I recently had a dream that wouldn't leave me alone so I feel the need to share it with someone else.

I can't remember the name of the fic that had been rereading at the moment but it's a crossover DC/DP/MLB. In the fic Danny, Damien and Marinette are called the three headed beast. At the time I was also reading a fic with Captain Marvel and I got it stuck in my head that what if Danny, Marinette and Billy were the three headed beast and Damien was their baby sibling.

Like hear me out they were made by Ra's without even Talia knowing. He wanted to raise his potential heir without even his daughter interfering. When the three are about 7 some magic bs with a Lazarus portal happened resulting in them living in a separate dimension for decades away from Ra's before being de-aged and sent bad under their grandfather's thumb (honestly I don't really remember what happened, my dream confused me). Once back they quickly jump ship and fake their deaths making sure nobody's are left to try and revive.

Roughly 2-3 years later Talia had Damien. I don't remember why but he knew about the triplets and had been on multiple family bonding trips with them without Ra's or Talia knowing so when Tim said Bruce was alive he just said ok, called his older siblings sounding sad and said find him. And then I woke up (and thought about it a lot).

Sorry for the rant this idea just wouldn't leave me alone.

I can just imagine Phantom and Marvel being entirely different people. Like Captain Marvel doesn't happen until after leaving the league neither does the portal incident so both Phantom and Marvel are completely different heros. The three went their separate ways once out of the league, yes they love each other (and the baby sibling they occasionally pop in on and kidnap for a few weeks to month to for adventures in dimensions that have different time flows) but they are grown adults they have their own lives they want to lead and they definitely haven't needed a parent in decades.

Anyways I'll stop now I just need to share this.

That's honestly such a cool dream. I don't read a lot of Miraculous Ladybug crossovers with DC but I do know the show.

It's interesting how all of them would be extremely powerful for their respective hero personas, but no one would link them as the Three Head Beast.

Also since Danny and Billy would be different heroes, I like to think that maybe Danny would have become more like a meta-human instead of a halfa. Maybe it was due to all his dimension-hopping as I can see him being the triplet that would enjoy exploring the Infinite Realms.

Danny has wanders lust- he hates lingering in one place too long so he is always on the move, always wanting to see new worlds and new timelines.

Maybe he would become Clockwork's human lesion as he can't be King. He happily goes to the living realms of the timelines Clockwork needs him to observe for the stars.

Danny believes the stars are a reminder of his freedom because it's one of the first things he saw the day they faked their deaths. He loves seeing new constellations and can't wait to jump lines again to discover new ones.

Billy meanwhile would fall into Magic again but this time it would be his own magic. He has the highest potential in magic to make him a candidate for the Wizard, but his past of being in Ra's thumb mucked up his purity soul bit.

Still, he finds out that "You're a Wizard, Billy" while traveling dimensions and unlike Danny chooses to stay in a lot of them for long periods just learning all he can of magic.

Marinette, unlike her brothers, is much more willing to stay in one place. Yes, she'll sometimes join them on trips or go looking for an adventure but she wanted to build a home. Danny and Billy see it as a cage, far too used to Ra's locking them up to not get itchy to move about, but she saw it as having control.

She picks her house. She picks the dimensions. Marinette is the one that decides when and where she wants to go. Nothing is bigger "I made it out. I survived you" then staying in their native dimension with Ra's on the other side of the world. If he finds her and tries to bring her back, welp she escaped before she can do it again.

But she didn't want big adventures or conflicts with Ra's, she was comforted. So Marinette opens a bakery in France, living as mundanely as possible but with years of deadly training under her skin and a strong link to Spirits.

Marinette didn't get her Kawami when the Guardian needed to pass them on, because she wasn't there, but years of Lazarus Water, Ectoplasim of the Infinite Realms, and just her aura she can see them.

Alongside thousands and thousands of Spirits that are everywhere. Some get attacked by her and her little bakery. Marinette allows them to live with her and respects them and their domain, so it's not really a surprise when they start bestowing small Blessings on her. She may not possess a miraculous that powers her up but she has a bag of tricks that are close and her own training that practically makes her a miraculous holder anyway.

And that's them the three heads of the Ra's Three-Headed Beasts- monsters, killers, weapons from birth- who lived on as what they wanted.

An explorer with a love of stars.

A mage with a love of study.

A Baker with a love of everyday life.

One day, when a little ninja wanders into Marinette's bakery on a break from his first real mission, the three gain a new love for their little brother.

Damian may not understand his older siblings desire to not be a cape but he respects them all the same. He still trains every day in the hopes of one day besting them but not to prove his worth.

Only to make Danny, Marinette, and Billy proud.

