My beautiful baby dog absolutely crushed the field trials this weekend and pulled TWO third places over some really competitive and experienced puppies! I'm so so so proud of how she ran this weekend and I'm so happy the judges saw the same potential in her that I do 💛💛

Rory's first experience with people on horseback!#we've worked on being chill around horses but never encountered people on horseback#she gave them one glance and then moved on without issue#our first run was with a friend she knows#it took her a few minutes to stop trying to play and get her head in the game#but she worked suuuuper hard and ran really well#our second run was with another baby puppy#and they both wanted to play so bad#after a few minutes the judges asked us to split up and the dogs got to work beautifully#for both runs she ranged appropriately ran fast and checked the terrain thoroughly#she was also SUPER responsive#took directions beautifully and recalled perfectly#it was extremely fun i couldnt ask for better puppy runs#we're done for the summer but will run again in september#ckc pointing dog field trial

Rey, who is in my very biased opinion, one of the funniest "girls" I have because she's just a guy, truly. Like Rey is just short for Reynold because he was recruited by a a goddess to help the hero she selected and the hero is conveniently Reynold's younger brother. So he agrees to help under the condition that the goddess gives him a female body for the other world. She's like "really odd flex but whatever" and gives him a female form and he's like "you know. I can't really blame anyone but myself for not specifying 'please don't turn me into a Lisa Frank personification'."
#my characters#ya know since i draw daily idk if ill do any challenges this month#i know theres a LOT of them out there but i might hold off and do huevember as a challenge and let this month just be chill#for what its worth he only asks for a female body because his baby brother (like 10 years younger than him)#commented ONE TIME ugh its so weird to have you dote on me like this#why couldnt you have been an older sister or look less suspicious#so when sent to help his brother hes like RIGHT GOT IT GIRL TIME LIKE THE MOST LOGIC COURSE OF ACTION#then does a really good job at helping the hero and then gets abducted by the demon army and#as rey keeps challenging the demons checking on him in the dungeon (who are all very kind?) to just interrogate him already#and they just ask why would they do that? they just wanted her outta the way for a bit#cause they dont actually want to hurt anyone and then the demon lord keeps personally visiting rey and continues#to point out how she gives him a headache and how the core is different than the shell#and so then he offers to revert rey back to his original form and reynold immediately accepts#and so now hes just a guy again surrounded by v nice demons#and hes like please just be mean ive been trained to handle violence you have to stop being nice#im not used to nice ok you have to be mean or else im going to develop stockholm syndrome#and the demons are just ?? we dont .... dont know.... what that is.......... what.....#then he gets engaged to the demon lord and all is well ! he becomes the trophy husband to the demon lord#and the world is saved (it was never at risk)#i have a lot of love for the idiots in this plot#because reynold and sascha are literal husbands thinking oh no my beloved husband is only married out of convenience to meeee#and solei is the goddess who recruited him and is so mad that reynold is more of a gremlin than sascha#like why is this mere mortal somehow worse than THE DEMON LORD how in the world#and reynold runs around just adopting all of the demon army and is like yeah#ill be the trophy husband with a hundred kids and a hot 7ft tall demon husband who can change into a huge dragon#and hes really content in this role!#but for a while he does appear as rey and hates how much of a highlighter he is

#fancy is really struggling#and the babies are lovely and just FASCINATING in how they developed around but not shaped by humans and i so very deeply enjoy them#but they are also a little ungovernable due to their age and general lack of caring about rules and they are bothersome and rowdy#and it is obviously so so hard on her and my heart is breaking because im afraid we wont be able to get her through this#and i will have to give the babies up#and...not have another cat#just one#i would be crushed#and added to all of that is that the babies are taking their time learning to be pets and that is fine and wonderful actually#but...i need surgery on at least one ankle and i won't be able to keep up with them if things haven't sorted themselves out by then#and they haven't become more manageable and fancy hasn't adjusted#so we are asking about meds for poor fancy and hoping that works#but she's really having a hard time guys and i am fighting so hard to cope in a household where i spend most of my time alone#with two animals who don't love me yet or interact with me like pets (i'm a source of three things: food and snuggles on demand and NO STOP#and one who is sad and not herself#and frankly it's terrible that i can't fix this#and i am trying not to lose my shit but this wasn't supposed to be so hard#and im afraid i may lose five cats and not three#and im already barely holding on#i don't know what to do and neither does my boyfriend#i don't want to turn around and have to tell you guys we can't keep the babies#i feel like i am failing at something i am supposed to be GOOD AT#i don't want to be in a house so empty#i can't live like that#having the babies is lovely#they're so alive and the boys were so sick by the end and the stress of the constant anxiety and grief as they faded away was crushing#even before they died#it's been so good to have them running about#i don't want to LOSE that#im so tired of LOSING things

