Steven BLUE-niverse chapters 31-34

I was originally going to post these as chapters 31-41 but it must've been too long chapters 35 and 36 are very long so 35-40 will be posted right after these (41 couldn't fit in the second post and will have its own post maybe as its My favourite Chapter)

These following chapters have a lot of greg focus and reveal some other interesting things

Chapter 31 back to earth

The hand ship flew through space back to earth. blue, Greg and steven where still wearing their clothes from the zoo. "Do we look ridiculous?", blue asked to pearl and lapis, pulling Greg and steven over to where she piloted the ship to show the gems their clothes all together. "Well my diamond it certainly is a.....look", pearl said, struggling to find the right words in case her diamond would be offended. "You look weird", lapis said, much more to the point than pearl could ever be.

"Guess I was right", blue said, laying back in her throne and yawning, "pearl, can you and lapis pilot the ship until we need to land it, I wanna lie down, I think I'm sick". Blue did look kind of off, she was all sweaty and had become a much more paler shade of blue. "You have a fever it seems", Greg said, putting his hand on her forehead and feeling her temperature, "you should go and lie down or even sleep". Blue quickly followed Greg's instructions and went to her room while holding her head and complaining about a headache, Steven followed after her without anyone noticing, he needed to speak with her.

"So, what's up with you and blue?", lapis asked Greg, now that her diamond was gone she could say whatever she wanted to this strange man. "What do you mean?", Greg nervously asked, "this man, Greg, is our diamond's lover", pearl said under her breath, those words coming out her mouth made her feel sick, to her Greg was nothing but a manipulator who turned her once merciful and powerful diamond into a lustful beast. "L-lover!?", lapis laughed, looking back at greg, "Blue diamond! The blue diamond! Loves this!", pearl also started to laugh along with lapis, just much quieter "I'll never understand too, lazuli", she said. Greg watched them mock him and smirked, "fine mock me all you want", he said, "but I'm telling blue", this silenced the both of them in an instant and they immediately began to be beg him not too but he didn't listen, he walked out of the door and to her room, laughing as their begging continued.

Steven followed after his mother, she didn't notice him and opened the door to her room and lay down on her bed, still holding her head and complaining to herself. Steven looked around her room, it was all so big and interesting, there where boxes of all sorts of different sizes everywhere, some probably had special gem things and some seemed to be from earth and of course there was the many odd Mr universe posters on the ceiling, the oddest was the extremely detailed drawing of Mr universe shirtless with very unrealistic muscles that was right above blue's bed.

"Ughhhh my head...", blue moaned, rolling over to lay face down on the pillow. Steven wanted to get up on the bed to see her but he was way too small and he still hadn't learnt to summon his wings, but maybe today will be the day! He tried to jump up and think about water but just fell on his face, hed tried to climb up the bed but that also ended up with him falling on his face. As he sat at the bottom of the bed huffing and trying to come up with a plan he noticed a small button at the bottom of the bed to the far right corner, Steven lightly touched it and suddenly small stairs appeared up the bed, he ran up them as fast as he can, mostly because they disappeared almost right after you stepped on them.

Steven was now at the top of the bed and blue seemed to have noticed. "Greg??", she asked, her voice muffled by the pillow she was laying on, "no its me, Steven", Steven said, walking closer to her. Blue turned around to face him, she looked awful because of the fever and shrank down to the size she is back on earth to speak with him easier. "What are you doing here?" she asked, gesturing Steven to lie down next to her. "It's just, I've been thinking about, yellow diamond", Steven said. Blue slightly sat up and looked at him then up to her Greg poster, "yellow diamond.....my sister, she really is something, a cruel gem, one who doesn't like emotions that aren't anger and pride", she said.

"Why did she break that gem mum?", Steven asked, he sounded scared as remembering that was a horrible experience for him, seeing him like that made blue feel nothing but rage for yellow. "That gem...was a rose quartz, pink made those gems on earth and you know what one of them did", blue stopped for a moment, composing herself, "to stop her hiding amongst them they where to be killed but I kept them there in bubbles, to preserve what she made.". Steven hugged his mother, "I remember that agate lady and pearl saying you're merciful, I guess they're right", he said as he held onto her.

