why did katara never train w pakku?? that makes 0 sense. i understand she was mostly self taught throughout s1. but the whole thing was that: yes, katara was good before pakku, but when she finally did get a master, she became EXPONENTIALLY better and really came into her own. i am not buying that she becomes the master katara we know and love without learning from pakku. so unrealistic. when zuko says “u found a master” and she said “yes ur looking at her”. oh girlboss feminism u are going to HELL!

would like to take a moment to say^^^ i am a feminist ok. do nottttt get it twisted. but girlboss feminism is brainrot.

really felt like if u did not watch the original series, this show would feel SO all over the place and u would have so many “wtf is happening” moments. the whole omashu shit was kind offfffff a mess. i see where they were going and why they were doing that but in hindsight after the fact i was like… if i knew nothing ab this show that would have been the most confusing clusterfuck.

and i think my biggest/most general complaint that i already talked about that i will briefly touch on: trying to do too much. why are we putting in characters and plot points that do not come till seasons 2-3 and are completely unnecessary now (secret tunnel, wan shi tong, swamp-kinda episode, etc.)

final thoughts?

it was enjoyable. i cannot deny that. landscapes were gorgeous. fights were well choreographed and looked GOOD. some changes were genuinely made for the better, and even changes that i do not necessarily think were better, i could respect the creativity of some changes and understood why they were there. but overall, as most live action remakes go, this was a flat portrayal of one of the greatest pieces of fiction of all time that suffered from some overly ambitious ideas and dull writing with little to no sense of whimsy. while some performances exceeded expectations, others that were crucial to the integrity of this show really disappointed me.

overall: 6.6/10. this number is completely subject to change.

As soon as he steps foot through the door, he is totally regretting his life’s decisions. Scanning the room, it is as he feared: The Girl is there, laughing with Karkat and, surprisingly, John. Dave does a double take. John and Karkat in the same room together? He’s surprised the place is still standing. Dave hopes that she - Jade, right? - has forgotten all about him and his massive uncool failure, but Karkat turns his head to see who’s at the door, and shit, the jig is up. It’s all over. He can pinpoint the exact moment Karkat realizes the power he has to turn around and ruin Dave’s life. He does not disappoint, nudging Jade and saying something barely audible to her. John perks up, looking over as well. Take a picture losers, it’ll last longer, Dave thinks sourly as John begins to wave.

JOHN: dave!!! it’s me, john!! 

DAVE: wow really i hadnt noticed

He makes his way up to the counter, Rose in tow. He knows she’s watching all this go down with sharp amusement, feeling her beady little eyes on his back. John is sitting on the counter (to compensate for his shortness), and Karkat moves up to the register in front of them. Jade is nowhere to be seen.

KARKAT: HEY DAVE. 

He gives Dave a shit-eating grin. 

KARKAT: HAVE I INTRODUCED YOU TO MY FRIEND YET? 

KARKAT: I THINK YOU’D REALLY LIKE HER.

He’s only half paying attention, watching Jade work from the relative privacy his shades offer.

A short while later, a latte is pushed across the counter to him. The frothy milk jiggles a bit as it stops, and he observes the expertly poured heart shape in the foam. When he looks up, Jade has already moved on to the next customer, laughing over her shoulder at something he can’t see.

Vintage Staedtler Pencils - SO COOL. They were produced in Germany before ww2 and stopped production during the war, they were from my pop and im pretty sure he just like... owned these? I love his weird "junk" gifts he used to have a little mystery box thing when we visited. Im prob gonna make him a drawing with them.

Big ass art set - From one of my friends, absolutely MASSIVE. Its got oils paints and pastels, watercolour paints, markers and pencils, normal pencils, acrylic paints and extra goodies. Like the whole galore. Im gonna make her an artwork too ( ´∀`)

Hardcover illustrated The Hunger Games copy - From my bestfriend, we spotted it in a bookstore together and we both rlly wanted it, and she remembered, found it cheaper (my little sales guru ♡) and gave me it. I LOVE MY BEST FRIEND SOOOOO MUCH (*/∀＼*)

Full Percy Jackson and the Olympians series - Up to the 4th book rn (had already read 1+2 and got 3+4 as an early present) and im gonna cry so hard reading The Last Olympian. I read the Magnus Chase books when i was younger and grew to love them more, and kinda decided i wanted to know the Annabeth lore.

