okay so the logo

theres the standard heraldry with the lion and the unicorn, 'non vacillabimus' translates to 'we will not falter'

but what im curious about right now are these:

the chevrons (these things; ^) are again heraldry stuff, vaguely represent protection/defense

the other symbols are alchemy symbols

the 🜔 is salt and represents the body

the ☿ is mercury and represents the mind

the 🜍 is sulfur and represents the spirit

in alchemy these three symbols are considered tria prima, the three primes of life

you can see other alchemical symbols in the background of the whole logo as well and it is going to be very interesting to see how/if these elements play into the show

I keep seeing posts saying that "omg, no!!! klaus can't be scared of everything/gemaphobic/whatever!!! He's done so much crazy shit!!!" But they are missing the major point, because yeah, ur right! Season one and two klaus did insane shit!!! But guess what happened in season three? He was told that good chunk of that crazy shit he did killed him. He was fine with that, because guess what? He was immortal. Guess what he isn't anymore? Immortal. Imagine learning that ur crazy past actually lead to you dying multiple times, and the only reason ur still alive is because you have freaky alien powers and 12 year old god hates you so much that she frequently kicked you out of heaven, and now those powers are gone and you could potentially die at any minute now, and then dont piss your pants when ur thrown back into the real world and forced to live life again. He litteraly is experiencing the crushing reality of mortality after living his whole life thinking he could bounce back from deadly situations without a scratch. If I made it to 39 without feeling Existential dread and then it suddenly hit me like a freight train in an alternate universe, you would not see me outside, you would see me in a sealed bubble with sanitizer everywhere.