The door to blue's room opened again, this time it was Greg, he quickly walked up to her bed and pressed the buttons creating the stairs and walked up, he was shocked to see Steven up there with blue. "Schtu-ball!? What are you doing here? Can't you see your mother is sick?", he said. "Oh, me and mum were just, talking, about yellow diamond", Steven sheepishly said as he let go of his mother. Greg moved to the other side of the bed and pushed another button at the top of the bed making the stairs appear again, "can you please go, I need to speak with blue-blue in...private", Greg said, lightly pushing his son to the stairs. "Why can't he stay!?", blue complained but Greg just made sure he was gone before he could stay anything more.

As Steven walked outside he was met by a terrified looking lapis and pearl, "DID HE SAY ANYTHING TO HER!?", lapis frantically asked him, pearl joined in too, in the most emotional state Steven has ever seen her, "WHAT IS HE TELLING MY DIAMOND IN THERE!?", she yelled as he held him by the shoulders and frantically shook him back and forward. Steven was completely clueless and just replied, "erm...nothing" before walking back to the control room with them in awkward silence.

"So blue-blue, now that we are alone I must say how good you look in those zoo clothes", Greg said, attempting to flirt but blue was upset he made Steven leave and she just wanted to sleep because of her sudden fever. "Whatever" she sighed, rolling her eyes and crossing her arms, "I feel like a fool wearing this, I want to burn it", she layed back down and pulled the bed covers over herself and moving to face the wall instead of Greg. "Awww come on blue-blue", Greg still continued, stroking her hair, "why won't you admit how good you look when you've shape-shifted a human body, I must say you must shape-shift boobs more ofte-"SHUT UP!", blue finally snapped, and lightly kicked Greg off the bed, catching him with a hand she made from water right before he hit the ground and taking him out the room with the same hand.

Blue returned to her orginal form and huffed, trying to go back to bed and pray for no more distractions, she had to deal with yellow literally killing people to prove a point and Greg annoying her while she's sick, she was so done, they better be back on earth by the time she wakes up!

Chapter 32 the return of Mr universe

"Pearl...have you heard of any updates from that peridot on the cluster?", a familar voice spoke, they where pressing all sorts of buttons on a yellow screen, looking Through many long documents sent to them from all over the galaxy as their pearl stood at their side, as loyal as ever. "no I have not heard anything yet my diamond", their pearl replied, watching her yellow master do her daily routine of never ending work.

"My diamond!? MY DIAMOND!", pearl yelled, shaking blue diamond awake, "ugh...what!?", blue stammered as she woke up from her odd dream, "you where drooling my diamond", pearl told her, wiping her mouth with a tissue she had gotten from her gem. "THAT'S WHY YOU SHOOK ME!?", blue exclaimed, getting out of bed, still in the zoo clothes. "No my diamond, you where dreaming, and we need you to land the ship", pearl explained, blue always had the ship hidden under a certain mountain in Korea when she was on earth and no one else knew how she was able to do it.

Blue yawned and stepped out her room, Steven, Greg and lapis lazuli where all waiting for her. "Mum you sleep so much!", Steven complained, "you're worse than lapis!", he joked, this made lapis blush and giggle. Blue just mumbled to herself and landed the ship quickly. Steven was first to get off the ship, he immediately ran out and checked his phone as he had no connection in space, "oh no! I've got 23 missed calls from Connie! Did I forget to tell her we where going to space!?", he panicked, rushing to the warp-pad back home and calling her to apologise.

When they got home Steven invited Connie around to tell them about his space adventure, blue reluctantly agreed, she didn't want anyone to see them dressed like this. Connie quickly got to their home, "my mom said she'll be at work way later than usual on our last call so I told her I was coming here!", she said, noticeably out of breath from running to their home. The first thing she noticed was Steven and Greg's clothes, blue had locked herself in the bathroom out of embarrassment. "What are you guys wearing!?", she asked, looking at them both.

"We went to space and got forced to wear this stuff in some human zoo", blue yelled from inside the room she locked herself in, "wait you're wearing it too?", Connie asked, "please can I see?", this made blue panic, she wanted to melt right there. "My diamond isn't very comfortable with that right now", pearl said, coming to her diamond's rescue, blue sighed from relief but Connie wasn't done yet. "Awww, I was going to use it for drawing practise, she always let's me draw her", connie huffed, putting on a fake upset voice "drawing her, Mr universe and steven in the same clothes would be a great way for me to learn body types, but I guess not", Connie's guilt trip worked well on blue and she slowly opened the door.

