I know in my established P.okemon verse for Yumeno, they only have Mimikyu butㅤ—ㅤI've been wanting to expand on their team for a while anyway.

Let's just say they catch some very QUESTIONABLE Pokemon along the way featuring . . .

BANETTEㅤ—ㅤGenerates energy for laying strong curses by sticking pins into its own body. This Pokémon was originally a pitiful plush doll that was thrown away.

MISMAGIUSㅤ—ㅤIt appears as if from nowhere—muttering incantations, placing curses, and giving people terrifying visions.

ABSOLㅤ—ㅤLong ago, superstitions were spread about it, saying it brought disaster. This fed a hatred of it, and it was driven deep into the mountains.

HYDREIGONㅤ—ㅤIt’s said that Hydreigon grew ferocious because people in times long past loathed it, considering it to be evil incarnate and attacking it relentlessly.

ZOROARKㅤ—ㅤIt doesn’t just transform itself. It also has the power to make hundreds of people see its illusions.

Some thoughts about the in-universe “Amazing Digital Circus”

I’ve been seeing a lot of people posit a lot of interesting theories about the exact nature of the Circus and it’s relevance to the show’s universe, and after a brief conversation with @robotoast03, I’ve come to some conclusions of my own:

The Amazing Digital Circus is an in-universe urban legend

My working theory is that TADC was a VR video game being developed as some sort of gaming revolution in the field of player immersion and interaction through VR headsets, but it was shelved and fell by the wayside after a number of “unfortunate workplace accidents”. Because of the nature of the “accidents”, the C&A company probably sunk a lot of time and resources into covering them up, more than likely leading to it closing down because of bankruptcy and/or controversy. Sometime after all of this occurred, either because someone from the company leaked information or there was an ad campaign prior to the coverups and the company going under, people started looking into TADC. This inevitably caused more people to meet the unfortunate fate of getting trapped in the VR world, which quickly led to a “Lavender Town Syndrome” or “Polybius” style rumor about whoever played the game just disappearing not long after. As more people looked into it and started giving their personal accounts and opinions, it eventually spiraled into a full blown conspiracy theory that is heatedly debated on certain corners of the internet, which could have had a hand in most of the cast getting trapped.

This theory has also led me to another idea (buckle up, it’s gonna get weird):

The show takes place in a copy of the Amazing Digital Circus game, possibly the only one ever made

My reasoning for this takes into account the show’s aesthetics being similar to a 90s/early 2000s computer game and that one promotional image of Jax playing a Nintendo 64 console in a room full of paraphernalia from that era. Not to mention the rundown appearance of the C&A offices seen in the pilot and the fact those same offices use old model computers that were prevalent during the 90s, which fits the typical appearance of a long abandoned business. Given these key visual cues, I think that the in-universe game was developed at some point during that period of time, and I feel it’s reasonable to presume that the game has some of the constraints present in games of that period. Specifically that, as a 90s game (even one advanced enough to utilize VR headsets and run sentient AIs), it is unlikely that the game was connected to an online server, let alone one which multiple people playing their own copies of the game could get stuck in the same digital world through. If this really is the case, I like to think that the copy of the game was somehow indirectly passed down from one member of the cast to the next.

Edit: A thought that just crossed my mind that could back up this theory: if The Amazing Digital Circus game was well known in-universe and ran on an online server, more people would regularly be getting trapped. Given how everyone acted when Pomni showed up, it would stand to reason that a new performer showing up is a rather infrequent occurrence. From as far as I can ascertain, there has been less then twenty performers in the circus including the main cast, and each of them probably appeared one at a time, with perhaps some exceptions here and there.

TLDR: I probably just word vomited a lot of nonsense, but I thought I should share it. If anyone else has any ideas for or against this theory, I’m more than happy to hear them.

⊱ ★ ⊰ㅤ˗ˏˋㅤThe amount of questions running through their head were practically immeasurable. Could Pikachus even EAT cupcakes ? There were poffins and Poke puffs but they've never seen those specialty treats in this region. Not to mention, where did this Pikachu even GET a cupcake ? Or that fancy hat for that matter ? Also, what was WITH that judgmental stare ?

⊱ ★ ⊰ㅤ˗ˏˋㅤWellㅤ—ㅤit wasn't as if they could REJECT a cupcake from a Pikachu. But they felt bad for taking the whole thing too !

