BONUS AIRHEADED S/O HEADCANNONS: Yusuke (Yu Yu Hakusho)
He likes to act like he's some callous tough guy, but really he's a huge softie.
Can get annoyed by your dullness, but other than that this boy is whipped
Yusuke is the furthest thing from book smart, but he's very street smart.
You on the other hand, aren't smart at all.
The amount of times he's had to pull you out of oncoming traffic is insane.
Not a single scratch on your either
But when HE wanders out in the street to get some kid's ball, he ends up getting hit by a car.
Yusuke's known you since he and Keiko were in diapers.
And even then he thought you were a strange kid.
I'm sorry? Did you just ask him if he could smell what purple tastes like??? While coloring with a red crayon?
You put your baby teeth under the bed? So the monsters don't get hungry???
No you cannot have some of his mother's ‘juice.’
He was never the best at making new friends, and you'd been around long enough for him to grow fond of your strange habits. So~he didn't mind you tagging along.
Especially when he'd reached junior high and his bad boy facade really ramped up.
Always getting into fights, always ditching school, always getting into trouble just because he could.
It should've come as no shock that you'd get after him for his behavior. Like the rest of the people in his life.
You'd caught him one day after school. Yusuke having been in a fight, which he of course was punished for by Iwamoto. Even though he wasn't the one that started it.
You had grabbed his arm, thinking he was skipping again.
But when he turned around you could see various scratches littering his face, along with a purple swelling under his eye.
“What happened?” You asked.
“None of your business.” He dismissed.
He was already having a bad day. He didn't need you to accidentally make it worse. Yet as always, you didn't seem to get the hint.
“Did you get into a fight?”
“I said it was none of your business.” He snapped before adding, “Not like I need another lecture today.”
Keiko had chewed him out enough, and he still had his mom to deal with at home. And now you wanted to nag him too? Great. Just great.
He waited for the inevitable “How could you be so careless!” And, “What were you thinking!”
Instead he was met with silence.
He looked up and noticed your hurt expression before you turned to leave.
Instantly he started to panic.
For whatever reason, he couldn't stand to see you upset at him. You, who always had something to say with your dopey smile. Who always tried to help even if you didn't know how.
No, he didn't like your downcast expression at all.
So this time it was him stopping you.
“Hey! I didn't mean it like that…Look, I got jumped, okay? But I put those bastards in their place, so don't worry about it.” He decided to test his luck and hug you.
When you didn't tense up or pull away, he allowed himself to relax against you.
“Let's just go home.”
“Okay…Wait, does that mean we're having a sleepover?”
He gave a small laugh before grabbing your hand and leading you to his house.
Safe to say he's got a huge soft spot for you.
Your spirit awareness is even higher than Kuwabara’s.
You were probably the only person who could see Yusuke's ghost floating around after he died.
Asking him “why are you haunting my house?”
He figures he might as well explain his situation, much to Botan's dismay. But when was he to ever care about the rules.
It's during that time he finally gets to see you fight.
10/10 your biggest cheerleader.
He'd asked you to watch over Kuwabara when the doofus had promised not to fight for a whole week.
You two got along well, which wasn't surprising considering you had not a single brain cell to spare for hostility.
It wasn't long before the two of you were cornered by a rival junior high gang. You'd told Kuwabara to run on ahead and that you'd catch up.
That was when the leader decided to run his mouth. What would inevitably be his undoing.
“Now that Urameshi’s dead, this turf is ripe for the taking.”
It was probably the first time Yusuke's ever seen you actually mad.
“What did you say?”
One minute. That's all it took for you to beat the gang of seven.
Using one of them like a bowling ball and throwing him towards the rest of them.
All the while Yusuke is cheering in the background above you.
“Aim for the kneecaps! You got them, Y/n! Toss the bastard again!”
He's very proud of you. And his pride only swells when your strength grows along with his.
Joining the dark tournament and still kicking ass. Winning most of your matches with hardly a scratch. Except for Toguro. We don't talk about that shhhh!
Like I said he can get annoyed, but he usually puts up really well with your antics.
You call Kurama rose boy, not because of his powers, but because as you put it, “His hair’s the color of roses.”
It fits, but for the wrong reasons.
You steal Hiei's bandage around his eye, and Yusuke is practically fighting for his life to stop him from attacking you.
“You're supposed to look someone in the eyes when you talk to them. All your eyes.”
And he's crying trying to stop his laughter before Hiei sets his sights on him next.
You once mimicked his spirit gun with your hand and actually shot out a beam.
His mother never did let him live it down with the huge hole in the ceiling.
The realization he liked you wasn't some great build up or special moment.
He just woke up one day and decided it was you.
His reason for trying to be a little better as a person. Why he was fighting so hard during both tournaments. Why he was so willing to die in his battle with Sensui.
He doesn't get the chance to confess. No…You do it first.
Right after he'd won and became in control of his body after defeating Sensui, you wrapped your arms around him and kissed him.
Pressing your forehead softly to his.
“I'm so happy you're okay.”
Yusuke can get jealous, especially if the other person doesn't get the hint.
And if someone's flirting with you before you're together.
He likes to glare over your shoulder until they get nervous and leave. Then he'll feign an innocent look when you turn around.
But if he's with people he trusts, he doesn't bat an eye. They know he'll throw down over your affections.
Yusuke can be romantic, but only when he really tires. Usually he prefers to tease you.
Expect to be called: babe, baby, sugar, hot stuff, and if he's feeling really vulnerable- sweetheart.
If he wants to be a menace to everyone around him he'll slip in a ‘pookiebear.’ But never unironically.
You know how he proposes to Keiko at the end of the series?
With you he knows a normal proposal won't work. So he just kinda puts the idea out there.
“You're gonna have to buy your own cups when we're married. It's getting harder and harder to find ones that fit with our house’s aesthetic.”
"We should have a beach house wedding, dont’cha think? Maybe Hiei will finally show up that way."
“Y/n? You mean my wife/husband? The love of my life?”
And it pays off.
You bring him a little box one day and tell him to open it.
Inside is a small gold ring.
“I found a ring so we can be married for real!” 😃
Yup, you're definitely the one. You and your small brain and big heart.

Summary: "Why is he even coming? It's more than obvious he doesn't want to come," Jiang Cheng muttered as he stood with his sister and Wei Wuxian as they waited for Lan Wangji to arrive to Lotus Pier. "Of course he wants to come! Why would he come if he didn't want to come? Besides, A-Xian has told me all about how close they are. Why would he not come to see a close friend?" Jiang Yanli argued. "I heard the only reason he is coming because his brother insisted he should accept one of Wei Wuxian's invitations," her brother informed. "Shijie is right, if Lan Zhan doesn't want to come, he wouldn't have accepted my invitation. I know him, he wouldn't do it if he was really set on not coming." -- In which, in their youth Lan Wangji does decide to visit Wei Wuxian at Lotus Pier after being invited several times. One might say he experiences culture shock.
Kay's comments: I really enjoyed this exploration of Lan Wangji accepting Wei Wuxian's invitations and visiting him at Lotus Pier after the Lectures! Teenage Wangxian are on point in this story and I loved reading about Lan Wangji slowly coming to understand that things at Lotus Pier are very much different from how things are at the Cloud Recesses and of course, there are misunderstandings and pining, but nothing feels forced. It's all very natural! Really impressive for being the author's first fic in this fandom!
Excerpt: "Being hospitable is fine, but she's constantly bending over backwards for those two, you'd think Wei Wuxian and Lan Wangji are Chief Cultivators!" "I assure you - ," Lan Wangji began his attempt to calm the woman he had seemingly offended. Madam Yu short him a look so sharp she may have as well pointed a sword at his direction, "I am talking to my husband." Jiang Fengmian sighed, "There is really no need to be upset. No one has meant any harm!" "I'm not upset in the slightest!" Madam Yu practically screamed, "you're always making it sound like I'm acting oh so unreasonable!" Lan Wangji stood at that, "It is clear to me that my visit has caused you great inconvenience. I apologize wholeheartedly and I hate to be the cause of any sort of distress. I'll be leaving back to Gusu first thing in the morning if you'd still be so kind to let me spend the night here."

High risk, high reward
@krispydestinydefendor
🥂🚨🚑 ahem preferably wwx centric but like i love every single thing you've written so hehe <3
There is a saying in my country that's roughly translated as "either the ball [as in, the prom/banquet], or the hospital", and it means taking the leap no matter the risks because everything could either go terribly wrong or terribly right. It's an elegant way of saying "fuck it" before doing a high risk activity.
This prompt made me think of that.
Wei Wuxian likes risks. He likes the thrill of it, and the fact that, most often, he gets the reward that's made him take the risk in the first place. Whether it's a dare or an idea he wants to see if he can put into practice, he doesn't shy away from anything.
However, there are times when the risks he takes aren't necessarily calculated, and land him in trouble - nothing major, most often with getting yelled at by Madam Yu and having to replace whatever he broke or damaged using his own money... but this time, it's a bit more... difficult to do that.
Because Wei Wuxian won a bet he made with Jin Zixun just to shut him up - but now, Wei Wuxian is feeling like he's going to die. Or puke his guts and his soul out.