Connie looked up in wonder at blue diamond as she stepped out the room to face her. "you're so beautiful", she gasped, admiring everything about her, blue laughed at this, "are you kidding!? I look like like a total fool!", this made Greg laugh very hard, "oh blue-blue why can't you just take a compliment? "he laughed.

"So, you guys were sent to a zoo in space?", Connie asked, taking out her pens and paper to draw with everyone. She made sure to bring extra paper and pens for lapis and pearl too. "That's not the full story", Greg said, looking at blue and smirking, she didn't pay any attention to him, she was too busy drawing two zircon gems graphically kissing while pearl watched in horror, "blue-blue was taking a gem from earth named amethyst to see the same types of gem as her and it turned out all those amethysts lived on a old zoo for humans built by another diamond".

Connie looked at blue shocked, "a human zoo!? Do diamonds like to watch humans and kidnap them!?" She yelped, this finally got blue's attention whod been too jnvested in her drawing and she looked up from her paper while pearl tried to grab and burn it. "no, its a place where humans live, I didn't know what it was like before we went in there....its crazy", she said, quickly going down to continue her drawing. "And then we got trapped in a machine that stole my pants and we had to wear these weird clothes at the zoo!", Steven said, still upset about the loss of his pants, "and there was this horrible lady called holly blue who was so obsessed with my mum!", he quickly drew a little doodle of holly blue to show connie, making her look like a blue demon with her horns, lapis and pearl laughed at this, "we had to spend all day with her!" Lapis said, "at least you guys went to the zoo, we where stuck with her guiding us around for so long!!".

"You know lapis, you've inspired me lately", Greg said, surprising everyone, "i-i have?" Lapis asked, just as shocked as everybody else. "Yeah, the story about you being trapped in the mirror and your powers had inspired me to make more music I even have an album cover idea", he said showing his drawing to everyone. The drawing had the words "WATER WITCH" written at the top and showed a very well-done drawing of lapis summoning water all around her. "Wow", lapis said, holding the picture, "your drawing skills are just as good as Pearl's!".

"A Mr universe come back?", blue said, "I never thought I'd see the day, didn't that mayor man say you could save the entire economy of this town just through your fame?". Greg laid back and looked at his album cover, "so I take it you guys like the art, I've got some song ideas but it would be better if lapis herself helped me with it", he said, writing some lyrics and song names on the other side of the paper. "I'd be honoured!", lapis said, smiling at greg. Pearl subtlety leaned into lapis and whispered into her ear, "I won't trust that man, he will try and take your heart, like he took our diamond's", lapis looked back at her confused and went to sit next Greg and discuss music with him, completely ignoring Pearl's warning.

"Wait, what else happened at the zoo?", Connie asked Blue and Steven, slightly annoyed greg had interrupted them. "oh well, my mum's sister was also there, and she was being mean like usual", Steven said, he wanted to keep it simple as talking about yellow diamond made everyone uncomfortable, especially after what she had done at the zoo. "That was about it. Connie isn't it getting late now? Won't your parents be worrying about you?" Blue asked, believing the only way to change the subject fully was if she left. "My mom is working very late, she'll probably be picking me up from here, it's best I stay here for now", connie replied, "fine", blue replied, hoping she doesn't bring up yellow or the zoo again.

"Alright so my idea for the first track of the album will be about the mirror, do you remember what it was like in there lazuli?", Greg asked, lapis just looked back at him, the way he spoke about the mirror like that felt very offensive to her, "it was a small, broken prison, people used me for info I didn't even know, I was abandoned on earth for thousands of years before my diamond found me", she said in a very cold voice, Greg wasn't phased just quickly writing lyrics while wispering, "this album is gonna be so good!", to himself, pearl was watching all of this and cringed.

"Anyway I'm gonna go take this off now", blue said, standing up and about to walk up the stairs, "please don't!", Connie pleaded, blue looked back, confused and asked, "why?", Connie studdered and blushed, "it's just erm...c-can I draw you?", blue nodded and went back to where they where sitting, Connie seemed like a nice girl so there wasn't any harm in that.