Full Heroes of Olympus series - Will, in fact, once again, CRY. Like hey if i cant get all the details whats the point??

14 Anti LO Asks

1. To the one anon: good question - how is it that the mortals dont know who Persephone is / assume she is a minor goddess and therefore its okay to mess with her but the gods (or Olympians / underworld denizens) know exactly everything about her (despite her being there only every so often and only being 20ish) - enough to say shes "wearing her signature white color" during a murder trial.

Also the reason why Persephone is wearing white is because

A). RS wanted persephone to always be "dressed as a bride" (and have Hades dressed as a groom respectively) to show that their matching / is supposed to be a visual cue that their eventually gonna be together.

B). I believe this is RS way of saying that Persephone (despite murdering some mortals) is innocent because in purity culture White = innocence, virginity, youth etc. (Even though RS explicity ssid she wanted to go against purity culture morals shes very much leaning into them). 

2. why are Psyche’s eyes yellow even in her human form? Is she sick??

LO is not one-shot or short fancomic. It's also definitely not considered actual greek mythology. LO is years long webcomic with huge fans. LO has its own tag. 6. So now that LO is back from break and I can finally read chapter 170 - Why oh Why do ALL the female characters Have to be defined by their male love interests??? (Or really just love interests in general).

I understand LO qualifies as the "romance" genre and there are certain stipulations or I guess themes or what have you that make it romance but for f*cks sake.

Psyche being worried about Eros loving the "fake" her I kinda get, but really? Thats your most pressing concern?? Hera is defined by her garbage marriage to Zeus - King of the gods (of which is why she is Queen of the gods). Hestia + Athena are now defined solely by their relationship to each other (not the TGOEM or their respective traits of being a goddess of the hearth + goddess of war, strategy etc etc).

Aphrodite is defined by giving Persephone "relationship" advice (e.g: telling her to curb stomp Minthe because "nymphs dont take things from gods" - doubly implying that people are things to own) And by her jealousy of Persephone in the first place because Hades made a comment about how he thought Persephone was prettier than her. And also because of her "house of debauchery" (Artemis'  words) - and relationship with Ares.

Persephone is defined both by Apollo raping her and by her fated future status as Queen of the underworld (so her relationship with Hades). Hell, even the minor characters such as nymphs are defined by this relationship status / standard. Minthe is defined by her mean spirited personality yes, but Also because of her abusive relationship with Hades prior to the introduction of Persephone. Psyche is defined by her relationship woes with Eros. Daphne is defined by her relationship with Thanatos (and because shes a flower nymph) but also mostly because she looks like Persephone.

Rhea is defined by her marriage / relationship to Kronos (lets ignore the whole "fertility goddess power" plot for a second). Even Aetna is defined by Haphestus creating her! Is there not a single character (especially female) is isnt defined by their romantic love interest???Sorry. Maybe I'm overthinking this, but thats definitely how ot comes off as of late, in regard to the latest chapters.

Okay, same anon as earlier - I take it back somewhat - we have Artemis and Hecate that are not defined by their romantic relationships - but rather their lack of one.

However the way they are shown - it still comes off as a standard - "Artemis is stingy / a stick in the mud" because shes not romantically involved and is "barbaric" (according to Hera). And Hecate is still somewhat defined by her being Hades' employee (and cheerleader for him and Persephone to be together).

So technically yes, we have at least 2 characters that are not defined by their romantic interests / relationships, but they are still held to the standard of their "un-ladylike / undesirable" because their not romantically involved.