The bet was about Wei Wuxian being able to take 10 flutes of champagne at once. They're at this afterparty of some high class gala of the four great families, and since the parents and the uncles have retired for the night already, the younger generation has been left to have fun freely, without any formalities. It was uncle Jiang's idea, bless him, but Wei Wuxian kind of wishes it hadn't been.
Cause even with his massive alcohol tolerance, he's pretty sure he's well on his way towards alcohol poisoning.
"Huaisang, I think we need to call an ambulance..."
"An am- Wei-xiong, are you dying?!"
Wei Wuxian rolls his eyes. "I will if you don't call the ambulance. Just tell them what happened and to send in someone quick. I don't know, a doctor, a nurse, a priest..."
"Serves you right for getting into it with Jin Zixun." Jiang Cheng says, handing Wei Wuxian another glass of water. "You'd sooner die than mind your business."
"I'm really not in the mood for any of your lectures right now. Yell at me when I feel better. Or when I die."
Wei Wuxian closes his eyes and decides to try and at least get himself in a stable state of mind. Last thing he needs is to panic, so he tries to take in deep breaths and ignore the nausea and the impending sense of doom he's feeling.
He knows he's going to have to pay his own hospital bills, and he's going to also have to do Nie Huaisang's homework for months to cover the cost of the ambulance ride (which he has been generous enough to offer to cover), but at least he won't be dead. He'll wish he was when Madam Yu finds out about this, but that's a given.
If she ends up kicking Wei Wuxian out this time, like she threatened she would if he got into trouble again, he'll have to figure out how to make himself useful enough to convince one of his friends to take him in. He's pretty good in the kitchen and he can do a decent job cleaning, so maybe he could be their live-in maid or something... Well, didn't Madam Yu say he'll end up just like his father?
The sound of the ambulance alarm pulls him out of his thoughts. Right, the hospital. He almost forgot about it, which isn't necessarily a good sign of his mental state right now.
"Wangji-xiong, he's right there, I think he's almost passed out and I really don't know-"
Wangji-xiong? Oh, right, Lan Zhan is working the night shift as an EMT tonight, that's why he couldn't come to the gala... What a coincidence...
Wei Wuxian feels himself gently lifted in a pair of very strong arms, and he makes the herculean effort to open his eyes. "Lan... Zhan...?"
"I am here. You'll be okay."
"Mm... if you'll take care of me, I will..."
Lan Wangji tells Jiang Cheng something but Wei Wuxian doesn't really hear it. He's focused on trying not to throw up on his crush, who's so strong and smells so good and is holding him like a bride, and maybe it's the alcohol but Wei Wuxian really wants to kiss him, but...
"Lan Zhan..."
"Mn?"
"I like you..."
"I like you too, Wei Ying."
"No, like you as in I want you to be my boyfriend."
"Ask me again when you're sober."
"Will you say yes?"
"I will."
"Lan Zhan?"
"Mn?"
"I think I'm about to throw up."

Anais' Attic- Balatro.
Have you ever wanted to play Poker, but it's actually Yu-Gi-Oh, but it's Slay the Spire? Well that's what you'll get out of Balatro, the latest Deck-builder Roguelike to hit the market.
I'm a fan of roguelikes/lites, both Clo and I have been for a long time. Risk of Rain 2, Rogue Legacy 1 & 2, Hades, even Enter the Gungeon to a certain extent- and of course, Slay the Spire. Hell, even in Honkai Star Rail we ended up only playing through more of the game so we could unlock more Simulated Universe content.
There's just something about the addiction of “Just one more run, just one more run, cmon, can't end on a loss, just one more that scratches the lizard brain’s itchy rash like freshly manicured nails, and Balatro definitely hits that urge. It's the prestigious winner of two of our personal rewards, one of which is that in an effort to not have to stop playing, we decided to purchase it on both Ps5 and switch. Sure it's only 15$, but that should tell you all you need to know about how good it really is.
But in case you'd like a full breakdown, here you go.
As stated Balatro is, in essence, another deck-builder roguelike. You win battles, earn money, and proceed to use said money to acquire new cards so you can win more battles to earn more money and so on. Same loop, new software. But one of Balatro's unique things is that it uses your standard 52-card deck as its base to build from. It's more complicated than that by the end of the average run, but that is where it starts. If you've seen a 52-card deck, you've seen every card in the starting deck. Where it gets wild is the different jokers you can use to build into getting all sorts of wild combinations, like turning all your cards into the same suit, or giving you a 4x multiplier for playing a four of a kind.
Because that's Balatro's other shtick- it's a poker game on top of everything else. You know all the memes you can find joking about Chess 2? Well this is Poker 2. If you know how to tell a three of a kind from a straight flush, you're a bit ahead of the curve, but you'll find your advantage means little when you need 300,000 points to beat the end boss of an ante, and you're barely making 30k with your hands. You're in Balatro's casino now, and you're gonna play by its rules.. But hey, at least it'll tell you the rules. That's more than you'd get in vegas.
Balatro is, however, all gameplay. Not so much as a scrap of an excuse plot. If you imagine a scale with “Roguelike storytelling” on it, then Balatro is far on the other end, about as far away from Hades as it gets. If that turns you off, no big deal, I don't judge. But I will tell you you're missing out.
Balatro has exploded in popularity, and it's been mostly to its benefit. I say mostly because while the game did manage to sell over 500k copies in two weeks, it didn't manage to escape without an 18+ Pegi rating, and an outright ban in South Korea as of the time of this writing. Banned and outrageously rated for the same reason there's no more game corner in the Pokémon games- it's too much like gambling, even when games that are essentially gambling and encourage gambling are not only allowed, they're shoved in your face.
If you're just looking for a thumbs up or down, let me answer that with a cautionary tale. Clover and I were told to give this one a try by a friend, and it proceeded to consume just over 30 hours of our sadly limited time on this earth over the span of a week. Given we work a dayjob, but have the ability to play for an hour at lunch, that's essentially nothing but Balatro in every spare moment. Which is why Balatro is the recipient of our other personal reward, being awarded the honor of getting deleted just so that we could get any work done.
After all, if the house always wins, then the only winning move is not to play at all. - 🌙

Soooo I just finished the Doma arc of Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters (also known as Waking the Dragons or the Orichalchos arc) and I wanted to share my brief thoughts about it.
To begin with, I was quite interested in this arc. I already read the manga fully, watched GX, 5Ds and I was going to start Zexal but decided to at least finish DM before moving on from the "original trilogy". The main reason I was interested in Doma is the fact that it's 100% an anime original arc that doesn't follow the manga. Moreover, its lead writer was Shin Yoshida (the same guy who made GX S4) which AFAIK is somewhat controversial among the fandom. I was interested in seeing how well could Gallop use the setting made by Takahashi to create an original story as the previous filler arcs (Noah, Legendary Heroes and Rebecca's arcs were quite short).
I have to say I liked it. I'll go over a few points that I loved about the Doma arc:
Yami Yugi got an insane development. In contrast to the overall heroic almost invincible development he got in the previous seasons (which is helped by the fact Gallop skipped the first 7 volumes where Yami has a more, let's say, violent attitude) we see Yami falling to the temptation of darkness and losing, showing himself vulnerable. He feels more human and deep. The famous (meme) moment where he goes berserk on Haga gave me some brief reminds of early Yami.
I really liked the idea of past characters like Ryuzaki, Haga and (especially) Mai getting more development and closure.
The 3 Musketeers of Doma are pretty good. I like their designs even if they kinda feel like they tried to fill archetypes (Rafael being the strong bulky guy, Amelda the androgynous and Varon having the design you'd expect a shonen protagonist to have) and their tragic backstories. I especially liked how with Varon and Amelda, the story got into darker themes related to organized crime and war. It reminded me a bit of Gundam.
I loved how Gallop took over the notion of the Duel Spirits and developed them more. I like the idea of the Duel Monsters not being mere tools but also beings of their own with their will, desires and such. I find Rafael's character arc and initial ideology to be interesting for that reason.
Unlike Noah's arc (which had the issue of being so awkwardly placed in the middle of the Battle City finals) or the Domino City battles arcs (which feel like a breather between DK and BC), the Doma arc not only doesn't feel awkwardly introduced but it honestly feels welcome because I remember the transition from BC Finals to the MW manga arcs to feel kinda abrupt.
As someone who has finished GX and 5Ds, watching the Doma arc for the first time is funny because it's where you can pin the point where the Yugioh anime franchise just went berserk. From the careful and lowkey "magical realism" approach of the manga to the wacky "the fate of the world rests on a card draw" type of science fantasy.
It teases and foreshadows some elements of the Egyptian arc. In general, I appreciate how they tried to make it feel connected.
I like how the Musketeers are presented as strong and almost invincible Duelists and they ARE strong and almost invincible.
The change of setting was nice and it helps make the Yugioh world feel bigger.
Now, some things I didn't like:
While I do appreciate Gallop picking Mai and try to give her some closure in contrast to how she is simply written off in the manga...it could have honestly been better. Don't even get me started on her anticlimactic ending and (off-camera) duel against Dartz.