Connie drew blue and steven sitting together in their zoo clothes, she made sure to have as much detail on blue as possible, during this Greg asked lapis if she'd come to his van with him so they could discuss and even sing some of their planned songs in private. "shouldn't we ask my diamond first?", lapis nervously asked, fearing blue wouldn't like her leaving, "blue obeys me, if I told her gems to do something she'd make them do it!", Greg said with authority in his voice. Lapis quickly agreed and walked outside to his van with him, pearl wanted to chase after but feared her diamond seeing, she seemed distracted enough with Connie so made a run for the door.

"And done!", Connie said, proudly showing them the drawing, "I'm so skinny in it!", Steven joked, comparing his chubby real body to the thin, anime body Connie gave him. "Oh wow Connie it's so good and detailed, there's just one weird thing ive noticed", blue said, looking at the drawing, "why do I have so much more detail compared to steven?", Connie automatically became quite awkward about this and struddered, "oh...its just because you're and adult and I focused on you more".

"What a minute....where's pearl?", Steven asked, standing up and looking around, "where's lapis and Mr universe too?", Connie said, both of them looked at eachother, confused to where they had gone. "They must be in his van for his music, I'll go see them, you two stay here", blue said, quickly walking off, Connie wanted to follow after but was stopped by steven.

Blue made her way to the van that was parked outside, it was night now and she was suprised she couldn't hear any music coming from the van as she got closer. Blue knocked on the back doors to the van and pearl quickly opened them from the inside, she was holding a camera while lapis held two microphones, one for herself and one pointed to Greg who was holding a guitar. "My diamond!", pearl gasped, dropping the camera and bowing. "how's the music going?" Blue asked, her friendly voice calming down the tense lapis and pearl. "Great! This is really gonna be a comeback album lapis is amazing!", Greg exclaimed, pulling lapis to him, "do you wanna join in on our demos?", he asked.

Now Connie and steven where alone and it felt awkward, Steven could see Connie's other drawings now and they where all of his mother, it felt weird. "Steven, will you ever go to that zoo again?", Connie asked, "I like the zoo clothes maybe I can go next time", Steven quickly told her "no!", that zoo place was hell for him! he really needed to tell Connie about the whole choosening incident. "Awww ill miss seeing you and your mom in those zoo clothes, you both looked so cool", she complained, Steven looked at her surprised, "you think I look cool dressed like this?", he asked, lightly blushing, "yeah! You and your mom gotta wear those suits all the time!", she said. Steven looked down to his feet, he could feel how hot his face had become, "well maybe, one day I'll wear this again, but only for you.."

"WE'RE BACK!", Greg yelled, bursting open the door with the other gems standing behing him, "Mr universe is back baby," he held up the first recording of his new songs in the air. "You already made some new songs dad!?", Steven exclaimed, running to his father, "can I listen? Can I? Can I?", he started to jump in the air from excitement. "Alright Schu-ball but this is top secret don't leak My new songs!", Greg joked to him.

Chapter 33 Greg's new fan

Mr universe's new gem inspired album, water witch had been a unsurprisingly huge success, for 2 weeks straight he held daily concerts across beach city, bringing people from far and wide to the small town and making a lot of money not just for himself but for beach city, just as the mayor said. you couldn't go anywhere in the entire town without seeing his posters and merch decorating the place.

Now, his last concert had ended and he was sitting down at his merch stand, signing albums, meeting fans, doing small interviews, etc. The last person in the line of fans to meet him was a very tall woman wearing a flowing white dress, when it was finally her turn to meet him, he became very interested in this woman, she looked, familiar. "Space train to the cosmos..", she said, picking up one of his older albums and reading the name, that's when Greg recognised her, the only person who showed up to his original beach city concert, all those years ago.

"Woah....you are..." he said, before stopping himself to compose his words in a much more, professional way as she looked down at him, with wonder and interest in her big eyes. "Weren't you the one who came to My first concert here?", he asked, looking up to this woman and her long, curly pink hair. "Yes I am, Mr universe", she said, her tone fascinated Greg, it sounded so kind, and familiar.

