Here's PART 1! about profections years.

Note🗣️: These are all based on my personal observations, patterns, and calculations over the years aka late-night astrology spirals, emotional chaos, and "oh wow that makes sense now" moments. I use Vedic/Sidereal astrology 🌌even though Progressed Moon and Profection years are used in both Western and Vedic systems. For me, sidereal just hits different. Whether you use western or Vedic, if it resonates, amazing! 🫶 If not, gently toss it in the cosmic trash bin and float away like a Pisces moon day 🐟🌫️Lemme know in the comments!

Let’s get lunar 🌝👇

👉First off, find out which house your natal Moon is sitting in. That house is your starting zone, your emotional HQ, for the first 0 to 2.5 years after your birth. Let's say your natal Moon is in 8th house, from there, the Progressed Moon moves one house every 2.5 years, like a cosmic Airbnb guest who's constantly evolving and leaving emotional Yelp reviews behind 🧳🌊

So:

0-2.5 yrs: House your Moon is in

2.5-5 yrs: Next house

5-7.5 yrs: House after that... And so on, till...

By age 30 - 32.5, your Progressed Moon comes full circle and returns to the same house it started in.

🦋For women, there’s usually a major shift when the Progressed Moon moves into the same house as your Sun ☀️ or Venus 💖... or even if it just aspects them (like sitting 7 houses away), Yeah, that’s often when puberty kicks in as Moon aspects the 7th house from its position as well.

⚠️When Progressed Moon meets North node especially in 6th,8th or 12th house could trigger freak accidents, sudden health scares, frequent hospital moments, etc.

💅When Progressed Moon kisses Venus it's either a glow-up or glow-down depending on the sign. Also, sexual thoughts during teenage years or first crush/love and even first kiss. For example,

🔹 Venus in Virgo: Dry skin, skin-issues, cramps, digestive drama/constipation, dermatologist visits, etc. But also the potential for insane skincare routine discipline 🧴😤 🔹 Venus in Pisces: Full-on goddess energy. Soft glow, dreamy eyes, and people suddenly asking what perfume you wear 🧚‍♀️✨ 🔹 Venus in Cancer: Emotional eating, weight fluctuations, skin acting up when you're moody. Very “crying in a face mask” era 🍰🌊 🔹 Venus in Leo: Headaches, head injury, hair issues, even random lil injuries from being too extra. But also: main character confidence unlocked 🎭🔥

🔥When Progressed Moon hits where your Mars is in, family tensions could arise. Anger issues as a teen. Picking up new hobbies or learn new things which could later progresses as something you would do later in life, working-out, etc.

🛫When progressed Moon in the same house as Jupiter is in, things start to expand like your thoughts, moving away, becoming more religious or spiritual, even meeting your future spouse. If Jupiter in Rx, might lean towards agnosticism or atheism, irreligiousness, breaking traditions, either meeting your FS or at least getting to know them like "they're the one".

📝When Progressed Moon is the house of where Mercury/Mercury Rx is in, get ready to talk more, write, sing, question, or overthink everything 🧠🎤📚 Dabbling in singing, music, voice work, or picking up a random language on Duolingo out of nowhere 🎶🗣️. Memory expansion. Might start gaming or blogging, writing, drawing or opening a soc-media account fits too.

⏳When progressed moon is where the Saturn/Saturn rx or Sun sits in, physical distance from your father or in rare cases, death of a father. Parents divorce if in 4 or 7th houses.

👩‍👧When Progressed moon return to your natal Moon, aka your lunar return, relationship with mother can bring a few things:

If the relationship with your mom is already shaky, this can be a make-or-break moment. Either full-on distance or healing through a major breakthrough 💔➡️💬

If it’s been toxic or non-existent, this transit might trigger cutting ties to protect your peace, or facing childhood stuff head-on.

If your relationship is already strong, this deepens the bond like a cozy emotional blanket. Expect heartfelt convos, support, and feeling truly seen 👩‍👧🌕

It also suggests emotional maturity, your motherhood, etc.

When your Progressed Moon slides through your profection years, this can trigger an important event like pregnancy, marriage, etc. I already made a post previously on profection years for each ASC and check yours. When your progressed Moon land on those houses, those can be significant years in your lives.

Note: Your profection houses for example could be 2,7,8,11 but you would be getting married when you're in your 5th house profection. Why?

Let's say you're a Scorpio ASC with 2,7,8,11 profection houses but you got married during your 5th house profection year. Why? Your 5th lord is Jupiter and your Jupiter could be placed in 2,7,8,11 houses which will trigger a marriage event for you.

[⚔️🏹] CAMP HALF-BLOOD

It’s been a while since I’ve drawn my Camp Half-blood OCs! Meet Danny, Cherra, and Zeno <3 there’s more info on them below the cut +my first proper sketches of their redesigns from last year!