Dartz is interesting and cool, but I personally find him a little boring compared to the rest of the villains. Maybe because I already watched GX and 5Ds so I'm a little burnt out by the whole "evil esoteric villain who wants to destrot the world". I'd say Doma itself is an interesting villain because of the whole notion of them controlling the world.
As said before, this is the moment where the Yugioh anime definitely establishes its own wacky line that would go further into fruition in GX and 5Ds...but some moments just feel so silly to be taken serious (like the whole US Navy asking Yugi, Kaiba and Jounochi to destroy the Eldritch horror villain because "they couldn't")
I know it's a filler arc (by definition, not in the pejorative sense) but, just like the rest of the DM series, it has some pacing issues (although not as big as the BC arc) with some moments just dragging for so long it becomes mind-numbing. It rubbed me off the wrong way that Gallop decided to waste the final episode of the arc (184) in making an unnecessary pseudo-recap episode instead of, you know, giving a bit better closure to Mai, Ryuzaki, Haga and the Musketeers.
It's pretty much common knowledge that the DM animation peaked at DK and then afterwards became quite inconsistent. This was (along with the awful pacing and artistic direction change) what I disliked the most about the Battle City arcs and it's repeated in Doma with some episodes (the ones made by Yumeta or by Gallop in-house) being beautiful and others (the ones outsourced to DongWoo, SSC and others) being terrible. The contrast gives me whiplash (the Mai vs Joey duel in Industrial Illusions HQs is a prime example).
All in all, I still liked it and I appreciate it as the true divergence point between the manga and the anime franchise.

Ice Cream
Bosch w. x gn! reader
a new ice cream shop opened in metro city. so you and bosch decided to check it out.
"Hey, isn't that the new Ice cream parlor that opened up last week?" Your eyes lit up as you spotted the neon sign announcing the grand opening of Julie's Ice Cream. "Let's check it out!"
Bosch chuckled as you dragged him closer to the front door. "Alright, alright. Lead the way."
The sweet aroma of freshly made cones hit your senses as you walked in. Your eyes widen in surprise at the colorful array of flavors that behind the glass display "Oh wow. They had more than I was expecting."
"I've never even heard of some of these flavors before." you said. Green-Tea Oreo. Black Coconut Ash. Caramel Bacon Swirl. And even Pistachio Pesto. What does that even taste like? You were practically bouncing in excitement.
"What about you? Anything catching your eye?" you asked, taking your eyes off the display. There were a couple of people in front of you, so you had time to look over your options.
Bosch glanced down at the tubs that were filled to the brim with ice cream. "I actually never had ice cream before." he said sheepishly scratching the back of his head.
"No?"
"No." Bosch laughed nervously with a hint of embarrassment. "We did have something similar back in Nayshall, called Kulfi." he added, hoping to redeem himself.
You curiously turned to him. "Kulfi? What's that?" you asked.
"It's a frozen dessert from back home," Bosch explained. "It's similar to ice cream, but it has a creamier texture."
"Well, today's your lucky day then!" you declared. "Maybe we could ask for samples to taste to see which one you like."
"Hey. Let's not get overboard. I don't think I'm willing to try the Bacon Swirl." he scolded, pointing at the perpetrator through the glass.
The worker who helped you both had to scoop samples from almost every single tin before he landed on mango and you with chocolate. Happily taking your dessert after paying, you motioned to sit near the window since it was nice and warm today.
Bosch plopped across from you and placed a handful of napkins on the table before he dug into his sweet treat.
"I don't think I ever had Kulfi. What's it like?" you asked, taking one of the napkins and wiping your mouth.
With a wistful smile, He allowed the sweetness of the mango ice cream to settle on his tongue, before responding."It's similar to ice cream, but it has a richer texture with different flavors." His gaze drifted into the past.
"There was this stand back in Nayshall," Bosch began, voice laced with nostalgia. "Where the owner made the best Kulfi in town. And on hot days, me and Yu-..." He paused. "...Me and a couple of people would sit in the front until the owner arrived. You'd be lucky to be able to get one."
You can hear the hesitation in Bosch's voice as he trailed off, he's clearly holding back, but you didn't want to pry too much. Instead, You smiled gently, placing a comforting hand on his arm.
"Well, it sounds like a wonderful memory. I hope I can try it one day." you said meeting his gaze.
"Yeah, it was," he replied returning your smile. His eyes lingered on you. "But I do have to admit, this ice cream does taste pretty good too."
You laughed nudging him playfully. "Well, I'm glad I'm able to introduce you to all the wonderful flavors of ice cream. Maybe next time you can treat me to Kulfi on our next date." You took another spoonful of Chocolate ice cream as Bosch laughed, nudging you back.

Guys.... I don't know who else needs to hear this. Or who else is also suffering like I am right now... But can we STOP with the reliance on computers!!!! Just..... *Sighs* bad language and lots of rage under the cut...
I'm not talking about technology, would be hypocritical, I mean keyboard and mouse, full package material computers. Why am I beyond fucking pissed right now? Well I'll tell you.
Yesterday I mentioned how I discovered Yu-Gi-Oh Tag Force was a thing. Today, I discovered that all 6 can be downloaded onto a PSP emulator. And that said emulator is easily installed through the app store. So far so great right? Oh no. What's the first thing that pops up when you click "where do I get games?" It takes you to your phone/tablets browser and essentially goes. "If you're on Android, download the file on your computer and transfer it to your device."
Hehehe.... Heres a crazy thought? If all it needs is a .iso file? Which it does. And those files are easily downloaded through the same browser you just opened up.... Which they are.... And, I can't stress this enough, if you're going to make an emulator available on Android devices.... WHY THE FUCK WOULD YOU TELL ME TO USE MY COMPUTER!!!
Seriously! Don't you think that if I had the ability to open these files on a computer that I would... Oh I don't know.... USE THE EMULATOR ON THE FUCKING COMPUTER!!! There's one available, I saw the link right above the description of what to do on Android.
"But blog owner?" I hear you ask, "didn't you say you could download the files on your phone anyway?" Indeed I did. "Well then what's the problem?"
Very good question my friends. You see... There wouldn't be a problem. Files downloaded fine, emulator runs them fine (well unless it's a USA based file instead of a Europe one... Not sure what the issue with that was and didn't really have time to look into it before I got mad at the other problem.) But here's the thing... Yu-Gi-Oh Tag Force? Suffers from this little issue I label "English speakers are either cheap. Or stupid."
You see. Tag Force has these wonderful little cuts everytime your opponent sets a card or draws or gets attacked. Lovely little immersion bits. However... When the review I watched said "They even got the Japanese voice actors, too bad they couldn't do the same for English." I assumed, like most probably would, that they DIDN'T get the GX voice actors to record those lines.... And well... They didn't.... They didn't get ANYONE to record those lines! So here I am, speeding through the duels because all I'm hearing is clicks and explosion like sound effects while reading, as if I turned off the voice volume somehow.
But okay, that's fine, no biggie. I'll just use the Japanese voices... Oh wait. I can't. Because, instead of letting the players listen to SOMETHING while reading the translations, they just coded the voice volume at zero... And here... Here's where I got even more pissed. Because there are fixes for this online, of course there is it's the internet. Even ones that are extra helpful and include the program you need to do the patching yourself so I'll just tap on that and.... Oh yeah. It's a .exe file. Android can't run executable files.
Putting aside WHY we need an OS to rub a single type of file, when most phones now are capable of running games that required multiple discs 10 years ago, not a single person. Not a one. Ever considered how you'd do this on an Android device. Even putting the word android into the search engine didn't help! Which wouldnt be so bad... If, as I JUST said, it weren't for the fact IT EXISTS ON THE FUCKING APP STORE!
But again... That'd be fine... Quick search to see if there's anything on the app store thatd run these files and... Oh would you look at that? I already have it installed. So, I decide to make things as easy for me as possible. Download all the .iso for all the games. Download all the patches to turn the voices on, as well as a translation for the game that wasn't released outside Japan, and I spend the better part of an hour or two waiting for the files to download. Extracting the files. Patching the files. Deleting the non patched files and the downloaded zip folders so it's not a complete mess. And then I open the first game again. It opens fine. Runs like before. Overwrite the old save data, enter my name again and.... The character models are now black squares.
At that point I deleted everything. Said fuck it all and permanently erased it, emptied the bin, everything. Now... Should I have only done it one game at a time? Probably. Should I have taken it slow and saw if it worked? Yes. But... And I can't stress this enough... When theres an app that exists (that you can buy an upgrade for btw, didnt even bother checking what that includes) and is known as the ONLY emulator that works for PSP games. And all these files need is to be downloaded... And ran... I don't think I'm at fault for assuming it would work...
Even if I'm not on A FUCKING COMPUTER THAT I SHOULDNT FUCKING NEED FOR SOMETHING THIS FUCKING SIMPLE!!!!

Sure! I'll resubmit the request :3
Yukong is in love with the (F!)MC/Traiblazer, but because of the previous person she was in love with having died due to going on adventures into space she now feels a need to keep her in Luofu with her (basically have her settle down), in a very Yandere emotional-manipulation way, and by breeding the mc so she carries her child, a way of tying her to Yukong/Luofu, and also bc I refuse to believe fox characters don't have a breeding kink/desire to have children, at least during their rut. She'd probably just be possessive in general, which combined with the political power she has would make it easy to keep the mc to herself, safe.