"Anyway, mr universe,", the woman, said, her tone changing, "have you seen a person around here named amethyst? She has purple skin and long white hair, she's quite small". Her words shocked Greg, she must be a gem and not only a gem but one of those crystal gems blue would always talk about, then he noticed her pink gem In her stomach, surrounded by a yellow star in the middle of her white dress. "Yeah-I've seen her", Greg said, suddenly becoming quite pale realising blue would definitely murder him for this, "I saw her at a restaurant a couple days ago, haven't seen her since", he lied, becoming quite nervous.

"Oh, thank you Mr universe", the woman said, her tone sounding sad, it made Greg wonder, if there was more to the crystal gems, this woman didn't seem evil, maybe her and blue where more similar than they thought. "Ma'am, before you go!", Greg called to her as she started to walk away, she looked back, her long hair moving as she turned her head, "What's your name?", he asked, taking a large Mr universe shirt from under his table to give her then running to her. "I am rose", she answered. "Well rose, here's a free shirt, for being an original fan", Greg said, winking at rose making her laugh and blush. "Oh wow Mr universe, you really are something", she laughed as she left, holding the shirt he gave her.

Greg spent the night in his van, mostly because he was lazy but also because he was constantly contemplating whether he should tell blue he met the rose quartz! He decided to definitely not, if she found out how he spoke to her he'd be dead! Greg finally returned in the early hours of the morning, as he opened the door he saw Steven and blue diamond waiting for him. "DAD there you are!", Steven yelled, running to him for a hug, everyone, even pearl was wearing Mr universe shirts.

"We missed you, I'm sorry we couldn't see all the concerts", blue said, also walking up to Greg to see him, "it's only been one night but I missed you so much", she confessed, "pearl had to keep reassuring me you weren't dead!". To try and hide any suspicions, Greg tried to play it off, "oh blue-blue you don't need to worry about me, it's my life style!", he said, then very lightly kissed her on the cheek, he knew that would stop her from asking any sort of question that would reveal the truth, any small kiss would send her into fangirl freak out mode.

"How's my new fame?", lapis asked, coming from behind a corner and revealing her Mr universe shirt, "pearl got me this shirt!", she told him, "and because of how famous your new album is, will people recognise me from the water witch from the album cover?", she asked, pearl blushed and looked to the side, "I bought it because your new life as a celebrity will make doing such normal tasks so difficult!", she said, her sarcasm shocked everyone, pearl having any sort of humour was very new and it quickly made blue and steven burst out laughing.

"So, since you're the one responsible for all this new fame and money, what should my next album be about?", Greg asked lapis, winking at her. "Maybe you can do an album about each gem you know?", she suggested, Greg laughed at this, "I've got about 3 whole albums about blue over here and about 4 songs about pearl already!", he said pulling out some of his other albums to show her, he always kept spares of his albums in his pocket in case he wanted to sell them to people he's just met. "I gotta get new ideas, maybe you guys can take me on more of your space adventures and let me meet more gems?", he turned to blue, hoping his old universe charm would convince her to take him around space in her ship again.

"But dad, I thought you just wanted a more normal life in the carwash that's what you always told me?", Steven asked, pearl quietly agreed with him, "schtu-ball you don't understand, this is making me a lot of money!", Greg explained, but Steven just looked at his dad disappointingly, "you said money doesn't matter when living a happy life, what's going on!?", he asked, more frustrated. "Yeah, I remember you saying that too, and won't just making albums for money get rid of all your old passion?", blue said, joining in with Steven and remembering all her memories of greg talking about his love for music. this angered Greg, "what do you know!? You're just some alien!", he snapped, as she stormed out to go back to his van.

"Whats up with him...", lapis said under her breath, as Steven and blue ran out to find him. Now that they where alone pearl spoke to lapis, moving close to her and putting her hand on her shoulder, "I told you, that Mr universe is a two faced manipulator, he controlls my diamond's heart", she wispered to her, lapis had many questions, mostly involving how that man controlled her diamond. "I don't get it, what does blue see in that human!?", she asked, pearl took a deep breath and looked to the floor before answering. "When pink diamond died, blue was so lonely and sad, he found her and took advantage of it, she started to lust after him and he used it as a weapon", pearl explained, her eyes filling with tears as she spoke, she mourned who her diamond was before she met him.