I have this HC for spider that I need to get out of my skull.
he was a cuddly baby. like, you could hold him, snuggle, even nap with him all day without a single complaint. he soaked up any and all physical affection he could.
now this isn't to mistake him with a sleepy baby, no no, he was something much more dangerous; he was the type of baby that would trick you into holding him all day, basically hiding his energy,, until you go to put him to bed, and he's up and running loops around you for hours.
basically, he was the perfect cuddle buddy, but he was also a ticking time bomb, because its so hard to tell when he needed to be held and given down time/a nap (cause he was god awful if he was over tired), when he just going with being held, and when he just wanted to be held (against the better judgment of his sleep schedule).

I honestly don’t think most of them would. Daenerys is only the way she is because she is the last Targaryen. Half of her family literally killed themselves trying to be dany and be the one to bring the dragons back, but they didn’t Get It. They were all royalty, raised with everything and caught up in maintaining the system as it is. If dany were alive in their time, she wouldn’t be allowed to do the things she does. They treated their daughters pretty terribly on the whole and never let them near that kind of power.
Dany wants to use her supernatural dragon powers to end slavery because she spent her entire life as a homeless and exiled little girl with no memories of her home. She gets this power because she’s the very last one of them and that makes her fundamentally different in a way that past targs would not be able to understand or accept.

#A fe months after my dad died in 2021 a lady at my church invited me to a girl's night at her house#And another and another#And soon I had a group of Catholic friends that were exactly what I needed at that moment in my life#But then a year and a half ago the lady who hosted the girls nights had a baby and now she's running a mother's group at the church#so she doesn't have as much time to dedicate to hosting#And it's become a every few months sort of thing#And then some friends I used to see at church a lot started going to a different church#I also joined the young adult group at my church not long after my dad passed and went to the meetings and made friends there#But then the lady who ran it (who I was friends with as well) moved out of state#And it was sorta in limbo for a good 6 months until one of the guys finally started it again#But that was right around the time I got my new job and started working full time#so I have been to like one of 5 events in the last few months#And I felt rather sad cause a lot of my old friends from the group didn't come#tho I did get to know some new people and it was fun#I just feel like everyone is leaving me again#Just like when I graduated highschool and suddenly all of my friends from my homeschool groups vanished#I also stopped helping at the home school co-op I went to which I've been doing since i graduated because of my job#I just feel so lonely

#theoneandonlyyeti#cynder the dragon#tl;dr BBEG Malefor is a special ultra-powerful Purple Dragon. he wants to rule the world and doesn't want another Purple Dragon to stop him#sorry — not rule the world. bring about an almighty; world-ending apocalypse#he gets locked away by a bunch of other dragons but still has some influence#he commands his minions to steal 1 egg and destroy ALL other eggs in the world. but spyro(our protag; a Purple Dragon)'s egg is smuggled out#dragonflies find his egg and raise him as one of their own until Destiny Comes A'Knockin and he learns all about his special-ness#meanwhile the stolen egg (Cynder) is corrupted and becomes Malefor's puppet to try and bring him back#Spyro stops Cynder but is merciful. Malefor's influence is purged from her and she turns into a baby again (just like him!)#End Game 1#she's saddled with INCREDIBLE guilt over everything she's done and runs away#meanwhile another of Malefor's cronies is yrying to bring him back. Spyro is young and desperate and starts falling to the same dark powers#that overtook Malefor. he manages to stop Malefor's guy but is falling more and more into darkness. Cynder returns and — knowing what the#corruption is like — manages to snap Spyro out of it#the ritual site around them begins to collapse and traps them. Spyro seals them into a crystal so they can survive it#End Game 2 (my plot knowledge is rusty on this one i didn't actually play it)#*spongebob voice* three. yeahrs. laehtehr.#their crystal is excavated out of the rubble and Spyro and Cynder are captured by bad guys! and Somehow; Malefor Returned.#Spyro and Cynder are rescued and they seek out the dragons that initially sealed Malefor away#they make a plan to stop Malefor but he starts killing the other dragons#*cue me sobbing as the Gary Oldman father-figure dragon sacrifices himself ;-;*#Spyro and Cynder confront and defeat Malefor but he has managed to initiate armageddon. Spyro realizes he can stop it but doesn't know if he#or Cynder will survive. in the COOLEST cutscene ever he begins stitching the world back together... seemingly sacrificing themselves#everyone comes out of their shelters and celebrate that their lives and the world are saved! Spyro and Cynder are mourned.............#but after the Fade to White they are seen playing and frolicking in a meadow; FINALLY able to just Be Kids. be happy and carefree#End Game 3 :)#that's everything she's in we do not mention Skylanders 😌