"PROTECTING" | Yukong
PAIRING: Yukong x Afab!Reader
WARNINGS: Smut, NSFW, Sub!Reader, Dom!Character, Yandere!Yukong, Yukong has a cock, Emotional Manipulation, Breeding, Pregnant Sex, Mommy Kink, Overstimulation, Passing Out, Dacryphilia, Crying during sex
AUTHORS NOTE: Thank you for sending this request back in! I enjoyed seeing it the first time and enjoyed seeing it this second time as well.
EVER SINCE you had first come to the Xianzhou Luofu and met Madam Yukong, you knew you were in to deep. Being a Nameless meant you were constantly going from place to place, meeting all sorts of wonderful people. There was always a risk of getting attached to a place or person, a reason why most preferred not to get close with others.
You wish you had stuck to that. You wish you didn't get as close to the foxian as you did, because in the end you were only breaking your heart and her's when you ultimately left the Luofu. But Yukong wasn't going to allow that to happen. She didn't want to lose you, not the way her last love died. She wouldn't be able to bear with the fact, so she needed you to stay, to stay on the Luofu with her.
It had first started with her always wanting you in her presence, and you didn't entirely mind, because you enjoyed the woman's presence. These times would be spent with you helping her with paperwork, that then leads to you both cuddling, and there she would say small things. Things like, "If only you wouldn't leave, we could stay like this forever," and "Doesn't this feel nice? We wouldn't be able to do this if you left..."
Yukong mainly said these things to get into your head, to make you doubt wanting to leave, to make you feel like you wanted to stay in her embrace for forever. But you were still going to leave, because you were dedicated to the Nameless lifestyle.
That irked Yukong, so she decided the only other thing she could do- get you pregnant with her kid. If you had a child on the Luofu, then you'd have to stay in order to take care of them. You'd have to stay with the foxian woman to raise them. So, that's what she did, she knocked you up.
"W-wait, Y-Yu! I- I can't!" You cried, clinging onto Yukong desperately, nails digging into her shoulders as you held onto her, whining and crying as she repeatedly fucked her cock in and out of your dripping snatch, with no indicator of stopping anytime soon.
"Yes you can. Give mommy one more orgasm, come on." Yukong muttered, pressing her lips against your collarbone as she kept your legs spread, allowing her to fuck deeper into you.
You let out a cry, your pussy aching around her length from all the previous orgasms she gave you. You were to the point of passing out, each orgasm pushing you closer and closer to the black void. But Yukong didn't seem to care, not when her eyes would focus on your baby bump, giving her fuel to fuck you more and more.
The sight of your bump gave Yukong a wave of energy each time she stared at it. Knowing it was her child growing inside you made her want to fuck you harder and faster, wanting to fill you with more of her pups, even if she couldn't do that currently. Just, the more of her pups you had, the more reason you had to stay.
"F-Fuck!" You screamed, your head falling back against the pillows, your body freezing before beginning to shake uncontrollably, as you reached another orgasm.
Yukong smiled, looking down to where her cock disappeared and reappeared inside you, watching your cum form a while ring around her cock before spilling out onto your thighs and the sheets below you. She found the sight hot, watching you cum around her cock for, what was it? The 8th time?
She had lost count, not that she really minded, because she had no intention of stopping anytime soon. And you knew that, just by the way her thrusts began to pick up again as soon as you began to calm down from your orgasm.
"M-Mommy!" You shout, feeling her nails digging back into your hips as she began to bring your body back and forth against her, allowing her cock to sink deeper and deeper, hitting all the right places inside your pretty cunt.
"That's it, baby, take mommy's cock like a good little girl." Yukong breathed, sighing at the feeling of how tightly your cunt gripped her length, basically sucking her in more.
Seeing more tears leaving your eyes and rolling down your face sent Yukong into a frenzy, and she began pounding into you repeatedly. She grunted and groaned, dropping her head low and closing her eyes as she relished in the feeling of your pussy.
You were clawing at the sheets under you, back arching off the bed as you repeatedly screamed till your voice was hoarse. Black was beginning to creep up in the corners of your vision, and you were sure you'd be passing out when you orgasmed again. So you tried to say something to the foxian woman, but no words left your mouth.
Not that Yukong was exactly paying attention to you, to engrossed in her own pleasure. She was close to orgasming herself, her thrusts becoming sloppily and eratic, hitting different parts inside you, sending you more into a lustful haze.
Then finally, the dam broke for you both. With loud cries of pleasure from you both, you both began cumming. Yukong shot her load deep into you, burying her cock fully into you, groaning as she shook, her thighs shaking as she her little stength to hold herself up and keep herself buried till everything was inside you.
Once she finally finished, Yukong sighed in relief, before she looked at you fully again, a chuckle leaving her at the sight. "Guess I pushed to hard..."
Seeing you passed out, breathing heavily, was amusing to the foxian, as it was only a sign to her that she did good. Being able to fuck you so hard and long till you passed out was only a win, as it just meant that she gave you immense pleasure.
So, Yukong leaned down, pressing a kiss against your lips, before lifting a hand up to wipe away the tears still staining your face. When she did, she finally moved to pull out of you, moaning at the sight of your mixed cum quickly leaking out of your gapping hole.
She then moved to cuddle up besides you, pulling your body into her arms, one of her arms moving to snake around your stomach, one hand laying protectively on top of your pregnant bulge. She gently caressed it, while nuzzling her face into your neck, inhaling your familiar scent.
Yukong then just stared lovingly at your face, finding you absolutely breathtaking in your passed out, fucked out state. You were truly mesmerizing in her eyes, and she truly couldn't imagine ever having you leave her. Going out on your trailblazing expeditions, risking your life to explore space...
No, she wouldn't lose you or take any risks, and her child growing inside you was a promise of that. A promise of getting you to stay here with her on the Luofu, all in the name of protecting you.
Everything she did from now on was to protect you.
ENDING NOTE: Kept this mild in the yandere category, because I was writing this on this blog than my dark one. I hope this was wirth the wait for you.

okokok consider first date hcs w the yugioh boys 👁👁 (like where would they take the reader, how’d they ask them out, how’d they act during the date, etc <3)
(I'M SO SORRY FOR TAKING SUCH A LONG TIME TO DO THIS, I HOPE U'LL FORGIVE ME! Also, I hope you don't mind, but I'll save the others for a different time)
Yu-Gi-Oh!: Asking You Out and First Date
Yami Yugi/Pharaoh Atem
Rather than start off Yugi for these head cannons, we're going with Yami
Now, most of the fandom pegs him as a smooth talking flirt, but let's be real. This boy knows nothing about how to talk to a girl, let alone one he has feelings for.
He's an adorkable, awkward, sweet baby boy
It's not hard to notice when the guy has a crush on you, honestly.
The way his eyes always move to you during a duel, the way he blushes around you if Yugi forces him to stay out
While it's not amusing to him for Yugi to "torture" him this way, it certainly is hilarious seeing him
You will probably end up having to make the first move, ngl
That or he'd be the type to trip flat on his face for no reason, look up at you sheepishly and go, "I guess you've caught me falling for you." It totally wasn't Joey's idea for him to do that sksjsjsjsjsj
Either which way, when you hold his hand for the first time, he's gonna end up as beet red as Yugi when he gets on girls' radar. Poor boy might actually pass out if you kiss his cheek
On the day of your first date, poor Yami's so nervous, he can barely focus on anything else
Yugi helped him get ready and attempted to calm him down
Once Yami saw you though... It was Game Over.
His eyes were like saucers when he saw you in that outfit, blushing like an idiot and mouth agape in awe.
"You look absolutely stunning." He'd manage to stutter out after a minute of attempting to talk
Your first date might be either roaming Domino City and checking different things out or heading back to Yugi's to duel (Yami teaching you the ropes if you didn't know how)
I think that by the end of the night, he wouldn't want you to go and get more adorkable than before, shuffling a bit before bashfully asking for your permission to kiss you
If you rejected it, he'd be respectful, but if you accepted, I think that first kiss would be tender and sweet... But also awkward because he has no idea how to kiss anyone.
Definitely gonna be sitting in the Millennium Puzzle with a dark red face for like hours after the date
Awwwwwww
Yugi Moto
Speaking of Yugi....
This boy is not any better
The picture? Yeah, that's Yugi anytime you're around.
He is the definition of a shy cinnamon roll, and somehow, he's more shy around you
So, you're probably wondering how he asked you out, right?
Well, at his grandpa's advice, he gave you a puzzle. When you solved it, it read, "Will you go out with me, Y/N?"
Needless to say, you kissed Yugi's cheek and told him you'd love to. Baby boy just about passed out
He had a hard time deciding what to wear when the day for your date finally came
When he saw you, his blush went even darker. "Y-Y-You look stunning." He managed to get out before you complimented him back, making his blush darker if it was even humanly possible. Please spare him sksksksk
At the end of the date, you had gone to kiss his cheek again at the same time he turned his head to vocally tell you how he felt. Your lips met and both of you turned red before pulling away.