Before Greg could drive away Steven jumped in front of the van and summoned his scythe, "DAD WHAT'S GOING ON!?", he yelled, walking to the front of the van, blue flew down next to steven not long after. Greg rolled down the car windows and stuck his head out, yelling "You both don't understand, I need this money! I can have all my life figured out with this!", "don't you have that already!?", blue asked, "I TOLD YOU! YOU WONT UNDERSTAND!", he yelled back at her.

Steven was so mad and confused at what was going on, his dad just freaked out all of a sudden, it was like his mother's meltdowns but the roles were reversed. "Could you at least explain to me why?", blue said, her voice much calmer and quieter than before. "Fine", Greg huffed, opening the back doors and letting blue in, he didn't let Steven in and told him to go home, much to blue's protest.

"With this money, I can have everything in life and steven can have his whole future planned!", Greg told blue, his voice and eyes filled with wonder and excitement for the future, "if Steven lives a normal life here, we won't need to worry about nothing!", he exclaimed, holding blue's hand. "I think he wants to live as a diamond", blue said, looking down at Greg's hand on hers, "but I understand, why didn't you tell me that earlier?".

Greg looked back, now embarrassed at his behaviour, "it's just, this tour had been very stressful as its been the first in a while and because...because I met someone very important to me", blue looked up to him, her eyes wide, "who?", she asked. Greg became worried, oh no he's now done it, if she freezes she's reading his mind! "Erm...one of my first fans...", he studdered, this seemed to have worked as blue's interest quickly vanished and he took a deep breath of relief, he needed to make sure this was never brought up again and he knew he could do something that would get blue's mind of all of this.

"So, for forgiving me for my behaviour just then and for making me look younger for my concert I want to thank you, my diamond", Greg said, winking and blue and starting to take his shirt off, he knew she would always freak out when he called her his diamond, her face had already gone bright purple. "How will you?", blue asked, clueless, it would be funny if it didn't ruin his seduction attempts. Greg rolled his eyes, "are you playing with me? Because it's not funny", he said but blue still looked clueless so Greg had to resolve to doing this more direct, "Do you wanna see the old universe charm!", he said, this seemed to work as she nervously nodded back at him.

Steven walked home, scared and sad, as he opened the door he overheard pearl saying something to lapis about his mother, it was probably them praising her for her diamond work, nothing important. He walked to his bedroom in silence, not reacting to the gem's greeting him. He got dressed for bed and laid down, trying to sleep but couldn't. He looked out the large window next to his bed, he could see his dad's van then..."BOOM!". The doors to the van slammed open and Blue diamond ran out, holding a guitar and yelling "I THOUGHT YOU JUST WANTED TO PLAY MUSIC!!" while Greg, who seemed to be only wearing a bed sheet he was using to cover himself was apologising profusely.

Blue ran into the house, still holding the guitar and looking embarrassed, then took some deep breaths, slightly calming herself down and went to see Steven. "Hey there", she said, walking into Steven's room to greet him, "everything is OK now! Dad is fine!", she said, Steven pointed to the window and said, "what was that!?", blue looked out the window and saw the van, she saw Greg, now clothed being chased by durgy and hiding back in the van, Steven must've seen the entire, "incident".

"Oh that...erm well", blue laughed, becoming embarrassed and turning purple, "I learned today that I don't know what the old universe charm actually means and I was wrong", she confessed. "Wait isn't that when my dad would play the guitar shirtless and girls would scream?", Steven asked, "that's what I thought it was, turns out I was wrong", blue laughed, stroking her son's hair and kissing him goodnight "now I'm gonna go to bed, forget this ever happened!", she said, closing the door and leaving Steven for the night.

Chapter 34 how steven lost his tooth

Today, Connie decided her and steven would have a picnic, she suddenly announced it to him on the phone and he quickly ran to where she said she would be, Today Greg would also be taking blue somewhere for something similar, leaving pearl and lapis lazuli alone together in the house, they both didn't mind this, it gave them more time to talk and bond, which they've started to do a lot more lately.

As Connie met up with steven , she could see his home from far away, she noticed the fence around it, it seemed newer than the rest of the home. "Steven are you ok?", Connie asked, as soon as they met up she noticed he looked, really upset, "yeah....", he unconvincingly replied, his face noticeably tired and deflated looking. "Are you sure? you look miserable", she continued asking, Steven looked to the side, away from Connie, "I'll tell you but don't tell anyone else alright?", he quietly said, "well I do have no friends who would I tell?" she replied, a slight tone of sadness in her voice.

