talking about this earlier...i?? dont?? blame?? hektor for running when achilles was coming for him. per @overyourhubris, achilles looked like a vengeful god coming after hektor, his eyes golden and all the rage and hurt and anger in the world was directed at him. of COURSE hektor was scared. and i think, in that moment...he knew he was going to die. and he didnt want to. and hes always thinking about shame, shame to himself, shame to his family, and now theres going to be an audience to his death because he believed he could face achilles head on.
which he does...after being tricked into thinking deiphobus was there to help him. and he goes down fighting, with honor, but still everyone is watching. and it makes me really sad esp when he begs achilles to just strip his armor and give his body back to his family and achilles REFUSES him. theres just something so tragic and depressing about hektors final moments. and all he thought about in the end was his family. im. NORMAL. IM FINE.

no!! stop running!!!
i need to tell you that he held out his arms to take his baby!!!
but the child squirmed around and began wailing terrified by his father’s helm!!!!
and his father began laughing and his mother laughed as well!!
and from his handsome head he took it and placed it on the ground!!
and he kissed his son and swung him around!!!
and prayed that he would become better than him!!!
stop running this is important!!!!

Prompt 219
Ellie would like it to be known that she didn’t do this on purpose. But what was she supposed to do when she found another clone? Not grab him before he could be brainwashed for evil? He’s a baby! Okay not literally, but as the older clone, she declares him baby!
Hey Danny, do you want a son? She found him in a whale! Yeah? Sweet, new tiny stabby brother!