CHERRA [❄️🎸] — Child of Boreas

“I don’t think we really stop being afraid. We learn to be braver about it, though! No one ever tells you that.”

Cherra is not a half-blood, but more an actual spawn of Boreas, the Greek god of the north wind, and of winter. Her father is known for his cruelty. Tangled between a curse that Boreas plans to unleash into the world, and being made as the catalyst to make that happen, Cherra did the only thing she could think of: she fell from the sky, and away from her father’s domain. No one in Camp is sure how she ends up a few miles from the borders, but she awakens with no memory of the fall, nor the destiny that was forced upon her. Will an eternal winter come for the world after all?

ZENO ADARES [🌊🏹] — Child of Apollo

“The sun’s gonna explode at some point, but it won’t happen tomorrow. Breathe. Think of now—whad’ya wanna do?”

Growing up a surfer kid and being an absolute geek about all-things-ocean, literally everyone thought that Zee was Poseidon’s kid before he revealed the god that claimed him. Zeno is a charming, sprightly young demigod who stayed in Camp since he was eleven, and in the years since he proven himself to be good at many things; mainly being a great archer, an even better, and being, I quote, “Camp’s Best Brother”. To those who hated the sun, he had a way of getting to you. Kinda like sunbeams peeking through a heavy curtain. Heck! Not even Hecate’s kids are safe from the guy’s…weird ability.

DANIEL FALLON [🌙🔮] — Child of Hecate

“Oh, please. The cards only tell me what’s ahead. But my choices? All mine. These cards’ got nothing on how I choose my future.”

From a long line of witches came this fella, with his stacks of weathered books, cool cards, and a resting bitch face that could…possibly rival Ares’. Children of Hecate tend to follow a ‘trifecta’ of knowledge, possibly due to the trio nature of their mother goddess: Maiden-Mother-Crone, Three torches, Three moons. Daniel leans toward divination, the Mist, and necromancy. He has a cat who can talk—well, more like he can hear her. It was an accident involving communing with the dead, and now a spirit possessed her. Her name is Sabrina.

idia forever thought his cause of death would be the permanent termination of his end game account—which in theory, is now proven wrong at the existence of a brand new thing that just might obliterate his heart.

note. thank you mel <3 you too. i, for one will gladly accept kisses from u and idia (he's downbad here LOL)

idia is having a strangely, familiar sensation.

for example—the fact that his heart is palpitating so fast is making him afraid that he'll get the same sense of doom he frequently gets whenever this happens. like when he's the one that the professor chooses to answer a question up front. just his luck cause it absolutely sucks in real life just as much as his chances of winning that rare character.

but no, there isn't an impending sense of doom that sends him to the edge. no cold sweat forming on the skin of his neck, nor does it protrude from his clammy hands. it's weird, he feels warm rather than the cold it usually accompanies.

he needs to visit a doctor.

he gulps thickly. sending a lightning fast glance at your direction then averting it even faster. oh my god, your hand just brushed against his.. was it intentional? no, no—it mustn't be. you wouldn't waste your time doing that.

but you might even look more tenser than he is.

despite the attempt at flushing down the tightness in his throat, his words still break off into a croaky stammer that just sends his face into a grimace because, did he sound like that? "I'm.. I'm really sorry, you didn't have to do this," he says, looking away with those eyes that just screams a mixture of 'I hate it all.' and 'I'm so scared.'

his eyes in comparison to yours, dull significantly in terms of greatness. cause as rare as it is for your eyes to meet, he'll always marvel at the lush hue your eyes are colored with—and god, your lashes. so pretty, so, so pretty.

he sulks. he doesn't deserve this.

"it's alright," you answer in response, voice quiet but it's the only thing he ever hears despite the myriad of people quite nearly squishing the both of you. the crowd is large, and noisy. so he isn't sure why he's suddenly the greatest listener when you speak. "I'm glad you thought of... inviting me along, I know you're quite passionate about it."

passionate is not a strong enough word, it could be an incorrect word to use even. he supposes it's just a nice feeling to excel—be good at something.

but with how hot his heart is probably burning, maybe passionate really is the right word.

for you that is.

most likely idia's ideal type of player two <3 someone he can keep up with, not too fast and certainly not too slow. but either way, he’s probably having a heart attack at whatever you do. literally just sleeping? his heart… playing with him? please match avatars at once or he will combust. (and yes, he is hinting even though you already match everywhere else. had a house in a game, got married in a game.)

don’t even pull out the fact he buys you the currency to match and you feel bad cause he thinks it’s too cute. you need to stop or else he will buy you more.

speaking of more in game terms, he surprisingly garners a lot of attention online maybe because he’s endgame in every single account he’s made and many people like money so… there are many attempts at ‘rizzing’ him up but in the end he’s provoking them to screenshot it and report them as online daters.