Though it was an accident, that first kiss had been sweet. Yugi blushed dark red. "Do you think... I mean... Can I kiss you again?" Yugi asked, a bit surprised to see you turn dark red as you nodded.
When he pulled you in for a proper kiss, it was gentle, sweet... And addicting.
After the date, Yugi was a blushing mess as he laid in bed, one thought on his mind
I can't wait for the next date.
Joey Wheeler
GOLDEN RETRIEVER BOI TIME! The one ik u were waiting for, Riri lol
When I say this boy was smitten with you when he first saw you, let me tell you, that boy was smitten
Anytime you needed somebody, there he was with your favorite snacks and drink or ready to beat up the jerk that made you upset.
When you fell asleep in his arms, he held you. "I wish I could be the one holding your heart, Y/N... I'd keep it safe for ya... What am I saying, ya don't need dis from me right now. I'll just be here for ya until ya ready. I never forced ya to do anything before and I ain't startin' now."
Especially when you got your heart broken by some idiot, he wanted to beat the person to a pulp...
But, he knew you needed him more, so that's why he showed up at your door with your favorite food, favorite drink and favorite dessert in his arms
At least, he thought you were asleep...
He got scared shitless when you rolled over to face him. "What if I want you to?"
"GAAAH! Y/N, I thought ya were asleep!"
That was how you found out how he felt about you, how much pain he'd been in seeing you with someone else, but swallowing it because you looked happy
It wasn't too long after that he asked you out
Your first date is honestly gonna be super chill, playing video games or helping him train to be a better duelist (while sharpening your skills in the process)
The end of the date comes a little too soon for Joey's liking, but he gives the back of your hand a kiss
Just because he's not some rich dirt-bag *cough* Kaiba *cough cough* doesn't mean he can't be a gentleman and treat you like the royalty you are.
Seto Kaiba
Speaking of Kaiba, if you managed to grab this giraffe boy's attention, congrats, you've accomplished an uneasy feat.
Seto is not only a man of few words, but if he wants something, he's determined to get it. I mean, the way he's obsessively challenging Yugi is proof enough of that fact
He actually doesn't realize what these feelings for you are until Mokuba catches him blushing after an encounter with you. The kid can't help but smirk and tease his big brother, which earns him a glare or two
Shortly after that, you notice little things. Like a white rose on your desk if you work at Kaiba Corp, or a bouquet of red roses being brought to your work if you don't
But nothing compares to the day he showed up to see you in his business suit, a white rose in hand and... Was that a blush on his face?
He gave it to you, turning redder when your fingers brushed his.
"I... Have a proposition for you... Go out with me."
A few days later, he was getting ready for your first date and wondering how in the hell he'd managed to pull off getting a date with you. He managed to sum it up to him just being Seto Kaiba before leaving to pick you up
And by God, did you look amazing
He smirked, though, complimenting you before offering his arm to you
To be honest, you'd have to talk him down from a fancy restaurant
Your pick was a small café
It was out of the way, barely any customers coming in and out
The perfect date destination for the two of you
The owner of the Cafe Leblanc that you frequented was more than happy to see you, but was also surprised to see Seto Kaiba walking through his door.
Your usual order of the famous coffee and curry got Seto wanting to try it
Needless to say, he loved the combination
Rather than ask for a first kiss at the end of the night, he stole it from you
It was as passionate as a first kiss could be, and somehow, it felt like he'd had experience when in reality, he hadn't
Don't be fooled though, he was blushing like an idiot after dropping you off
Seems like you've got the Blue Eyed Bastard smitten
More like he's a softie for you, but don't bring it up to him loooool

Van you do a soul mate one either #1 or #6 for Nishinoya please!!!! Like maybe they are at one of his games when it happens! Can you imagine him being in the middle of the game and he makes eye contact with you by chance and everything turns to color and thing he knows he got hit in the face with a volleyball 🤣🤣
Oh jeez I am so sorry, this has been sitting in my inbox for so long 😭 I apologize
But yes! I can do that <3
pairing: gn! reader x Yu Nishinoya
Soulmate au number 6: Black and white until you meet your soulmate
-------------------------------------------------
If someone told you that for the first time, you'd start seeing color at a volleyball game, you would never believe them.
You'd been going to volleyball games since you were little, your sister played for as long as you could remember.
That being said, here you were. You could finally start going to her games at Karasuno High School for free, as a first year at the school. That was pretty good motivation to go more often.
You showed up early to the event, and saw the other game that was up before hers. That game was the Karasuno boys team.
They were on the second set, having already took the first one. You couldn't lie, they were really good. You started cheering for the plays they made, getting excited and hoping that they would win.
Their libero caught your eye, of course his jersey was a different color but you could tell he loved the sport. His dedication to get the ball, and his hair was cool too.
It was their turn to serve, and he was looking around and made eye contact with you. And then everything became blindingly bright, colors popping up seemingly at random around you, and then his figure lit up too. 'he's pretty' is all you thought.
This guy is your soulmate? Even though you had a million thoughts going through your head, so did he. But you weren't on the court.
Next thing you knew, he got smacked square in the nose with the ball, and his nose started bleeding. You started laughing, with him looking up at you confused, but smiling at your laughter.
You decided to make your way down to the court, that way you could wish your sister good luck and meet the man on the court.
There was a man who tried to stop you, saying that only the athletes could be down there. "What's your name then, kid?"
"F/n l/n, sir. My sister is down here." You could tell you didn't have to mention your sister, it seemed he already knew one you said your last name.
Once you made it past there, you found the number 4 sitting down, and as soon as he heard your foot steps, he looked your way. 'his hair looks cooler in color' you thought.
"H-hi" he stuttered out. You giggled, it wasn't really that funny, but something about his struggle to find a single word amused you.
"Hey" you said with a smile. "I'm y/n, nice to meet you!" You held out your hand. It took him by surprise how casual you were about this, considering you had both just figured out that you were each other's soulmates.
"I'm Yu Nishinoya, nice to meet you?" He took your outstretched hand and shook it. Once again, you laughed a little at his hesitation.
Still slightly chuckling, you asked "How's your nose? That didn't exactly look comfortable".
He made a face, one that looked like a cross between he's about to laugh and he's about to be mad at you. You couldn't quite tell. "It's fine, I think it was worth it. I found you now, didn't I?"
Just to mix things up, you decided to say "I think I found you, actually. I was here to watch the game, you were here to play it."
His nose scrunched up, which he quickly undid and regretted. "Good point, but what do we do now?"
You stood in though for a second, coming to a small solution. "We could just talk for a bit, maybe go grab something to drink after this?"
He was once again taken by surprise at how you did this with so much ease. He just nodded his head. "Yeah, yeah. Sounds good."
You laughed, again, at him. You two exchanged numbers and then you ended off with "I have to go talk to my sister now real quick, talk to you later?" You wished you could just sit and talk forever.
He nodded quickly, "Yup, see and talk to you later y/n!"
You had quite a story to share with your sister now.

Bai Yu CCTV quick Q&A, Sohu interview and Sina interview.
CCTV 8: If you could only have one type of noodle for the rest of your life? What would it be?
Bai Yu: (A long long long pause) Shaanxi noodles.
CCTV 8: That's cheating.
Bai Yu: Ok, ok. Hot oil noodle.
CCTV 8: What's your recent goal?
Bai Yu: Practicing running. I've been doing it for 3-4 days and I hope I can keep up.
CCTV 8: Is there a drama of yours that you'd watch repeatedly?
Bai Yu: None is that good. I mostly watch my dramas to find out flaws in my acting.
CCTV 8: Which comment made by the audiences makes you the happiest?
Bai Yu: "I didn't recoginize that's Bai Yu." I hope my roles are very different from myself. It's something that gives me joy.
Sohu: What's the biggest challenge for you acting as Xun Xu?
Bai Yu: He's from ancient times. His manner and language are somewhat different from us.
Sohu: How did you prepare for this role?
Bai Yu: Mainly through my own understanding and other costume dramas I've watched. I think ancient people act and talk slower.
Sohu: You've said before that you had an eureka moment in acting. Could you explain it to us?
Bai Yu: It's not acting the role of Xun Xu that gave me the feeling. It's the whole process of participating in this project. I've seen many good actors, good director and their way of working, giving me ideas for later works. So I feel that I've improved.
Director Lu Yang's attitude towards his work is something that's worth learning for me. Before I used to think only about my own part of work. After collaborating with them, I have better vision of the overall situation, which helps me to develop my role better.
Sohu & Sina: What about the scene that Xun Xu got hung upside down and drown in water?
Bai Yu: It's not something I've tried before and I had no idea how it should feel realistically. So I decided to try it for real as the security measure was good. It indeed helped me in my acting (the scene) as the flooding of the blood into your brain put you into a trance, so the acting was more realistic.
Sohu: Were you choked by water?
Bai Yu: Yes. But it was nothing, really. This would happen to you even when swimming.
Sohu: Hearing how you described it, it sounds like something addictive?
Bai Yu: (Laughs) You could try handstanding at home.
Sohu & Sina: Fans like to ask: your roles tend to suffer a lot. Do you have a preference for roles like that?
