The cloud knight seemed to have bad intentions with the young boy's youth and naiveness.

He manages to pin Yanqing to one of the walls, Easily putting a hand on his hands and causing him to drop his sword, Yanqing wasn't on great terms with strength, The cloud knight however had better strength than him.

The cloud knight had worse ideas to r. Yanqing, while he can only helplessly call for help, but who cares? No one will hear him especially in this area.

He's probably defeating some abominations around and getting materials or just- yea he's just roaming around and wondering there is no trashcans in Xianzhou (sad)

Yanqing is not so relieved yet relieved, He takes caelus back to the inns, And thanks him so much and tries to do something for caelus but caelus just refuses.

2. Yunli

Now, Yunli just in the area to fight some abominations she finds randomly before she hears screams, At first, she thinks it's Yanqing being weak but then she keeps on hearing him crying? And telling whoever he was telling to 'stop'.

She immediately knew something was up.

She rushed to that area, just to find the cloud knight trying to fuck yanqing to keep him quiet,

She just stands there before the cloud knights looks back, she's already using old metal and scaring the shit out of the knight and faints.

Yanqing feels embarassed that he is being saved by his rival and didn't fight back but the more overwhelming thing is that about how the cloud knight touched him, he didnt like it, tears just flooded out, he hated being this weak.

Yunli, who'd usually tease Yanqing and be rude to him, Didn't do it to him, Realising the goddamn pain that the knight tried to do to yanqing, She would definitely tell this to General jing yuan and her grandpa.

She managed to get Yanqing to the alchemy commision, they didn't talk the whole way, not did they wanted, Yanqing was so goddamn traumatized and didnt want to speak the whole way.

He thanked her alot, He felt weak, Yunli was somewhat proud of herself? She didn't know.

The cloud knight did file a crime for Almost killing a member but he was brutally exposed by yunli about what he was trying to do to yanqing (And trust me, Jing yuan was pissed.)

March was sent to run 15 miles by the order of yanqing for training, But soon heard noises coming from a secluded area, She decided to ignore it until

Sans -He readily just accepts that this is a thing now. He likes it but it doesn’t really come up often. Occasionally he might ask you questions about it but he doesn’t really bring it up unless you do first. 

Papyrus -Is super impressed and once you stop yelling he will instantly start gushing about how amazing that was before asking several questions about the language. He is amazed that you can speak more than one language and will shower you with compliments. 

Red -He honestly thinks it’s kind of hot and would love it if you spoke dirty to him in the language. Heck he’d enjoy it if you yelled at him in the language too but it probably wouldn’t have the effect you wanted. 

Edge -He seems unfazed by your outburst and doesn’t really mention it. It isn’t till months later when it happens again and he responds in the same tongue that you realize he’s been learning the language to rant with you. 

Blue -It doesn’t register to him that you are mad as he is just amazed that you're fluently speaking in a different language. As soon as there's a beat he jumps in with praise and amazement and about a million questions for you. 

Orange -He backs you up, in english. He has no idea what your saying but is fully supporting you to the best of his ability, yelling back up for your rant and seeming to be just as upset as you are. 

Berry -It doesn’t register that it’s a different language, he just assumes you are talking gibberish or he is having a stroke. You’d have to explicitly tell him it’s another language or catch him in work mode for him to really register that you can speak more than one. 

Syrup -He knew your mother spoke a different language but he wasn’t aware you were also fluent until you lost your cool. He instantly thought it was the most beautiful language he had ever heard. From that moment on he’ll be learning the language in secret, just so he can surprise you with it one day.

AITA for choosing my family over my friend?

Ok weird story but here we go

I have been friends with this dude since forever (let's call him Crow) and like, we're super close and a really appreciate him for being in my life, but recently we had a big fight and I don't really know what to do or if I was the asshole in this situation.

Basically, me and crow had different upbringings and different styles of life but we both left our homes because of similar reasons so we clicked instantly.

So we started living nearby and became super close and trusted friends.

But different from Crow, I never stopped trying to mend my relationship with my family, which Crow disapproves.