(I guess I should count Demeter, but only because shes more defined by just being "Persephone's overbearing mom" )

7. i think whats also kinda weird about this trial is like?? persephone is obvs framed as not liking the attention (bc duh) but she didnt like the previous press either, she wanted to be private, but wouldnt being with hades force her to be in the spotlight that makes her uncomfortable? also the citizens of the underworld already dislike hades, why would they want a uncontrollable felon as their queen, even if she found innocent? idk the whole thing just makes the endgame less plausible, tbh.

8. love that rachel was able to find a random deity name to name her random nymph the greek word for "beans" meanwhile apparently cant google actual greek names for even one off characters? like andrew, ellen, george, alexis, damian, luke, phoebe, sophia, and so any other english names are also greek, but she cant even bother with that? what exactly is her "research" if she cant even bother to spend 30 seconds googling greek names? at this point LO seems determined to be as un-Greek as possible.

9. wait so everyone in LO went from having no idea who persephone was, to her only showing up on ONE magazine cover, to now being the most well known person with a signature color? all in the span of two weeks with no genuine public outings? how does that make sense? also white isnt even her signature color if 90%+ the female cast and even a lot of the men ((including ZEUS) all wear it too.

10. the fact the courthouse WASNT the areopagus, aka the place in greece where they say the first ever trial ever happened and where the court system was invented, is just another point of rachel talking out her ass about being "respectful" or "researched" on greece and their mythology. its literally one of the most famous mythology spots ever with some fantastic stories to it and she's just like "nah! boring rectangle will do!" like why even both with mythology then if its this devoid of it?

11. Anons are saying Hades in the FS chapter is leaning down and talking to Persy like a child. Say it aint true.

(I wanna see. I thought RS was finally giving Persy adult proportions). 😨

12. So wait, hold up. I kinda get where RS is coming from with the law school in the underworld (because Hades is supposed to be a kinda Judge, jury, executioner situation in the afterlife when it comes to mortals and their "punishments" and whatnot). However, is RS stating that the ONLY law school / courthouse exists in the underworld? If so, why? Why wouldn't Athena be there then. She's a goddess of strategy and justice (among other things).

Also is RS really implying that Hades owns not only the banks and underworld but the law too? She really wants Hades to be a Gary Sue along side her Mary Sue - Hades controls everything that matters and since its his realm and blah blah blah rules, Zeus, king of the gods cant do anything about it.

(Which is dumb. Because you would think that because Persephone committed the crime in the mortal realm / on, or near Olympus that therefore she would be brought back there to dole out justice under Zeus jurisdiction because she committed the crime in His Realm).

14. i dont really get the point of the trial plotline, tbh. even persephone says she should be punished and held accountable, but hades is framed in the right for trying to go against that and weasel her out of it. so?? plus zeus has legit reason to punish them? persephone is a danger to others, demeter and hermes both committed treason to cover it up, and hades was harboring a fugitive of the law and is now trying to force the system to let her go. how is zeus in the wrong for this?

I wanna say something about being a femme headmate in a transmasc body. Sort of just to organise my own thoughts but maybe this will strike a chord with other people like me? Not sure.

TW for persecutors, dysphoria, I forgot the word but whatever it's called when you have trauma from within your system.

I was dormant for much of the body's transition (when I say transition from now on I am referring to my transmasc headmate's decision to take testosterone and go on the waiting list for top surgery and a hysterectomy, change the body's legal name and title etc.)

I was not consulted in the process because Dandelion didnt know there was anybody to consult. Therefore I awoke from dormancy as a persecutor, confused by my new body and situation and desperate to make him acknowledge that I was here and I mattered. I hit him where it hurt, I deliberately triggered his dysphoria a lot for a long time because I wanted to make him feel how I felt, but also because he's had years to adjust to the abuse we face for existing in a trans body and I have not. I thought I was protecting us by doing this, because I know it is not safe to be transgender. I now understand that it's not a decision he ever got to make, it was transition or die, and he chose to live. After a lot of work and a lot of vulnerability, we both exist in this body along with our protector Mal and some others who front infrequently. Part of what is helping me with my feelings about having a transmasc body is unlearning transmisogny. Dandelion has a trans girlfriend who has been with for almost three years. I can feel how much she means to him. I can feel how much he loves her. She's hairy and has a deep voice and all of the traits about my own body that confuse me but he finds her beautiful, not in spite of her transness but because of it. That helps. If I had not been sharing a body and a mind with someone who wholeheartedly loves a trans woman I don't think I'd have believed anyone could love a femme who looks like me. But I do believe it now because I have no choice.

