thought after spending an hour begging him to get into his race suit but really, all he needed was you.
"i'm sure if you stop talking and suck on that lozenge, you might find that it helps you." your voice was soft but stern, prompting lando to pull himself up from the bed and shoot you that puppy dog stare he'd been giving you all week.
"you hate me, don't you? sick of me being sick and complaining and annoying everyone..." he whispered, head lowered as he begrudgingly popped in the blackcurrant lozenge you'd been trying to give him for hours.
you sighed and looked down at his legs swinging off the edge of the bed like a child at the doctor, "i don't hate you, sweetheart and i get it – this sucks and i wish you could call in sick and lay around in bed with me all day."
that piqued his interest, head immediately flying up with a pursed frown on his face, "i want that so bad."
"me too," you smiled, brushing your hand down his back, "but you just have to get through this afternoon and we can do that – i know you can do it."
lando nodded and pressed a quick peck to your forehead, "thank you for putting up with me and looking after me i love you so much," he mumbled, teeth clanking against the hard lozenge as he rested his head on your shoulder.
"love you more," you whispered before he shuffled down and placed his heavy head in your lap, closing his eyes for one last nap.
jon stood quietly in the door way, shaking his head as he watched his superstar f1 driver client nuzzled into his girlfriends lap. his soft snores filled the quiet room and all you could do was shrug while you brushed your fingers gently through his dampened curls.
lando was a man-child but he was your man-child.

✮⋆。 MEMORIES OF YOU
pairings: Itoshi Sae, Itoshi Rin, x [FEM!] Reader
genre: fluff, oneshot(s), drabble/imagines, established relationship (for some), implied angst if you squint (?), first love, post-u 20 arc, canon compliant
synopsis: in which their friends stumble across photos of you, their first, and only love
CW/additional tags: mild language, potententially ooc, Google translated Spanish in sae's part, English = Japanese in this, might make more scenarios with other characters if people request it
ITOSHI SAE
Sae was slumped across the cushions of his couch as Shidou rummaged through some of his storage boxes.
The other boy had been rather insistent on coming over to his new appartement, and helping him properly move all his stuff into his new living space.
"So does this mean I can finally move in with you?~"
"Keep dreaming."
Shidou pouted, giving Sae uncharacteristically begging eyes, almost like a sad lost puppy, naturally he didn't fall for this and settled for returning his pathetic look with his signature cold glare.
He simply gave him a sickeningly sweet smile in return, and continued taking objects out of the boxes, among the possessions were a lamp, a few photo frames, and an album.
Ryusei's eyes widened in surprise as his eyes came into contact with the book.
"Oh, what do we have here?"
Shidou said with a slight lilt in his voice clearly intrigued. Sae lifted his head from his phone to see what Shidou was doing, surely if something of his managed to pique the interest of Shidou's filthy mind, it would probably be in his best interests to throw it out-
Is what Sae would've said before he spotted the photo album in the taller boy's hands, Shidou fingers gingerly opening the front cover.
Sae reacted before he could even think.
"Put it down."
His voice is cold and sharp, not threatening, more defensive-scared almost, if he was even capable of fear that is.
Shidou's eyes widened momentarily at Sae's reaction before his face shifted back to his usual shit eating grin.
"Why Itoshi? Got some dirty photos you don't want me seeing? I promise I won't tell y'know."
Sae rolled his eyes and grabbed the album out of the blonde's hands.
"They aren't dirty, for your information."
He paused, as he looked at the cover of the book, dust was collecting on it, and there were a few marker stains that he couldn't get off.
"I'd just rather forget about them..."
He muttered, as he gently stroked the spine of the book with his thumb.
"Why'd you keep it then? You seem awfully attached to it."
Shidou's voice dropped lower and took a momentarily more serious tone before switching back to his flamboyant and teasing demeanor.
"I'm kinda jealous of it~."
Sae rolled his eyes, more playfully this time. He opened the book-making a point to hide the rest of the pages from Shidou's view-and took out a single photograph and handed it to him.
It was a photo of Sae and you. He didn't talk about you much, but he maybe he should change that.
"You clearly won't stop bothering me about it."
He waved the piece of paper before Shidou prompty snatched it and eyed it carefully, his eyes widening.
It was a photo of the two of you by some beach in Spain, hands interlocked, and a rare smile on a younger Sae's face. You were wearing a white sundress with a hat as you ran across the shoreline, taking Sae right along with you as the two of you stumbled across the sand together.
He remembered that day crystal clear, you brought a Polaroid camera with you and you got one of the locals to take the photograph for you. You had forced him to take a break from constant training, and before he knew it. He was far from Madrid in that moment, just you, him, and the ocean.
Shidou's eyes flickered with a brief moment of sincerity, Sae looked genuinely happy in the photo.
"And here I thought I actually had a chance with you."
Sae blushed, yet another look that Shidou wasn't used to seeing on him.
"We aren't-She wasn't-"
He stuttered, unable to express the nature of his relationship with you. Sure he had thoughts, but he never acted on them, which he regretted.
"Aww, so Mr. Itoshi Sae had an unrequited crush back in Spain? How tragic."
Shidou teased as he fidgeted with the sides of the photograph still in his hand.
"It wasn't unrequited."
Sae replied, quicker than he should have.
Shidou quirked a brow in response.
"Care to elaborate?"
Sae sighed, memories of you flooding back into his brain. Repressed feelings that he had long since left for time to slowly erode, yet a single reminder brought them all back.
"We... ran into each other a lot back when I was still in Spain."
He trailed off, recalling when you first interacted.
Sae was around fifteen when he first met you, he was at a cafe in the city, when he was on an annoyingly mandated week long break, issued by the heads of Real Madrid themselves. It just happened to align with the holiday of your school, and the cafe was a pretty popular spot among the locals. It was crowded, with students and several other adults given the day off. From what Sae remembered, you didn't come with the intention of being with a friend, but rather to spend time alone, it was rather difficult though with how many people were currently in the cafe. So before he knew it, a stranger-albeit a very pretty one-had sat right next to him, drink in hand. You only realized you were sitting next to him after you had actually made yourself uncomfortable. "Oh, lo siento, ¿está bien si me siento aquí? Hay mucha gente aquí…" You seemed to have muttered a quick apology in Spanish, while he had lived here for the past two years, he was ashamed to admit that his fluency in this country's native tongue was rather rusty. He had mainly prioritized learning all the needed terminology for soccer and for any interviews, but he could tell that you were apologizing, and probably asked him if you could sit with him. He tried to muster together a coherent response "Está bien... no me importa...?" He trailed off, unsure if what he said was right, or if you could even understand him with his heavy Japanese accent. Your eyes blinked in surprise, maybe he completely butchered that without knowing. Then your eyes widened in surprise for a moment, almost as if you just pieced together something about him. "Ay dios mio! You're Itoshi Sae! I knew you looked familiar!" You responded, in Japanese this time, almost as if it was second nature to you. "You speak Japanese?" It was more of a statement rather than a question, he sounded impressed, it had been a long time since he's actually been able to converse with someone else in his own language. You nodded, eyes sparkling, still clearly hung up on his identity. "I took some classes online, sorry if I'm hard to understand." You weren't hard to understand at all, sure, it was tinged with a slight accent, but if anything that just added to your charm. "I'm (Y/N), huge fan." You extended your hand to him, a bright smile adorning your already beautiful face. He took your hand and shook it. "Sae." He responded, his usual nonchalant tone fading. "You already know that though..." Was he blushing? You giggled at his sudden bashfulness, your laughter was a sweet melodic sound, it was almost embarrassing of how much it affected him. "You know, I'd thought you'd be a lot colder in person, you're actually really sweet huh?" You laughed once more, and this time, Sae actually cracked a grin.
Sae finished his story to Shidou, his friend had listened intently.
"Aww, so you were whipped from the start?~"
Shidou teased, smirking at him.
"Care to share more? I'd love to learn more
He asked, a slightly playful lilt to his voice.
"If you score another hat trick next time I might just tell you."
Sae responded, his playful tone contrasting his nonchalant demeanor. Shidou smirked, clearly pleased by the offer.
"And will you let me move in?~"
"Maybe."
Sae smiled, gentle and hidden. Maybe it wouldn't be the worst thing in the world. After all, it would give him an excuse to talk about you once more.

ITOSHI RIN
"Bachira! I swear to God if Rin kills us because of this-"
"Lighten up Isagi! He's not gonna catch us."
It was a miracle that Rin had already agreed to Isagi and Bachira coming over to his place, though it was more because his mom was constantly nagging him about "needing more friends" or "being more social with the rest of the boys from Blue Lock"
Of course Bachira took this as an opportunity to snoop around Rin's room.
"If we find anything too private, we'll just put it right back and pretend we never saw it, simple as that."
Isagi sighed, bemoaning their current actions against their teammate's own personal life.
"You make it sound like Rin of all people would actually have something incriminating to hide."
Bachira shot him an unimpressed look.
"Are we talking about the same Rin? I'm like 90% sure the guy has some kind of criminal record, I wouldn't be surprised if he had a dead body hiding around in here somewhere..."
He continued looking around the room, glancing at crooks and small gaps in-between shelves as if some hidden treasure was stuck in them.
"Bachira you aren't going to find anything-"
Isagi was promptly cut off by Bachira, who in fact, found something.
A photograph taped to the side of Rin's closet, it seemed a little old, and dusty, but it looked well taken care of.
"Rin never striked me as the sentimental type..."
Bachira flipped the photo back and fourth in his hands before actually focusing on what the picture itself was holding.
Of course before he could actually view the photo himself, it was quickly snatched from him.
Rin was back, and he gave Bachira his signature cold glare, that probably translated into "One more wrong move and I'm throwing you off a cliff in your fucking sleep." or some worse same intentioned threat that Rin would probably use.
"What were the two of you doing?"
Rin asked in a condescending, accusing tone, and rightfully so.
"Rin, we're sorry-"
Isagi was about to apologize, but then Bachira fell to the floor, gripped the younger Itoshi's leg and wailed out a far more incoherent apology than his friend.
"I'm sorry Rin-chan! I promise I won't do it again!"
He was wailing at this point, a string of even more whiny apologies coming from him.
Rin shook Bachira off his leg and sighed.
"It's fine..."
He murmured as he trailed off, his attention completely stolen by the photograph he had just took back.
It was a picture of the two of you at the beach, he was around fourteen in this photo, it probably took place during the final months of his last year at middle school. The two of you had gone on a stroll by the ocean earlier before finding a resting spot nearby. You had pulled out a camera out of nowhere and snapped the photo almost without Rin notcing. You were flashing a big smile at the camera, while Rin's face was nuzzled into your neck, clearly camera shy. If you looked closely however, you could spot the blush slowly creeping up his cheeks.
