Fatui? He's leaking info to the Abyss Order, so it wouldn't be beyond him to do the same with the Fatui, since he KNOWS of Tsaritsa's intentions. And he feels a sort of debt to her for taking in Uri.

Archon interactions of course. Particularly Zhongli/Venti since they're still a part of the original seven archons and Apollo was probably WELL aware of them pre archon war as well.

Honkai: Star Rail verse -

Idk how rare it is but....Aeon interactions. little shit wants to devour them so that'd be funny as hell.

someone just be nice to him, poor guy needs it he's been self isolated with just Ouroboros to deal with for a good few centuries probably QAQ

Jujutsu Kaisen verse -

I think in contrast to Uri, Apollo would be much more inclined to side with Geto/Kenjaku in terms of the whole...plan deal. He's have a bit of an internal crisis but he's much more susceptible to coercion if he was told it could bring Uri back into a physical body.

Not to say it'd be THAT easy, but a reluctant ease, and is open for eventual traitor/flipping side threads

MARINEs, Uri's been in the marines multiple times across the last few centuries, so i think it would just be funny. The last "proper" time she was in the marines was around God Valley so its possible for her to be recognized if she crossed paths with the right person.

again, uri dying in front of someone, and then running into that person a few years later looking YOUNGER than before

befriending the strawhats pre-timeskip, then reuniting with them post timeskip and CRYING at how much they've grown -weeps-

mmmm uri befriending ace...and then marineford....yum (of course if your ace DOESN'T die at marineford, she will cry also if there's a reunion)

this is a stretch (no pun intended) but idk why i would REALLY be interested in Kaido interactions -shrug-

the only thing is i would LOVE to collab with someone that could write Uri's first love that exists in her verses. Uri doesn't talk about them a lot (it can really be either gender) but Mihr had such a big impact on Uri's life and I'd LOVE to expand upon that at some point