I've been looking for anecdotes about headmates with similar experiences but all I can find is accounts from headmates who are the opposite agab to their body. I identify with the body's agab for the most part.

Here is a small note I wrote to my co host in our phone;

"Don't be afraid of me because I'm femme aligned and sapphic. I am not the evil TERF you think I am. I come from a period in our life where we knew next to nothing about trans people, got extremely heated over feminist topics and being queer etc. and given the circumstances I think I worked through my biases pretty quickly. The things I did and said were not okay, but sometimes Dandy panics and thinks I will detransition the body and things like that. I have no desire to do so. Even if I did, I'm 16 and the body is 26. There's no logic in doing so because I still wouldn't look like me."

I think this sums up our situation pretty well. We both make eachother at least a little bit dysphoric just by both existing but we are both important. I'm putting together mood boards of things I will buy to affirm myself (wigs, cute clothes etc.) for around the house.

My feminist 11th grade english teacher once told me "love other women like you love your own sister" when someone made a women in the kitchen joke, and I think I took that advice a little too strongly.

I love my sister and will brag about her to other people shamelessly, and it's reached the point where I've adopted that behavior in regards to women I barely know.

I'll be talking to someone and they'll be talking about their girlfriend--whom I have never even met--and they'll say something like "I spoil her more than she deserves" and I'll throw back "well, she's a goddamn mermaid princess and mermaid princesses are in short supply, especially ones with as good taste in romantic partners as her, so you better watch your goddamn language"

Its like my tendency towards aggressive validation and my habit of word-vomitting compliments have merged into aggressively rewarding people for loving their girlfriends/wives

My poor coworker was like, "if you call her a mermaid, she will love you forever" and I was like, "hell no, that's your job, I'll leave all the love-recieving to you, my dude" but I was so aggressive about it that she was visibly torn between protesting me seemingly refusing to compliment her girlfriend and faux-gloating that she has such an excellent girlfriend

So now, when I think about interacting with other women, I think, "if this person were my sister, how would I treat them and how would I talk about them to other people?" which in turn becomes "how am I going to love them in a language they will understand as sibling love not romantic love, and how will I be able to convey to other people that I appreciate them and am proud of them without the other people assuming I'm being fake-supportive out of jealousy"

Which are apparently things that need defining, because a lot of people still assume that if you're polite and nice, then you want to get with them. No, I'm just polite and nice and want you to know you're appreciated.

I just want to hold my sister/friend/coworker/random lady I met up to the sun and shout, "I appreciate this person! and am proud of all they've achieved in life so far! and I want them to have everything good in the world!"

I want to be able to look the women in my life in the eye and tell them, "you contain multitudes and I am so proud of you for who you are and who you've become in life, despite the world and because of the world" and have them know I genuinely mean it and genuinely wish the best for them

Like, there's a client at work who brought her cat in months ago and I spent a long time checking in on her and talking to her and just keeping her company as she was spiralling in an anxiety attack as the vets and technicians looked at her cat. And she thanked me several times for helping her through the panic and uncertainty. And I looked her in the eye as she was leaving and was like, "I am also a cat person, and I just lost my own two cats. It's clear that you love your cat very much and I know that when I brought my cats in, I needed someone to talk to so I didnt go stir crazy waiting for the vets to get back to me. And I work here so I have the capability to go bother the vets. The least I can do is go bother the vets on your behalf lol"

And that changed the game for both of us. She realized that the hospital is full of people who have been in the position she was in at that moment, and that a lot of us were fully prepared to drop whatever we were doing to keep her company. I dont know this lady beyond the interactions at the vet, but if she came in and told me she was being menaced by someone or something, I would grab a large stick and go beat it to death for even daring to look at her funny.

