Notable highlights from Eath's side of things:

Eath picked up the Necromancy book, she's got a bad feeling about it but "better with us than falling into the wrong hands???"

Acquired and it probably going to use the speak with death amulet a lot more (since u know the way of long death monk isn't available 😔)

May eventually become a barbarian too b/c we need a little power house and she (for flavor b/c game restrictions) is still very small but she hits hard at least?

VERY BAD WITH MAGIC SCROLLS she blew up Jurge at least twice & she is now forbidden from damage scrolls (defense / crowd control scrolls MAYBE she already fucked up with Silence once whoops)

She wants to be like her dad in this setting and be able to at least do A Magic like maybe Once?? Maybe?? (she can't w/o scrolls)

Keeps debating between using bare hands or having a quarterstaff- either way she'll keep the staff around just to push any companions who are flirting with her far away from her person

Very very sharp eye on Jurge since he keeps KILLING THE THINGS SHE KNOCKS OUT - well twice but that was enough that she's sus

Still though she gives him thinks she thinks are cool / makes her think of things (ruby ring she found, bloodstones)

Regrets the grove incident but u know when a kid gets killed... she can't just let that fly "All she did was steal something that should not lead to a death sentence because this druid wants to act like queen of the roost, no idol is worth a life!!" but it did make Karlach mad and attack her :(

Eath, not knowing Jurge went back to finish the job: At least I just knocked her out, I think if I was better at explaining why we attacked the druids that we would've come to an understanding? I hope we see her later when tempers have cooled... (oh eath sweetie...)

Eath has non lethal blows on at all times of course- save for with undead. sorry but that makes the weird t-EATH-ling goat very uneasy

Cant believe Jurge (Jack Durge) is best friends with Lae’zel. I can’t believe Lae’zel is helping Jurge (a wizard) multiclass into fighter. Cant believe Lae’zel is the only one who Jurge has told about the murder feelings. Cant believe Lae’zel is the only one Jurge trusts has their priorities straight. Cant believe Jurge takes comfort in Lae’zels ruthless priorities and purely contextual knowledge of their situation, when he fears that his mind may not be his own. Something something ‘we’ll find you a goblin to take your urges out on’. Nobody could’ve said anything more relieving! Sure, getting rid of those feelings matter to him—- but there’s no immediate way to so! if anyone gets worried about it HED BE GETTING MORE WORRIED ABOUT IT. BUT SHES CHILL SO HES CHILL. They can work with what they’ve got: Murder Feelings.

He really complain about not going to the crèche right along side her. Detours detours! To save people? REALLY? We destroyed the druids for the sake of the tieflings, can we just GO now? Oh we need to clear the path of goblins too? YECK.

Companion (Eath) tried to nonlethal a brainpuppy. He kills it in front of her seconds later. ‘It’s called exterminating pests.’ He got no mercy for those who spirited him away and twisted his memories up (lil does he know, they’ve been fucked for a while).

Companion tries to nonlethal in general. Jurge respects that for People and People Adjacent. But when Karlach COLD CLOCKS EATH instead of LISTENING TO THE NICE LIL NONLETHAL MONK, Jack is 6 consecutive magic missiles to explode her dOME. And steals all her shit. And when Eath isn’t looking pushes her unconscious body into the river. ‘Had to. For Wyll. You know?’ It was for Eath and he knows it. Didn’t tell anyone he did that.

Gets to wear Wylls ‘successfully killed karlach’ outfit. NICE. And got the killer durge cape. Looking gOOOOD. (Pics to come).

Astarion managed to beat his death flag. If Jack knew he was a vampire (AND if he’d flirted with Jack yet, which he hasn’t as far as Jacks socially uninclined ass is aware) before he killed [redacted] he would’ve blamed it on Astarion (which ur allowed to do). BUT ALAS. HAD TO JUST. HIDE THE BODY.

