the world seemed to have changed irrevocably so. it was entirely unlike the world she had once known but also similar in a way. it seemed war also ravaged the here and now, too. she found herself in a town quite fanciful and with people running to and fro - either hawking wares or trying to find solace in what she assumed was a dying world. 

somehow she managed to bump into someone - a tall, muscular man in a purple tank top and baggy pants which threw her for a loop. it was unlike the garb of her day and she supposed she stuck out like a sore thumb just as he did in her mind. 

"my apologies!" she says. "i was too consumed with the sights of everything that i did not see you there. i hope you can forgive me?"

it's so funny how dil was supposed to be a mix of dan and phil but then he was pressured into a heterosexual marriage bc they were in the closet and now that they're out they're turning dab (and evan) into their self insert(s) instead. we all saw the high rise apartment and japan honeymoon etc but now they gave dab phil's hair and a dan sweater