Another client brought in their dog two weeks ago and the dog needed emergency surgery in the middle of the night, and she called in about once an hour before I clocked out just to get an update on how the dog was doing. The techs and vets were irritated because they're supposed to give the updates, so I eventually just started taking her calls and talking to her because all she really wanted to know was that he was being looked after and reminded that he was loved and cared for. And that was the literal easiest thing to do. I would literally pick up the phone, hear it was her, put her on hold, and go visit her dog to tell him she called and said she loved him so I could give her an update on how he was doing.

And she cried in gratitude at every call. At one point, I was like, "yeah, he looked sad in the kennel, so I took him out and tethered him to the middle table in the treatment area so everyone has to say hi to him when they want to do anything," and she started crying and was like, "thank you so much, he's never been in a kennel before and is used to cuddling with us on the couch and in bed, he needs the love and attention or he'll get so sad."

Literally the easiest thing is to just be a human being and think, "if I were in this situation, or if someone I loved was in this situation, what would I want to happen" and then I do it. Lady is worried about her pet? Give her my honest, genuine, non-medical opinion and assure her that I will personally smooch the pet so they know someone loves them.

Everyone wants love, and everyone wants to love. Most importantly, everyone wants to know that the things they love in their life are also loved by other people. They want to know that it is correct to love those things, to have their love validated.

And when it comes to validation, I am so aggressively validating that I will literally fight people if they dont think they're deserving of the love then get. I have literally scolded someone for insinuating they weren't deserving of love.

Anyway, moral of the story:

TL;DR

Love the women in your life, even if you don't know them personally. Let them know that you appreciate them and have made the conscious decision to appreciate them. Let them know that the deserve all the love in the world, and that you will try your damndest to make sure they get it.

It seems like a lot but it's really very easy.

So a lot of people still keep asking me why I dont like the way Skam Spain is portraying Alejandro as opposed to original William. I hope this post will once and for all help you see my side.

Im not saying that it’s okay for boys to treat girls like William did to those he’s had sex with by giving them “trophy hoodies” to feed his ego. But the thing is, it was something he did along with his friends, the Penetrators. They all did it as a group. You know sometimes we have friends who do stupid things and we sometimes participate but our hearts are really not in it, right?

We got to know William in Season 2 and learned he wasnt the douche that he appeared to be in Season 1. So in my opinion, he participated in this hoodie thing as part of the group, for comradeship, if you will. It doesnt mean it was something he would deliberately do and even conceptualize on his own, if he wasnt part of a dumb teenage boy group. 

If we watch William carefully, taking into account his general aloofness, it’s obvious he doesnt care a lot about things, so on his own, he wouldnt have bothered with those hoodies. It’s just that, again, he was one of the Penetrators and it was their thing.

But having said all that, it’s also possible that not all those girls who had William’s hoodies meant they were all his “conquests”. Everything we know about this whole trophy thing, anyway, is from Noora’s perspective, and she was already biased against William, being a typical feminist. We actually never literally see William give all those girls the hoodies. Did Noora? She was new at the school, where and when did she learn all this? Yeah, someone maybe told her, or she maybe did see William give one or two of them, but she couldn’t have seen all of them. Or maybe it was just her own conclusion as levelheaded but judgemental feminist, and dont get me wrong, it was a reasonable conclusion.

But remember the night of the party when Noora slept at his house? A box of those hoodies were just there unattended in a box on the floor. And for sure this was not the first time William had a party at his house. Any delusional obsessive girl could have picked one during those parties so they could pretend they hooked up with one of the Penetrators. Except for Vilde I dont remember William making out with other girls. Im not saying he didnt have other girls, im just saying it’s possible he didnt have that many girls and was a victim of a rumor that sprung from the number of girls who wore his hoodies around campus, which, again, a lot of them might be stolen.