(Don't want to say a lot about it cuz I'm a bit paranoid, but because of some (justified) choices that I made, I had a falling out with my siblings)

But I know that my brothers and sisters are good people so I always had confidence that we could fix the bad things that happened and move on.

Also, I miss them and love them very much but after leaving it was hard to go back (they live very far away)

Not until recently tho.

After a big conversation, my family chose to accept me back at home (while also paying for my expenses to get there) and even let crow come with me when I asked (hes been living alone for a long time so I thought it was a nice idea to have good company once again after all these years )

So here's where the fight happened

When I told the news to Crow, that my family had accepted me back and even wanted to bring him with me, Crow got really mad at me.

He said that he would rather live alone with me than with my family (who he doesn't really like for the way they hurt me in the past. But like, in the past.) and said that I was mad for wanting to go back to that place

I was appalled but his reaction, like I honestly thought he would be happy that we could live together surrounded by good people.

As the fight escalated it kinda ended on a stressful game where he wanted me to pick a side : Crow or my family.

(Pls don't be mad at crow, he just really had a lot of issues with his and my family and I know that he was thinking of me and my relationship with them when it got to this point.)

Crow really is my best friend in the whole world, but I think it's kinda of unfair of his part to make me choose when I told him that we could have both and be next to each other while I was close to my family.

When I told him that rebuttal, he said that my family was toxic and after spilling some real feelings to me (he's not really a feelings person so it was surprising) he got sad that I still didn't choose what he wanted in the end.

I really don't want to lose my best friend over this argument when it could be resolved really simply (him coming with me) but I can't force him to do that.

So yeah, Am I the asshole for choosing to go back to my family after we had a big falling out (but things got better), instead of staying here with my best friend (Whom I like very much)?

I think we established that legend is the younger out of the two siblings? If so I feel like legend would just follow fable around like a lost puppy just to annoy her and be like "Zel? Zelda? Sister? Queen of hyrule? Fable?" Ans just use all of her titles to annoy her. It got to a point we're impa had to hid all the swords from fable so she wouldn’t kill legend.

Yes. Fable would totally have kids who all adore Legend, and he is the best uncle ever. Utterly spoils them rotten, always tells them crazy (actually true) stories, but in an age appropriate fashion since he doesn't want to upset them. Irregardless of how many she has, the kids have all gone through a phase where they just follow him around endlessly and hang off of him like he's some sort of furniture. Fable of course makes sure they understand that sometimes Uncle Link has days where he's in pain and can't play as much,a nd they all turn into worried little ducklings on those days, but most of the time he's all game for whatever they've got going on. After everything he's been through, and losing the love of his own life, his nieces/nephews are his reason to keep going and smile every day. (If Fable knew having kids was all it took to see him happy again she would have done it sooner honestly)

And yes. Legend is younger, so he does do annoying things sometimes. They're both rather mature for their ages, but he IS a Link, so yes, he breaks into her room, takes her stuff, and tracks mud all over the castle. If they get too fed up with each other, they will spar and they're both scary good at it, but Zelda actually tolerates a lot of Legend's chaos, and he's pretty quick to know when he's stepping far enough to make her actually angry, which they like to avoid. her anger is scary and rabbits tend to be timid, no matter how good an act they put up.

Time totally messed with them all. He'd have told stories about gals all the time and name dropped so many people just to watch the boys scramble to determine if that was the fabled spouse or if it was someone else. That's how the bets started actually!

Legend is totally a theatre kid! Yes yes yes. And Warriors is totally that annoying friend/relative/sibling that makes a point to support him in the most annoying ways he can think of. Kind of a soccer mom about it, ngl

- when they’re growing up ekko gets all of vi & mylo’s hand-me-downs he likes. jinx gets second pick (sry babygirl) but that also means she gets some new stuff of her own (score) bc she likes feminine stuff & rly no one bigger than her does. it’s v cute, vander & benzo mend of all the rips & tears. when they’re older i imagine he & jinx learn to make some of their own clothes, always fun