Bai Yu: I don't have a preference for roles that suffer. They may have suffering in common, they're not the same. You have to understand: I'm not attracted to them because they suffer or get tortured. Besides, the more you suffer, the faster you grow up.
Sohu: In The Bond, Qiao Yicheng have so many worries that "white hair coming out of his head." What about Xun Xu?
Bai Yu: Xun Xu isn't that worried. Xun Xu is a blind player who listens to his heart and seeks for the truth. He isn't as complicated as other characters in the drama.
Sohu: You've acted in several detective dramas. Did they help you in your reasoning skill?
Bai Yu: (Laughs) More or less a little. It actually helped me more in paying attention to details.
Sohu: So if you participate in a detective variety show, will you be the one that carries the show?
Bai Yu: Absolutely no. I'll likely be the brawn of the show, someone who doesn't use the brain (laughs).
Sohu: How do you feel about playing as Chen Kun's character's older brother in law?
Bai Yu: We've discussed about it. Brother Kun was funny. He actually questioned about it saying that he was much older than me. But it's totally reaonsable. We (our characters) knew each other and becam brothers first and he met and married my younger sister after that.
Sohu: What about the age gap?
Bai Yu: It's totally OK as I look old.
Sohu: Some people say that watching The Wind Blows from Longxi requires a lot from the audiences. What's your opinion on that?
Bai Yu: I don't think it's a drama that's hard (to get). You just need to sit down and concentrate.
Sohu: A lot fans are still expecting you'd do livestreams as you haven't done that for a long time.
Bai Yu: Am I not hard working? I'm still filming on set.
Sohu: So fans have to wait?
Bai Yu: I'll try to find a time.
Sina: Chen Kun mentioned that you'd bought noodles to them. Is it true?
Bai Yu: Yep. That's right. I want them to get fat (laughs).
Sina: What's your opinion on the character Xun Xu?
Bai Yu: Xun Xu is a constant.
Sina: How did you feel when you first tried the make up (of Xun Xu)?
Bai Yu: I looked like a terracotta warrior. (laughs) I'm old Qin people afterall (proud smiles).
Sina: What's your most memorable scene?
Bai Yu: There was a scene with Chen Kun that lasts 16-17 minutes. It was very energy consuming. I had a lot of lines in that scene and they were worried that I'd forget some lines. But I managed all the lines the first time we filmed the scene.
Sina: What about the relationship with Liu Ying.
Bai Yu: They're attracted to each other but they have their own side.
Sina: Is Liu Ying Xun Xu's first love?
Bai Yu: No! (laughs) How can it be counted as first love? You'll have to watch the drama. I can't reveal more.
Sina: You've been seen wearing a broccoli pajama on set.
Bai Yu: I just want to wear something simple as we'll change clothes constantly on set.
Sina: Why broccoli?
Bai Yu: It's healthy.

bless u for the adachi analysis
it's perfect and i agree wholeheartedly, i was thinking in a very similar sense about all of this - and the fact that someone else put it into words, is great. I also think that it was unintentional from the writers themselves, but it makes so much sense lol. He never struck me as a straight up in incel/misogynist as everyone else puts him as, he didn't hyper focus on it at all outside of the killing. Also additionally, in the animation ( the flashback scene, also - standing at night, in rain outside of Dojima's house wtf lol ) it was shown he grown very attached to Dojima, and felt extremely distraught and jealous when Yu came into the view (it was shown that during the murders he was thinking about this, he was afraid he would not be appreciated/needed anymore +/ "replaced" - also he straight up hated Yu's guts, and when he was shown kindness from him he thought he was pitying him and laughing at his face) - and while of course, it was probably just because of his loneliness and craving for any kind of warmth/attention and attachment issues, i kind of like to pin this to your theory of his sexuality just a tiny bit..
First of all, thank you so much! It was sitting in my drafts for MONTHS and I finally decided, screw it, I'm gonna post it tonight. I'm glad other people like you agree, because I was honestly pretty shocked that few others seemed to have come to the same conclusion, to the point where I was worried I was second-guessing him not actually being that misogynist as denial of bigotry - since let's be real, while I'm well aware he's awful, I wouldn't have put this much time into analyzing and writing about him if I wasn't both interested in his character and also have a soft spot for the sort of tragic villain where it's totally their fault but they've accidentally learned to feel. (And I also fell into the Tumblr sexyman trap and ended up thinking he's attractive and has endearing qualities despite it all. Rip my friends' beliefs in me ever having good taste in men.) So ultimately, I'm glad I'm not completely insane. Persona writers have a real knack for unintentional queer representation.
I've never seen the anime, but I've heard bits and pieces about the Adachi-centric episodes from friends and have REALLY been wanting to watch those as a result - maybe once I get a break from school, I'll be able to (and also watch the Nanako detective episode, of course). And while I'd been told about his jealousy of Yu coming into the Dojima household, I did not know that Adachi was standing outside Dojima's house in the rain. Man. That's rough, buddy.
And, er, well... let's just say should you spot my other Persona reblogs, I certainly don't disagree that his attachment to Dojima also factors into his sexuality, haha. It's something I find particularly interesting, because you'd think that if Adachi viewed everyone he had feelings for the same way he did Namatame, he would have taken the same opportunity to wipe out everyone close to Dojima. It's certainly not as if he didn't have the chance - after all, should the player establish social links with Adachi at night, it's literally just you two with no one else around. If he'd wanted to, he probably could have coaxed Yu somewhere and thrown him in the TV, which depending on whether or not he knows that Yu is after the killer, is something he might be aware would most likely increase the chances of him getting away with his murders. And despite Dojima's grouchy attitude toward Adachi, he clearly cares for him greatly (the tie! inviting him over to eat! the real betrayal in his eyes...), so I wouldn't be surprised if he'd now and then entrusted him with taking care of Nanako - thus opening an opportunity to get rid of her if he so chose. But even though he has these chances, he doesn't take them - doesn't choose to take objects of jealousy away from Dojima. Is it because he knows how much Dojima cares about Nanako and Yu? Is it because he ends up growing to care about the kiddos despite it? Or some combination of both, perhaps? Who knows.
I'd definitely never heard about the bit in the anime you mentioned with Yu trying to be nice and Adachi in his paranoia taking it as mocking and personal slights. This strikes me as especially interesting, because one of my favorite things about Persona is that the fact that the protagonist's friendships and other relationships manifest in literal usable power more or less serves as proof of their existence - proof that that relationship and its closeness isn't false. If it were, how would Yu be able to get power from it? So now I'm really curious how to parse that contradiction - Adachi's hidden bitterness toward Yu and his perceived cruelty, and the fact that should you max out Adachi's social link, you have physical proof that even as he's hiding his crimes and true feelings from you, something in your friendship was real.

Yuto x (gender neutral) Reader fluff | 2k words
synopsis: waking up one day, you were hit with a curious thought that made you realize how lucky you were to have a boyfriend
a/n: here you go anon !! i hope that this is what you wanted and that i didn't get carried away with the idea 😅 enjoy<3
ngl this ended up a little similar to -27°C but i love domestic relationships so it's cool
There was something peculiar about living with your boyfriend.
Nothing had changed since yesterday, or last month, or even the year before. You've been living together for a while now and today shouldn't have been any different. It shouldn't.
However, an intriguing thought in your mind constantly nudged you to love him even more today.
When you woke up, the first thing you did was roll over onto your side to study Yuto's face. Even asleep, he was incredibly pretty and you reached a hand to brush the strands of hair that had fallen over his face. He's been growing it for quite a while now, and oftentimes he would tie it all back in a small ponytail that you thought was endearing. But you thought he looked especially fluffy when he let his hair down. The sight of it that morning, however, tickled your own face and you tucked it behind his ear with a small smile.
"Better?" You whispered, not really expecting a reply because you believed he was still asleep. But he did, in fact, whisper a quiet "better" and you locked eyes with him in surprise.
"G'morning." He croaked out, trying to rub the sleep out of his face.
"Good morning Yuto," You replied, laughing when he leaned into your touch and tried to snuggle back to bed. "It's time to wake up, sleepyhead."
He wrapped an arm around you to pull you closer, burying his face into your neck to plant a kiss there. "But there's nothing planned for today." He whined, and it came out more of a question than it did as a complaint.
You wriggled your way out of the hug and poked his cheek. "You promised you'll make breakfast today though!"
That caused him to stir.
Yuto hefted himself into a sitting position with a huff and sent you a lazy grin. "I guess you're right; I can't back out of that."
Leaning in to plant one last kiss on your forehead, he patted your shoulder before standing up. "Just stay in bed for a while longer, love. I'll let you know when breakfast is ready."
You watched him quietly as he changed out of his pyjamas and exited the bedroom, leaving the door slightly ajar so that you didn't feel completely alone. Placing a hand on your cheek, you wondered why today, of all days, your heart suddenly decided to skip a beat with every word he said. With every move he made.
It was probably then, that something within you clicked and made you realize that wow, you have a boyfriend.
And you have the privilege of waking up next to him every morning and seeing him smile.
=====
You got out of bed not long after Yuto left the room. The sound of the dishes and sizzling on the stove only made you want to wake up and join him in the kitchen.