Now with this possibility, we can say Vilde was unwittingly accusing him falsely, which accounted for the geniune shock on his face when she confronted him about the hoodies. Which probably what pushed him to insult her back. It’s possible that when he gave Vilde one, the real objective of those hoodies was even far from his mind. Maybe he thought Vilde was cold or maybe it was an honest to goodness parting gift?

Now I know all this is just wishful thinking on my part, justifying and rationalizing William’s actions. But that’s the point. I can find logical possible reasons for his behavior, if i really look hard for them, but not Alejandro’s thoughtlessness.

I can reconcile the William who, as part of the Penetrators, gave out trophy hoodies to girls he’s had sex with to the William who later thoughtfully brought blanket and hot cocoa to keep Noora warm on their first date, not to mention all the other thoughtful things he did for her when they finally dated. But i cant reconcile this thoughtful William to a William who thoughtlessly go around kissing girls, knowing he has herpes breakout on his mouth and can obviously infect them.

I told someone the other day that when Alejandro finally explains to Nora that he didnt mean to infect anyone, i’ll believe him. But that was before, when I thought he wasnt showing any symptoms and therefore didnt know he had herpes. When i rewatched the clip, i finally saw what i missed the first time. He clearly had sores on his mouth and still kissed that girl.

Portraying Alejandro in this way doesnt make any sense to me, but I guess the writers know what they’re doing. Or do they? I guess we’ll just have to wait and see.

Final Reckoning Episode One Review plus a little info from seasons past.

Hello World! Mtv’s Hit The Challenge Returned Tuesday July 10, 2018 at 9pm! This season is “the end of the challenge as we know it”. Which as of right now I’m calling total b.s. since well mtv the last few season has been “recreating” older seasons ie; The Challenge Invasion of the champions, a very sad and terrible attempt to recreate the iconic The Ruins. Then we went into Dirty 30, the longest season in existence and a horrible rip off of Free Agents which in my opinion was the last great season of the show. In the dirty 30 we had something called the purge aka lets fuck Darrell over and allow a bunch of idiots to run the show. Yes I am still bitter because Darrell was robbed out of a title that season and instead our winners were a racist and an anti feminist douche lord, I mean Camila and Jordan. Then we slide into Vendettas after that tragic second season of Champs V stars, which we won’t even talk about since it was a bunch of d list celebrities who i didnt even know and well the terrell owens aka the biggest bitch in the nfl. Moving along, on Vendettas we received a much needed invasion of new people from big brother and mtv uk! Be warned I have never watched mtv Uk shows or any big brother so I had zero idea who these people were but I was excited to see them! We also got from season 5 of are you the one Kam, Eddie, and Alicia. I loved that season of ayto and the people they chose to come onto vendettas made total sense. But what didn’t make any sense at all was the poor get rid of eddie they did. Now I will only say this once and the source that told me this is very credible since he was on their season of ayto he also doesn’t like either person involved however he dislikes eddie more. Simple fact is Alicia Lied, plan and simple. There was never a restraining order or anything of that nature. You can look it up online its public information in every state. Moving on from that, the additions from the uk were all very attractive, and before you gasp and say even Kyle?! Yes even Kyle , I feel like he looks better in person then he does on tv. The fights that season we’re beyond annoying . This was my face anytime Kailah or nicole spoke or were on my tv screen  

I give them both a chance every season they are on but they always make me regret giving said chance. The luggage throwing incident pissed me the fuck off. & Before you all go WeLL cArA dID iT To JOrdAn guess what she put a waterproof bag of his clothes in water omg get over it. Jemmeye Kailah & Britni Ganged up on kayleigh because of a rumor about her and bananas that Devin started to get Johnny thrown into elimination. It was not okay, it is never okay to touch someone elses belongings ever. I do not care, her stuff was broken and none of the actual apologized for it. 

