Needless to say, a stop at the local bar may have not been the best idea to do. But when someone snatches your purse, (even with the protest of just getting a new one), Yusuke was determined.

Luckily they didn't stay in there for long. The couple managed to escape the fight turned massive brawl with only Yusuke getting a few hits on him... though the other mansters looked worse.

They managed to get up to Ol' Boot Hill, the highest cliffside to get a bootiful view of the highest area. After insisting on healing him, Gigi sat with Yusuke to admire the view and reflect on the day.

Despite the bar crash, they had such a wonderful time doing anything and everything fun they could in the town within the span of hours. Feeling the arm wrapped around them, Gigi leaned closer against the demon prince's chest...

       ❝ Did you ever... imagine life can be like this? Just exploring things without a care without thinking or hesitating to try... it's amazing. Especially... ❞

They trailed off when Gigi felt a hand on their chin before looking up to see Yusuke glancing down at them with one of the softest looks he'd ever gave. Slowly he leaned forward and Gigi felt their heart skip a beat. But they found themselves pulled into a trance, meeting Yusuke halfway as their lips touched in a soft yet tender kiss.

Closing their eyes, the genie and the demon shared the beautiful moment in an unforgettable night.

Gigi couldn't help but titter at the sight of Puu landing on Yusuke's head. He spoke so carefree of the thought of dating them but understands that the djinn was new. Pacing in this new relationship was not a problem for Gigi. Not just to dating they were new in, but pretty much to the new boo world. Everything changes after a couple of thousand of years and this time was more advanced than before.

But Gigi can be brave enough to explore it with Yusuke.

       ❝ Well we're... I mean... I'm not sure. But we--I know there's much to explore in New Salem. The ghouls always talk about so many new things around here so... I think it would be fun to explore them with you. ❞

A small blush appeared on their cheeks...

“I’ve got patience but YOU, you’ve gotta get the feelin’ of what it’s like t’ date. Sure there’s the romantic bits where we kiss and grunt enough t’ have the neighbors concerned but there’s other aspects of it too. One: Witnessin’ your boyfriend is basically better than you in every little mini-game life has t’ offer. Mini-golf, bowling, the arcade, karaoke..I mean babe the opportunities almost got no limits.” There’s a grin on his face that displayed his playful nature.

“IS THERE a place t’ play minigolf here?? I’m pretty much picturin’ our club would be rigormortis legs and the balls bein’ eye balls. Ya know the whole zombie theme.”

Scorpina watched with interest as Chloe spoke of her troubles. She didn't say anything as the other spoke, not wanting to interrupt. Though she didn't show of any signs of wanting to leave or rush off.

The so-called hated rich girl had the heroine's attention.

When she stopped for now, Scorpina grew more curious...

       ❝ Why do you believe it's your fault? ❞

Chloé blinked in surprise as Scorpina sat and offered her full attention. She wasn't used to that. Usually, she had to throw around her position to get anyone to even spare her a glance.

Maybe talking to someone on the outside would help. But at the same time...

"Well, it's really stupid," she sighed. "You're a superhero...you have more important things to worry about than some rich girl that everyone hates," she mumbled.

Her own acknowledgment of how most everyone seemed to feel about her...even Ladybug seemed to have issues with her. The admission took her by surprise, but maybe she'd done that to herself.

"Maybe this is my own fault," she whispered. "I wouldn't be surprised if Adrien hates me and he's just pretending because he's too nice to tell me the truth..."

Whisp converses with Spectra a bit on her take of literature. Mainly it was obvious she was a mystery and thriller type of genre. She loves a good plot when she can't guess what comes next or anything that didn't make the story so predictable.

Keeping your audience guessing was the thrill after all.

After a while, the former genie's iCoffin began to buzz. Taking it out, she notes a certain hext before turning to Spectra...

       ❝ Look, not to cut this short and meeting you wasn't as awkward as I thought it would be, but uh... being summoned and what not so... ❞

The ghost grinned. Yes! They had something in common, besides caring about Gigi.

“I’ve been writing since even before I died. I usually go for gossip and news…what about you?”

Gigi followed Spinel into town, looking back for a second as if looking for something... but everything seemed to be clear.

Walking into Beach City seemed pretty quaint but fun! As she walked by she saw plenty of humans but... more of these gem-type monsters! And they were... out an about without disguises?

Come to think of it, Spinel wasn't wearing nor attempting to wear a disguise herself.

       ❝ Um, Spinel?... Um... is it... safe for you to walk around? ❞

"Nice to meet you, Gigi" Spinel replied with a smile, shaking the other's hand before dropping her arm to her side.

"Oh, I don't mind. it won't take long, and even if it does, that's no issue." She replied, genuine. She didn't have anything to do today, so this was a good opportunity to kill her boredom

Don't use your muse(s) to vent your out-of-character frustrations or give yourself an ego boost.

I've seen this happen many times over my 10+ years of role-playing on this site. I've met a lot of muns that tend to use their muses as a means of airing out their grievances, or making themselves feel/seem important.

Example #1: I once met someone who would speak through their muse whenever someone on the dash (a writing partner or just a mutual) angered or frustrated them. They wouldn't directly call the target out, but to those in the know, it was clear who they were talking about.

Example #2: I knew someone that I would plot a thread out in advance with, we both agreed that was how it was going to play out so both of us would be happy, and then when it came down to writing the thread, their muse unexpectedly vilified mine in order to make them seem like they were "special" or "more important" or "the good guy."

This is incredibly frustrating and off-putting. Writing is supposed to be fun for everyone involved. It's not meant to make any one person seem or feel more important than anyone else.

If you're doing either of these things, rest assured that you are the only one having fun.
