For the Heavens (they/them, it/its), a modified day critter who basically acts like a greek sphynx. Asks you riddles and if you can't answer them correctly, FtH eats you

Death Periodically Strikes (she/her), a iterator puppet thing??? made by Spinning in Circles, an iterator who is also helping TERRA. DPS recruits more creatures to "join the cause" (she is very... intense about it.)

High Power Shocks (any pronouns, spark/sparks preferred), made by Pulses in Regularity and recruited to join TERRA. Spark is a weird "static cat." (species by Mimcooo)

Darkest Promises (they/them), a flicker who wandered all the way to TERRA's domain. DP and HPS are very good friends :] Also, DP has sewing pins that they use as weapons.

I've been chipping away at a novelette-length addition to @fruitviking, @jeremys-come-to-bed-eyes and my 'Watson is a Time Lord' series! But I think it stands alone fairly well.

Watson has been taken captive by the mysterious Torchwood Institute and found himself living in isolation on a remote island. Can he find his way back to Holmes (and perhaps reunite another pair of separated partners along the way?)

no you're right, the apocalypse au is co run w my friend @passionartx lol it's just i write the fics and decide the fate for canon characters while she focuses more on our ocs

for a lot of characters like sonic, knuckles, and a few more that i won't say to avoid spoilers they were decided from the characters that died in telltale's the walking dead game, which is what the apocalypse au is based on

sonic = lee

knuckles = kenny

both of those characters die, so sonic and knuckles died too

the rest of them that die are literally just me having fun and trying to make it hurt lmfao

also the other thing i’ve discovered while writing the first chapter of this au - which is extremely, extremely closely adhering to the events of season 1 canon and, specifically, episode 1x02 - is that i was worried about it being super repetitive and boring and weird to just backtrack over shit we all know and saw with some pieces rearranged, but i think so far it’s actually turned out to be a lot of fun because i get to dig into a lot more of ted’s interiority and whatnot than a visual medium leaves room for.

(the downside of this is, of course, the run-on sentences. hazards of ted pov. the run-on sentences.)

class of 31 is an au that sort of got away from me. The original concept is that it's written like Class of 09 (rude jokes/language, disturbing topics like drugs n suicide, etc), but the characters developed a lot overtime, and here we are.

Yes, I'm still streaming Hell's Kitchen. I keep watching these professional chefs who cook on the line, daily, in great restaurants, put their potatoes in a blender or Cuisinart to make mashed potatoes. I don't get it. It boggles my mind. I'm just a home cook, and even I know not to do that because it makes the potatoes gummy. Why don't they know this? 🤔 I'm just putting this out here for anyone who's making mashed potatoes so they make them correctly because, apparently, it's not common knowledge like I thought it was. I hope that people make time to cook because it's cathartic and relaxing and you get to eat great food. You can control what you put in your meals so they will be healthier and taste just the way that you want them to taste. It's, also, very cost-effective. I can make so much good food for so little money because I cook it myself. It's well worth learning how to cook. And it's a lot of fun!!! It can take a really bad day and turn it around for me so it's great for mental health, too. One of the best feelings that I get is when I serve someone the food that I've made, and they smile and enjoy it. That feels sooooooo great!!! I love sharing food with others. To me, food is love. ❤️ it doesn't get much better than that!!! In the words of one of my culinary heroes, Julia Child, bon Appétit ❤️ 😊😍😋😋😋