Now for what you came for my review of the Challenge Final Reckoning Episode 1

First off I was hoping this season was a team season sadly it was just a rip off of the Rivals series which was only decent for rivals 1 and 2. Rivals 3 was ridiculous and a waste of time and energy. In the beginning we see everyone show up and Tj is all like guess what your partner is buried and you have to find them! oh and the last two teams will be sent home ending their time in south africa. Me as a view knowing damn well tj is full of shit 

We see Zach dig up his partner Amanda first. Listen I was very excited to hear that Amanda was coming back this season! I really was until all the twitter beef with cara, and unless you’ve been living under a rock you know exactly what I am talking about. (hint him and amanda won the challenge wooooooooh)

Here is everyones partnerships.

Zach & Amanda; Their beef seems a little forced since it’s about Amanda “making up” lies about jenna that even jenna confirmed was true. This team will go far if Zach learns how to work well with women.

Angela & Faith; I honestly don’t understand their beef, really over tor’i really. irrelevant ass team. Angela doesn’t have that same energy she did with Alicia when it comes to Shane and Kam. They won’t go far unless someone (cough cough angela sleeps with someone in power, pulling a veronica in the ruins when she hooked up with my favorite toothbrush twin evan.)

Dj Bald I mean Brad & hair plugs pathological liar I mean kyle; THIS TEAM MAKES ZERO SENSE YALL DEADASS MADE SOME SHIT UP. UHM HELLOOO DARRELL TAYLOR DID NOT WHOOP THAT ASS ON THE RUINS FOR ZERO REASON. Like mtv please stop calling kyle , he literally makes me want to stab him daily.

Cara & Marie; Listen these two have serious dislike for each other over a fucking tweet cara liked & it makes sense they are together. I honestly think this team will do well if Marie Actually fucking tries which i think she will. Tbh marie did campaign to be caras Partner.. However I feel like we as viewers deserved a coral cara team. Those two are both very strong women who need to work out their issues and become civil because I personally love them both.

Ct & Veronica; An og team, ct called v weak but she won more daily challenges then the majority of the girls on dirty 30 . A team to actually fear if they try and win 

Derrick & Tori; Yasssss my boo derrick is back!!!!!! Don’t tell tyler but i adore derrick and think hes amazing. I really like tori as well but her taste in men is just as questionable as mine. Back story tori cheated on derrick with jordan. therefor they don’t like each other.

Bananas & ??? : THIS LITERALLY COULD BE ANYBODY. I’m hoping its sarah so he can break his curse and retire because honestly no one can touch his record unless Landon came out of retirement or if production doesn’t keep fucking over darrell

Joss & Sylvia the sheep; Joss is Hot , and he voted sheep into the elimination and she got mad. damn well knowing she would’ve done the same thing. they do great.

Kam & Melissa; I love this team, this “rivalry” started over a misunderstanding I’m hoping they do well...

Natalie & Paulie; I don’t care enough to waste my time

Nelson & Shane; I’m actually started to like nelson, my dislike for him comes from my loyalty to tyler.. I love shane he is the sassy gay bff that I need in my life. This team will do well if nelson and shane both keep themselves in check

Mama Day & Jozea; I’ve never watched big brother but this team is by far my favorite big brother pairing, I follow both on twitter and they make me laugh daily. underdogs i stan

Britni & Chuck; The hotmess express team. Clearly still feelings there, chuck sucks for what he did to her, they will need to find a way to get past their issues

Jenna & Jemmeye; One of the best moves in challenge history caused this feud. they will do well, jemmeyes brain and jennas brawn.

Kailah & Kayleigh; Failah likes to bully others kayleigh was her victim last season. they’ll probably be out pretty early..

Now to the results of the challenge

Amanda and Zach won.

I’m not to sure about the rest of the order except for the fact Day & Jozea came in last but before jem & Jenna and Chuck & britni.

