Well it's certainly been a year.

I think I was much more focused on my writing this year and that really shows in the last couple months where I haven't been drawing as much. Also end of the year has just been really busy, one thing after another.

I tried new things and pushed myself to make my art better. I did 30+ pieces of Art Fight, three of which were gifs, and I tried to step outside my comfort zone. I don't draw as much as I used to, but I'm okay with that.

Here's to next year and whatever madness it it brings <3

HI so I just binged your entire adagio in green fic. In one sitting. im Normal. You don’t mind if I rant a little, right? I’m a little delirious as of now

I have actually read up to chapter 5-ish about a year ago, but at that time I didn’t have an Ao3 account and I lost it. I remembered it and went on a fichunt until I found it. I’m so glad I found it again because I have been thinking about it for months.

I CANT really describe the emotional damage that has been done, but I can say that I have cried multiple times and was left with a slack jaw for extended periods of time. Yeah I can’t really explain but what I’m getting at is that YOU ARE A PHENOMENAL, AMAZING, OUTSTANDING, BEYOND TALENTED WRITER.

I’m a sucker for medical angst and you delivered. It was more of a missile drop, actually. My heart aches especially with how you so perfectly describe Leo and his frustration that he hides so well. And don’t even get me started on Mikey.

I’m so happy you included leatherhead and alopex, and how canon everything feels. It’s natural, and I could see this happen and I can hear their voices when reading. You’re just that good.

I probably have a TON more I forgot to add. But rest assured I love this fanfiction and it should be canon. It’s canon to me.

This work is such a nail biter that my hands are practically stubs by now. Thanks again.

Now that 2024 is coming to a close:

1) Of everything you've made this year, which ones are you the most proud of?

2) What are a few of your favorite things (art, comics, fics, etc) that someone else has made this past year?

What am I most proud of? Dang, now I gotta remember what I've been doing all year lol

Well, I'm still really happy with my silly April Fool's video! It's been a while since I did any editing, but I think it turned out pretty good! And I really, really love my KH RIse Station of Awakening! I still want to do more of them...

In terms of writing, I'm just...kind of amazed that Adagio in Green is still going! It's been over a year and it's still going! And I love that! I'm proud of myself for sticking with it! I'm happy with the couple of one shots I did for Fic Fight this year too. I couldn't do a lot because I was so busy, but I like the ones I did manage to write.

Things that other people have made!!!! OH MAN I could fill like a textbook with all the cool stuff!!

As always there is @rottmnt-residuum~ Residuum my beloved. Residuum my wife. Blowing kisses to Residuum and its creators. I love them. I love Residuum.

@dandylovesturtles writes some of THE BEST fics and I especially have enjoyed her emotional support water bottles series this year! She captures characters SO WELL!!

Don't get me started on the devastation that @amevello-blue and @alicat54writing regularly cause to my feelings with their babies and dark turtles fics.

Cracked Conscience by @dragonpastels brings me an unprecedented amount of joy. I cannot describe to you how much I love their evil Donnie, how much he delights me with his antics and his snoot, and how very excited I am to see how his story goes. ALSO they have a REALLY COOL HTTYD AU and the dragon designs are STELLAR.

There's a hundred people I could shout-out here, but I gotta give one to my friend @corruwuption, who is not only dealing with my BS while she beta reads for me, but also made me this stunning fan art for Adagio in Green! I love it so, so, so, so much!!! It makes me so happy and I can't believe she made fan art for my fic!!! I have it hung up on my wall <3
