#‘wait but doesn’t Valantinez produce a fuckton of heat during battle?’#yes but 1. they aren’t fighting all day#and 2. the sheer amount of heat will actively cook them from the inside out if they aren’t careful.#so that isn’t very practical#usually they’re huddled up under a thick ass blanket stone still#but this one winter was REAL bad and that wasn’t working too well#and J’ihwu noticed Something Was Off and he went over and saw them sitting there#not really acknowledging his presence. glaring at the furthest wall.#and he understood immediately and barged in under the blanket#‘….what are you doing? go away.’#‘tired.’#he plops his head down on their lap and dozes off instantly#and they DO feel better! but are too emotionally constipated to be outwardly grateful beyond awkwardly placing a hand on his head#and playing with his hair a little#oc stuff

The world exists in such a baffling state of simultaneous sex-aversion and sex-hegemony. Every social platform on the internet is trying to banish sex workers to the shadow realm but I can't post a tweet without at least two bots replying P U S S Y I N B I O. People are self-censoring sex to seggs and $3× but every other ad you see is still filled with half-naked women. Rightwingers want queer people arrested for so much as existing in the same postal code as a child and are also drumming up a moral panic about how teenage boys aren't getting laid enough. I feel like I'm losing my mind.