Ahhhh. Planning my next plot flags. First ones for Jack were: whether Arabella dies (impacts morality), whether Astarions honest or flirty first (impacts whether he LIVES)—- next ones will probably involve ‘whether or not he sneakily separates from the group in act 2’ and ‘whether or not SHART DIES’ cause companion death seems thematic for him. We have a nonNPC companion after all. And all those hirelings—- as far as Jacks concerned, companions are disposable. Jfkgkglbl. (JACK NO WE NEED THEM FOR END GAME ALLIES AND QUESTS—)

🎃 Wyllstarion Halloween HCs 🎃

They’re both equally into the theatrics of halloween costumers but in vastly different ways. Astarion will be like “omg i’m Cher from the 1982 People magazine cover it’s so obvious!” and Wyll will dress as something simple but stay fully in character all night. He dressed up as a pirate one year and after the 5th pirate pun Astarion was on hands and knees asking him to drop the act so he could answer a straightforward question.

Wyll buys full sized bars for the kids every year & passes them out himself. He trusted Astarion to do it one year, but Astarion switched out the big candy’s with cheap peppermints and hoarded all the candy for himself & Shadowheart—so now Wyll has trust issues about candy.

Wyll is into mixology and makes these cute & fun Halloween drinks. you can find him halfway through the night giggling to himself as he puts gummy eyes on his Beholder Bellini.

Astarion has to cut him off because if he doesn’t then Wyll will go entirely too hard and spend all day the next day complaining that he’d “never do that again” and “god Halloween is the worst every single year” knowing he’s going to go all out again

Astarion stays up every night for weeks before the big day, hand sewing and stitching their costumes. No matter what outlandish thing Wyll wants to be, he always has a perfect costume for it. Once he went as a teddy bear just to see where Astarion would source fake fur… there was a loud discussion when Halsin found out that most of said fur was not fake.

They host the Halloween parties at their apartment—mostly because Wyll is the only one in the friend group that can afford to live in an apartment enough to fit ten people. Astarion will bitch and moan about their friends not providing anything, and then be put out whenever someone tries to offer to help with snacks or decorations.

Shadowheart doing Astarion’s Halloween makeup every year because he can’t see his reflection. And then doing Wyll’s because it’s torture to watch him almost stab himself in the eye with an eyeliner pencil.

They have a costume competition on best costume. Wyll is suspicious that it’s rigged, because only Astarion and Karlach ever win & Karlach has worn the same Scorpion from MK8 costume for four years. Still, he doesn’t exactly see Astarion switching out the voting papers so can it really be proven?

Astarion has attempted to work through Halloween a handful of times, mostly when he’s having a bad day. But every time Wyll just asks him to put on his costume for the spirit of the night, and by the time Astarion is done getting dressed, he couldn’t be less interested in opening his laptop.

A little NSFW but by now, it’s a Halloween tradition for Wyll & Astarion to sneak off to find some private time. Wyll doesn’t break character, not even during sex which has given Astarion some interesting orgasms. He won’t even let Wyll mention werewolves for two years after that.

Minthara always wears genuinely horrific and terrifying costumes. Astarion used to think it was very funny to have her answer the door for children while Wyll went to grab candy, until one year where not a lot of children came by. Wyll looked so sad about his near-full bucket that Astarion made sure Minthara never opened the door again.

No matter how careful they are, somehow, someway, every year their coffee table gets chipped during the night. At this point, Wyll is convinced the coffee table has a Halloween curse. Astarion is convinced that curse is named “Wyll & Karlach drunk arm wrestling”.

Cordehlia (Aquilae) is my Tav from my fic “Our Blood is Thicker:” an AU retelling of the Pale Elf Quest. @marimosalad is her Coparent and creator.

Where is she from?

Cordhelia Aquilae is a Star Elf, born in the Yuirwood, to Cassius Aquilae, the General of her tribe. Her mother passed shortly after her birth, so Cordehlia was raised by her father, who taught her all he knew about fighting and military strategy. He doted on her, letting her play with all the other elflings of their tribe including Astarion, the son of their tribe’s High Lord. He eventually became her best playmate, her childhood sweetheart, and eventually betrothed lover. The rest of their story is in the fic 😉😉

What is her favorite color and why?

Violet, a deep blue purple—the color of Astarion’s eyes before he was turned.

Is there a particular nightmare that haunts her?