Without noticing, Bachira had gotten a little too close for Rin's comfort. The older boy's head rested on his shoulder as he ogled the picture alongside him.
"Is she your girlfriend or somethin'?"
Rin shoved Bachira off his shoulder, the other boy laughed as he stumbled away.
"Shut up... she's just a friend."
"I dunno, the two of you look awfully cozy in that photo~"
If only you saw the others...
Rin had held on to the photo for longer than he would like to admit, the two of you hadn't talked for a while, especially after graduation.
But now that his annoying lukewarm teammates had decided to scour around his room for no reason, Rin was met with a wave of memories.
All of which were about you.
The most prominent memory he had of you was the day of middle school graduation.
The cherry blossoms were in bloom, and the third years were about to assemble in the auditorium for the farewell ceremony. Several of Rin's classmates were gushing about graduation, and how they would miss each other, some were already planning methods of communication after moving on to high school. Another hot topic of conversation among his classmates (mainly the girls) was the topic of button giving. In Japan, a guy giving the second button of his uniform to a girl on the day of graduation was essentially a love confession, Rin thought that the tradition was rather stupid. For one thing, he had no time for romance when he was trying to become the best in the world, nor did he have any interest in the subject. Or as he would say 'everyone here is way too lukewarm for my tastes' Well, that's what he would have said if he wasn't so preoccupied with you, but here he was, just outside of the auditorium, fidgeting with his uniform trying to get a button off. Normally the girl would have to ask the guy for the button, but Rin was never one for tradition-then again he was already going along with this stupid love confession so there was a first time for everything-and it didn't look like you were going to talk to him anytime soon, you were constantly hanging around with your friends for most of the day, so he never found the right time. So he didn't know what came over him when he dragged you aside in some secluded area of the courtyard, all his courage had been used up in that very moment because of that moment, he had been reduced to a blushing and bashful mess. "What did you need me for RIn?" You asked with curious doe eyes, clearly oblivious to the fact that there was a button missing from his uniform. Rin gave you a blank stare for a few minutes, taking in your appearance. Your hair was adorned with several hair pins, all engraved with special patterns and decorated with pretty charms. You were wearing make up today, not super noticeable, but noticeable enough for it to enhance your natural beauty. "Rin?" You called his name, snapping him out of his thoughts. Oh right, he was supposed to give you the buttton "Can I have your hand for a second..?" He asked bashfully, you extended your hand to his, this time, you were blushing as well. You muttered a quick 'sure' as you avoided eye contact with him. He gently dropped the button into your hands. "I-I wanted you to have this." This time, Rin was looking directly into your eyes, the same cold teal that always seemed to have no light behind them, but this time, they were filled with warmth and sincerity. The two of you stood in silence for a few more moments, before you heard the teachers calling you and the rest of the third years over for the ceremony. As Rin walked into the auditorium with the rest of his classmates, one of his teammates from the soccer team leaned down and whispered something in his ear. "So who's the lucky lady Itoshi?" He turned to his friend, noticing that his button was missing too. Rin simply shrugged, feigning nonchalance and muttered; "Wouldn't you like to know?" That graduation photo captured a very rare smile from him.
Bachira accidentally knocking something over promptly snapped Rin out of his nostalgia.
"Oh my God you're actually smiling in this photo?!"
Bachira waved Rin's middle school grad photo in his face, clearly shocked by the notion that the younger Itoshi could actually feel happiness.
Suddenly, Rin's mother came into his room.
"I know, it's one of the few photos I have of him that actually feature him smiling."
She sighed.
"Anyways, I just made dinner in case you boys are hungry."
Mrs. Itoshi smiled at the boys.
"And maybe you could tell them all about (Y/N) hm?"
Rin's face grew very hot all of a sudden.
God, he was in for it now...

day sixteen of salem's unofficial attempt at kinktober: mutual masturbation/camshows/sex tapes (huskerdust x reader)
a/n: an expansion of this little drabble. a/n 2: this one wouldn't let me go and ended up way longer than intended (over 2k), so I'm hiding most of it under a read more for the sake of everyone's dashboards.
+ + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + +
Husk raises a feathered brow as he finds – not Angel – in his room, just your laptop waiting open on his bedspread. A pink sticky-note hangs from the screen, the spider’s ostentatious scrawl circled with a heart reading, “Play me, baby” and a ridiculous number of ‘x’s’ afterward.
Shaking his head in amusement, Husk hesitates for a moment before leaning down to tap a nail against the tracking pad. The screen wakes up immediately, showing a shot of the exact bed the laptop is sitting on with a triangle superimposed over the centre of the image. The angle of the image suggests the laptop had been sitting at the foot of the bed during whatever it is the spider has in store for him.
He casts a glance back towards the door before doing what the note ordered and clicks ‘play’.
The scene remains unchanged for a moment before Angel comes into frame, wrapped in lacy lingerie dyed a tone of deep magenta that complements his baby-pink fur perfectly – semi-sheer fabric in the form of thigh high stockings and panties that are tied together high against the curve of his hips.
Angel gives the camera – and Husk – a wink, a lascivious smirk playing across his lips as he climbs onto the bed and settles his long, lithe body against the pillows. He’s every bit the perfect porn star, but the intimate spark in his gaze is enough to pique the bartender’s interest – this isn’t his usual show.
“Hey, Huskie,” he says, and Husk’s tail sways once behind him in response. “Have I ever told ya jus’ how much I appreciate all ya do for lil ol’ me?”
Husk fights the urge to roll his eyes good-naturedly. This is corny, and the playful glint in his partner’s eyes tells him the spider is aware of it. Angel’s smirk widens, his gaze flickering off to the side for a moment.
“Thought I’d get a little help showin’ ya jus’ how much.”
Husk stiffens, eyes widening and his ears flicking forward as Angel holds out a hand and another reaches into frame to take it.
That’s when you come into frame.
Angel tugs you gently onto the bed beside him, and you fold your legs up beneath you, a blush burning in your cheeks. Husk swallows heavily as he takes you in – you’re dressed in lingerie almost identical to Angel’s, only with your chest wrapped in a balconette bra you’re practically spilling out of. You shift forward slightly, and Husk’s mouth goes dry as – just for a moment – he swears he sees the dusky hint of your nipple peek out over the lace.
How the fuck did Angel talk you into this?
The spider had made a few less-than-subtle references to Husk’s… interest… in you lately, and each time, the bartender had dutifully dismissed it. But here you were, wrapped up like some kind of… fuck, the way you bite your lip when you’re nervous kills him. Every damn time you do it he can’t stop himself from thinking about sucking on that lip and slipping his tongue into your mouth.
“Ain’t she jus’ a picture, Husky?” Angel gives the camera a cheesy, flirtatious wink, and fuck, the way you blush further makes Husk’s heart pound in his chest. The two of you, side by side… God, he’s so fucked. Angel’s grin widens, and he leans into your side, turning his head to nuzzle his face against your cheek. Husk holds his breath as he watches Angel nip at your ear, your neck, his ears twitching eagerly as he hears you let out this breathy little whimper in response. One of Angel’s lower hands drapes lazily over your lap, his fingers ghosting over your thigh. The one above it cups your cheek, turns your face towards him, and he ducks his face towards yours.
Angel pauses just before his lips can meet yours; his hand leaves your cheek to run its fingertips teasingly over your collarbone, down over your chest. Husk’s eyes follow it greedily, feels himself harden as Angel traces his fingers over the swell of your breast and smiles at you softly.
“Wanna show daddy what we talked about?”
A soft, soft groan escapes Husk as you nod, as he hears you say, “Yes.”
Angel’s smile widens and he shifts, making sure to give Husk a lingering view of his lean curves as he moves to sit behind you against the pillows. He tugs you back against his chest, taking hold of your chin and tilting your head to face the camera.
“You gonna say hi to Husky, sugar?”
You smile, your expression coquettish, almost shy, but your voice comes confident, a tone dipped in seduction that Husk has never heard from you before. “Hi, Husk.”
“Atta girl,” Angel says, two lower hands reaching around to smooth over your thighs. They reach your knees, pressing them further apart. His other two hands slip behind your back, and you catch your bra against your chest just as Angel unclips it. Husk thinks for a moment that the spider’s gone too far, but then you’re looking into the camera again and drawing the bra down off your arms, tossing it aside.
Your nipples harden and Husk exhales heavily, moving closer to the laptop as though entranced. His wings flutter slightly, his tail switching back and forth behind him. Angel coos his approval, ghosting his hand up over the sides of your breasts. Husk watches you shiver, leaning further back into Angel’s chest fluff. He takes hold of your hands, guiding them up to your chest and you whine softly as he urges you to squeeze your breasts. Husk feels an ache in his cock as he watches your hips buck up automatically – such a slight movement, but one he’d pay to see a thousand more times.
Because you’re turned on by this.
By the idea of him watching.
You’re turned on by him.
Angel continues humming sweet nothings and filthy promises into your ear as you tease your nipples to aching points, his eyes trained tauntingly at the camera. His lower hands skim slowly up your inner thighs, tracing nonsensical shapes against your skin, and each time they linger in one spot Husk commits it to memory with the notion of marking the spot for himself. His fingertips skim the edge of your panties and your breath catches, and fuck if it isn’t one of the prettiest sounds Husk has ever heard.
“Listen to you,” Angel murmurs as his hands continue, moving up over your thighs to the dainty little ribbons that are holding them in place. “Tell daddy what you’re thinkin’ about.”
“Him,” you reply, tugging in your nipple. Your other hand comes down to grip at Angel’s thigh beside you. “I’m thinking about him here… in here with us.”
Angel hums approvingly, and the look he gives the camera out of the corner of his eye is infuriating. “And tell daddy how often you think about him like that.”
You swallow, moving your hands to cup your breasts, putting your aching, tight nipples on full display. “Every night.”
Oh, fuck.
“Good girl.”
Angel tugs on the strings, and your underwear falls away, revealing all of you to Husk’s hungry gaze. He curses, reaching down to palm himself through his pants and squeeze.
“Holy shit,” Husk mutters as you slide two fingers between your thighs, a soft moan escaping your parted lips as they brush against your clit.
“Awww…” Angel pouts playfully, smoothing his upper hands up over your waist, cupping your breasts. You press yourself up into his touch. “Look how eager she is for you, Husk.” His other hands curl over your thighs, teasingly close to your hand. “Look how wet.”