- jinx is rly rly sad she missed ekko’s first t shot — she was at the height of like psychosis & unhoused & just p estranged from her family until vi eventually gets through to her after she gets out of prison. but so ekko started t during that time & jinx is obviously THRILLED once she’s lucid enough to talk to him abt it, but she loves him & wanted to be there for such a cool moment he’s looked forward to (& they looked forward to together) for so long. so she throws a little party on some anniversary (6 months?) & builds a bunch of silly contraptions to hold the vial & sharps etc. he doesn’t like needles so she offers to help him w his shots & it becomes a weekly occurrence that turns into smth rly fun & beautiful, they love that time spent together. jinx might have a hard time remembering her meds but she literally never forgets his shots. they have a party every year too, tradition

- once vi is p firmly feeling good at her station in the fire department, she asks her captain (grayson? why not) if she can host some free community self defense & frontline medic classes. other friends at the department have volunteered & are excited abt the idea too, she’s come up w a whole very detailed & organized pitch. it’s rly rad & so approved immediately. one of the classes vi’s rly into is a self defense class for trans women & femmes, so it’s just a safe space & rly wonderful. she co-teaches it w one of her trans buddies in the department

- my FAVORITE tiny vi headcanon is that sometimes she’ll be running errands & end up at the pharmacy & (obviously eventually) pick up jinx’s mental health meds, ekko’s t, & cait’s e all at the same time bc she’s there. at first the pharmacist is a little concerned bc … lol, but then they’re for different ppl & vi is just helping out. idk it’s so endearing

- cait runs a queer & trans climbing group & so when they start dating jinx & vi help a lot w that — gear, time, transportation, rigging & cleaning routes (last one truly is a labor of love lol). it’s rly fun

- i genuinely don’t rly think vi or jinx care abt pronouns for themselves (jinx: idc what pronouns you use for me as long as you’re saying smth nice, otherwise why are you talking abt me at all). but they’re v mindful of other ppl’s pronouns & (especially when they’re in queer spaces) making sure intros include them

To the whole, they find him friendly enough. Yet again, the idea of people not being able to be super close to him/emotionally intimate comes around. He might be the type to keep his personal affairs to himself honestly. Like he's secretive, he is able to control how he is perceived because he does not share much. There is also the idea that Taeil could have, at the time of reading ofc, had paranoia that there were some who could see him/through him? But overall, most could have just assumed that maybe he was a shyer person with the occasional struggle with depression/sadness. He has a perceived countenance that seems sadder/neutral.

“No way Slash I am not going on some date with some random ass chick that your girlfriend is best friends with” Axl spat. It wasn’t like Axl rose to turn down a date with a girl but he didn’t like the idea of Slash and his new girlfriend trying to set him up on one he preferred to find chicks at parties or backstage or at bars. “Axl come on man she’s super sweet and funny (y/bff/n) thinks you two will really like each other” “Yeah well I really don’t give a shit man the idea of a blind date is stupid high school type bull shit ok man” Axl said glaring at Slash. Slash rolled his eyes at Axl he knew Axl could be dramatic but he didn’t expect him to protest this much. “Give her a chance ax she’s a real sweetheart and I want to make (y/bff/n) happy so just can you do this for me man” Axl stood there silently protesting. “Look man if you don’t like her I’ll take you to the whiskey a go-go tomorrow and all the drinks will be on me, but at least just come tonight.” Slash pleaded. Axl waited a few seconds and then sighed “ Fine Slash but you better be prepared because I’m buying all the most expensive drinks on the menu tomorrow” Axl said smirking and turning down the hall to get dressed for the date.