Hi MLB fandom, I am a passerby that tried to watch the show for my GF and failed, but I have read a bunch of fanfics and I think Butterfly Emilia would be cool as fuck

Some headcanons:

The butterfly does long-range magic by connecting to others and giving them magic, they're weapon isn't a weapon. It's a tool for communicating with their champions. Emilia has this big ass old timey microphone bc she's a former performer (actress if i rember correctly?) And she's all for the dramatics (Gabriel would have a head set) Despite it not being a weapon, she still wacks people with it

She has seven different pieces of butterfly jewelry on her transform (2 earrings, 2 rings, brooch, hair piece, and one holding her skirt in the back) fighting her directly is very annoying because they have no idea which fucking one is her miraculous

You may notice she's not wearing a mask, just makeup. Her face has been run through every database known to man. The cloaking magic makes it impossible to actually figure out. She doesn't really see herself as a villain, and she doesn't read comic books. Her outfit is more of a performance outfit (Marinette likes western comic books and is super hero themed, Adiren sees himself as a magical girl)

Her main motivation is that she's a MASSIVE control freak with entitlement issues. She was born rich rich and stumbled upon God jewelry. She is drunk on power 24/7 and doesn't think consequences exist. She wants to revive Gabriel bc she loves him. She's terrorizing Paris bc she thinks her happy ending is the most important and doesn't care about anyone else

Gabriel "died" from using both the peacock and butterfly to make Adiren (who Emilia designed herself, with blueprints) despite the fact that Noorou and Duusuo told them that using two miraculouses at once was a bad idea. He's her SIMP

Natalie is her childhood friend who is used to her "eccentric" behavior, and isn't in on the evil

Monarch constantly hyjacks tv/radio waves to harass the heroes. "This would be all be over if you just gave me your miraculous", "Why do you have to drag out this conflict? I just want to fix the wrong thing this magic caused.", "did that old man tell you anything before he gave you those?" <- at first. She tries to have good pr by making all her akumas only capture and sometimes helping people, but eventually she shows her true colors and she's no longer able to make the media call Ladybug and Chat selfish for not giving her their miraculouses. After her flip switches, she still does this, but it's more obvious. "This is all your fault, you know."Maybe I'll just keep doing this at 3am :D." kinda shit

Let's Adiren go to school bc both of the Kawami were like, "He doesn't actually love you. You just made him love you. You're actually a shitty mom." And it hurt her pride so much that she let her control of him slip to prove that he prefers her, and then he wanted to public school and it made her so maddd that she constantly targets the school to scare him and chase him back into her arms "of his own free will"

Emilia thinks Marinette is absolutely perfect and fits in her family so nicely. Except for some minor defects, she can correct ♡ much to Mari's slow dawning horror

Very vindictive and petty. Like, have a butterfly follow Ayla around for a week for reporting on her petty. She is doing psychological warfare on the children

Let's Chloé be childhood friends with Adrien literally bc she makes him uncomfortable, seee how good your mom is compared to others + Really likes Audrey and having perks from the mayor which means they have to be childhood friends

Heya fellas! As I seen February did not have a monthly prompt yet for DP so I created one just for the kick of it! I made on for MLB with a very specific theme last October and I enjoyed it a lot so i thought i'd create another one, this time for DP as am mainly drawing for this fandom these days.

I think the Scar and Joel of this AU would get along really well! They both have to deal with their own disability and despite being confident and very excessive sorts of guys in their own right, they still have issues dealing with it and with how it causes others to view them. Plus I'm sure they'd have a ton of fun ribbing Grian together. 😆

Do you mean like, how no one has realized the architecture professor Grian is Cute Guy? Well, for starts everyone in the over-city is still completely convinced that no hybrids or mutants come above bedrock. Cute Guy is this bolt from the blue, a total outlier, and it's not like he showed up at the same time Grian did. Grian didn't pick up the Cute Guy gig till after he'd gotten his job at the university and become friends with Scar (that's how he recognized him in Back Alley Heartthrob). So like...why would you think it was him? Cute Guy has enormous pink and black wings, and also two sets of wings on his head. Grian doesn't have wings on his head! You can't see them! And remember, no one in the over-city has any idea what glamor even is, much less that you can use it to conceal parts of yourself. Also the persona Grian plays up as Cute Guy is very different from his usual demeanor at the university. So I don't think it's that difficult to believe at all, that he's been able to keep it a secret. I mean, Scar has kept his secret identity intact for 20 years now using a lot of the same tricks!

Scar and Scott would get along, I agree!

I think Martyn and Ren would probably be most likely to impulsively keep an orphan they found. 😆 Ren is tenth of fourteen kids, so I'm sure he wants to have a big family of his own one day, and Martyn was an only child, so maybe he'd like the idea of having more people in his family? Who knows!

Scar doesn't know, he's been orphaned his entire life, so he's never heard anything about his parents one way or another.