During this, blue and Greg had also gone on a similar picnic like trip to korea, durgy came with blue and she rode on the blue tiger until they got to their place, it was a special place in between two flower bushes, not far from where Greg met her. "Alright I've brought all the potatoes you asked for!", Greg said, calling to blue who was laying face down on durgy, blue didn't get off durgy herself she was just dropped on the floor and crawled to Greg. "What happened to you!? Blue-blue you look miserable!", Greg asked, just like Steven, blue diamond looked completely deflated, just worse.

"So the reason I'm so sad is because today is.....", Steven stopped himself then looked at Connie, regretting ever starting his sentence but deciding to power through as he couldn't just let his friend down, "today is the one year anniversary of me losing my tooth", he said, after a pause that seemed so long. Connie looked at him, confused and surprised, "that's it? I thought it was something really serious and I've never even noticed it!", she said, this cheered Steven up slightly ,"But there must be something about this story to upset you so much right?", this quickly made him look away from her again and become upset.

"So what happened to you?", Greg asked, giving the miserable blue diamond some of her potatoes. "It's....a long story", she huffed, stuffing her face with the potatoes, "is it a gem story?", Greg asked, intrigued and wondering it he could get a good music idea from it. "Ermmmm....maybe", blue said, cringing at the thought of Greg reacting to what she was about to tell him. "Could you tell me please?", he asked, blue looked away and crossed her arms, "blue-blue??", she still looked away, "BLUE??", still looking away, "BLUE DIAMOND!", "alright alright!", blue said, giving in ,Greg finally won.

"Can you notice it now?", Steven said, opening his mouth wide to connie and revealing the tooth right to his two front teeth was missing. "How have I never noticed it before...Will it grow back?", she asked, Steven looked away again, "no...", he mumbled, "how did you lose it?", Connie kept pushing him, he decided he had to tell her, he couldn't keep this secret forever, especially from his close friend!

"Alright fine fine! I'll tell you! So me and my mum where back in Korea and I was trying to prove to her I was a big strong diamond! so I went to the edge of this big cliff and did some cool poses", Steven said, as Connie gave him a sandwich. "She was really upset with me and chasing after me saying I need to get away from the cliff, then I fell off, and that's why she built a fence around our house when me moved here THE END!", Steven abruptly ended it and Connie was having none of it. "What, couldn't your mother heal you?", she asked, "come on! There must be more to the story!", she pushed him, "erm...I'll tell you but only if you let me wear your glasses for the rest of the day!", he said, Connie quickly took of her lense-less glasses and gave them to him. "You're just like your mom!", Connie laughed as she looked at Steven wearing her glasses.

"So tell me this story, I promise I won't be mad if its anything bad", Greg said, moving close to blue and holding her hand, she quickly flinched and moved away, "are you sure???", she asked him, trembling, "yes!", Greg told her. Blue took a couple deep breaths and fixed her posture slightly. "today is, an anniversary, the anniversary of when steven lost his tooth", she said, looking at greg nervously. "And? It will grow back right?", Greg cluelessly replied making blue stare back at him horrified as she quietly replied "no" to him. "Oh? What happened how did he lose it?" Greg asked, blue was shocked he wasn't mad at her, she took a deep breath again and told him.

"So you know how he can play around and pretend he's a diamond? Well in Korea he did that once by a cliff....I told him to stop but he didnt, he ended up slipping and then he fell right of that cliff and face first onto a rock.", she told him, Greg raised an eyebrow and was shocked she never told him this, she could see how he was looking at her as she told him this story, "and that's why I built that fence as soon as we moved here the end!", she quickly ended the story, but Greg still looked at her, waiting for more to this story, this time he was a bit angry at her.

"So after you fell what happened?", Connie asked Steven, desperate for the full story, this time Steven knew it was useless and told her without any struggle. "She ran down as fast as she could and was very emotional, yelling and crying at me, I was okay besides my tooth and that really shocked her, pearl had also saw me fall and ran to me. But then when she saw I only lost that tooth she said I could try and heal it myself, instead of her.....", he then stopped and looked down, fighting away tears that where about to appear, "and....I couldn't and so she told me I have to heal it myself and I never did and that means I have no healing powers...and", the gem in his chest started to glow and his hair started to become wavy, "I....I...IM NOT A COOL STRONG DIAMOND!", Steven burst into tears, causing a strong blue aura to surround them and also cause Connie to fall to the floor, crying.