“Come on y/n he’s exactly your type I promise you’ll like him” your bff said trying to convince into coming on a double date with her boyfriend and his band mate. “No, y/bff/n I don’t want to go I know he’ll just be another ass hole with a huge ego like every other guy here in LA” you said crossing your arms and flopping on the couch. It was a Saturday night and all you wanted to do was lay around and watch tv you had enough of boys and people for the week but your best friend was set on the idea that you needed to go on this stupid date with some guy her boyfriend was friends with. “No y/n he’s super fun and he’s a great singer and you’ll really like him I promise” your bff said attempting to get you off the couch. You knew of Axl you hadn’t met him but you had see his music video for Welcome to the Jungle pop up on the MTV and you had to admit he was a very attractive man and talented and sure a date with him would be fun but there’s just no way this new rocker guy would like you so what was the point in going. “There’s no way he’s going to like me why should I go?” You said questioning your best friend. “You don’t know that y/n just give him a chance ok, besides if you never try a date with him how do you know he won’t like you.” Your best friend said crossing her arms and looking down on you. Shit you thought she made a good point. “Fineeeee” you said getting off the couch reluctantly. “Yay!! Let’s go get ready come on y/n it’ll be so fun I promise” your best friend said

……… (time skip to arriving at the date)

You guys got to the Rainbow which was where the date was planned at around 8 and shortly after Slash showed up on time but there was no sign of Axl. “ Slash babe where the hell is he I thought you guys were coming together?”your best friend asked Slash. “He was taking to long to get ready he told me he’d catch a cab and be here just a few mins after me he’ll come though I promise” Slash said. Yeah right you thought great you got stood up and now you had to spend the whole night just watching your bff and her boyfriend make out how fun you thought. It was now 8:30 and your really thought there’s no way this man would show up but the door swung open around 8:33 and sure enough there he was. Shit you thought he was handsome actually I don’t know if you could call him that he was honestly beautiful his long strawberry blond hair fell perfectly on him he was wearing a white t shirt with a red blazer jacket over it and he’s green eyes somehow immediately pierced you.

Axls POV:

I was late like really late for a date I felt sorta bad but I’ve never been known for being on time so it was not really new to me. Where the fuck is Slash I thought scanning the crowd then I saw her she was wearing a tight black dress had the most beautiful loosely curled hair and her eyes somehow immediately met mine. She was also sitting by slash and his girlfriend so that better be the girl I’m supposed to be meeting.

Axl walked up to your table and sat right by you “Bout time you showed up ass hole” Slash said to Axl. “Just be happy I came ok man” Axl said smirking at slash. You giggled Axl was quick was his words that was something you learned very fast. “So what’s it like being a big shot rockstar” you choked out you were so nervous and didn’t know what to say. “It’s weird” Axl said looking down at the table “ I love it though I love making music and it’s always been a big part of who i am” Axl said looking up to smile at you. You blushed at his smile. You and Axl continued to talk and there was something abt him he wasn’t just some hot headed rockstar he was made out to be there was more to him he was sensitive and a great conversationalist.

Axls POV:

I’ve met a lot of chicks but never one like Y/n something was different about her she made me feel important I could tell she was really listening to me and she was so easy to talk and it also helped she was remarkably beautiful.

Slash and your bff stood up “um we’re gonna need to use the bathroom we’ll be back” you knew something was going on based on the bulge in slashes pants but you were to focused on Axl to really care. “Ok, Use protection buddy” Axl yelled as they were leaving the table. Slash flipped him off as they walked away and Axl laughed, then he stared at you, you looked right at him and blushed as he tucked a piece of hair behind your ear and whispered . “Wanna step outside?” Axl asked. “Sure” you said as Axl grabbed your hand and lead you outside. You stood there on the side walk out side and watched people go by for a few mins before Axl said something that caught you off guard. “ Shit i don’t know how to say this I really don’t” oh no you thought he hates me I should have seen this coming. “But I really like you like actually like you y/n and I want to try this but i can be messed up sometimes and I can lose my shit but something abt you is different y/n you make me feel loved and safe and I want to be with you” Axl said. You couldn’t believe your ears Axl rose liked you it didn’t seem real. “Axl I want to be with you too” you said… and with that Axl kissed you.

I had some thoughts about Boo because she plays a big role in Sulley life c:

ATTENTION!!! huge amount of words.

Firstly, I thought that if I swapped monsters to humans, maybe I can swap Boo kinda the same way? I had an idea of making her a little racoon, whom Sulley would find somewhere near trash cans.

Sulley would find her cute and start feeding her secretly, and at one (probably cold day) he would bring Boo at their place, which make Mike really mad (it's a wild animal! it's dirty and dangerous!!!)