Ya know I just realized something really funny. A creepypasta that is genuinely one of the worst ever, and a creepypasta that I genuinely think is one of the best ever are both, on paper, just the same story for different fandoms.

Sonic.Exe Round Two and Pokemon: Come Follow Me are both stories where a private investigator is studying a case of mass death tied to a classic video game where said cause of mass death is sourced from another creepypasta (Sonic.exe in the case of round 2, Lavender Town Syndrome in the case of Come Follow Me) and as the private investigator gets deeper into the case, the very thing they’re looking into slowly starts to effect them and whittle away at their psyche until eventually they can’t take it anymore and play the game for themselves to try to get to the root of everything. Hell, if I’m remembering both correctly, both stories even end with the main character dying and a reveal that the whole story up to that point was found written down in the main character’s journal that was found by their corpse. And yet, despite all those similarities, Sonic.exe Round 2 is one of the worst creepypastas ever conceived while Pokemon: Come Follow Me is an insanely good, engaging story that’s so good it stops feeling like a creepypasta and just starts feeling like a really good Horror/Thriller.

Just goes to show that, except in some very specific contexts, there is no such thing as a bad concept, only a bad writer.

ohh good question. i don't think i know enough about creepypasta to say which individual story they'd like. but I have a good idea what type of Internet horror they'd like.

riz is a fnaf kid. in my heart i know this to be true - comes up with fan theories, has tried explaining the timeline multiple times, is endearingly annoying about it

fabian's is candel cove, thats the only one im sure about. I also think he loves a bit of lost media but is generally not big on horror

gorgug loves a shitty analog horror- like the ones where somebodies soul is trapped in a VHS tape or something. loves a scary face. she pretends she watched them ironically but genuinely loves them. also that whole genre of scary ps1 games - squirrel stapler, no players online, iron lung ect ect. I imagine she would eventually get into kitty horrorshow

fig is into hammer horror. but does love kindof, semi ironically, like the classics of creepypasta, jeff the killer, the rake, smile dog. she loves reciting the russian sleep experiment like it's a real event to gorgug to freak her out. was super into creepypasta when she was younger and its become like a part of her personality because of it

i imagine the farthest adiane got into creepypasta was like, pokemon or nintendo related ones like lavendertown syndrome and missingno. like i think video game glitch ones always scared her - something thats not supposed to be in the game, the familiar becoming unfamiliar and dangerous, always really gets her. she's still a little afraid of lavender town.

kristen I think would like that modern era of social media args like the sun vanished. but I think she just watches alot of creepypasta iceberg and list videos instead of actually reading or watching them.

Another Entity (like Nyx) I made back on Scratch before moving here....The Pokemon Game Entity who ruins your Pokemon Games for fun and caused incidents like Lost Silver and Lavender Town Syndrome. It is also responsible for creating Missingo, Buried Alive,The Unown King and many other notable Pokepasta-Creepypasta entities and glitches.Pockomun is a shortened version of Pocket Monsters which is the Japanese name from Pokemon. Pockomun also has parts of The Creation Trio on it's body because it's extremely powerful. And the creation trio created the entire Pokemon world so it was worth to use parts of them. Also he is male. Also yes he takes the form of the Gamefreak logo.Pockmon is a Tall humanoid entity with the Gamefreak Logo for a Head, he has the Hells Bell Bronzong Teeth, Arceus's Ring but its all black with red eyes with white eye colors and Black pupils in them, a Long Spikey tail, has 2 feet with 3 Clawed Toes on them.wings of Giratina, and has one red eye with a White eye Coloration and a Black Pupil on the Gamefreak logo....Lost Silver, Red, The Unown King, Lavender Towns Ghost, Hells Bell Bronzong, Hypno, Missingno, loneliness, And a whole lot more all originate from HIM..... In further Studies it seems this entity is easy to outsmart once you get to the Coding area and start Screwing up the code. So Pockmon Create a monster. And it was called dark creepy in the episode253 of Looney tunes vs the noedolekcin archive series . She's an evil Scientists from the new Looney tunes The adventure of wile e Coyote and the roadrunner and the anomalous Powerpuff girls Z

Being a creepypasta fan and a pokemon fan back in my childhood was wild because you would click on a YouTube video and that Song That Kills You would start playing and you would be like "oh fuck o no I don't want to suffer endlessly until I have no choice but to kill myself"

And then you would NOT die and you would be like "I was lucky this time...it was not the real one" and would just... keep clicking on videos that may or may not have the damn child-killing song??????????
