This is an artwork I created on A3 using acrylic paint for a school art project. The theme was the unknown, and I wanted to make a supernatural artwork of Jesus. It represents how Jesus came into the unknown of this fallen world from the comfort of His home in Heaven, died on the cross for the salvation of all, and then ascended in His glory into Heaven—a glorious place not yet seen by man. And He’s coming back any moment! It’s so beautiful how Jesus is YHWH. He is who He says He is—the Creator of everything and the salvation for all! Whenever I spend time in nature, I’m so in awe of God—how He created everything and loved us so much with Christ Jesus as our salvation. ❤️‍🩹🌿✞

I remember the first time I read this it rewired my brain due to using such precise language to disambiguate a complex issue. To have faith, you need only be assured of Christ. The reflexive portion of this is a subjective feeling that is indirectly attached to faith; under ideal circumstances it comes with it but, as the chapter later points out, none of us experience life under hermetically-sealed scientifically ideal conditions that would cause our assurance of our own salvation to be ideally matched to our faith in Christ.