“Husk…”
Well, if that ain’t one of the prettiest things he’s ever heard.
Angel keeps murmuring in your ear, his tone low in reedy in that way that goes straight to Husk’s dick, and the combination of that voice, the sight of you coming apart in his lap, and the soft, breathy moans you make as Angel tells you to slide a finger into your tight little cunt… he can’t help it. Husk unzips his pants, groaning as he wraps a fist around the base of his cock.
He pumps his cock in rhythm with your fingers, and you gasp, jerking up against your hand as Angel pinches your nipples. The spider makes a show of kissing the side of your throat, and you whimper as his teeth graze along the tender flesh before he soothes it with his tongue. You’re trembling against him, your hips rocking up into your hand.
“How ya feelin’, sugar?” Angel asks in your ear. “Ya bein’ so good for daddy, ain’t ya?”
You whimper, and for a moment Husk isn’t sure anymore if the ‘daddy’ Angel is teasing you about is the spider or the cat.
“Ya need more?”
You nod, tilting your head back to press your lips blindly to Angel’s throat. He hums his approval, meeting Husk’s eye through the camera lens. He leans off to the side, straightening and holding up two identical vibrators to you.
“Good thing I always share my toys, huh, baby?”
* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *
Husk groans, low in the back of his throat, his cock slick with precum and his body shuddering as he approaches his release. Angel is sitting next to you now, the two of you propped up against the pillows. You look wrecked, pumping the vibrator in and out of your pussy desperately.
Angel manages to match your pace as he fucks his ass, his thighs tense with the sensations pulsing through him. He runs his hand up through his chest fur, dishevelling it further, one of his other hands clutching at your thigh. Husk can see your excitement staining the sheets beneath you, and part of him wonders if he were to pull back the comforter now would he be able to see the marks you left, smell your scent on the fabric? He thrusts his hips forward to meet his hand, a growl rumbling in the back of his throat that’s almost possessive over the idea.
The sounds the two of you are making are downright sinful, a mix of moans and utterings of curses and – most addictive – his name. Angel winks at the camera, at Husk, before leaning into your side and kissing your throat again, somehow managing to find the exact spot that Husk has more than once found himself wanting to bury his face in. The touch makes your eyes roll back, and when Angel slips a hand between your legs to tease over your clit, you gasp raggedly.
You return the favour by wrapping your fingers around Angel’s hard, leaking cock. It actually manages to surprise him and he moans, thrusting up into your hand with a cum-drunk laugh.
“Holy shit, toots!”
You giggle at his reaction and Husk chokes on a moan, leaning forward to brace his hand against the edge of the mattress. He fucks his fist desperately, fighting against the urge to close his eyes as he watches the two of you bring each other to the edge of release.
All showmanship is gone from the two of you – too desperate to reach that peak to care about maintaining a shared rhythm. When you do cum its within moments of each other, twin moans of Husk’s name spilling from your lips. The bartender groans, deep and throaty as he does the same, his cum staining both his fist and the comforter below him just as the screen goes black.
“Shit…” Husk exhales, his chest heaving. He lets out a breathless laugh, shaking his head. How the fuck was he ever going to look you in the eye again after that? “Hol-ly fuck…”
“Ya like the show, pussycat?”
Husk looks up at the sound of Angel’s voice; the spider is grinning up at him from the screen, somehow managing to look both seductive and supremely pleased with himself.
“Told ya she liked ya back.”
Husk can’t help it; he coughs out a laugh.
Angel continues, and Husk notices that the spider is now in his own room, backlit by the pink lights he has strung up around the room. “Better re-hydrate, kitty – and I ain’t talkin’ about booze.”
Angel swings the camera around to reveal you sitting on the edge of his bed, dressed in a negligee and with pink-stained cheeks that’s got nothing to do with the lighting.
“'Cause ya gonna need some electrolytes if ya wanna join us for round two.” Angel’s voice comes teasingly out from behind the camera. “We’re waitin’ for ya, Husky.”

Back To Me Bachira Ver. ‧₊˚ ⋅ Drabble (Request)
ଳ even after all this time—who knew you'd come back to me? ଳ character; bachira meguru (blue lock) ଳ tags; childhood friends to lovers (kinda), sfw, afab reader, no y/n
There were random days when Bachira's mind would wander to some far off memory from his childhood. Sometimes it was about his early days playing football or a random mother-and-son bonding he had with his mom. But more often than not, he'd reminisce about the little girl he knew way back then.
When he first took a liking to football, Bachira's mom bought him a shiny new ball and would bring him to the park so he could let loose. While he did, his mom would relax on a bench and pull out a sketchbook. She enjoyed observing her surroundings and drawing whatever piqued her interest.
One fateful day however, someone else's interest was piqued—your interest to be exact. Being the nosy little kid that you were, you sat on the bench beside her and started asking a slew of questions.
Bachira's mom was more than happy to entertain your enthusiastic questions. But when she introduced you to her son, you quickly forgot what you approached her for because you had too much fun playing with him.
You were happy to have found a new friend, but Bachira was even more so. His mom smiled—watching the scene unfold before her. She made sure to memorialize that day by making an adorable drawing of it.
Since that day, whenever the opportunity presented itself, you and Bachira would play at the park. Once his mother met yours, you were finally able to go to Bachira's for a little play date.
It was great and all, until life had to happen. You two went to different middle schools, then different high schools. It wasn't a shock to either of you that your communication began to dwindle. Despite that, neither of you seemed to forget each other.
The drawing that his mom made the day you met was still plastered up on his wall and much of his memories with you are things he'd never forget.
Those feelings of nostalgia were especially prominent now that he was making his trip home after they were given the chance to visit their family on their break from the Blue Lock Program. After hopping off of the bus, he trudged through the familiar neighborhood. It seems that everywhere he'd turn his head, a memory of you would pop up.
A wistful smile crosses his lips as he recalled everything about you. Perhaps he thought about you way too hard because somehow he manifested you into reality.
He stood at the doorway of his home, jaw wide open and gawking at the sight in front of him. It was his mother and... you?
Your hair was different and you were certainly taller. But he was so sure it was you. He could tell by the twinkle in your eye and the way your lips curved into a smile.
Bachira was brought back to reality when his mom pulled him into a bear hug. "Welcome back, Meguru!"
She was almost squealing and Bachira had to try and calm her down. He was still trying to process what was in front of him. His mom soon caught on and decided to clear the air.
"You see... I bumped into her the other day while buying groceries and I remembered you were coming home in a few days. So I asked if she wanted to come see you again!"
That does sound like something his mother would do. Bachira felt inexplicably embarrassed. "Mom... are you sure she even remembers me? It's been so long," he asks, scratching his nape with a lopsided smile.
"Nonsense! Of course, she remembers you. Now, now, you two should catch up while I check on dinner."
She gives him a pat on the shoulder and a reassuring smile before disappearing into the kitchen—leaving the two of you and the awkward atmosphere.
He grins at you. "I hope you don't think my mom's crazy or anything."
"No, not at all," you shook your head. "In fact, I'm quite starstruck right now."
His eyebrow quirked at your words, prompting him to take a seat beside you. "Me?" he asked, pointing to himself as if there was someone else she could be referring to. "Why would you be starstruck by someone like me?"
"...I may or may not watch the BL TV streams..."
You look away to the side, hoping to soften the blow of what you said. You were unsure how it would come off—would he be flattered? Or would he not care at all? It's been years anyway. It's not like you'd be any different from his other fans.
He bursts into a joyous laughter. "I'm glad I wasn't the only one who kept thinking about the past." He exhausts the last of his mirth. "Unless... you were watching for the football and not because of me?"
Warmth spread across your cheeks at his question. "Ah... well..." you stalled. "Is it bad that I still don't know the rules after watching it so much?"
That was all he needed to hear.
The fatigue from his earlier commute seemingly vanished—gaining a renewed vigor from seeing a childhood friend and sensing a budding romance.
When feelings became overwhelming, he laid it all out to the nearest thing: you. With how tightly he caged you in a hug, you'd think he inherited this vice-like embrace from his mom. You reciprocated his energy, feeling a surge of emotions yourself.
"Wanna kick a ball around at the park tomorrow? Just you and I."

Water Cooler Courting
Pairing: Frankie (Catfish) Morales x gn!reader
Words: 1.4k
Rating G: (brief mention of divorce)
Summary: There's a new coworker that catches the eye of a certain salesman.
Author: Mod Mouse
Notes: This is my entry in AU August challenge by @punkshort and got the prompt of coworker!Frankie. I hope you enjoy this cute little drabble!
You didn’t think an office job was for you, but when you started working in advertising for Standard Oil, it was honestly the best job you could’ve asked for. The working environment was idle for your working patterns. Most of your team was amazing and you could feel yourself getting in the grove of your daily work schedule.
One man in particular piqued your interest. A sweet middle aged man who wore the same company hat everyday, who you had seen in sales, tried to make subtle glances your direction. In the breakroom, he peaked over the rim of his coffee cup in the morning only to turn away when you looked over at him. And you knew that he didn’t pay attention to anything that happened in that budget meeting. You had to admit he was cute so you decided to keep an eye on this interesting man.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
“You have to talk to them,” Benny commented leaning against Frankie’s cubicle.
Frankie, who was putting all of his concentration into organizing the same stack of papers since the beginning of this conversation, didn't look up at his best friend. If he did then he would have to acknowledge what he was implying. “I have no idea what you are talking about.”
“Come on man, I saw how they were looking at you during the budget meeting. They were thinking, ‘How much will it cost me to take this handsome man out for dinner?’” Benny responded leaning on the edge of the cubicle.
“It wasn’t like that. They probably just liked my shirt,” Frankie retorted though he knew it was a flimsy excuse.
“Give me a break Frankie. You have to at least try. How long has it been since you’ve been on a date?”
Frankie stood from his office chair and gently shoved past Benny on his way to the files room. Benny had been trying to get him out in the dating scene since the beginning of the year. He swore up and down it’s what he needed, but he wanted to deny that maybe he was right. But Frankie wasn’t gonna tell him that.
“I don’t need to go out on a date. I gotta concentrate on work and my kid,” Frankie rolled his eyes as he turned the corner.
Benny groaned. “That’s the same excuse you always use. Remember when you liked that girl from what two weeks ago, and had an amazing time yet you ghosted her.”
Frankie shook his head as they weaved their way through the maze of offices. “She wasn’t the right fit.”
“She literally said she wanted to go on another date with you while you were still on the date,” He deadpanned.
