"Oh! I seemed to have misplaced these," he chuckled, taking back a couple of magical materials. He swore he had these packed in his bags for a later moment, but it seemed that he didn't. At least for this Long Rest, he had a chance to tidy up his area in the camp and sort certain items.

Aside from that, he hadn't had the proper chance to get to know certain members of their party.

"Care to say... where I had these?" He asked. "I seem to have terrible memory with where I sort my materials! Apologies, my dear. Angela.. was it?"

"I wouldn't call that 'better prepared'," he corrected with fixed brows burrowed into one another. "More of a mess with Lady Luck on our side to keep our feet on the ground, don't you think?"

Disaster was bound to happen with the encounters they had on their paths of adventure. His staff rose up, resting against Anika's chest to keep her from moving closer.

"Careful. I would not advise to try and make a first move," he warned. "Though, I would revise what we called 'better prepared' that last time, you know?"

Was it that noticeable? He always did seem to express light discomfort to twist his face, silent in his walk that he had taken away from the camp for a moment. Thoughts were on his mind, drawing back to Tara. His choices ... were they this distinctive to really decide on what he could do?

Until he was met with a voice that seemed to tag him from the outside, perking up and glancing down at the woman that caught his attention. Huh ... he hadn't had a real conversation outside of the group, but this was nice enough.

"I suppose it was ... that noticeable!" He chuckled. "It's nothing too serious, I am ... on a walk. For myself. Processing a couple of things on my end, but ... we have not met, I don't think. What's your name, dear?"