still reports people if they flirt with you, but compared to his. not only is it a file for online dating he somehow dug up the dirt, the monstrous things they did like… 3 years ago and now they’re gonna get suspended. It’s concerning since he was talking with you animatedly during it and he somehow also exposed them all in 10 minutes.

did the see you again trend in secrecy cause he would rather leap down a hole to hell than let people see it. In any case… if it isn’t obvious he’s the lala, you the okok.

deluded himself, is convinced that he’s actually the nonchalant, ‘cool’ one but all he is, is a literal puddle. is still solid when standing but will be putty in your hands in SECONDS.

idia is secretly really proud of himself whilst being like: how did i even pull them. cause when he looks at your face when you’re talking to other people. he’s actually kind of scared cause it’s a really wondrous thing you never once looked at him like that… (please save his mind too. he’s trying to convince himself that you must be like this, soft person he knows to other people too and not just him because that’s just crazy right haha.. hahahaha…)

the type to tell you to stand back during raids, challenges, boss fights, etc…  that all you need to do is be there, and that he’ll solo it for you and you can claim your rewards even though he gave you the rarest, strongest equipment in respective games which won’t be much use at this point cause he insists he do it for you, and sulks all day if you don’t let him.

will order every single thing you crave during those times he’s too shy to consider date nights, and you too so it’s like an unspoken thing. he honestly plays better when you’re inside his room, even if it’s just laying on his messy bed scrolling on your phone or munching on something.

it’s just complete, comfortable silence.

except for the time one of you accidentally makes an indirect flirty comment and now the room could be considered a sauna from the literal steam only two people emitted. 

really, really, really, REALLY, likes it when your head is on his shoulder.

“─ean.. no one really asked for it, the nerf was completely unnecessary and─” the words poured out of his mouth, something uncontrollable that he couldn’t stop. there is something about you that just kicks down the layer of anxiety on him. comfortable might be the right word, even if you don’t talk that much (which is surprising cause he ends up being the talkative one and you always assure him that you like to listen.) somehow the thought: am i too annoying? doesn’t really pop up like usual.

in fact, he’s excited to ramble all about it. excited to hear your thoughtful hums, excited to see your attentive eyes on him since the first word he’s said─but it isn’t. because he looks up and you’re blinking haphazardly, thrice in a second and before he panics to shut his mouth he feels the soft slump of your head against the curve of his shoulder.

if idia had half of his mind he would scream instinctively at the weight he isn’t really accustomed to feel. actually, even if he did have his entire brain connected, and his thoughts coherent he still would. but he bites the inside of his cheek cause despite the chaos that just erupted in his mind which is somehow simultaneously blank, and swirling.

and he remembers midst his confusion that you are,

he resorts to the screech in his head.

his shoulder─is so terribly stiff right now to the point where he thinks that sleeping on a hard, wooden surface would be surely more comfortable rather than where your head lays. he makes an effort to relax his muscles, tell himself that it’s only you and that there’s nothing wrong but there is something wrong because it’s you! idia dares to sneak a peek at you and your closed lids only confirm your unconscious state.

and careful with each nudge his movement makes sends to your head. idia can’t resist the hands that creep up his face and bury it, to hope all the embarrassment and whatever he’s feeling right now absorbs it right out of his face because god. he knows he looks like he just ate 10 bowls of lilia’s cooking.

he would scream, he really would. a second thought but you’re on his shoulder!

so he feels pretty obligated to just suck it up cause he’s enjoying the moment even if you aren’t conscious right now and he sure as hell is going to, for as long as he can.

1st house & how you see yourself ☕️👸🏽

⭐️The planets in the 1st house represent your energy, how you present it to others, how you give it. How others see and perceive you. And how do you see yourself, how much do you put into yourself and your appearance. How important you are to yourself. hey! hope this isn't weird but i wanted to know why you think artemis wasn't up to standards even in the original pjo series. you reblogged from me and so i had front row to your tags on the post about zeus jaja i've not seen people talk a lot about her and it got me interested as i'm a classics student!

HELLO OH BOY okay so I have half a rant already about Artemis in terms of Rick and general aphobic tropes in the series. see: that open letter on twitter. i still need to transfer that to tumblr. fun fact: Rick replied to that post but deleted his reply at some point. probably because two replies after he replied to my post and word-of-god confirmed Reyna to be ace-coded he left social media for a bit.

Fun times! Anyways.