"So, you healed him after right?", Greg questioned blue as she increasingly became more nervous, starting to fidget and shake, "erm. Well,", she studdered, "when I ran down, he was barely hurt, his tooth was the only thing he lost, it was honestly amazing how unscathed he was! So I thought maybe he can use this as a lesson...to learn his powers..", Greg kept watching her as she started to sweat, "so...erm, I said he can try and heal it himself and he said he would and I won't need to and... he never did heal it". Blue became quiet and looked to Greg, his serious expression turned to a more kind one but it didn't cheer up blue, tears started to form in her eyes. "IM SORRY OK!? I THOUGHT HE COULD HEAL IT!!! AND NOW IVE LEFT HIM LIKE THIS FOR SO LONG! IM SO HORRIBLE! IM A HORRIBLE MOTHER!!!!!!", she dramatically wailed, Greg just looked away and thanked the gods he wasn't effected by her crying powers.

"What's going on!?", Connie struggled to say as tears ran down her face, Steven looked at her, horrified and apologised profusely. "Oh no! I'm so sorry! It's just one of my powers!", he said, wiping away his tears and running to hug Connie, when his crying stopped the power went away and Connie stopped crying too. "So you do have powers! There's nothing to worry about Steven, maybe you just haven't unlocked those healing ones yet!", Connie reassured him as they hugged eachother tightly, Steven looked back at her, a small tear coming from his eye, "you think so?", he asked, "of course I do", she said, rubbing away his last tear and leaning in to kiss Steven who still had snot running down his nose from all the crying.

"Blue please, calm down", Greg said, trying to stop the 10 foot tall blue irish woman from screeching and crying so loudly all of korea probably now had hearing damage. "you're being hysterical, even more so than usual", blue looked back at him, when she cried, blue energy surrounded everything and made her hair and clothes start to flow. "I'm sorry I didn't tell you...", she said, ugly crying, her face covered in tears, snot and a bit of drool. "It really doesn't matter", Greg said, standing up and touching blue's chubby cheeks, she had four diamond shaped freckles on each cheek. "You're so cute, blue-blue", Greg said, pulling her closer to him, "you think so?", she studdered, snot still running down her face, "of course, my diamond", Greg replied, kissing her.

"Hey Steven are you around here-OH MY STARS!", lapis screamed, she was looking around for steven and as soon as she flew up to look for him she caught him and Connie seconds from kissing. "AAAAH LAPIS!?", Steven cried, running away, Connie looked up, horrified and apologised profusely. Lapis quickly flew down to meet Steven and apologise for invading his time with Connie. "Hey Steven, sorry about that", she said, flying to him and making her wings disappear, he was very embarrassed, "you didn't see that!", he told her, lapis just laughed, "sure I didn't!", she sarcastically replied, making him even more flustered.

"My diamond? Where are you?", pearl softly called, looking through the flower bushes. She knew where Greg and blue warped too but not their exact location. As she looked around she could hear something, voices! She couldn't tell if it was her diamond's but one of the voices definitely seemed like Greg, she quickly followed after the voices, hearing them get louder and louder. Pearl looked through a Bush, the voices seemed to be coming from there, as she looked in she was met with greg wiping blue's face with tissues and kissing her. Pearl turned away, fighting the urge to gag loudly, not because of her diamond's ugly crying face but because she saw Greg kiss her again, it enraged her so much!

"My diamond?", pearl quietly called from the bush, making blue turn to look at her immediately and lightly push Greg away. "Oh....hey pearl", blue sheepishly greeted her, "you've been gone for a while my diamond, me and lapis where just going to see if you and steven where going to come home anytime soon", pearl robotically told her, making blue and Greg believe she hasn't just saw what they where doing. "Oh", blue said, looking around, "yeah we'll go home now, is that ok Greg?", blue asked. He quickly agreed and the three of them walked to the warp in awkward silence, pearl kept quiet because she feared she'd gag around that horrible Greg.