But after some time Mike would get used to Boo and they start living happily ahah x)

The second idea, honestly, I like more (though Boo as a lil racoon is also cute)

I like Sulley×Mike so sry if you have different views ahah😶

I thought that after some years of successful career and living together (as a, probably, married couple😪) they would start having feelings of adopting a child (Sulley was the first one)

It's a serious decision, so I think that Mike's word in this kind of things weighs more (Sulley is more "windy-minded" x))

I even had a scene in my head about how Mike changedhis mind, where a group of children came to the theater where they work for an excursion and Mike was in charge to show them everything and, somehow, inspire the new generation of future actors.

So, after spending a day with children and bonding with one of them, I think, he would finally feel like having their own with Sulley 🤨

Yeah, so in this version, Sulley and Mike adopted Boo (probably Boo is her nickname ahahah)

Y/N's heart was pounding with nervous excitement as she approached the door to the TWICE dorm. She couldn't believe that today was the day she was finally going to introduce her girlfriend, Winter from Aespa, to her fellow TWICE members. She knew her unnies were protective, especially the J-line (Momo, Sana, and Mina) (A/N: Listen to their songs, it's awesome!) who had always treated her like a little sister. But she hoped they would see how happy Winter made her and give her a chance. With a deep breath, the maknae knocked on the door, and it swung open moments later, revealing Nayeon with her bright smile. 

Nayeon - Baby! Come on in!

The youngest entered the dorm, feeling a mixture of excitement and anxiety. 

Y/N - Thanks, Nayeon unnie.

As they walked further into the dorm, they were met with curious glances from the other girls, who were all sitting in the living room. Winter stood close to the younger girl, her hand intertwined with Y/N's, showing her support.

Y/N - Hey, everyone. This is Winter, my girlfriend.

Chaeyoung was the first to speak up, her eyes wide with surprise. 

Chaeyoung - Wow, bro, she's stunning! You never told us you were dating someone.

Y/N chuckled nervously as she scratched her neck. 

Y/N - I wanted to surprise you all (nah- not really lol).

Winter smiled warmly, feeling the tension in the room. 

Winter - It's nice to meet all of you. Y/N has told me so much about each one of you.

Jihyo as the leader and mother number 1, smiled kindly to the other girl. 

Jihyo - We're glad to finally meet you, Winter. Our angel means a lot to us, so we hope you'll take good care of her.

Momo, Sana, and Mina exchanged knowing glances, and TWICE's sunshine couldn't help but feel a sense of dread. She knew the J-line could be overprotective, but this felt like an interrogation waiting to happen. 

Dahyun patted the spot next to her on the couch, gesturing for Winter to sit. 

Dahyun - Come, sit next to me. We want to get to know you better (R.I.P that girl ayee~ jk lol).

As Winter sat down, the J-line seemed to take their positions, forming a semi-circle around her. Y/N could feel the intensity of their gazes, and she was almost certain that they were trying to intimidate Winter.

Momo - So, Winter, tell us about yourself. How did you and our babygirl meet?

Winter took a deep breath, trying to maintain her composure despite the intimidating atmosphere. 

Winter - We met at a music show a few months ago. We got to know each other better over time, and our feelings for each other grew stronger.

Sana leaned forward, her eyes fixed on Winter. 

Sana - How serious are you about Y/N?

Winter didn't hesitate in her response. 

Winter - I'm very serious about her. She means the world to me, and I care deeply for her.

Mina's turn came next, and she spoke softly but straightforwardly. 

Mina - What are your intentions with our kid? Are you just dating her for fun, or do you see a future together?

Winter answered honestly. 

Winter - I can see a future with Y/N. We've talked about our dreams and aspirations, and we're both supportive of each other's goals. I want to be there for her in any way I can.

The maknae felt both touched and embarrassed by Winter's words. She hadn't expected the J-line to grill her girlfriend like this, but she appreciated Winter's sincerity.

Nayeon tried to lighten the mood a bit (cause it's Nayeon guys lmao). 