The thing I dislike about Artemis as she's depicted in the series, besides her constantly appearing as a teenager and the aphobic tropes with that [see: open letter linked above] - which on some level is slightly more excusable than other examples given she's a goddess of young women, but given how he writes Athena, Hestia, and the Hunt instead leaves a bad taste in my mouth - and other similar aphobic tropes with her, is her whole weird anti-men thing (which is also, in itself, also an aphobic trope in this particular circumstance). I understand TTC was written in 2007 so that flavor of radical feminism that Artemis and the Hunt is clearly supposed to be was only just coming into major public awareness and the flaws in the ideology (and the inherent bigotry, particularly transphobia and racism that often comes with it) weren't as well recognized at the time. But in hindsight it leaves a really bad taste in my mouth for obvious reasons and is one of the things from the first series that severely aged poorly in my opinion, and I greatly dislike that in every subsequent retcon of the Hunt for other reasons Rick more or less retains that aspect.

Secondly... it doesn't make sense from a mythological standpoint? Because there are multiple examples of men being Hunters in Artemis' retinue. Even ignoring Orion, no matter how you go about shaking that stick (which for the record I really dislike how Rick retconned him in the series/wrote him in HoO), Hippolytus is a very notable example. Literally his big whole original shtick was he joined the Hunt because he didn't like romance and Aphrodite got so pissed about him not needing her (romance) that she killed him. And even when Aphrodite was trying to ruin his life he held on to his virtues and vow to Artemis (refusing advances even when his life was on the line). He is otherwise totally chill and devoted to Artemis. Some versions of his myth has Artemis have him resurrected after he dies (by Asclepius, which is why Asclepius is punished for reviving the dead). This also obviously doesn't address the major glaring logical flaw in Artemis hating all men which is... Apollo. Especially within the series he seems to be an exception for no reason, despite Artemis also very overtly having a "brothers are not an exception to the no-men rule." And from a modern queer standpoint, it obviously begs the question of stuff like gender identity within the Hunt and if you bring back the radfem stuff it gets real bad vibes real fast. Which also sucks when you particularly look at historical/mythological descriptions of Apollo and Artemis and how they very poignantly encompass defying gender roles and expectations particularly within their cultural contexts.

And every time Rick tries to retcon the Hunt, he somehow manages to make it kind of worse, particularly with the oath. I have a whole personal thing for how I think to best rectify all that nonsense in a way that isn't horrible and is related to some of Artemis' aspects in a more sensible way (buried somewhere in this monster of a post. Honestly i'd just recommend ctrl + f search "Hunters" on that post and it should be somewhere near the first ping there). In there I also go into some of my other thoughts for the general meh way the Hunt is written in the series, mostly being aphobic tropes and random death fodder.

So yeah. Basically, tl;dr: I am personally not a huge fan of how Artemis in the series is halfway to being a terf and chock-full of aphobic tropes. And I need Rick to stop retconning things into the ground.

ATHALIA HEADCANONS

• The first thing Athalia definitely do when they set the camp for resting of the night, is to check everyone is ok

• She'll use every drop of her mana to heal anyone in need. And if she runs out of spells, she use her medicine skill to help. After all, she's a healer cleric, and she can heal also without magic

• If she is tired, maybe she'll search for some quiet in her tend, or by the river. In silence, she can prey better

• She loves the moon, the stars and the water. These things remind her of her Mother Selúne. If there were a full Moon, or a beautiful night sky, she'll be up late to watch it and talk to her goddess. I immagine her watching in silence the moon, with a soft smile on her face, praying and telling Selúne how was her day and how she's scared of what is happening to her

• She loves reading and writing poetries and stories. When she was a young lady, she read a lot of romantic novels, and she grew up with this poetical idea of love, dreaming about the true love like a princess

(that idea has a name and his name is Gale)

• If there is someone in the camp who can't sleep, Athalia has some tricks and spells to help, as a Selúne Cleric. Everyone know this but they're always too embarrassed to ask

• Athalia has a lot of cute outfits for the camp, as a remind of her noble life. She loves the workmanship of good clothes, fine fabric, matching shoes.

And the color white and blue, she always dresses in those colors

⋆⁺₊⋆ ☾⋆⁺₊⋆ THE BATTLEFIELD ⋆⁺₊⋆ ☾⋆⁺₊⋆

• Athalia always tries to avoid confrontation. She tries to reason with his opponents, especially when he sees that behind their wickedness there is something else that can be repaired. The first thing she did with Kethric was to remind him of Selúne's love to make him see reason.

• Whenever they face sentient creatures such as mundane criminals or the Gith, Athalia makes sure not to kill them, using non-lethal strikes. Kindness which however does not apply to the slavers of the forge or to the cultists of the absolute and of Bhaal

• Even creatures such as goblins, gnolls or especially demons do not arouse enough pity in Athalia to try to avoid the battle. She never initiates it head-on, but if one of these creatures attacks first, she responds without feeling mercy

• in battle, Athalia takes care of the others, like a good cleric. She almost never attacks her enemies directly, but makes sure that everyone is well healed and has the right aid to fight.