When you arrived, Yuto greeted you with a nod towards the coffee brewer, already boiled and ready to serve. On your way to grab a mug, you glanced over his shoulder to see what he was making and sent him an approving smirk.
"Looking good, Yu."
He laughed as you poured yourself a cup of the drink and returned to the table. "Are you talking about me or the food?"
You shrugged. "That's up to you. It could be both, you know."
"Well, you came just in time to eat my beautiful breakfast." He replied and transferred the food onto the plates neatly laid out on the table. His spare hand reached into the drawer behind him to grab the utensils and he handed it over to you. "Time to dig in?"
You puckered your lips slightly as you accepted the food. "Give me a kiss first?"
If the sudden request for affection surprised Yuto, he didn't show it. Instead, he promptly grabbed you by the waist and pulled you in for a quick kiss on the lips. He tasted like the chapstick he always kept with him — a mix of vanilla and strawberries.
"Another, please." You asked when you separated, eliciting another one of his lighthearted laughs.
"Anything for you, love."
The kiss was deeper this time, and you blindly dropped the fork and spoon somewhere on the empty space of the table in order to wrap your arms around his neck. Beyond the sweetness of his lips, you could taste the lingering mix of morning breath and bitter coffee.
"Yuto," You muttered, breaking the kiss. "Have you brushed your teeth yet?"
"That's..." He averted his gaze. "I'll do it later, I promise. Let's just eat breakfast before it gets cold?"
"Okay, okay, you win." You decided, backing off to pull yourself a chair. "Let's test out your chef skills."
The breakfast was delicious and he beamed when you praised his cooking skills. You found yourself settled right beside Yuto, as opposed to your usual seat directly in front of him. With an arm linked into his (which admittedly made eating a little more difficult for both of you), you stayed close to the warmth of his body. Placed in front of you, carefully balanced against the box of tissues was your phone playing a video that you've been wanting to show him for a long time now.
Already knowing what's going to come next, you spent most of the time watching Yuto's face, catching every reaction and comment he made about the video.
It was the mundane things like these that made you appreciate him — or even the concept of dating — even more. Sure, going out on exciting dates, sharing thrilling memories. But being able to see him do the most normal activities while having him by your side? You believed that was the peak of a relationship.
"You have something on your face." Yuto's voice pulled you out of your thoughts and you looked at him in confusion. Before you could register his words, a thumb was already wiping your cheek, clearing you of your mess. "There."
"I love you, you know that?" You blurted out the moment you got over the initial shock.
"And I love you more, you know that?" He cocked his head, mimicking your voice.
You buried your face into your hands, unable to handle his cuteness. "Gosh, you're going to be the death of me."
"I'll make sure to take credit at your funeral, then."
=====
You spent the rest of the day trailing Yuto more than you intended to. But you couldn't help it when everything he did made your heart flutter. It felt like the beginning of your relationship all over again. You were amazed when you realized that you could simply ask him for affection and you would just... receive it?
There really was someone in this world who loved you just as much as you loved them. If you asked for a kiss, Yuto would willingly kiss you — this morning was proof of that. And you knew for a fact, that if you hugged him, he would always hug you back. There was hardly a time where he didn't return the "I love you" when you said it to him. And he never forgets to show you just how much you meant to him.
They were all simple things. Things that you'd normally overlook because they were so normal. But at the same time, they were the things you treasured the most.
This concept of dating... was quite a unique one.
"Yuto~" You called out to the boy who, oddly enough, was just standing in the middle of the room, staring out the window. "Can I have a kiss?"
As much as dating piqued your curiosity, you weren't going to complain about how simple it was at its core.
Without asking any questions, Yuto pecked you softly on the cheek, lingering there for an extra moment. You could feel his lips curl up into a smile before he pulled away.
He turned back to the window and squinted his eyes when the sun shone brightly on his face. "The weather's nice today, kinda makes me want to go on a walk."
"I'll come with you!" You offered readily and he perked up at the idea.
"Is that so? Then I guess that's a good incentive to go on a walk." He hummed.
"Of course I'd come with you!" You argued, following him to the front door and slipping a light coat on. "But on one condition."
"And what's that?"
"Let me hold your hand?"
After his shoes were put on, he quietly held out his hand for you to take, and that was enough of an answer.
======
Later in the evening, the two of you were relaxing on the couch watching a rerun of an old show you've watched far too many times now. But with the comfort of the plot and the way it never failed to make you laugh, neither of you minded.
Yuto let you hug his arm as you played with one of his hands. Like this morning, you found yourself spending more time thinking about him, and the show soon became background noise. You inspected every inch of his hand, placing soft kisses on it once in a while. You thought it was incredible, how every single part of him — both inside and out — could be so beautiful.
"What's up with you today?" He asked playfully when you finally distracted him enough to tear his eyes away from the screen. In the back of your mind, you noticed you were both missing out on one of your favourite scenes. "You've been clingier than usual since morning, did I miss something?"
When you didn't answer right away, Yuto's eyes widened as he suddenly sat straight up. "Wait, I didn't miss something, right?"
You laughed at his reaction and pat his shoulder reassuringly. "There's nothing special happening today, Yu, don't worry. I was just thinking..."
"About?" He relaxed back into the couch and let you pull him into your embrace.
You pondered over how to answer him for a couple of seconds. "About how lucky I am to have you."
"That's it?" He asked, baffled at the simplicity.
"Well, in short, yeah." You hesitantly answered and met his gaze when you felt it burning into you. The look in his eyes was a familiar one; a mix of curiosity and determination as he encouraged you to continue.
"It's normal for me to wake up next to you, and see you go to work, and watch stupid shows together and eat meals together and kiss each other goodnight. I don't normally think twice about all of that. But this morning, I realized that being able to do those things with you is so special and I'm so lucky to have you as my boyfriend."
"You know," He started thoughtfully and laced the hand you were holding into yours, tracing light patterns with his thumb. "I've never thought about it that way until you mentioned it."
"It puts things in a different perspective, doesn't it?"
Yuto's eyes wandered as he spoke. "It does, and it's a nice reminder to appreciate everything that we have right now."
"Exactly!" You agreed, happy that he understood what you were getting at.
"Is this why you've been exploiting my kisses today then?"
You froze. "Uh, maybe?"
"And to think that I was worried about missing something important." He let out a dramatic sigh.
"Listen, this was important okay!"
"I know, I know." He moved your clasped hands onto his lap, pulling you closer to him. "I'm glad you brought it up, it's a nice thing to think about."
The two of you settled into a comfortable silence to focus on the last few minutes of the show, everything long forgotten until the credits rolled across the screen. Yuto shut off the TV once they did, tired of the mindless entertainment and stretched as you spoke up again.
"So... I can still have another kiss though, right?"
He smiled. "Yes, of course, you can."

Okay, so I've heard about that theory in which princess Yue was to be the Avatar but since Aang hadn't died but just had frozen himself, the cycle was somehow broken and that's why Yue was born so weak and had to be saved by the Moon Spirit. This actually gave me a fanfiction idea, so
in this concept Yue is Sokka and Suki's child, as Lu Ten is Mai and Zuko's. They spend a bit of their vacation at their houses in the Upper Ring of Ba Sing Se. Everything is peaceful. Everything is fine.
***
Lu Ten was screaming. He didn't have any control over his body, needless to say, his mind. He just wanted it to be over. Suddenly, he felt a gentle tug on his shoulder and he shuddered. Then he felt the second tug, a little bit more intense than the previous one.
"Lu" said someone with a really soft voice. "Lu, wake up."
So Lu Ten screamed for the last time and this time he immediately woke up and sat up on his bed. He was panting heavily, the sweat dripping off his body. At first he couldn't see anything. Only after a few breaths was his vision slowly getting better.
"Everything's alright, Lu." The same voice rang out again, finally letting Lu Ten fully get back to reality. It was kind of like his anchor and though he had sometimes heard it in his dreams, it had never been so clear before. Lu Ten blinked and he realised why this time it was different.
"Yue" he whispered and lied down again, utterly exhausted, as he saw his beautiful friend right in front of him. Her dark brown hair tickled his face when she leaned towards him to make sure he's awake. For real now. Lu Ten took one last deep breath and got up from the bed. He walked to the table and drank some water he'd prepared himself in a cup. The rest of it he spilled on his head. Yue came up to him and gently touched his shoulder.
"Everything alright?" she asked caringly. He nodded.
"Yeah" he answered, not being completely sure if he reassured her, or himself. "Yeah, everything's fine, it was just, uhm..."
Yue raised her eyebrow.
"A nightmare?"
"No, no, I don't have nightmares, no." He forced a laugh.
"Right" snorted Yue. "You know, you may be one really powerful firebender but that doesn't make you any truthbender."
"You say so?"
"I literally heard you screaming, Lu Ten. I woke you up."
The boy shrugged his shoulders.
"Maybe you needed something?" he suggested and he suddenly realised something. "Wait a second, why were you even here?"
Yue seemed a bit confused for a moment.
"Uhm, I heard your scream" she answered finally, trying to be convincing. "I walked in to make sure you're not in any trouble. As always."
"Very funny, Yu. You were saying something about being a truthbender...?" he said, as if he was wondering.