For centuries, Cordehlia suffered. After losing her betrothed in Baldur’s Gate, Cordehlia threw herself into serving her father in his army. After his death fighting Ketheric Thorm at Moonrise Towers, she dove deep into her darker tendencies. She became Lady Corvus, a warrior for her people and a mercenary for hire. After one particularly gruesome battle, where every enemy was left on the field for the birds to pick clean, she became known as the dreaded Bone Picker. Only after centuries of blood and victory was she forced into retirement by her people, living in isolation in the wilds nearer Baldur’s Gate, where she was when the Nautiloid picked her up.

Her dreams are often filled with the sights and sounds of battle.

What is her most prized possession?

She is never without her dagger, designed to look like the plumage of a Raven, her namesake as the Lady Corvus. However, she would never admit it out loud, but her favorite thing she technically doesn’t own is Astarion’s camp shirt which she loves to borrow and wear around the Crimson Palace.

Describe her ideal day:

She has two.

After becoming Astarion’s Consort after his ascension, his little Raven, Cordehlia loves the days where she’s busy as a sort of vigilante. The Netherbrain may be gone, but it takes time to dismantle the cults of Bhaal, Bane, and Myrkul. Where Lord Astarion spends his days using his nepo baby, princely charm in politics, Cordehlia lurks in the shadows to remove the remnants of their enemies and any potential obstacles that present themselves. Being a Vampire Bride has only made her that much more bloodthirsty (pun intended).

Lately, she’s been feeling nostalgic, longing for the days where she spent hours with her beloved in the forests of the Yuirwood. Sometimes, she would love nothing more than to lie on a blanket under the shade of those same trees, doing nothing but picnicking, resting and fucking.

Imagine the AUs playing fucking DnD with Husk as the DM (because he was around the time DND got invented and I can see Husk being a good DM).

There is also a rule that there can only be ONE (maybe two depending on how big the party size is ) bard because Husk knows if that rule doesnt exist he's gonna have so many vicious mockery rolls its gonna give him a headache.

As for classes, now this is just me assigning peeps classes based on vibes and if they would play or not. If people have their own suggestions, please do share owo. (also please note I am baby DND noob, so most of info is coming from Baldur's Gate 3's wiki)

Canon Alastor-Bard, that is if anyone can get him to play and make him promise not to do something insane like teleport them into the world of DnD. (College of Lore branch). Sidenote: he only got bard because of that one animation where Alastor cats vicious mockery just insult Lucifer's height wheeeze. also because if you told al could hurt people with magical insults, he would go for it let's be honest.

Canon Vox-Artificer, since it seems up his ally but again this is a case of, can you get him to play it, probably more willing than canon Al, but would also rage quit if he fails dice rolls. (Artillerist branch)

Swap Alastor-He gives Cleric vibes. Probably more willing, but you would have to walk him through stuff. Probably ends up the team mom against his will. (Life Domain branch)

Swap Vox-Torn between Fighter or Paladin, leaning more towards Fighter. Probably not so willing, but would if his Alastor was. Would probably leave others for dead. (Champion Branch for Fighter, maybe Oath of Devotion branch for Paladin).

Secretly Married Alastor-Rogue, like Canon, would need to be talked into it, but may lean towards more willing just to humor it. Takes a lot of the notes and rolling the highest perception checks (Arcane trickster branch)

Secretly Married Vox-Sorcerer, like his partner, doing it to humor it (and also because sorcerer class sounded cool to him). Is hyping up his Al and somehow skating by on his rolls (example if the roll success require is like 15, he barley just makes it with the help of his modifiers). Also storm sorcery branch

Dadstatiocradio Alastor-Bard, because he does not trust his canon part to not pick fights with vicious mockery. May know more about the game thanks to his Charlie or not, who knows, but is the most willing to join in I say. (College of Valour branch).

Dadstaticradio Vox-Okay this one is hard, but like, he gives Enchantment branch wizard vibes tbh. Maybe just me tho. Also the most willing. Would threaten to cast fireball to make everyone shut up.

Radio Guard Alastor-Torn between Bloodhunter and warlock (Fiend branch because haha get it his deal with Lucifer). Probably legit only joined because Husk needed another sane player and or he was bored and was just "Fuck it". Is the one who takes it a bit more seriously and trying to gather the most information.