• Due to past traumas, Athalia is always afraid of not doing enough. She lives in fear of seeing her companions fall, so she does everything she can to not leave them behind

• Sometimes she even starts out quite biased, casting "Magic Armor" or "Sanctuary" even against a single goblin

A behavior that initially drove Shadowheart crazy, because she didn't understand how a Selunite could feel so much affection for her. In the end, however, Athalia's affection became fundamental to Shadowheart

• Karlach always puts Athalia in a good mood. Athalia is always very delicate, very attentive and cautious, while Karlach's adrenaline gives her the right push to launch herself and take courage where needed. Athalia and Karlach are very close friends and Athalia loves to talk to her in the evening before ending the day. Athalia would do anything to cure Karlach, and feels terribly helpless without finding a solution

• Wyll and Athalia are very close. They saw each other briefly as children, at parties and gala receptions of the nobility of Baldur's Gate. They have so many things in common, and they spend hours and hours talking together about their past and gossiping about their old acquaintances and their life in Baldurs Gate. Wyll was desperately in love with Athalia, but unfortunately she didn't fully reciprocate that feeling. Wyll reminds her of her past life, a life that she wants to put behind her and forget, just like Wyll, and she knows that this relationship would not be good for either of them.

On the evening where they dance together in the camp, Athalia turns her face and denies him that kiss, breaking his heart. Wyll silently respects Athalia's relationship with Gale. Despite this, the two of them will remain great friends, with a lot of understanding and affection for each other.

• Athalia is actually very fascinated by Lae'Zel. Together they spent entire nights talking about the life of Lae'Zel and the culture of the Gith. Athalia loves reading history books, and had never heard these tales of Lae'Zel culture. Athalia hopes that she will become more "kind" and tries to make her understand without offending her, inviting her to be less grumpy. Lae'Zel sees Athalia as a puppy and does everything she can to protect her

Tonantzin Guadalupe 🌵🌹

The original \/u| \//\ goddess I created in 2013 is Maria Rosa. Her design was inspired in major part between the miracle of La Virgen de Guadalupe and the concept of Mary Queen of Heaven.

I was recently commissioned to create a new (\/) Goddess inspired similarly between Guadalupe and Tonantzin by my chingona hermana Janet Bella Rosa who also knew Mi padrino Antonio 🙏 I felt his spirit guiding me to connect our visions! 💞

Tonantzin is an enduring Nahuatl title for the maternal aspect of any Aztec goddess, much like “Our Lady”, rather than the name of a particular goddess. I chose a blue background to parallel Her starry mantle of heaven and also represent Lake Texcoco since the eagle, snake, and cactus from its story of the founding of ancient Mexico there are present. 💙🌵 

Tonantzin in various forms is frequently depicted with eagle feet so I thought it appropriate to have the legendary golden eagle clutch the silvery moon below Her in place of Guadalupe’s cherub 🦅 🌙 Tonantzin is often known, by many names, to wear a skirt of snakes- the celestial Aztec earth mother Coatlicue’s particular name translates to “She of Snake Skirts”. So I couldn’t help but see the snake emerge from the opening in Her folds here. Frequently in Aztec art snakes emerging from or replacing body parts represents blood so I feel a menstrual element from how the snake manifested in this vision 🐍 🩸

Many believe that the apparition of La Virgen de Guadalupe on Tepeyac Hill unto St. Juan Diego, an Indigenous peasant originally named Cuauhtlatoatzin meaning “Talking Eagle”, was a vision of a new form of Tonantzin. Her local temple had formerly been on that very site, destroyed by conquistadors. When Cuauhtlatoatzin received these holy visions, the Goddess spoke to him not in Spanish but in his native Nahuatl language even though She identified Herself as The Virgin Mother of God. Even the Church documents testify that The Holy Mother assured him in his moment of doubt, in his Indigenous tongue, “Am I not here who am your Mother?” Indeed Tonantzin Coatlicue herself is said to have had her own divine conception via a feather 🪶 

The miraculous vision of Guadalupe that appeared upon Juan Diego/Talking Eagle’s tilma is often seen as a self portrait by Her and there are many analyses of the visual element’s encoding of Aztec symbolism. I took these theories and insights into consideration while creating this vision.

Even within the suppression of Spanish colonization ancient indigenous Mexican Curanderismo healing practices were able to persevere and often in the name of La Virgen de Guadalupe, under the protection of Her image.

In the public square, those who follow the Mexica spiritual tradition will join brothers and sisters for an all-night vigil of prayer, Danza, offerings, and songs to her, who is Tonantzin Tlalli Coatlicue, who was always honored at the hill of Tepeyac. As we salute the Four Winds and dance in the ceremonial circle, we honor those who have gone before us, the courageous people who kept traditions alive through the centuries despite the threat to their life if discovered. The feathers in the copilli, the ceremonial headdress worn by the dancers, will draw down the energy of the cosmos into Mother Earth, our beautiful Tonantzin Tlalli Coatlicue to help her heal from the many ways she is dishonored.