Nayeon - Winter, do you know how clumsy this girl can be? Are you prepared to deal with her random spills and little accidents?

Winter smiled, her eyes softening as she looked at her girlfriend. 

Winter - I know, and I think her clumsiness is adorable. I'll be there to help clean up the spills and take care of her whenever she needs me.

As the questions continued, Winter answered each one with grace and patience. Y/N could see that Winter was doing her best to be respectful and reassuring, even though the situation felt tense.

Jeongyeon, mama 3, who had been quiet during most of the questioning, finally spoke up. 

Jeongyeon - Winter, if you ever hurt our child, you'll have us to answer to.

Winter smiled warmly. 

Winter - I would never do anything to hurt Y/N. She's the most important person in my life, and I want to make her happy.

Sana leaned forward, her eyes softening. 

Sana - We just want to protect our angel because she's like family to us. We've seen her go through tough times, and we don't want to see her hurt again.

Winter nodded understandingly. 

Winter - I promise you all that I will do my best to make your youngest happy and never cause her any pain. I want to be someone she can lean on and trust.

The intensity in the room finally began to ease, and the maknae felt relieved that Winter had handled the situation so well. The other members seemed to be more at ease too, with some of them even smiling at Winter.

Chaeyoung patted Winter's shoulder. 

Chaeyoung - You seem like a genuine person, Winter. We hope to get to know you better and see you make my little sister happy.

Winter replied gratefully. 

Winter - Thank you. I look forward to getting to know all of you too.

Jihyo had a motherly smile as she spoke. 

Jihyo - Let's all have dinner together and spend some time getting to know one another better.

The tension melted away as the members welcomed Winter into their circle, and the rest of the evening was filled with laughter and stories. Y/N felt incredibly grateful for her supportive unnies and how they had accepted Winter into their lives. As the night came to a close, she walked Winter to the door.

Y/N - I'm sorry about the interrogation back there, babe.

Winter chuckled softly, giving her girl's hand a reassuring squeeze. 

Winter - It's okay, love. I understand why they were protective. I would be too if I were in their position.

Y/N - They really care about me, but I'm glad they gave you a chance.

Winter - I'm glad too. They seem like wonderful people, just like you.

Y/N blushed at the compliment, feeling a surge of love for Winter. 

Y/N - You're pretty wonderful yourself, honey.

As they shared a sweet moment together, Y/N knew that she had made the right decision in introducing Winter to her TWICE family. The overprotective unnies might have been intimidating, but their love and concern for her were evident. And as she looked into Winter's eyes, she knew that she had found someone special, someone who would cherish her and make her heart soar. From that day forward, Winter became a cherished part of TWICE's maknae's life. But don't think that the J-line wasn't keeping a watchful eye from the sidelines, they were always ready to step in if needed. But as time went on, they saw just how genuine and caring Winter was, and they welcomed her fully into their family. And that made the unnies have a single thought:

Hello here are some fun Castti headcanons I think about a lot :]

She has eczema on skin that was exposed to the purple rain, but the skin discoloration is purple instead of red.

She continues to have memory issues for basically the rest of her life, but it gets milder. Eg, she might forget the names of the other party members or have no clue where they are.

There's some emotional regulation issues as a result of the purple rain, also made her a bit more blunt.

Anyway. More miscellaneous thoughts :] :]

I really really love her dynamic with Ochette it is the most important thing ever. I think cause of the whole apothecary thing, Castti really really loves taking care of people. When she wakes up in Canalbrine without any memories, I think she'd almost be disappointed when Malaya says she doesn't need any help because she's got nothing to occupy her time with if she can't help other people. Then she meets Ochette and it's perfect cause Ochette needs a lot of help navigating human society.