But I’ve also known how tricky it can be trying to write in other languages for certain fics (like my hopes of writing a small scene in Japanese or even in the many languages in Star Wars fics sometimes just doesn’t flow or read well)

My first decree of my disventure camp au:

Tomjake/Jam won't be in a romantic relationship along with Jaiden

There are reasons for this, I'm not (fully) shading the og series, but these ships feel tiresome and repeat the same ship with a different font. Jam didn't feel like an actual 'strangers to friends to lovers' situation. The very base of their entire relationship is that the two of them found each other attractive.

So, for my au, Jake and Tom ended up being good friends in season 1 that work it out after the reveal, and after the show till 7 months before all stars, Tom ghosted Jake for some reason (reasons I'll explain in a separate post, hint hint) so Jake was worried for Tom. When he heard Tom was also a part of the All Stars season, Jake took it as a chance to figure out why Tom is ghosting him and if he can help.

Now the reason why I don't like Jaiden. Ep 2 plays a huge part in my dislike, but like I said earlier about how Jam and Jaiden are basically the same people in different fonts and styles.

James is an interesting character along with Aiden, and I adored their dynamic in season 2 (and I pray that my friend would never find this, but Jaiden should've stayed friends) so the only difference with James and Aiden's relationship is the ep 2 scene (that I despise so much, it reminds me of the MLB statue scene) and that they stay friends as well and they travel the world with Lake after James wins season 2.

Apologies to both Jam and Jaiden shippers, I'm not a huge fan like ya'll.

2024 MLB AL Central Seasons (All Star Break)

Here are the charts for the AL Central Division teams showing their wins and losses, notable streaks, and longest streak so far this 2024 season.

Let's get to it under the cut!

Currently leading the division is the Guardians, who are 21 games above .500. They have 4 notable winning streaks of 4 games or more, and no notable losing streaks. Their longest streak was a 9 game winning streak in May. Their high point of the season so far was being 25 games above .500 near the end of June.

The Guardians have been hot, and it's easy to tell from this chart. Although their four notable streaks are below average, the fact that they haven't lost more than three games in a row so far is impressive. As a result, they've only had a few downward moments and mostly have trended onwards and upwards. However, they did start the All Star break in a bit of a downward direction.

Next we have the Twins, who are 12 games above .500. They have 7 notable streaks, three of which are winning streaks. The one that stands out the most is, of course, the 12 game winning streak that went from the end of April to the beginning of May. Their high point has been the three times they've gotten to 13 games above .500, all within the last week before the All Star break.

The Twins started the season off pretty bad before drastically turning things around with their 12 game winning streak. Of course, not everything stayed happy as they ran into two more notable losing streaks. Fortunately, these streaks were also accompanied by some notable winning streaks, so they managed to continue their upward trend and catch up a bit to the Guardians. In the last month before the break, their streakiness cooled off, and with a recent bout of on again off again wins, they've stagnated a bit in the last few games.

Current third place are the Royals, who stand at 7 games above .500. They also have 7 notable streaks, though 5 of theirs are winning streaks. Their longest streak is 8 games in May. The current high point of their season was back in May when they were 15 games above .500.

A funny thing to note is that both the Royals and the Guardians' longest winning streaks started at the exact same time on May 17th (as seen on the first chart of this post). At the time, the Guardians only had 3 more wins than them.

Although they started the season below .500, the Royals quickly climbed the ranks and became a true contender with the Guardians for about the first two months. Unfortunately, their winning streak race with the Guardians ended at just 8 games, and they've been a bit downhill ever since. However, a few recent winning streaks have them inching closer to the Twins.

The Tigers are fourth in the division now and are 3 games below .500. They also have 7 notable streaks, with 3 of them being the winning kind. Their longest streaks are both 5 games long, first a winning streak that began their season and a losing streak near the end of May. Their high point was reaching 5 games above .500 three times, the last one being on May 1st.

The Tigers had a promising start to their season, but after that May 1st date, they slowly went deeper and deeper into the loss hole. The last time they were above .500 was on June 4th. A bit of hope remains, however, in their most recent notable winning streak that has pushed them up towards the .500 line once more.

(The Tigers' longest losing streak started 2 days after the Guardians and Royals' longest winning streaks started. That sure was a streaky week!)

And here they are. The current worst of the worst, the White Sox. A shocking 44 games under .500, they have an astounding 11 notable streak count, with only 1 of them being a winning streak. Their longest streak was the terrible 14 game losing streak that happened from the end of May to the beginning of June. Their "high point" was when they were only 1 game below .500 after losing their first game of the season, though you could argue their true high point was when they finally managed to string 4 straight wins in that first half of May.

What more can be said about the White Sox so far this season? Although their losing-streak streaks have slowed recently, almost their entire season has been defined by their losses. To top (bottom?) things off, they're currently in the middle of another notable losing streak, having lost their last four games before the break. Just how far down will they go? And can they come back up in time for some air?
