Ann is one prime muse who shares her love with kisses. anyone she cares for, friends or family, she will give you lots and lots of kisses! she's naturally very affectionate and snuggles often (and can often be mistaken as her being "romantic" when its really just platonic love).
Jesse, surprisingly, shows his love through kisses too. he never gets the chance since other events in his life conflict with what he wants in his future, but he shows his love through lots of intimacy and affection. kisses are the easiest method. he will cover his lovers with kisses.
Harriet too! she shows more affection through physical hugs, but will occasionally pepper those she loves with lots of kisses. she loves hugs and will combine them with kisses, no matter how many times she does it. she will give you kisses, but in privacy, of course. in public, she will give you a kiss on the cheek! it's just the start.
Stolas is also a very romantic type, but will cover his lovers with kisses. between most sinners in Hell, his romantic approach to his lovers is very genuine and real; he wishes for a relationship where it's real and feels real. he shows it honestly, no matter what his status said.

god... what do i even say about this. so, Jesse in the show caught my heart because of how much he's been used and ripped apart for his empathy. he had the opposite effect of Walter White, where instead of losing his sympathy with the shit he got into, he held onto his own empathy in the end with being in the meth business.
this song really shows that tiredness and feeling used constantly. nothing is new for Jesse. its the same repeated situation over and over. he's been used and yet he holds onto his feelings and cares for people, no matter how much shit he's been through, and he expresses how often he's been in the gutter. yet people don't see to care except for two people that did.

For Jesse, it's trust and love. He's so desperate to find somebody or someone who won't die in his hands or break his loyalty to where he can't trust his own thoughts or feelings. Manipulation from someone he almost saw as a second father figure hurt him mentally. He's desperate for any kind of trust, anything that assures him in safety. That is all he wants.
Confidence. If there's one of the few things Komi is desperate for in life, it's confidence. She wants to be her own person and not this... goddess to her students. She doesn't want that life, and it's stressful enough to be "perfect". She's scared of this kind of life and wants the confidence to speak up for herself when need be. It's what she wishes for, but can't get it.
God... everything. Redemption, begging for forgiveness, anything. Anything that can express her grief and pain to those she killed. She didn't mean to do it.