Frankie paused in front of the files room and with a sigh turned to his friend. “Okay maybe that wasn’t my best move.” Benny rolled his eyes and Frankie rubbed his temple. “But it’s not a good time really. I just…haven’t been able to get over her. And who knows. Maybe they don’t want some office romance. They did just start four months ago.”
Benny sighed. “Okay fine but at least get to know them. They’re a cool person. I talked to them about football for like an hour yesterday. Give them a chance and if things go the way that they do, they let it happen.”
“Will this get you off my back?” He smirked at his best friend.
“Only time will tell. But for now I must unfortunately return to my humble abode.” He stated as he walked about. Benny turned over his shoulder and called out. “I better see some flirting happening!”
Frankie took a deep breath as he saw Benny slip around the corner and set the files in their intended slots. His thoughts were running quickly through his head when he heard a familiar giggle. He turned and saw you joking along with a few of your teammates. A blush creeped into his cheeks and he pulled his well loved hat down as he returned to his cubicle. Dammit you were too cute for his own good. He took a sip of his since chilled coffee and sighed.
Attempting to work was not happening for Frankie. He had been staring at the blinking cursor for well over 15 mins. All he could concentrate on was that laugh. It rang throughout the cubicles in a way that made his heart skip a beat like he hadn’t felt since he met his ex wife.
“Dammit Benny being right all the time,” Frankie groaned and stood up from his desk. Maybe water would fix his system. He didn’t even wanna tempt himself with the breakroom so off to the water cooler it was. Hopefully the cold water could wake his system.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
A dull thud behind your eyes started to develop as you continued to stare at the design you were currently working on, but god only knows the amount of fights you were having with Photoshop. It was evident that your productivity had greatly decreased, and you weren’t finishing this project anytime soon. You sighed and grabbed your mug of coffee though when you realized you already finished your second cup, you rubbed your temple with your knuckle.
“Guess I should have water then,” You sighed and stood up from your ergonomic office chair. Not even bothering with the break room you stopped by the water cooler in the corner of the office spaces. You set the coffee up below the blue value and sighed when the familiar bubbling sound as water filled your empty cup.
“Seems like we had the same idea,” A voice commented behind you and you turned to see Frankie standing behind you.
You smiled as you turned off the tap. “I ironically couldn’t do another cup of coffee. Had to have water at some point today.”
Frankie chuckled and leaned against the wall. “I get that. Been tryn’ to kick that habit but you see how well that’s going.” He gestured with his empty mug.
“Well I’m right there with you,” You smirk and hold up your own mug.
“I see we’re doing amazing.”
“Just the best. I blame art school. Four years of late nights in the studio really made me dependent on the stuff,” You grinned.
“The years spent in the military did the same to me.” Frankie added.
“Oh really where did you serve?” You asked leaning against the wall so Frankie could have a turn.
“South America,” He answered, turning on the tap.
You nodded at his answer. “My brother did a tour in Iraq.” You added.
“Had more in common then I thought,” Frankie remarked tilting his head to the side.
A smile formed on your lips. “I guess we do.” You took another sip of your water before asking. “How long have you worked here?”
Frankie thought for a second as he switched the water off. “I think around 4 years. Got the job a year after I got out of the army.”
“Was sales something you’ve always wanted to do?” You asked looking up at the man curiously.
“Maybe not a dream of mine but always wanted something stable to support my kid,” Frankie explained with a slight blush.
You smile softly and felt your heart flutter. “That’s actually really sweet.”
“Thank you. I’ve been tryin to give her a nice life, but ya know how life is sometimes.” Frankie rubbed the back of his neck.
“I really do. My dad always tried his best when it came to me and my siblings. I can tell you’re a good dad.”
This time Frankie couldn’t hide the blush that flushed his cheeks, and you chuckled. “How about I buy you a coffee sometime? I really would like to get you know you better.”
Frankie had to blink a few times to process the information he just heard. YOU were asking HIM on a date. He had to shake his head to get his thoughts. “Yes um ya I-I would love that.” He replied quickly.
Heat flushed your cheeks and you nodded. “How about Friday after work? My friend runs a cute cafe just around the corner.”
“That sounds amazing,” Frankie answered with a smile.
“Perfect, I will see you around,” You said as you turned back towards your office.
Frankie watched you return to your cubicle and he couldn’t help but smile like a love sick puppy. This interaction would fuel him for the rest of the week. He turned to walk back to his office when he saw Benny give him a thumbs up from his office. He sighed. He hated when he was right, but maybe this time he would let it slide.

Watching Across the Spiderverse w/ Lo'ak & Neteyam (ft. Spider)
A/N; Since so many of us crossover into both these fandoms, I came up with this fun idea. Also, it was kinda inspired by the cute human drabbles that @littletrippyyhippyy writes! Hope y'all enjoy, I made myself laugh writing this, at least 😂
Warnings; Bit of swearing. Spider loses it. Lo'ak's a dummy. Spoilers for both movies, I guess??? Human reader. Kinda proofread.
Summary; You convince Neteyam and Lo'ak to watch Across the Spiderverse with you. They have some questions...
"OH. MY. GOD."
From your sudden verbal outburst, it's safe for the Sully brothers next to you to assume that you enjoyed the movie.
Across the Spiderverse, to be exact.
"That was incredible!! You guys liked it, right? Of course you did! You loved it! Tell me how much you loved it!!" you ramble, excitedly jumping up from your seat on the couch, turning to face your two Na'vi friends.
It had all been Jake's idea. Ever since you arrived on Pandora five years ago, his sons had become more interested in learning about human culture, from different foods to pop culture. The Sully patriarch had a feeling that their interest had piqued because of you specifically, but that was an avenue to be ventured down another time.
The brothers had happily agreed to watch this movie with you, despite having no idea what a spider is or why it should be attributed to any man. But, they couldn't turn down any time spent with you.
After begging Norm to somehow source the long-awaited sequel to Into the Spiderverse, you had ushered them over to the shack through the comms system. Whether you believed in the deity or not, you thanked God for Norm and his ways. Wi-Fi on Pandora was sketchy at best and just about held up for the odd email. Yet, somehow, Norm had got a hold of the new cinematic release so that you wouldn't have to suffer through streaming it.
And for you, it had been so worth the wait. You had loved every damn second. When Into the Spiderverse came out, you had been preparing to leave Earth. It was crazy to think how much had changed in the five years since you arrived on Pandora, a theme that had been mirrored in the movie.
Whipping your head round from the projector screen, where the movie credits rolled, Neteyam and Lo'ak would've marvelled at the joy lighting up your face if they hadn't been so damn confused. Neteyam looked as though he were about to say something but was continuously rephrasing it in his mind. Whereas Lo'ak just came straight out with it, amber eyes narrowed. "I'm confused..."
"By what?" you scrunch your face up. You had taken time to explain the whole premise of the Marvel universe to the brothers. Apparently they hadn't caught on just yet.
"Everything. Why could that Miles guy walk upside down? Why were there so many man spiders? And when will he kiss the blonde girl??"
"Lo'ak, I explained it all to you! Miles got bit by a radioactive Spider in the first movie, couldn't save his uncle Aaron, and you should know the rest!" you flop in between the brothers in an over-dramatic way, resuming your seat from earlier.
Lo'ak's brows knit together in a childish sort of way, but he smirks teasingly. "I can't ask questions now? Not my fault your dumb human movie makes no sense... OW!"
Neteyam's slap up the side of Lo'ak's head puts him back in his place. You exchange an amused glance with the oldest Sully brother, before giving Lo'ak a nudge in the ribs.
"Shut up, skxawng. Not my fault you didn't pay attention! The movie was amazing, right Neteyam?"
Neteyam looks a little caught off guard as you ask his opinion. In truth, he's a little confused by the story too, but he had paid better attention to your precursory Marvel lesson.
"It was...interesting." he muses thoughtfully, before Lo'ak cuts him off.
"I got another question! Why, Y/N, did you blush whenever that big guy came on the screen?"
His shit-eating smirk would have annoyed you if your thoughts hadn't been redirected to your favourite hunky Spider-Man.
"Oh, Miguel?" you ask before sighing dreamily. The brothers watch you in amusement as you resemble an ice pop melting in the August sun. "He's yummy..."
"Gross! He was a jerk!" Lo'ak exclaims. "He looked like he was about to explode he was so huge! Is this really what you human girls like?"
Grabbing the remote from you, Lo'ak rewinds the movie to a still of Miguel, immediately wishing he hadn't when you squeal in delight. As you do, though, he not-so-subtly flexes his biceps to compare with your animated crush.
"You got a way to go, bro" Neteyam chortles, eyeing his brother's lanky arms in amusement. Lo'ak just rolls his eyes.
"Whatever. That guy was an asshole. Did you see the way he yelled at Miles?" Lo'ak waves his arms around and it's honestly amusing to you how invested he appears to be in the movie.
"Kinda reminded me of you and your Dad..." you tap your chin in thought, grinning at the sputtering sound of laughter that comes from Neteyam beside you. Once again, Lo'ak scowls, but it doesn't stop you adding, "...on a good day..."
Neteyam loses it then and there, his usual coyness replaced with hysterical laughter that forces him to reach for the Co2 ask around his neck. Even Lo'ak cracks a small smile at your quip, and soon you're all laughing together.
That is, until the moment is interrupted by your human brother from another mother.
"Hey guys! I got snacks for the movie, I can't wait to see i-"
Spider's eyes widen with betrayal as they land on the rolling credits on the screen. His jaw drops, as do the snacks that he's holding. You can only bite your lip and stifle a laugh as his focus turns to you, pointing an accusing finger. "YOU."
"Spider, I'm sorry but you took too long!" you leap up, backing away from him. He's taller than you, after all, and evidently pissed. The sight makes Neteyam and Lo'ak snicker a little, although they are a bit worried for you...
"You watched the whole damn thing without me!" Spider is not far away from throwing a hissy fit, and it takes everything in you not to explode with laughter. Hands outstretched, you look as though you're taming a wild mountain banshee. At the moment, Spider certainly resembles one. "YOU KNOW HOW MUCH I LOVE SPIDER-MAN, Y/N! WHY DO YOU THINK EVERYONE CALLS ME SPIDER?"
"I thought it was because of your hair, bro..." Lo'ak teases, truly testing your resolve where laughter is concerned.
"BRO-"
"Let's calm down..." Neteyam chuckles, standing up to try and calm Spider down in his big-brotherly way, "We'll watch it again, right Y/N?"
"Of course!" you squeak, growing a little nervous at Spider's impending wrath. So much so that after hiding behind Neteyam, you dart towards the door, giggling as you run away from the taller human boy.
"Y/N! YOU. ARE. DEAD!"
