Atem gifts Gigi a necklace, a gold chain with a pink gem heart pendant. Similarly, he gifts Whisp a silver chain necklace with a purple gem scorpion pendant (resembling the tattoo/mark on her shoulder). Both gifts come with a card that says, "Happy Birthday!"

Main Verse || Millennial Wishes

Gigi and Whisp were walking down the halls together while being greeted by their friends wishing them happy birthdays. It was a nice feeling after so long of figuring out when she was actually created and thus extended the day to her sister. And even more so with the rules stating that the djinn are allowed to spellebrate their creation day without any boundaries to the lantern or duties.

More so, a day off for her sister.

Gigi was happy... she only wished Atem was here.

Looking at the phone, she knew her mummy prince was still away on a trip with his family and had warned her he might not be back in time. However in the morning, she received a lovely message and told her to look in her locker for a gift. And so that was where she was dragging her sister to before meeting with their friends at the amusement park.

Looking in her locker, Gigi pulled out the two gifts and handed the moon decorated box to her sister before opening hers. She pulled out the gold locket and gave a longing look before placing a kiss on it.

Whisp raised an eyebrow at her 'gift' and watched Gigi turn her back for a second before using her magic to change the silver into platinum so she could actually wear it. Despite the questionable choice in material, it was an adequate gift... she guessed.

That didn't mean she would like the pharaoh or anything...

Gigi began sending a thank you video to which Whisp only contributed with a small wave.

      ❝ Yes... Very... charming. ❞

Watching Good Omens with my partner was so funny because he was **convinced** that Crowley and Aziraphale had an entirely platonic relationship because he'd read the book and that's how he'd interpreted it

So while watching it together every time I'd point out how gay they were being (after doing something objectively gay) he'd get so mad at me like 'noooooo they're just friends you're reading too much into it!!'

As you can imagine, getting to the end of season 2 was a big moment for me, it was basically this:

i've seen lots of 'the death of future donnie' comics, most recently ofc being from @somerandomdudelmao (i went back and forth abt tagging but then decided i would, because this is directly their fault, /pos) and then, of course, all the fan content that was made in response to said comic... and i love seeing so many people make so much awesome work! but it's also really fucking sad.

so often in the real world, there are no goodbyes, no dying in the arms of a loved one, no heroic sacrifices, there's just... death. people just die and it sucks. especially because in real life there's also no cool storyboarder assuring you that there's gonna be a happy ending and you'll see them again. and so it's like... then what?

i dunno. i was just sad about it for a while, and i wasn't really sure what to do with that, but i guess this is my answer. sometimes you don't get to say goodbye or hold them when they leave you, and you dunno if you'll get to see them again. but you can still have the mark they left on the world and hang onto that. because no matter what, once upon a time, they were there, and you remember. other people probably do, too.