And, in spite of quiet official church disapproval, the local parish priest will invite Indigenous ceremonial dancers to participate during the special December 11-12 mass for Our Lady of Guadalupe. Inside the church, for a few moments, Mayan copal will blend with European frankincense, quetzal feathers will dance on the air, and elders with bundles of aromatic rosemary plants will cleanse the People’s spirit. The two cultures, reconciled at this moment, acknowledge their bond of love for the Woman Who is Cloaked with the Sun; a bridge of Light between peoples.”

So I want to give you all an actual introduction to my LMK/JTTW babies-

Zhaoyan "Zhao" Whang'e🍑

Zhaoyan is a Peach Maiden with the gift of healing that was passed down to the girls in her family. Zhao is very calm and motherly, she mostly just takes care of the plants and fruits from the Celestial Realm. However when she's not in the Celestial Realm, she's in Megapolis keeping MK company, MK and Zhao have a very Aunty-Nephew relationship.

Though she might seem social considering she's very good with kids and doesn't seem to have trouble with appealing to people, Zhao is very quiet and actively tries not to make many friends. This is mostly because of her past problems with her relationship towards her family and friends. With her leaving her family because of their mistreatment towards her, and the death of some people that were very close to her, who's death she still hasn't fully recovered from. But don't you worry, MK and Mei are working on helping her past these issues with the help of the gang™ >:)

Quanshuǐ Wǔ🌺

Quanshuǐ is a very warm and sweet person! She's talkative and loves animals. Though she is very sweet she's incredibly clumsy, often messing things up. In her past this lead her to be very critiqued by her fellow Flora Maidens, they would nag her day and night about how she just messes everything up. Because of this Quanshuǐ developed HUGE self worth issues and anxiety.... Or at least until she met Zhao

Zhaoyan was the sister Quanshuǐ never had, instead of tending to flowers who won't judge her all day, she was hanging around the many Gardens of peaches in the celestial realm. Eventually Quanshuǐ took a crack at people again by trying to befriend the other Peach Maidens as well, which she succeeded in doing!

The Peach Maiden's are sorta like her aunties now. She still has a bit of anxiety but for once instead of being around people who make her feel worthless over every single mistake, she's around people who love and appreciate her for who she really is :'))

(The sparrow named Huā is Quanshuǐ's best buddie. Quanshuǐ found Huā injured in the forest one day while she was tending to a rose bush. She took Huā to Zhao so she could heal her, and Zhao told Quanshuǐ she could take care of the sparrow because Zhao isn't the best with any other animals that aren't cats lol)

Yueliang "Yue"🌙

(off topic but why my man be standin' there like: 🧍‍♂️)

Yueliang or Yue as they call him, is an immortal Moon Spirit. He was born from a magical orchid that only grows on the Moon and after Chang'e- the goddess of the Moon found him she decided to take Yue in. Even these days he visits Chang'e very very often. Because that is his mama :>

Yue is a very silly and a "talk before you think" kinda' guy. He's very, very, very charismatic, respectless and chaotic. Nowadays he acts as a Jade Messenger because of his incredible speed. He delivers messages from the Jade Emperor to the other deities, sometimes he even delivers fake rude messages just to cause drama. He gets punished every time but he's just like "Yk what? T'was worth it. >:)".

Not to mention that Zhao and Quanshuǐ are his number 1 prank victims. He once turned all the Immortality Peaches invisible and the Peach Maidens & Quanshuǐ were just freaking the heck out, and he was just spying on them being like: Hehe look at them go :D

Just fyi, this first goddess fits so well with your chart that I want to describe her in greater detail than what I usually do in this game.

Gwenhwyfar_ Queen Guinevere, Welsh sovereignty goddess of the land.

So, Guinevere is known worldwide at this point thanks to Arthurian legends, but throughout history, she has been known most prominently among Northwest European people. Her name means "white ghost" or "white phantom". Interestingly, England was called Albion then, which basically means "white land". Also interestingly, Bharani's and Shravana's ruling planets(Venus and Moon) are both associated with color white(Venus is pure white, moon is milky white). Guinevere is among the Celtic sovereignty goddesses, one of whom represent the land, being its personification.

Bharani_ your moon, is the nakshatra of femininity in its natural and harshest state, but paradoxically being the choiceless one due to extreme sensitivity and passivity, dependant on masculine essence/energy that's asserted on it, purifying it and taking the exact appropriate form(which can be explained by the process of conception, pregnancy and birth).