There's a mad chase, but the Sully brothers look at each other in amusement as they hear your high-pitched laughter resounding through the corridor.
"Looks like we're watching the man spiders again, bro..." Lo'ak turns to his brother.
"Yeah, looks that way..." Neteyam grins.

Since you weren't much of a fan of putting on normal lipstick where you unconsciously taste it only to give off a bitter like after taste. On to the flavours that you choose is strawberry, in a shade of a glossy red rose and the other one is lemon, it has a transparent base but still gives off a nice gloss. Looking at the reviews in the shop of the chapsticks, both of these flavours are their best seller and had good reviews, so without any hesitations you were immediately tempted to buy it. It didn't take too long until the package arrived in the apartment you shared with the Itadori twins which was sponsored by your relative, the Itadori siblings immediately were curious about the package that just arrived and watched you open it only to reveal the flavoured chapsticks. "Lipsticks again, (Y/N)?" Sukuna sighed in disbelief and scurried his way back to his beloved couch. The other twin, Itadori Yuuji decided to stay. He was curious about those chapsticks you bought and noticed that it had flavours, cheerfully he opened one up and the smell of strawberry filled his nostrils, it was a pleasant scent indeed. "It smells like a strawberry! I thought it was just a design, does it taste like strawberry as well, (Y/N)?" Giving him a nod as a response, Yuuji didn't hesitate to apply some to his lips, by that he can confirm that the gloss is indeed edible and kept on applying it to his lips.
Puckering his lips up, with his tongue sliding over the top of his lips looks too good to even watch him do it. Tempted at the sight, slowly adjusting your position, to be near Yuuji. Even before he could even react, you've already planted your lips over his. The sweet scent of strawberry whiffs through your nostrils and the sweet and sour taste of the strawberry flavoured chapstick rolls to your taste buds. Placing both of your hands over the back of his neck as if pulling him even closer and deepening the kiss, his rugged breathing and warmth can be heard and felt, you couldn't help yourself to moan slightly under your breath. (Tastes so sweet...) it didn't take too long for the chapstick on Yuuji's lips to fade due to the amount of kissing plus tasting. It didn't even look kissing anymore, it's as if both of you were craving not only for the flavour but at each other. Pulling apart from Yuuji, you both stared at each other with these lustful eyes not even batting an eye to Sukuna who has been watching them from the start. "If the both of you kept going, I would've felt jealous. Did you forget that I am still here?" with an annoyed toned Sukuna sighs in disbelief. But you could only look at him with those eyes of yours, as if you wanted more and you did. Grabbing the other chapstick from the box, you made your way towards Sukuna sitting on a couch across the room, sitting on his lap comfortably, you gently slide the chapstick onto his lips, spreading it throughout to give the right amount. The lemon chapstick didn't have that much color, since it's transparent it only made Sukuna's lips glossier and juicy. Just staring at those lips of his made you think how it will taste like, especially on his lips at that. "If you're going to have a taste, then get to it." slightly tugging on the roots of your hair and pulling you closer, enough for you to smell the scent of lemons on his lips. You couldn't hold it anymore, starting with a peck on the lips, some of the chapstick was transferred to yours, sliding your tongue on your upper lip, the taste of sour lemons filled your mouth, the taste of it was enough to make you drool and even want more. "Just a peck? You went away devouring Yuuji's lips and I got a peck?" he says as he pretends to even sulk, looking to the side with his eyes closed. (Is this grown ass man really sulking right now? Jeez...) placing both of your palms on his cheek, slowly turning his head in your direction now facing you, Sukuna opens his eyes at the sight where you are seen to be kissing him,
Sukuna slightly opens his mouth and tongues soon intertwine, as if playing, the flavours of lemon was present at every exchange of the deep kiss until the chapstick on his lips soon fade. (Strawberry and lemon as chapsticks taste so good! And even smells good!) now jumping off from Sukuna's lap, you decided to write a review to that shop about the their chapsticks, leaving Sukuna and Yuuji high on their horses, you were in the zone that you neglected them as they call your name, until Sukuna throws a pillow hitting your head. "WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT FOR?!" you yelled, throwing back the pillow that he threw, now looking at his direction he looked as if he wanted more and across the room Yuuji looks like a puppy in need of attention as well. The Itadori twins were just left there to dry, but they won't let that. "You started this, (Y/N). How about we finish it all." Yuuji says in a cheerful tone making his way towards the couch and sitting beside Sukuna. "Yeah, why not discover. I bet this can be put to a good use as well, not only here in the lips. Come, let's find out where we can put it to a taste, (Y/N)." Sukuna says in a playful manner with that grin of his paste on his fave, you already know that you're screwed. Like literally screwed.
a/n ; I think Tumblr doesn't like me at all, it's buggy as hell. I wish they would fix this. I can't even copy and paste my own work in and type word for word. Error here and there, my gosh.

I'm so glad I found your blog! Can I please get some drabble? Proximus,Ceaser, the sunset trio (noa, soona, and anaya) and anyone else you want to add with a human reader that started following them one day. The human is very hard to catch if she doesn't want to be caught, talk, or be seen and will defend herself if cornered. Brings "gifts," bones, shiny rocks, or food if in a good mood. Hope you feel better! Saw your last post. Ignore if you need to, sending hugs 🤗
I'm glad you found me too! I'm excited to write for people! As you can possibly tell from all of my postings about PoTA rn haha- Ofc you can have some drabbles! I'll write a few drabbles for Koba, Caesar, Proximus and the sunset trio for ya!
Proximus Caesar ; The first time he met you was when he took a small trip with his guards, taking it upon himself to do more kingly activities, that being hunting, he'd have been possibly hunting for a new pet when he heard about a certain human causing some mayhem who just couldn't be captured at all and who was supposedly very aggressive once backed up into a corner, even Sylva had gotten hurt by such a tiny human, this of course piqued Proximus' interest, so when he enters the forest in which you usually roamed and came face to face with you, you displayed...curiosity, perhaps this wasn't the human he was told about? But he was wrong, because as soon as he had asked Sylva to capture you, you bit Sylva's hand causing the gorilla to lose a nice chunk of flesh from his hand, his blood covering your mouth, as you spit out the flesh you'd ripped out onto the muddy ground, eyes on Proximus as his gaze lingered on your face. You ended up following him out of curiosity, as he went through the forest, sticking to the shadows, but he could smell your scent in the air, and he more or less ordered Sylva and Lightning to leave him be for some time, once the two had left Proximus alone, he set up waiting patiently for you to come out of the brush and shrubbery of the forest, not expecting you to drop down from the high branches above him, nearly landing on the back of his horse behind him, stalking around him slowly, before holding out your closed hand, Proximus glanced at the hand offered to him and he held his hand out, palm open, you reached forward and dropped a bird skull into his hand followed by a shiny pebble, a small river stone, you looked up at Proximus and opened your mouth to speak, just one word, but it had him hooked, "King." To be fair with you, it wasn't necessarily the best idea to be hanging around Proximus, but you couldn't help yourself, following after him, his shadow, thought of as a pet, but you never seemed to mind, you'd bring him the shiny stones you'd find and of course small animal bones, but feathers were a favourite of yours to give him, he never seemed to mind having these small trinkets, he actually incorporated some of the shiny stones into his outfit, a few feathers weaved into an arm band, all in all he has a new pet and they're very much his favourite for all the small things they do, but mostly how they'll always bring something back when they go out at night.
Koba ; With Koba he'd hate that you follow him around, leave gifts in his nest, even bring him food, but he somewhat understands why you are combative, hate being cornered and refuse to talk when you feel overwhelmed, he'd have first met you in the red woods, on a hunting trip alone, hearing yelping and aggressive hooting, he'd be under the impression an ape had gotten themselves lost and in danger, possibly going to help and finding you facing off against a predator bigger then you, then he wouldn't want to help, but as soon as you notice him you had already used your teeth and bare hands to beat the predator bloody, vanishing up into a tree quickly and out of sight after a staring match between you two. However Koba runs into you more and more, and slowly gets used to seeing you, what he doesn't get used to is you following him back to the colony, he hadn't wanted you to follow or even be accepted into the colony, but Caesar had welcomed you upon the insistence of some apes who had seen you driving predators away from the colony, once accepted you choose to follow Koba, he'd been more or less aggressive and mean to you, but you still followed and soon he got used to calling you shadow other then human, you start leaving river stones in his nest, birds you'd practically mauled to death as a food type gift and you even left ripped up cloth to make his nest more comfortable, he'd catch you one night nudging a necklace you'd made with two other female apes into his nest, nearest to some pelts you had acquired, then he didn't have the heart nor anger to drive you off, and you ended up sleeping beside his nest that night, now he wears the necklace.
Caesar ; He first came into contact with you when you wandered unknowingly into ape territory, you had ran right into the middle of Malcolm and his team first being there in the red woods, and had even bitten Carver in attempts of stopping him from killing Ash and Blue eyes, causing the colony to be alerted to the sounds of shouting and when Ash had been shot, Caesar had heard of a human living nearby, had heard of how aggressive they had been to many others, mainly to humans, but hadn't moved to do anything against the feral human in the forest, since they usually kept predators and other humans at bay, so in thanks for you driving off Malcolm's group, and saving Ash and Blue eyes from being hurt further, also upon the good word both young teens had put in for you and from Rocket himself, he accepted you into the colony, you integrated well at first but never spoke much, always sticking to Caesar's side whenever permitted to do so. Like Koba he'd notice that things were being left at his nest, at some point even a dead buck had ended up near his nest, you take to leaving things you make so he can wear them, he notices your craftsmanship and wears the band you had made that would hook around his arm, the necklace you had made proudly displayed, set with beads and small river stones and a lot of feathers, you even taking to wearing a band around your own bicep and a simpler version of the necklace.