Radio Guard Vox-Ranger, because he thought it would be fun. Like Dadstaticradios, he is the most willing to join. Prides himself on headshots when he can get them in campaigns. ( Hunter branch maybe).

Blueberry-Warlock, really only joins after some convincing (and the promise of canon Alastor will be nice to him). The running joke and just confirmed campaign canon is Husk is Blueberry's patron who helps guide him around. (Husk Patron branch /j, Archfey tech).

Baldur's Gate 3: Wild Hunt- I already started once but I fiddled with the origins too much and broke it. Playing as Geralt in an AU ft Ciri👑, Dandelion🎻, Triss🖕🏻, Yen😍, Lambert🗡️, Eskel🐐, and Eredin😈. And Vesemir🥲. And Philippa🦉. And Cerys⚔️. And Zoltan🍺. And Salma💐. And Iorveth🏹. And Saskia🐉 And

Orina- Pure Evil Durge- I wanna restart and finish her playthrough, I wasn't evil enough the first try and I also broke that save too (I'm a mess) but i really love the concept of Orin's Twin fighting her for evil daddy's approval (and looking at Orin's character model for 100+ hours is uh... Totally not related to why I wanna do this). Plus I miss Ridgebeake terribly but he doesn't really fit into any other runs. My sweet dumb big murderous birbo 😭

The "I have too many race mods, someone take my internet away" run: I hardly ever actually use the dozen+ modded races that I have (all roads lead back to drow, even if I pick another race badaboombadabing it's grey with pointy ears and red eyes almost every time) so I really wanna do a run where the team is nothing but fantastical creatures- minotaurs, werewolves, satyrs, kobolds, nymphs, etc. I always get hung up on this bc I've got like fifty armor mods that are basically made moot by using those races but damnit they're in my load order Ishouldreallyusethemgodswhyiamilikethis

"characters I am DEFINITELY not supposed to be able to play" run: pretty self-explanatory but I want to see exactly how broken and janky I can make the game by duplicating and exclusively using characters that Larian studios never intended, expected, or even dreamt of. Snow White and the 7 Dwarves- so this one's kinda silly but I think it would be fun to play with. Tav is snow white, pure pacifist character, honest to a fault and the seven dwarves are a highly skilled band of mercenaries (talents and combat skills based on their names) who have vowed to protect this sweet, clueless, lost girl they found knocked out on the beach after a horrific accident.

Baldur's Boy 3- I wanna do a Kratos run so badly. But I'd wanna have only Kratos and Atreus in the party and that's going to be god of war level hard bc I've got soooooo many extra enemies that I refuse to get rid of bc the vanilla game is void AF of combat. And I'm not actually that good at this game 😂 but it would prepare me for something else I really really really wanna do:

SOLO!!: Id probably end up cheating and being a necromancer but I mostly want no party members, just my walking god of a Tav. AND I wanna do this one with the real-time combat mod. Maybe Kratos too

Norse Pantheon- all I know for sure is Astarion will be Loki and I'll figure it out from there lmao. Halsins personality feels very Thor (and his beef bod backs that up). Debating making Tav Freyja, she would be so fun to play and also I love her more than life. And I've got mirri's playable cats so I could also play as Bygul and Trjegul, who would 100% be tressyms. Wyll's plot reminds me so heavily of Tyr's trust and sacrifice that I think he'd be a good fit. Gale is literally Odin- he's obsessed with an ancient witch, he's causing his own demise with his insatiable lust for knowledge are you kidding me? Odin all day. Dame Aylin is just copy/pasted Brunhilde anyway so that's a given. Shart is giving Sif. Lae'zel would be Freyja, actually, sorry Tav. Can you tell this concept is the one that led to making this post? I joked about it once a week ago and it's eating my brain from the inside out. Ghaik have infected me with my beloved divine idiots and I cannot escape. I'm DREAMING about this idea you guys, in real life being disrupted by the obsession with how fucking fun this would beeeeeeeeeee

And the best part of this is I'm gonna download that photo-mode mod in a couple days and I already know that I will never actually get anything done in this game ever again ✨✨✨✨🤭
