SCAR'S FAMILY,

A man who would have never left Scar's mother behind had he known she was pregnant. Possessive to a fault, had Scar been raised under his influence - he would've been abandoned in the wilderness under the belief that pain, and suffering brings character and strength. Ruthless and selfish, he doesn't care for anything that doesn't 'belong' to him.

Unknowingly is the reason why Scar's village got attacked - indirectly leading him to becoming who he is today. Much of Scar's character/appearance ironically enough aligns with his absent father's, but his humanity and desire for freeing the world and saving humanity comes from being raised under his mom's love.

playing with some lore, and i'm thinking of going a lil divergent from the show storyline that she & lucifer were cast to hell only after tempting eve... thinking.... lilith's death came at the hands of angels. after she fled the garden, she was 'drowned' in the red sea by three angels sent by God for her defiance and refusal to return to adam, and emerged a demon. lucifer eventually found her again and took her with himself.

Okay so what's your take on the lamb scene, how do you think or interrupt him talking about the village because that one scene alone feels quite important to scar or at least he's thought about the village a bit-

honestly i really dig the idea that the whole village event truly was a test for rover - mostly to have an idea as to how their mind operates, what they remember, what they can infer based on clues found, and how they’d interpret those hints they’ve managed to uncover.

he taught that girl (the td that cries out for him as brother) about ‘the realities of the world’ by sharing that same story about a lone black lamb, preached to her about what’ll happen because of her abilities (as he’d seen similar instances in the past), and disappeared after she refused to come with him. while regretful that he wasn’t able to recruit a powerful potential, he had been confident that the next time he’d be in the area that he could change her mind.

he was wrong - the next time he’s there, it’s at the same time as rover. it’s why he ends up acting out a bit more flamboyantly, and why if rover just decides to attack him he doesn’t bother entertaining them (i.e venting while pretending he wasn’t) with the story.

it’s also why he drags rover into Scar's Elysium - he didn’t want to see the village desecrated any further - although he won’t act like it. he’ll only drag people into the other plane when he wants to get them alone and isolated or when he wants to protect the area around them for one reason or another. for example, the library, despite him threatening to otherwise the knowledge locked in that room is sacred - he was never going to destroy it.

My f/o'ing Michael has not only thrown off my entire internal hierarchy of f/os (surprising literally everyone, Sir Forsyth is now no longer holding that top spot), but I also noticed that every new character I've added to my f/o list has been influenced by him in some manner. Max, Lee, Maren, and P03 all came with some sort of thought process of "they remind me of Mike in x way" before I f/o'd them. Like he has legitimately changed the kind of characters I look for in future f/os. This dude is deadass vetting everyone before letting them on the list