Shravana_ your ascendant, is another passive and sensitive nakshatra, belonging to the Mleccha caste like Bharani. It's in Capricorn, natural sign of the 10th house of governing.

The most notable characteristic of hers is that she was wedded to King Arthur and according to stories written later(in late middle ages) she got into an affair with the King's trusted knight of the round table_ Lancelot. Themes of choicelenssness, self-governance, sacrifice vs selfishness and choiceless love are all tied to her.

It is debated whether she wanted to marry Arthur or not, or whether her involvememt with Lancelot was love or lust.

In any instance, what stays consistent is the most important, and Guinevere's story shows that her and the land are one and the same. The question of whether it was from her own will or not is trivial in comparison and in this instance, because destiny/fate was driving her or she was driving it. She was the "reason" why Camelot fell and she was who set the most important aspcets of the legends into motion.

I talk about Bharani's connection with fate, destiny and female rule/choicelessness in this post, in case you want to check it out.

But going back to Guinevere, a lot of people compare her to Persephone/Proserpina, and that archetype is associated with Hasta and Bharani. I would associate Guinevere with Bharani even stronger because of Bharani native's frequent interest in that time period and in those legends. Bharani has to do with fate and the ruling laws and the place of the feminine in all that, which perfectly ties into Guinevere's story.

To add an interesting detail, Bharani and Shravana are nakshatras which frequently show up among actors who play Arthurian characters. Two of my three favorite depictions of Guinevere are Angel Coulby(Bharani moon) in Merlin and Julia Ormond(Shravana moon) in First Knight. I think Mleccha nakshatras in general are connected to Arthurian legends but that's a topic for another post.

Speaking of which, you have all Mleccha(outcast) nakshatras activated in your chart: Moon in Bharani, Ascendant in Shravana, Jupiter in Ashlesha(which is the best sign placement for it) and Mars in Vishakha(Scorpio).

The main theme of this goddess is the governing of self and others. Bharani nakshatra deals with the struggle with fate over deepest desires and the most important choices, and how the feminine is both the submissive but the controlling one in that, how she's the choiceless one but also how she is the law that the masculine must submit to. The theme of "being" and "embodying" power is what I think connects this goddess to Bharani most.

There's also an aspect of Ketu in Anuradha and Rahu in Rohini(exalted Rahu), which emphasizes the destiny of moving from deep connections and attachments to joy and abundance(also the themes of 11th and 5th houses), abundance and prosperity that arise from those loyal connections that you have. This can be another thing that fits wifh Guinevere's story.

Outcast nakshatras all have a thing for freedom and deal with the concept in different(ultimately) but in many ways, similar ways. I want to mention Etruscan goddess Feronia_ goddess of fertility, freedom, of wild nature and wild animals. She was worshipped by plebes(lower class) and free men the most, because she was considered their patron. She was said to grant freedom to slaves and give rights to lower class people.

Your sun in Uttara Ashadha also ties into this. Sun nakshatras naturally give to all indiscriminately and without much calculation or manipulation. Uttara Ashadha in particular is associated with governing and being looked up to. Bridging the signs of Sagittarius and Capricorn(and the 9th and 10th houses), it trusts in its own morals and ideals and naturally gets at the top through that independence. People look up to natives of this nakshatra.

Another goddess I want to mention is the one I have talked about many times before, but I can't not mention her when someone has Bharani moon.

Freya_ Norse Goddess of love, fertility, sex, abundance, fate and magic. She is known for a lot of associated symbols from myths but one myth I want to focus on might be connected to your chart overall.

Freya came from the tribe of Gods called the Vanir_ peaceful deities, more concerned with agriculture and cultivation. They had a war with the Aesir gods(Odin, Frigg, Thor...) and after some time, they settled for a peace "treaty". As a gesture for the Aesir, Njord(God of seas, father of Freya and her brother Freyr) sent his son and daughter to them. They were accepted and Freya was wed to the God named Odr.

It was said that Freya loved him very much, and that he loved her in return, but be was away a lot. She would weep tears that turned to amber when they fell into the sea and turned to gold when theybfell to the ground. Some said that they turned into white flowers of snowdrop, lily of the valley and/or bleeding heart.

Freya learned that he turned into a sea monster and went to search for him. She found him, but someone saw the mosnter and killed it, not knowing it was Odr. Freya demanded that there be a place for him among Gods for justice, so that they would not be apart anymore. It was granted.

I want to talk about you chart ruler and atmakaraka, which ties into stories of all the goddesses I talk about here. Saturn is your Ascendant's lord AND the planet with the highest degree, sitting in the sign of Taurus(ruled by passive Venus), in the nakshatra of Mrigashira. That is an indicator of soul's urge and desire to flee from and paradoxically create more restraint. It's about choices and temptation, about desire and curioosty that leads to unrevesable consequences. This obviously is reminiscent of Guinevere's story. There is also a myth about Freya and how she obtained a precious necklace of hers that is pretty famous.