The sunset trio ; The three had accidentally run into you on their first meeting, noticing you as the echo who had been sneaking around the clan and stealing food, Noa had been the one to notice you'd been doing it because you were injured at the time, still it somewhat frustrated the three, they ran into you out in the forest when they were berry picking, you peeked out of the bushes, the thorns from the blackberry bush ripping into your skin and tangled in your hair, Soona had been the first to reach out, and you seemingly were fine with it despite them all hearing stories of your penchant to bite, the three managed to get you untangled, not even saying thank you, you rushed off into the shrubbery, swinging up into the trees with practised perfection, vanishing from view, or so they thought, you followed them above, staying a few paces behind, they caught sight of you again once you had gotten to the natural edge of the forest, hopping from the trees to stand and watch them, this time Anaya was the one to reach out to you, joined by Soona and slowly joined by Noa, they held out their hands with the want to at least bring you to a healer to get your wounds seen too, and you reached out too, speaking to them, voice ragged from going without use for some time, "Hurt..Help- please" Once integrated into the clan you opened up slowly, spending more and more time with the trio, taking to making necklaces, bracelets, arm bands, satchels too, all things learned from Noa's mother, you'd nonchalantly leave gifts in their nests, only growing closer as they started to make gifts in return for you. Okayyy! I have finished these drabbles- I hope these are okay! and hope they bring a smile to your face, sorry for taking a hot second to write this all out! Thanks for the request! <33

Oh, Was I Staring? | Alhaitham Drabble
Notes: This is just a drabble so it's nothing fancy but jhjksdakda Alhaitham is such a prick (affectionate) I can only imagine how unbearable his teasing flirting would be
You sensed Alhaitham’s eyes on you with your nose buried between the pages of a well-worn book. He studied you with a genuine curiosity, something rather out of place for the Akademiya’s scribe. Few things piqued his interest so, and yet, there he was, observing the gentle flutter of your eyelashes, your nimble fingers that carefully flipped to a new page, even the way you nonchalantly brushed the stray strands of hair away from your eyes as you continued your reading. You were nearly tempted to say something, to let Alhaitham know he’d been found out—although, it didn’t seem like he was really worried about being discreet in the first place. A part of you wondered if he was staring on purpose, as if he were daring you to break the silence, but what did he gain from that? Was there some kind of expression or reaction from you that would satisfy his intrigue? You couldn’t put the pieces together, and that’s exactly what drove you mad about him. Alhaitham never left a single opening for others to exploit. His every move was so meticulously calculated that it made it impossible to find his vulnerabilities or weaknesses. How could anyone possibly stand against a man of such caliber?
“[Name], are you all right? You’re staring.”
Alhaitham’s voice plucked you out of your thoughts, and it was to your abject horror that you realized you’d been staring at him this entire time.
And he’d simply let you.
Anyone else might have missed it, but you caught sight of his slightly upturned lips, a silent indication of his having caught you in the act. A mixture of anger and bashfulness flooded through you, turning your cheeks a deep red.
“At a loss for words now? You looked like you had so much to say.”
You bit back the witty remark on your tongue, not daring to give Alhaitham so much as a single inclination of just how flustered he’d made you. Instead, you unpursed your lips, directing your attention back to the book you were meant to be reading.
“As you already know, I’m busy,” you replied coolly, but inside you were fighting back the urge to meet his gaze again. Even if Alhaitham was…irritating, he was breathtaking. That was something you couldn’t dispute.
“Oh, am I disturbing you? My apologies. I suppose my…suggestions, can wait.”
Your eyes immediately flickered upwards to meet his, and it was then that you’d recognized your mistake. Alhaitham was smirking at you now, clearly pleased with himself that he was able to command your attention just by mere words. It was too late to hide the blush blooming on your face now. Alhaitham knew exactly how you felt about him, and he was making every effort to confirm his conclusion. But why repeat his experiments when he’d only get the same answer?
“I did wish to speak to you regarding a new project given to me by the sages. I’d hoped I’d be able to enlist your help, but…”
“...Give me five minutes and you will have my full attention.”
“Wonderful. I’ll be waiting for you at the Grand Bazaar. Don’t be late.”
As Alhaitham rose out of his seat and strode past you to the Akademiya’s entrance, you swore you felt the faint brush of his fingertips against yours. The gesture brought a new wave of heat searing through your skin. If Alhaitham saw how you looked now, you don’t think you’d ever hear the end of it.
Perhaps that was his goal all along: to get you to confess before he had to do so to you.
The nerve of that man. I’ll make him admit his own love for me.
I swear it.

Rollercoaster
Thank you to @starsarewithinme for the <100 words drabble request for Trystan, Carolina/Rollercoaster. It's a ton of silly fluff, but I hope you will enjoy it!
Book: Crimes of Passion (Post Book 2) Pairing: Trystan Thorne x F!MC (Carolina Rose) Words: Uhm. 1,400. (Only 1,300 more than 100! lol) Rating: Teen Category: Utter Fluff Summary: Trystan offers Carolina a penny for her thoughts... then he wishes he could give them back.... just a little. A/N: Participating in @choicesnovchallenge | Fireworks Night
There was much that Trystan Thorne admired about Carolina Rose. If asked to list the qualities and attributes he found most endearing, he would demand at least a week’s time to capture them all, knowing he’d still come up short when his time reached an end. Her natural beauty, incomparable sass, and sheer audacity were the first things to pique his interest. But, the more he came to know her, the more he knew her mind was the most fascinating thing about the woman who owned his heart.
She was brilliant... but not in a way that can be learned from books, but in a manner that is only earned through life experience. Sharp, intuitive, and quick-witted... she had a knack for knowing just what to do, just what to say, regardless of circumstances. Facing down a serial killer? Cutting a bigot down to size on the subway? Making him smile after a grueling day? Tending to an injured kitten outside her uncle’s bar? Carolina always sprung into action before he could even take stock of the situation, leaving him more awestruck each time.
It’s no wonder trying to read her mind had become one of his favorite pastimes, whether they were at work or at play. Sometimes, she’d catch him staring at her intently as she poured over the details of a case, stared out a window, or bopped around her apartment, dancing to music only she could hear. He’d often ask what she was thinking, and he could now guess with about fifty percent accuracy – something he was immensely proud of.
But recently, Carolina’s therapist all but ordered her to find little ways to reduce stress in her everyday life. And this time, it was Trystan who sprung into action. He ran to a corner gift shop, returning with a vast assortment of colorful gel pens, retro stickers, glitter glue, and notebooks festooned with images of unicorns, rainbows, and cartoon cats.
“What on earth is this for?” Carolina chuckled as Trystan scratched his head.
“I don’t know, exactly,” he admitted. “But how can anyone be stressed in the presence of glitter, unicorns, and adorable kittens? We’ll find a way to put it all to good use.”
And, of course, Carolina did. Popping in her earbuds, she’d pick the most insipid pop songs she could find, typically from Trystan’s playlists, and doodle whatever came to mind. Soon, the pink and lavender pages of the notebooks he gifted her were filled with Carolina Rose originals. Every time she did this, she was so happy and at ease that Trystan forgot about his mind-reading hobby. After all, seeing her so content warmed his heart. But some days, like today, he was curious.
Carolina’s smiles had been punctuated with delightful little giggles, but when he peeked over her shoulder to see what she was drawing, he couldn’t make sense of the abstract loops and swirls. She caught him staring at her over his latte and removed her earbuds with a smirk.
“Yes?” she asked playfully.
“Nothing,” she swore she saw him blush. “I’m just....”
“Just what?”
“I’m wondering what you’re thinking of. You seem so happy this morning.”
“I am,” she grinned, shutting her notebook. “I’ve been doodling all the things I want to do with you.”
“Oh... really,” he smiled lasciviously with a raised brow.
Carolina tossed her head back in laughter. “Keep it in your pants, Thorne. These thoughts are as PG-13 as the Hello Kitty notebooks you gave me.”
Trystan sheepishly pushed a shiny silver quarter across the table, then placed it in Carolina’s hand.
“What is the saying? A penny for your thoughts? This should buy me at least twenty-five of yours. Now I must know... what is it you wish to do with me,” he grinned.
Carolina jumped onto his lap, eagerly pointing to the various drawings. She pointed to a pair of ice skates, telling him they’d be going to Rockefeller Center, Wollman Rink, and Bryant Park very soon. Then she tapped on a sketch of a picnic basket she planned to fill with treats to share. Some waves along a beautiful shore, with a blanket made for two, were just how she imagined their trips to the beach next summer would be. Then, her excitement doubled.
“And this! This is the best of all!”
“What is it?” he asked.
“The Cyclone. At Coney Island... have you ever been?”
“Uhm... I can’t say that I have.”
Carolina clapped her hands with delight, a squeal befitting a thirteen-year-old escaping her. “Good!” she beamed. “Then I get to take you on your first ride! I found myself a Cyclone virgin!”
“A Cyclone... virgin? What exactly do you plan to do with me? Offer me as a sacrifice?”
“Trystan,” she reprimanded. “Given our history, can we refrain from talking about sacrifices?”
“Duly noted,” he smiled. “But what about the Cyclone?”
“I told you! We’re riding it! I figured we could do that as soon as Luna Park opens in April. Then, we can head over to Jersey and go to Six Flags. We’ll start with El Toro and then move on to Nitro and Kingda Ka. The following weekend, we have to go to Hershey Park! Their coasters aren’t as scary, but they have so many! And I don’t care what anyone says, Storm Runner is still enough to scare the crap out of you! We’re going to have....”
She came down from her reverie long enough to notice the pale expression spreading on her boyfriend’s face.
“Trystan? Is everything all right?”
“Yes. Sure. Fine.... it’s only November.”
“And?” she asked, perplexed.
“That gives me four, five months to prepare. Are their classes?”
“Classes?” She giggled. “For riding rollercoasters?”
“No... classes to get over my fear of riding rollercoasters.”
“Trystan Thorne! You’re not telling me that you, the former prince of Drakovia, are afraid of... rollercoasters.”
“It’s a little detail we hid from the public eye. It would have brought great shame to the family. However, I assure you, I am not afraid. The more appropriate word would be horrified. I am absolutely horrified by rollercoasters. So, needless to say, I have to end up with a girlfriend with a rollercoaster fetish.”
“I wouldn’t call it a fetish,” she laughed. “But I do love me a good coaster.”
“Right... so, are their classes?”
Carolina looped her arms around his neck. “Trystan, I’m teasing you. But if you’re really frightened by them, I’m certainly not going to force you to go on with me.”
“But if it’s something you’re looking forward to, I want to do it with you.”
She placed a quick peck on his cheek. “And that means so much to me, but it’s OK. We can double date with Luke and Ruby. She loves a good coaster as much as I do, but Luke, not so much. So we can be all badass and you guys can hold our purses or something.”
“Great,” Trystan sighed. “I’d like to at least try. Don’t they have kiddie coasters I can start with?”
“Sure, but we probably surpass the height limits. They are kiddie coasters, after all.”
“Damn!” he spat.
“It’s really all right, babe. There are plenty of fun things we can do at amusement parks without putting you on a rollercoaster.”
“Are you sure?”
“Very!”
“So, tell me about these fun things,” he asked, wagging his brows.
“Well, there is the merry-go-round.... the bumper cars....”
“Oh, I excel at bumper cars. You are going down, Detective Rose!”
“HA! I learned to drive on the Grand Concourse in the Bronx, baby... we’ll see about that!”