"Excuse me, I'm the daughter of Sokka and Suki, I was basically born with the power of truthbending. Gotta have a talent, you know?" she said jokingly, throwing her hair behind her back.
"Yeah, of course. Come on, Yue, what were you doing outside this late?" He nudged her teasingly. "Perhaps a date or something? You know, holiday fling?" He insinuated, while feeling a bit of jealousy that she actually might have confirmed.
"I wish." She winced. "I... I was, uhm, kind of having nightmares myself" she admitted finally. "I woke up and I decided to take a walk. Moon soothes me."
Lu Ten's face changed immediately.
"Yue, I'm sorry." He shook his head. "I didn't mean to..."
"It's fine, really. Now come, you want to take a walk with me?" She held out the hand to him. He smiled.
"Sure. Let me just put on some shirt."
She nodded. After a while, they were walking by calm, peaceful streets of the Upper Ring of Ba Sing Se. Neither of them was saying anything, they just walked silently, hand in hand, being happy of each other's presence. They stopped at the fountain. It was a clear, warm night, so they took off their shoes and sat down, letting their feet dip into water. They were sitting silently until Lu Ten spoke up.
"It's a beautiful moon."
Yue smiled.
"Yeah, it really is. You know, my dad used to tell me the history of a girl from the Northern Water Tribe. She was a princess, actually. She was beautiful, and kind, and very brave, because when the time came, she was ready to sacrifice her life to become the Moon Spirit. I was named Yue after her."
"Did your parents know her?"
"My dad, yeah. They seemed to have been pretty close, you should've heard how he talked about her."
"Yeah, listen, from what I've been told, you should've seen my granduncle's face when my parents told him I was gonna be named after his son. Apparently, he cried so much. My father told not once that it was the least he could do for him for... well, everything."
"General Iroh was more like a father to your dad than Ozai, wasn't he?"
"He was." Lu Ten nodded. "He still is."
Yue looked up at the moon, thinking.
"You want to tell me about this nightmare that's bothering you?" asked Lu Ten softly. Yue sighed.
"This dream it... It comes back to me every full moon. But please, don't laugh, okay?" She looked at him pleadingly, with a weak smile.
"I won't, I promise."
"Okay, so, in this dream... I am about to become the Avatar. I can feel it's a great power, so I'm preparing myself to take it in. I'm waiting and waiting and it exhausts me but I reassure myself that once I take in the Avatar's powers, all my strengths will come back to me three times as great. And suddenly, something happens. Light blinds me, but no new strengths came. Instead, I'm just getting weaker and weaker. I don't know what's happening, but I can barely breathe. It's like, the circle has been broken and I don't know what to do. I try to scream but I can't even open my mouth. It's... it's horrifying." Tears appeared in Yue's eyes. She lowered her voice to whisper and she just looked at her hands. "I'm dying" she said barely audibly. Lu Ten didn't say anything. He took her hand and gently stroked it. He wanted to remind her she didn't have to be scared, because he was there. He wouldn't let anything bad happen to her.
"Anyway" she said after a while, when she managed to collect herself. "That's when I wake up." She looked at him with a sour smile. "Every time. No sooner, no later. I don't know what it means, so."
"Have you told about it anyone?" he asked, moving closer to her. She laughed quietly.
"No, absolutely not. And I forbid you to."
"Okay, no worries, just... I want to help you."
"I know, but please, don't tell anyone. I'll manage. So, you wanna share your dream now?" she asked immediately, trying to escape from the uncomfortable subject. Lu Ten let go of Yue's hand and smiled sourly.
"My dream is strictly connected with this city" he started. "I'm in Ba Sing Se but this isn't, you know, our Ba Sing Se. I'm in the Fire Nation's Army uniform. I have my own unit under command. It isn't big but I feel like it's great anyway. I know I trust these people. And suddenly, we begin to fight. At first, we win. We're going further and further into the town and I feel I'm on a tear, so I don't stop. Somebody's shouting my name but I ignore it. I run and I fight. I shout I don't need any more people, I'm calling off the reinforcements. Everything's great. But then I'm trapped. Earthbenders, more than I can possibly take, surround me. It's just me, my whole unit has suddenly disappeared. I try to fight them but I can't hold off them all. Nevertheless, I don't call for help. I just... try to take down these people. They're an obstacle. Someone shoots me, so I scream. I feel warmth of my blood. My vision blurs. I give more shots, and I get the same amount at me. Finally, I collapse. In my head there's just granduncle's song. It bores into my mind, I can't think of anything else, I can't hear anything but this song. It's more powerful than any thought, any sound I try to focus on. It hurts more than my wounds. So I scream. And I scream again and again, until I can't scream anymore." He looked at Yue seriously. "I'm dying, too" he whispered. Yue didn't say anything. She just moved closer and hugged him. He hugged her even tighter. The tears started to fall down their cheeks. They were both crying, because that felt like the only right thing to do.
"Don't tell anyone" whispered Lu Ten after a while.
"I won't" promised Yue.
They sat there, hugging each other, for a long time. They barely moved. Then Lu Ten cleared his throat and slightly moved away.
"We should go back home."
Yue nodded, sniffling.
"Yeah. Yeah, we should."
"I bet granduncle Iroh could make us some soothing tea, if you'd like."
"I would love to, but tomorrow, okay? We'll go to The Jasmine Dragon."
"Okay. Come on, I'll walk you." He held out his hand. Yue took it without hesitation.
"Thanks" she said quietly, smiling weakly. They didn't talk on their way back home. They really didn't feel like it. When they arrived at Yue's home, she hesitated.
"What is it?" asked Lu Ten.
"Actually... uhm..." She looked at him awkwardly, then she shook her head. "You know what, never mind."
"No, tell me, what's wrong?"
"I was gonna ask you, since I won't be getting much sleep tonight, if you wanted to keep me company" she admitted, smiling. "But then I figured you'd probably want to catch even a few hours of sleep."
"Actually, no, not at all. And I'd rather sit silently with you than alone, so." He smiled. "I would love to keep you company."
She looked at him gratefully and open the door. They sat on the carpet, near each other, trying not to fall asleep. But after a while they didn't even realise they did. They were sitting, leaning back against the wall, Yue's head resting on Lu Ten's shoulder and his head resting on hers. And when they were together, no more nightmares bothered either of them that night.

Well damn
"Eh? What's the big deal miss rei? You and him weren't even that close to begin with."
"They aren't? they seem pretty close to me."
"Rei Rei acts so flustered when rugi compliments her, she tries so hard to hide it too its so cute!"
"I don't think this is the time to bring that up..."
"I don't really see it but they seem pretty close, you're almost always together."
"....That is true, I can't deny that."
"...That makes no sense, you constantly argued."
"I dunno it seemed more like bickering to me."
"You don't know anything chiebukuro, so stay out of this. I KNOW tsurugi, he argued with her because he DOES NOT like her."
"Or you just don't like her and you're expecting tsurugi to feel the same..? Because i'm pretty sure they get along just fine-"
"SHUT IT MAEDA." I know him. I KNOW who he does and does not like. SHE has worked with criminals, SHE has done things unbecoming of a kisaragi foundation member, and therefore HE DOES NOT LIKE HER."
"Or like yu said, you're projecting YOUR feelings onto tsurugi, and falsely expecting HIM to feel the same way as you. The guy has a life of his own, his own opinions too. "
"Rugi's relationships do not get decided by you."
"I said quiet...You don't know him, you don't know anything-"
"I do though, and I know damn well he wants nothing to do with you after the bullshit you pulled."
"And you just had to feel the need to create a copy of yourself didn't you? Do you know how many people got hurt from that incident? Or how long tsurugi's throat was sore because YOU had to be a conniving bitch!?"
"My copy...?"
"Yeah...That's what ag used to be right? the black wearing guy..?"
"That's right...He hurt a lot of people because of you, we were lucky kisa was able to talk sense into him."
"Ag...? Kisa...? I'm assuming the former is the copy you speak of...but he is no such thing. I gave him my memories so he would understand what would need to be done, I gave him the same glitch I did so he would be able to plan better too.But every thought and emotion he felt was all his own."
"He is similar to "Sora" in that way, An ai based off another person. But both have their own thoughts, feelings, and opinions."
"Ag...Is just like me?"
"Wait, so ag was always his own person..? Why did he do all that stuff then?"
"There is no fucking way that is true! He was acting just like you before! He was even saying things I KNOW you'd say! How the fuck would he be his own person if that was the case!?"
"He was supposed to take over the foundation for me, free me, and proceed to assist me in purifying the world of crime. From what you've said...It seems he didn't do any of that, I will take blame for this. I was rushing when I made him, and I gave him emotions which i've never had to deal with on a 24 hour basis before. So defectiveness should have been expected."
"With what you told me, you didn't get rid of him yes? I will be sure to fix his errors once I collect him."
"Collect him...?"
"Explain yourself NOW bitch!"
"I gave "ag" as you're stupidly calling him, specific instructions in his program on what to do. He did not do what he was supposed to, and therefore he is defective."
"And because of that, he must be fixed, I was planning on collecting him later anyways...This just gives me more reason to do so."