The last goddess I want to mention is Rhea_ Greek Goddess of ease, flow and motherhood, associated with everything that flows.

Rhea is a titaness, daughter of primordial titaness Gaia(goddess of Earth) and mother Zeus.

Bharani is one of the nakshtras connected to mothers and motherhood, and shares a passive nature with Shravana, which is a nakshtra connected to flow. Rhea also has a queenly status, one of her symbols is a crown.

I was thinking about Augie and how he and his origins are based from Greek mythology, only to end up wondering "if there's a Sun God, what about a Moon God? (or rather a Goddess if we stick with Greek mythology)" I mean it's logical for me if we get the moon just like how we got the sun you know

And so may I present to you Celine, goddess of the Moon 🌙✨️

Celine is a petite and gracious goddess whose hair is colored with the same silvery shade as the moonlight, but apparences can fool us.

I'm not saying she's evil or mischievious or anything as such. She doesn't have bad intentions, at least. She is just not...friendly.

Celine is a cynical woman who hates people, simple as that, whether it's her god and goddess fellows or the mortals that worships her.

She is constantly in a "I'm surrounded by idiots" mood whenever she had to be with people. All she wants to do is to be left alone and to take care of herself instead of having to deal with people's stupidity and arrogance, she doesn't give a crap if it's a well-known and popular individual who is talking to her.

And she surely is the most "optimistic" person ever.

So yeah, that's all I can say about her, maybe I'll draw her more and try to do more stuff with her. I know I said she is a concept, but I'm slowly getting attached to her so she might just become my oc who knows.

I'm christian but also i love greek and egyptian gods 🤗 I'm searching about the norse too, but at the moment i focus myself in the greek and egyptian, specially Artemis and Isis, my two fav goddesses, but i like all of the deities ♡

I'll avoid and ignore some posts wich are disrespectful with the gods and blame them… You see, i'm not a hellenic polytheist yet, i recently discover it and i searching more about it, it will be lovely to worship Artemis one day 🏹🌙 But at the moment i'm just a big fan an lover of the gods and goddesses. Is hard to separate the myth from the gods, but i read one day… "The myths are not the gods".

You see, of course that the myths brings us some info and descriptions of many deities, but you have to remember that those stories were written by poets and dramaturgs, whose also had their own ideas and opinions. Many of them had some "anti-gods" ideas, like Ovid who wrote his texts after he was exilied by the roman emperor (sorry i can't remember very well his name 😫). So we can't take the poet's works as a "valid despiction" of the deity… Don't forget the myths cotradicts theirself in so many cases. Also, i prefer the hymns for made a good despiction of the gods or goddesses ✨

But the point is, please try to respect the deities, because they're not just simple characters of a story, they were gods worshiped and loved. Also now, they're still worshiped, so please don't be disrespectful with the deities. Also please don't attack the worshipers… I saw people who attacks a certain god or goddess worshiper and that is awful, respect if you want to be respected.

I come back with the fact that the myths were written by people with their own opinions… That's the reason why some god or goddess do something contradictory in a story and another. But also remember that the gods's actions in the myths were simbolic, a metaphore. The myths were for bring a lesson or sometimes to explain "why this exists?" or "Why is this object consecrated to this god or goddess?". Stop please attacking the deities!

The myths sometimes don't show the gods with good light, but that doesn't meant that the gods are bads…. They're NOT "bads" or "goods", please stop of judging a god's action for his/her myth… Ares wasn't hated by all, he is the protector of women and he had temples! He had a temple in Athens! Athena's city! We can't take a myth wich paint Ares as cruel and bloody or said that "he is the most hated god, even his parents hate him" NO! Stop! Same with Athena… So many people blame her for what she did to Medusa… She didn't! It was a story written by Ovid. Artemis and Apollo are also blamed, Hera and Zeus too, Demeter… PLEASE STOP INSULTING THE GODS! The myths are stories written by mortals for the mortals! Also if you insult a god or a goddess, you're insulting the culture too, because they are a reflection of their cultures (egyptian deities for Egypt, greek deities for Greece), so please, be respectful 🙏

We all can enjoy those stories, but without blame or insult the deities, please 💙

And another thing… The retellings. I'm not against the retellings, i think they are very interesant and is good to see the gods are still loved and people write about them. But some people need to know what a RETELLING is… I know about fans of certains retelling attacking deites's worshipers because what that god or goddess does in that retelling. There's a big diference between a retelling's character and the god/goddess himself/herself, some people seems like they can't see the diference and prefer to attack worshipers… Please stop with that! Yoy can't enjoy a retelling without blame or attack other who worship o simply love the deity that your retelling took for it story?