A big smile spread on her face as she pointed to a page virtually covered in an explosion of glitter.
“And, of course, there is this. The fireworks at the end of the night. We’ll watch together with a delicious treat in hand. It can be popcorn, cotton candy, ice cream.... what do you think you’ll want?”
“If I’m snuggled up with you? Then I’ll already have my delicious treat.”
“Aww, you’re the best, Trystan,” Carolina teased. “Even if you are a rollercoaster wuss.”
“I’m sorry, Carolina, but no one is perfect. Not even me.”
“Nope,” she said with a bop to his nose. “But you come damn close.”
Carolina was surprised to see him take out his phone; his attention shifted away from her.
“Hey, what are you doing? “
“I’m looking into books on how to overcome silly fears. I’m getting on those coasters with you, Carolina. After all... you deserve perfection.”

qingxins and wrong decisions - furina & gn!reader
summary: while walking around the liyue, you spotted qingxins- the beautiful, white flowers that you heard about plenty and completely adored. you decided to pick them up, unaware of all the things that will happen...
tags: can be read both as romantic and platonic, depending on how you choose to read this! you&furina gather qingxins, chaos ensues. [name] is a reporter and has no common sense to not pack themselves into troubles sometimes, comedy&fluff, drabble! no dialogues written. part 1 (watching gaming's perfomance) part 2 (playing with kites) part 4 (visitng the hulao mountain and bringing food as an offering)
notes: hehehehe. they are so silly. this is my third entry for @/astronetwrk new lunar year event <3 this was so fun to write n i really should write more... less serious more comedic fics because they are just fun. yeah! enjoy!
In hindsights, it was… maybe a terrible idea. A bad one at least.
When you decided with Furina to walk around Liyue, enjoy the pretty views, mountains and waters, the wildlife, it was a good idea. A great one, you would dare to say, because Liyue was a beautiful nation. So different from Fontaine, the hills and mountains were breathtaking, you loved it there, and so did Furina.
The problem started when you saw the lovely, white flowers you heard about so much– qinxings.because suddenly, you wished to gather an entire bouquet full of them.
And so, the hunt began.
It was fun at first. Furina got the role of a bodyguard and your emotional support, because not only she simply wasn’t the right peson to climb so much, her shoes weren’t either.
(You weren’t the best person for climbing either, but since you promised her a bouquet, you would give her bouquet and it was final.)
The flowers that grew closer to the ground were funny to gather. You did some climbing on the rocks, picked up the flower, wondered how on earth a flower could grow from a rock– and proudly posed for Furina, that was holding your kamera.
“This is the first qingxin picked up by me, [name]!” You laughed, and so did Furina, clapping her hands in a celebration of your victory, and even taking a picture to immortalize such achievement.
And that was the first flower. The easiest one, not yet warning you of your impending doom.
It continued for a moment– you picking up the flowers, Furina taking pictures of both you and other views, and it was fun. The qingxins in that area didn’t grow very high, so soon you had a small bouquet in your hands.
For few flowers, you had to skip over a waterfall which… was stressful but you took a deep breath, handed the bouquet to Furina (in case you fell into the water) and went to get that lone qingxin.
Which, of course, you succeeded, and got another picture to the collection. Good thing you packed another film or two…
However, later…
Maybe it was a bad idea to visit this dark, gloomy forest… to gather more flowers. It would be fun, you thought to yourself. You heard a lot of Wuwang Hill and that did pique your interest. Furina disagreed, not wanting to get spooked by some ghosts and, oh, besides! She came here to gather flowers and enjoy the views, not get chased down by some ghosts!
You two went there anyway but made it as brief as possible– and no ghosts tried to scare you, for your luck… which, honestly, you preferred over having to climb even bigger mountains in order to pick up qingxins.
Furina told you that you didn’t had to. You were too stubborn to listen and besides, tiny Furina waiting for you down the hills was… a really funny view. A cute one, too, because she was just tiny, standing there with your camera and now waving, and yelling for you to come down to her.
You nodded. Looked down, blinked even.
…how does one climbs down?
Climbing down that particular place took you twice the time to took to climb up and it included Furina’s worried yelling, your own yelling back (because otherwise, you wouldn’t be able to hear each other from such distance), and some prayers to the geo archon for some good luck climbing down.
…though, wasn’t the geo archon dead or so you heard? For a good second you pondered whether it was a good idea to pray to the archon that was, well, technically dead, before you heard Furina usher you down. You will worry about the technicalities when you’re not about to fall and break a leg.
You didn’t luckily. You survived this terrible experience and could literally see Furina’s shoulders drop down in relief– and right after it, she started scolding you to not climb hills you couldn’t climb down. You promised to not do that…
…only to try and pick up a lone qingxin, guarded by some hilichurls and mitachurls.
For the love of gods, you didn’t know if it was your instinct as a reporter to put yourself in possibly dangerous situations for some good photos or gossips to write about– and in this situation for flowers, flowers! but you did it either way, much to Furina’s disappointment and more worry.
(At this point, she would start to grow grey hair because of you. Well. Whatever you could say.)
The hilichurls chased you both out and you did end up tripping and scrapping your knee, twisting your ankle and probably giving Furina a small heart attack with all this, but…
You got your flowers. That was all that mattered.
(Later, you went to Bubu Pharmacy for some salve for all your small injuries and scratches that you got while flower picking and when you heard that you could simply buy the said flowers here, your jaw dropped and Furina let out a quiet “oh!” in surprise.
To think you could have your pretty, little bouquet without all of this…)

"How 'bout this one?" Shaun flipped yet another horror DVD in front of Ella's face. The title was one that she heard of before, but not one she had seen yet.
"Sure, if you want to," she attempted to smile cooly, attempting to mask the anxiety in her voice. Shaun took her a moment to study here before he placed it back down with an unconvinced sigh.
"C'mon, Els, that's the third time you've agreed to a movie without really meaning it," Shaun gave a long, exasperated sigh at his dear friend.
"It's your Birthday, ya goober," Ella playfully shoved his arm. "You should pick out the movie!"
"Pfft, my birthday was two weeks ago, Els. Though, I appreciate you trying to make it up to me." That earned her a flippant wave of his hand. "I've already watched all of these. Unlike you, my little scardey cat."
"Heeeeey," Ella protested. "I can handle scary movies--"
"Uh-huh."
"--I can handle scary movies a lot better now than at the beginning of college!!"
"Suuuuure you can, Els."
"Heeeey!" Ella gripped the small, panda-printed couch pillow and proceeded to thwack Shaun in the arm.
"What, I'm just agreeing with you~!" Shaun snickered, blocking Ella's blows from her plushy blunt trauma weapon. "The mighty Ella has conquered her fears and now thirsts for blood! Nooooo!"
Ella gave one final, soft smack with her weapon of choice before Shaun dramatically collapsed on the ground, defeated and unmoving. Ella gave a long sigh before she finally made her decision. "Okay, okay! Let's waaaaatch... this one!" Ella chose a movie that piqued her interest. She had heard good things about the film's special effects and main monster, and according to Shaun, it would be a good watch.
Like the proverbial Dracula rising from his coffin, Shaun sat up with a toothy triumphant grin. "See? Was that so hard?"
Ella gave a half-hearted shrug, turning to check the connection of the tiny digital camera and setting up the waiting room on their streaming platform. "It's our last movie stream together, so... I sort of got stuck on trying to pick a good one. Thought it'd be more meaningful if it were up to you."
That caused Shaun to pause for a moment after he inserted the DVD. He had wondered why Ella had been a little more quiet than usual. He thought it was because she was missing her boyfriend, Ian, but then it occurred to him...
With Ian leaving for school to become an actor just a few months ago and Shaun leaving in a few days to start shooting his new film, Ella would be all alone. It didn't take a mind reader to tell Shaun that she was sad over it. To be honest, despite the new opportunity he was about to receive, Shaun was going to miss Ella. A lot. Ever since college, she was a huge supporter of his work and often volunteered to give feedback on his scripts, including bits and pieces of his newest flick. She often half-joked that Shaun made her a little more brave by exposing her to horror films.
But Ella? Ella gave Shaun more than she could possibly ever know. She gave him advice when he needed it, support when he was stuck on writing a script, and unconditional kindness. It showed when she invited him to stay at her folks' place during Thanksgiving after he... separated from his only remaining family. Ella's folks had invited him in with open arms, showing the same warmth Ella had given him countless times. She gave Shaun boundless inspiration -- it was a crime how unaware Ella remained regarding her infectious creativity. Shaun would shout it to the rooftops if he could. But the most important thing Ella had given Shaun throughout the years... was her friendship.
And that... was enough for Shaun. More than enough, but he didn't want to say it out loud, worried that it would make it weird for some reason. Ella was very dear to him. In truth, he was attracted to her nearly from the get-go. And that affection grew over time. But this was enough, their friendship was enough. And as long as Ella was happy with Ian, Shaun was happy for her. She deserved it.
Shaun reached out in an attempt to offer Ella some small comfort, he wanted to touch her face and tell her it was going to be okay but... he hesitated. That wouldn't be appropriate, would it? Even if they were both physically affectionate with one another. Pausing, his hand landed on her shoulder, which caused Ella's chocolate-brown eyes to meet his.
'C'mon, Shaun... say something to make her feel better!'
"Els, you know we can still do our weekly movie streams even though we'll be apart, right?" Shaun kept a light smirk on his face but cringed cringed internally. That wasn't as emotionally impactful as he was going for. But before he could reiterate, Ella gave him a confused look.
"Yes, it is? I mean, we only have one camera and one mic. We can't exactly do this again until you come back."
"Sure we can!" Shaun's lips quirked into a knowing smile. "You can keep the camera and the mic, and I'll buy a new one when I'm moved into my apartment."
Ella guffawed at Shaun's suggestion. "Shaun, sweetie, I can't do that! That will be expensive!"
"I've got some money leftover from purchasing the new place," he stated nonchalantly. "I'm good for it, Els!"
"B-but you're going to be busy filming and script writing, and directing and--"
"We'll drop the movie streams to once every two weeks! Just because I'm working doesn't mean I shouldn't take breaks."
"That's a lie and you know it," Ella challenged him. "I remember you cramming during finals. You were awake for a solid twenty-four hours!"
"Twenty-six, but who's counting?" He joked as Ella rolled her eyes.
Ella was running out of ammo, causing her to stutter over her words. "I-I can't just accept this, Shaun. It's sweet, b-b-but--"
"Then think of it as an early birthday present!" Shaun kneeled next to where Ella sat on the worn couch. "C'mon, Ella...! Ella-ella-ella. Ella-Banana. Ella-Banano-Fo-Fana-Fe-Fi Bananza-Ellllllllaaaaaaaaa~!"