So then we hear bananas yelling for help since his partner left due to family emergency everyone goes digs him up and if it was up to me he wouldve been sent “home” and not brit and chuck since they almost beat day and jozea.. after they get bananas hoe ass out tj announces that amanda and zach are able to send another team home! And out of all the teams these two dumb asses pick day and jozea. like uhm helllooooooo!!! ya’ll deadass had the chance to send send strong teams home... I can’t the stupidity of these two i can’t. SO  then the three teams leave and “go home”. Everyone goes to the house and already a fight breaks out between shane and angela, over a fucking shelf. Homegirl didn’t have the energy with shane like she did with Alicia , but we already knew she was a fraud. Then cut to outside where Joss and amanda are already flirting with each other. I will give credit is due, Amanda is a beautiful girl but has a very ugly soul and joss is very smart to hookup with her, camera time is everything and why not hook up with one of the most dramatic cast members ever. Cut to Syliva saying this could go great for her alliance or terribly for her alliance at least shes smart. The Que the amanda and joss makeout session. Then we cut to bananas cara and hair plugs talking about cara and kyle. Everything out of kyles mouth is a lie and garbage. Kyle states hes gonna sleep with other people and caras like cool whatever . The cut to faith and hairplugs making out, then faith gets into hottub and johnny being johnny brings it up in front of cara, and cara pulls a queen move by being like if he doesnt want me im not gonna wait around. boy bye best choice shes ever made. Then baby girl proceeded to go into a room and make herself look bad by trying to get at paulie. Like oh no baby what is you doing go to sleep and leave him alone..

Then we cut to the best part of the night in my opinion, first we see melissa walk in and try to be civil with kailah, failah wants zero part in it but melissa still tries because melissa wants to be nice then failah pushes melissa and melissa molly whopped her then they were pulled apart

Then the teams who were “sent home” arrive at the redemption house and tj explains some shit i wasn’t paying attention because i didnt care at that point 

Then they go to the photoshoot day and Tj shows up which is never good..

Tells melissa and kailah they are both out ..

Now we dont know kam and kayleighs fate, we find out next week..

Over all this episode was awesome , the cliffhanger was needed , we had a fight some hook ups and a twist.

this season will be interesting to say the least.

-UNPOPULAR OPINION : "you're a cop!" nancy + cops - mcginnis and rawley fuck her over/view her sexually/as competition and let her down along with karen- but she likes lisbeth who is the opposite, suspected her from the beginning due to the previous people "betraying" her (she and the chief start this show in an odd place with zero trust bc she thinks she can do it better) but lisbeth passes the test; lisbeth is willing to bargain with them and doesnt question where they got the hudsons info. now nancy does not hesitate to call lisbeth for the murder of owen (ie the hand prints) and going after josh on the roof, even tells her the blunt truth about calling the agleaca (lisbeth is NOT woke to the supernatural btw) "use me" she does want to work with police, which she is infamous for not doing previously, because of her connection to bess? because they were men? karen didnt have enough power, or didnt take her seriously? what makes lisbeth so trustworthy? or is it only nancys desire to avenge owen? but she just didnt trust the other cops to get the job done- maybe she still doesnt, but at least she trusts lisbeth for the time as an authority figure when all others have failed. all cops (karen, chief and rawley) in nancy's trust lose her respect/secrets out but Lisbeth has to prove her worth to get in. maybe its something about engaging w women. i mean women can still fail her of course (lucy kind of, kate+reveal, karen) but in terms of feminist themes, the show capitalizes on these exchanges between women for the living and the dead: ghosts/demons who are male (ie simon) are pure evil (think "mr roper" at the asylum being in particular focus when it was the whole family who died) but something like the agleaca (of human origin) is made to be a sympathetic case/highlighting how women have suffered historically and are take revenge as ghosts, able to find power in death that they did not have in life, and circling back to nancy trying to give them previously denied justice through working with other women.

Rereading the Pern Novels as I do Every Few Years and I Got Thoughts Both Good and Bad -Mirrim is considered this feminism leap for Impressing a Green and yes that is awesome and Im glad that McCaffrey later put in that the first few generations of riders had plenty of female fighting riders but she missed the most important thing -she had centuries of male riders Impressing the female greens -Dragons dont give a fuck about sex or gender, Anne.