I think when she's not helping people, Castti is kinda just standing there waiting for something to happen so Ochette tries to find stuff Castti would like so she isn't just standing there. She teaches Castti to identify plants so whenever there's nothing going on, Castti will just go around figuring out what plants are in the area so she can make more medicine :]

I am also so normal about Castti and Osvald's potential dynamic. I think they should've had a crossed paths together. Oguh man. I'm normal about them I swear

Honestly I love your hcs of how the purple rain affected her, with both the physical and emotional trauma of that event combined it'd make sm more sense for it to have more long-term effects on Castti than was shown or implied in canon, and all of these are rly good applications of that! I like to imagine the other travelers would be very patient with her memory and emotional regulation issues (or at least try to be), at first just bcus she's a kind and helpful person to the team, then bcus they grow to like her as a person and friend, and then especially so when they come to understand its cause. Also I think it'd be cool if Castti invented or improved medicated lotion for excema due to her own personal and unique experiences with it, she'd certainly have the medicinal expertise (and I bet Partitio would help spread the word of it and its uses for others it could benefit!)

Ahhh Castti just not knowing what to do when nobody's around for her to help is not only so in character but also pretty relatable to me lol, I can absolutely see that! I love the idea that Ochette would help her out by teaching her how to identify plants too, it's such a sweet Ochette thing to do and would totally be helpful for Castti's work too!

I also love the dynamic between Ochette and Castti, I think it's rly cute and sweet with potential for being funny too!! I regularly think about how it was Ochette who pretty much saved Castti from falling prey to Vide (ik it's supposed to be a Beastling Thing and not an Ochette Thing but I hate how the beastlings are handled and I make my own canon with them specifically. it is an Ochette Thing in my heart <3 )

Also SO TRUE the dynamic between Castti and Osvald is so underexplored and it has sm potential!! I saw you sent an ask about that specifically as well and I'm gonna get right too that, I'm super excited to read it! I adore exploring the relationships between the travelers, the Banters give you a taste but I'm obsessed with character relations of all sorts so it's never enough for me lol

Hey so. its been a while. I havent had a lot of energy these past few weeks and when I did I didnt really wanna spend that energy on this bad book series, but its the weekend and its been wayyyy too long and I need to finish ACOMAF before shit starts falling out of my sieve of a brain. As always, I am motivating myself with the prospect of contuining to work on a proshot of the takarazuka production elisabeth after this, the 2014 flower troupe one specifically ^-^ or maybe I'll watch a fucked up black and white movie from the 20s thats two and a half hours long, we'll see

Today we're reading chapter 53, the precursor to The most infamous chapter 54. Im not gonna lie, I kinda forgot most of what happened last time. There was a mate reveal, Rhysand was being really pathetic which made him hot to me for the first time in about 600 pages of me knowing him, Feyre was super pissed so they sent her to the mountain cabin to cool off a bit and paint, i think thats it

is it just me or is it kinda weird that Feyre is fantasizing about green grass and flowers and flowing rivers when the NC so far has been defined by being a very wintery place. Like yeah, obviously they have seasons in the solar courts but like, theres a lot of mountains which means a lot of snow, its the most nothern court etc

And Feyre didnt like winter in the first book because she associated it with bad times at the cabin so that makes sense but idk. I feel like if youre retconning her so much already you could easily wrie something about how she actually likes winter now that she has the power to withstand it or something but no, sure, have her fantasize about very spring-y weather in the book where the spring court gets demonized to hell and back why not

'[Rhysand] would give me the money for my shop, for what I was offering would cost nothing. Maybe I would sell my paintings to pay him back the money. Because I wanted to do that under any corcumstance, soulmates or not.' I was gonna write something snarky about Feyre in ACOSF but then it hit me that shes never going to have financial independance from Rhysand ever again and now Im just sad and anxious for her

Its so wild to me that shes saying all this about the guy who made her his slave and whore MULTIPLE TIMES AT THIS POINT. like hey sarah, do you think your readers dont remember all that? do you think constantly calling back to it will make them forget somehow

Ive seen some people describe this book as gaslighting and honestly, its not even that its just lying. this story is just a bunch of lies that keep contradicting or otherwise disturbing eachother because the person telling it isnt even a good liar

Okayyyyy this chapter was a lot shorter than anticipated can you tell i dont plan these out at all but i dont feel like doing more than this and also while I was reading i got a really good idea for an Anastasia AU for a different fandom im in and I keep getting distracted and I wanna start working on it as soon as possible. Also I was thinking what would happen after they fall in love? Will they continue to love in secret for fear that their parents will discover the secret and keep them apart? I think this will make Roland more rebellious bc I think their relationship is impossible because of their parents and the thing that they will be the king and the royal sorcerer, Then I think they will decide to run away together when they are old enough to build a life outside the kingdom "Does this make sense?"