"You're not going to take 'no' for an answer, are you?" She resided.
"Nope! Except your faaaate~! MWA HA HA HA HA--!" Shaun sinisterly laughed before he began coughing in his over-exuberance. Luckily, Ella wholeheartedly laughed at his antics, causing her to lurch over, clutching her stomach in a joyous fit of giggles.
"All right, all right! You have bested me this time, Kitty-man. But I'll get you back one day!"
Shaun rose to his feet and bent over in a regal bow before his friend. "I look forward to the day, but until then," he unceremoniously flopped on the couch next to her. "MOVIE TIME!"
"HELL YEAH, MOVIE TIME!" Ella cheered as she set the laptop down and began to run the stream for their beloved audience, the mood lifted, and happy once more, just as Shaun wanted it.
As long as he could make Ella happy in some small way, to see her innocently sweet smile, to hear her laugh around him... it was enough.

Can you do the " i was worried something happened to you. " prompt with xelef?
This was an enjoyable one to start my blog so tysm for the ask. Hopefully, you enjoy the drabble!
"I was worried something happened to you," Xelef's playful voice echoed from the doorway, the mercenary letting himself in with a tray of food and drink paired with little thought of decorum or manners.
It's not as if his Crown would hold it against him anyway.
However, the sudden intrusion did earn Xelef a long, exasperated groan from the Crown. The golden light of their eyes shooting a brief glare of mild irritation at Xelef, the Crown getting up from their spot on the floor.
"With the eight guards outside my door? Hardly." A small roll of their eyes earned them a chuckle from the Pale Sword.
Their pointed look tugged at the corner of the mercenary's lips, Xelef setting down the refreshments they stole on the low table before joining their beloved on the floor.
The sight of their imperial majesty cradled on all sides with plush, elaborately embroidered pillows, pillows they most likely haphazardly gathered together was certainly a sight to behold. Unbecoming of a ruler, the nobles might argue. Improper, even.
But it was humanizing to Xelef. Endearing to the mercenary, so much so that the sight alone was enough to bring a genuine smile to his face.
"Tired of all the merriment already, your imperial majesty?" He teased, tearing off a piece of bread from the platter and popping it into his mouth.
A small smile graced the Crown's face, the leader of Arsur joining in on the snacks Xelef brought by plucking some fruit for themselves.
"There's only so much posturing one can take from the Mirs and minor nobility." The thought of whatever happened back in the banquet hall ignited a flare of irritation in the Crown- one coupled with a heat of anger in their cheeks.
Posturing must have been putting it lightly then.
His arm rested against the polished wood, palm cupping his cheek. Giving a small hum in acknowledgment of the Crown's words, Xelef's green gaze studied the Crown for but a brief moment.
They were clearly stressed and tired, storm grey clouds blotting out the sunlight that normally radiated from their very spirit. The thundering of their heart was born of stress rather than his close proximity or presence.
Now that wouldn't do at all.
Even without his sensory abilities, the cacophony of the banquet hall was still audible from the sitting room. Though the noises of chatter soon died down as the two ate, giving way to the soft singing and music of artisans.
Taking it as a cue to end their short break, the Crown rose, Xelef rising along with them.
"I shouldn't leave the party guests unattended." his love sighed, combing their fingers through their hair in an attempt to fix up their appearance. Their fingertips then snaking around his waist, pulling the mercenary in for a brief but passionate embrace- one that he was quick to return. "Thank you for checking in on me, my love."
Unfortunately for their dear guests, however, Xelef had other ideas.
"You don't have to go this very moment, do you, my darling beauty?" The raised eyebrow and sweet smile brought a familiar warmth to the Crown's face, the ruler averting their gaze to the side to avoid the fire and heat behind his emerald eyes.
They mustn't allow themselves to be persuaded so easily.
"They're missing me, Xelef." The Crown chided, slowly pulling away from the mercenary. Steeling their heart as they locked eyes with the Pale Sword.
"The entire hall's desire for your presence couldn't compare to mine," he purred, taking his lover's hand and kissing the back of it as tenderly as one could. The dark scarlet on the Crown's face was a telltale sign that he was eating away at their self-control. "At least humor me for a moment."
The Crown raised an eyebrow at his words, interest piqued. "Oh? For what?" The curiosity in their voice was clear.
He certainly had their attention now.
With the music in full swing, Xelef released his love and took a few steps back. Taking a sweeping bow, he raised his head, extending a hand out to his beloved with a very signature cocky grin stretched across his visage.
"Could you spare one dance for this humble subject of yours, your imperial majesty?"
"Humble?" The ruler's brilliant smile was on full display now, their short burst of laughter pulling at the mercenary's heartstrings. "Humble is the last word one would use to describe you."
Xelef let out a laugh, feigning a bit of bashfulness as the Crown's hand wrapped around his. "I don't believe I know what you mean, my love." the low crackling of his voice like the embers of a waning fire.
"I hope you dance much better than you lie," His beloved tsked, their form bathed in a gentle warmth as the mercenary pulled them a little closer, gently pressing their foreheads together.
Spirits, they were beautiful.
"There's only one way to find out, my love."

『 The State of Unreality: Drabble 2 - The Laboratory 』 Resident Evil/Biohazard (Gameverse) | You; Reader Insert; Second-Person Point of View; Female Reader Rating: M for source material and future content | Warnings: Canon typical violence, Unreality, TBD Summary: Is your subconscious trying to tell you it's time to see the doctor? Last you checked, doctors didn't have heavily armed security on-call though.
You don’t count the days that have passed since the dream with that lone mountain road, eerie green glows in the forest, and vicious dogs. The dream has all but faded from memory when you have another.
You come to awareness in some sort of science lab that reminds you of distant school courses. It appears to be a legitimate set up, like something one would expect from a hospital or research facility.
What’s with this setting?
You let loose a thoughtful hum as you walk along glass cabinets filled with labeled vials and unfamiliar equipment. Counter space that isn’t taken up by beakers, miscellaneous equipment and microscopes are covered in layers of folders, papers with data tables and indecipherable formulas, and pictures that remind you of things you’ve seen in biology textbooks.
Another hum escapes from your lips.
You pick up one of the pictures.
It looks kind of familiar—black and white and full of cell clusters—though you struggle to place why. Microbiology had been interesting in school and all but you had not devoted any more time studying it than anything else, so why is this piquing your interest?
With a dismissive hum and a shrug, you place the image back amongst the paper pile and shift your attention. Snatching up a scrap of paper that seems oddly out of place amongst its more pristine counterparts, you scrutinize it. You recall having heard text is indecipherable in dreams but...
With furrowed brows, you scan the document. You have to admit it is a bit of a strain—some words seem to double up or move around but you can definitely make sense of it.
Shouldn’t this be completely incomprehensible nonsense? And much like the image, the contents tickle something familiar in the back of your mind.
Wanting to test things further, you rifle through more papers and though the technical stuff makes no sense nor does anything else trigger that curious sense of familiarity, you find everything else may not be perfectly readable but readable nonetheless.
How curious. What if you check out what's in the cabinets, maybe there will be something in there?
“Who are you?”
You jump, whipping around in surprise to come face-to-face with a blonde, middle-aged man. His striking blue eyes are narrowed, thin lips pressed in a frown—a clear display of suspicion and distrust. His white coat and smart looking attire clue you in to the likelihood of him being a resident researcher.
“How did you get in here?” he continues at your silence, his tone low and accusatory. You want to ask him the same thing (you hadn't so much as heard him come in) but notice him fiddling with something in his pocket and, not wanting to press your luck, quickly raise your arms in surrender.
“I dunno.” You admit because honestly? You don’t.
He clearly doesn’t believe you, however, if his expression is anything to go by, and proceeds to fish whatever it was from his pocket. And oh man, is that-
“A pager?” Tense situation or not, the appearance of the archaic device has you belting out a laugh. “Really?” Where in your subconscious did that device get drudged up?
Your reaction seems to catch him off guard, a perplexed expression flitting across his face. He levels you with a glare but doesn’t probe, instead electing to type something away on the device.
You purse your lips and furrow your brow, arms dropping as you realize he had not been reaching for a weapon.
“So where is this anyway,” you nonchalantly ask, electing to lean back against the counter, arms crossing over your chest, “some kind of hospital?”
He gives you a skeptical look and you offhandedly notice that he’s very clearly blocking the door. “Playing dumb isn’t going to get you out of this,” he shoots back.
“I’m not playin’,” you sigh out, “I really have no idea where I am or how I got here.” Dreams don't often cover the logistics of that kind of thing, after all.
“I find it hard to believe someone would just so happen to stumble this deep into an Umbrella facility through sheer coincidence. Though…” and here he pauses to scrutinize you, making a very clear display of looking you up and down, “…I must admit that’s a very curious choice of attire for espionage.”
“Wha-? Espionage?” And what’s wrong with what you’re wearing? A quick glance down at yourself shows that, much like your last lucid dream, you are wearing what you had fallen asleep in. But what’s wrong with that? Comfort before all else!
With a harrumph you tell the man as much, “It’s comfy. Besides, you don’t see me judging your science nerd getup and choice in old school tech.” A petulant, petty response, but you couldn’t help it.
It takes a beat, but something he said finally registers and you jolt forward.
“Wait, Umbrella?”
Before you can gather any sort of reply, however, a loud beeping cuts through the room—a clear signal—that prompts the man to reach behind himself and fiddle with a keypad connected to the door. It slams open and in no time at all the room is swarming with men clad head to toe in black tactical gear, guns leveled directly at your head. Your arms fly up in surrender once again because dream or not, the thought of getting shot isn’t exactly enticing.
Damn, this dream went from zero to a hundred real quick.
The guards don’t say anything to you—no ordered commands or demands. Instead, they stand between you and the blonde, seemingly awaiting his orders but more than ready to take you out should you so much as blink wrong.
You watch as the blonde says something—a command to you or the guards, you can't say—but for some reason you are unable to make out a single syllable. You try to strain your hearing but nope, nothing.
That's when you notice the finer details of the laboratory are fading into an incomprehensible fog.
Oh, you think, is the dream ending already? And it was just getting to the action...
You can only watch as the guards all seem to meld into one nebulous blob of black, a single splotch of white breaking from it and moving towards you. A quick flash of light and then the next thing you know, you're registering the darkness behind your eyelids, the pillow clutched tight against your chest, the light blanket over your figure, and the droning hum of the fan you had fallen asleep to.