Sorry I'm just afraid of making them out of character in some way.

hiii, no need to apologize! i’ve caught myself many a time worrying about staying in character, so i totally get it.

keeping the bullies nameless is a pretty good strategy, since it allows u to fully focus on cedric and roland without getting caught up in background characters.

concerning the question of whether they love in secret or run away, that’s up to u to decide! there are so many fun paths to take when it comes to writing and, as long as you provide reasoning, anything flies. honestly, keeping the relationship secret while trying to maintain their roles is a very alluring concept to me, but them running away to another kingdom (say… rudistan or whatever u’d like) would also be incredibly interesting to see because of all of the consequences that would follow!

i mean, imagine living in another kingdom and hearing the news that enchancia’s heir to the throne and the son of the royal sorcerer just disappeared one day. with cedric’s luck, everyone would most likely think that he had something malicious to do with roland’s disappearance and enchancia would probably try to hunt them down as a result. will they or will they not be caught, who knows? 🫣

sry about that, i got a little carried away but, honestly, i think ur on a very good track with the characterization. i think its incredibly fair to say that roland would act out against his father and goodwyn’s influence, especially when they notice him and cedric spending a bit too much time together and reprimand him for it. in such a scenario, he is bound to feel conflicted by his feelings for cedric and his mentors’ demands of him.

i think my biggest advice, in the end, is just to have fun and see where ur writing takes u. fanfiction is built on making up scenarios and trying to fit characters into them. if u make the reader believe why a character is doing something, then it works.

naw its all good!! i love the idea and stan deserves to have atleast one good partner with whom he has great resonance with and that cares about him and isnt just using him. They roam together for a bit but yeah i dont think itd last long (fords fault) and i too love a bit of jealous ford sooo!

im still trying to figure out the younger pines twins and honestly i think the only way would to make the either unrelated to the stans (cause of timeline issues. or the stans could be their direct uncles/cousins) and have them be students at the awma (axolotls weapon/miester academy instead of deaths lol).

i love the idea of twin weapons sooo much (the pots of fire and thunder and then also liz and patty, although theyre only twins in weapon form) but i can also see Mabel as dippers weapon. Mostly just cause i think it be funny if they had a Anya/Meme/Tsugumi type relationship (from Soul Eater Not!) with dipper and Pacifica both trying to be Mabel's Miester and beefing the whole time.

and since the students were essentially to defeating asura (dips and mabs helping to defeat bill) theyd play a part in helping with the fight. (ooh wendy could be blair but like a way more chill/nonchalant version)

as for the portal incident itd be more of ford doing research on Eibon/weapons/witches and like the origins of all that and stumbling upon the existence black blood/the kishin and a group of witches whose purpose is to revive bill and then bill/asura trying to get ford to free him from his prison. Fidds goes insane and dips, ford (whos starting to be infected by insanity) contacts stan for help and stan tries to destroy the research.

They'd fight but obviously theres no portal for ford to fall in. Id say one of two things could happen in this au:

1. Ford's insanity taking over, they fight, stan uses his wavelenth to disrupt the insanity/black blood and basically this is where theyd, very hesitant and hostile, team back up to figure out what to do with the research and also report to death/the axolotl so they can start helping in the fight against the group trying to revive bill.

2. they get ambushed mid argument/fight by a small group sent to retrieve fords research (and ford tbh) and have to partner up and fight for their lives while trying to find their balance cause they havent fought together in over a decade and also having to keep the insanity at bay.

The research would be destroyed in the process which would mean a bigger target on fords back cause he's the only (partially sane) one that knew the contents of said research. Stan decides to stick around to keep his twin safe and fords really isnt in any shape to protest especially when Lord death agrees.
