Another day, another akuma taken care of for the city of Paris. Hawkmoth was still at large and very dangerous, but luckily the heroes Chat Noir and Ladybug were becoming more and more prepared for each fight.

Scorpina viewed from on top of the building as the trail of ladybugs flew over the city of Paris, healing all the damage done. She smiled watching the duo did their signature victory sign and tending to the victim. Once they were cleared, Alya of the Ladyblog and Mirelle of the Chat's Meow (the newest blog for Chat Noir) came over for a word in to be put into their respective blogs.

Chat gave his word more quicker and finished to see Scorpina waving at him from above.

       ❝ Paw-rdon me, ladies, but this Chat needs to hit the road. Meow ya later! ❞

With a two finger salute, Chat extended his staff to the roof and poll vaulted over... not too far away. Hidden on the top of the roofs where they wouldn't be seen by ordinary eyes. Scorpina parked her staff as she moved to meet Chat, speaking only wonderful praises.

       ❝ How was that today? I tried out that new move you showed me. ❞

       ❝ You did beautifully. I'm so proud of you of how you've come so far. You're turning out to be the best cat wielder in history. ❞

She in turn gave Chat... a kiss on the forehead before he beamed at her.

Porter felt on top of the world as he was cheered in the art club of his new painting done. This whole interacting with the solid school really was worth all of the drama at Haunted High. Another crowd to appreciate his work. And no more detention chains!

He finished his latest piece of retelling the whole adventure of the Red Lady before the bell rang for lunch. Before he could fly away wanting to taste some of the solid food at Monster High, he felt something poking his shoulder before he was met...

…with a very sweet ghost kiss by his favorite reporter.

Porter blinks as he was pulled back from the kiss, ghost brain taking a moment to acknowledge what happened before he found himself sighing dreamily with a lovestruck face he definitely could not hide.

@muralmxse [ Catastrophe Pt7 ] Needless to say, the ghouls were only... partially shocked. Shocked of was was being planned, but not shocked of who was behind it. Cleo figured the conniving cat was up to no good some how. Frankie felt... disappointed in Toralei more so than before. She knew the werecat took advantage of Gigi before but not while risking her relationship. To violate their privacy was just a new low.

Now... they had to break the news to Catty.

They played back the video Spectra sent to them to the popstar in the private Muse-ick room. ❝ Toralei's been blackmawling Gigi the whole time!❞ Frankie spoke. ❝ And she's planning something soon for the next tournament! ❞ (@wickedlyxcreepy / @sorcerymuses)

Catty frowned and shivered at the word "blackmaul." What an ugly phrase, and an even uglier action.

No wonder Gigi was being so distant! Toralei had the genie wrapped around her little finger!

Worry for her girlfriend gnawed at the werecat's gut. Seeing how far Gigi would go to protect her -- to protect them -- made her feel more nauseas than anything else.

Swallowing, Catty pulled her eyes away from the video on the phone and looked up at the other ghouls.

"So, what's the plan? There is a plan, right?"

"Because whatever it is, I want to help. Toralei scratched on the wrong tree this time."

       He’s been reconstructing his deck until he hears someone speak to him from beside him. Atem shifts his gaze from the card he’s holding in his hand to fixate it on Abbey.

       “Oh, hello there, Abbey.”  He recalls her name despite not interacting before. Either from teachers mentioning it or some of her friends. The mummy manster does his best to remember the names of the students for common knowledge.

       Atem appreciates that the yeti has taken interest in the card game and is more than happy to give an answer to her question.

       “I see you want to know about Duel Monsters. Very well. Each player has a deck consisting of forty cards. There are two kinds of cards, monsters and spells/traps. You start off with two thousand life points each and whoever hits zero first loses. Basically, you both summon a monster and the one with higher attack or defense points wins. The spell and trap cards aid in providing you with boosts or a weakness to the opponent.” He also makes sure to display a random monster, spell, and trap card for Abbey to see as examples. There is more information to add but he keeps it simple for now to see her reaction first on the basics. “If you want, I can help you with constructing your own deck.”

The area seemed too quiet where Coral was scouting. No signs of nay humans, earth life forms or gems so far. She allowed herself to come out of the shadows and made her way to the waterfall.

One of Coral's favorite places to come as it was quiet and secluded. Somewhere she could think to herself. Too much was happening and she felt... tired. The constant war with her diamond and these crystal gems. Her diamond not gaining any proper allies to help fight them off...

The infiltrator quietly shifted her hand behind her back and turned around, hearing the sound of grass shifting...

Sitting gently next to the blonde, the older heroine made to hear Chloe out.

Chloé nodded a little and tore her gaze away from her.

"Um...Chloé...," she said lamely. And she had to stop herself from slapping her own forehead.

Get it together! she thought to herself. Maybe she was just too frazzled.

"Did you need something?" she asked again. "Because there's nothing going on over here. Except my being grounded and punished for no reason...but there's nothing you can do about that," she blurted. "I just...sorry," she groaned. The word felt weird in her mouth.

"Just ignore me...everyone else does."

does your muse enjoy giving gifts? 

Whisp is a being of an ultimate gift giver so she only gives out the best. She only gives out gifts as an apology or a special occasion to those she's close to. Otherwise as a genie, people at the school would abuse her abilities.

what is a gift your muse is hoping to receive? 

Acceptance. Whisp never wanted to be labeled as a villain and has long renounced her past goal. She just wants other people to see her for her, not for her past or because she's a genie.

does your muse prefer receiving more practical or fun gifts?

As someone who can materialize anything, Whisp doesn't care for store bought gifts. She rather those who know her would make their own gift. Something personal to show that they know her better.

does your muse like it when someone spends a lot of money on them?

Not really cause it feels like her love is being bought. And again, why buy something that she can easily materialize?

Porter shouldn't be surprised when Spectra eventually asked this. Sure he was playing around at first, but he only did it to make her smile. She looked too worried, even with a maniacal principal trapping them for eternity.

Instead of stuttering or making up some kind of joke or lame excuse, Porter opted for the truth. He may joke about a few things, but never about Spectra...

Juleka Appreciation Outline Closed

This is the first of somethings for the day, but it is here! Since the poll for the next appreciation drawing was a tie, I decided to do them both (sorry Luka, maybe next time)

Alright, the guidelines:

These ideally should be from other artists and writers AUs. I will not be designing any suggestions for Juleka swaps.

For the writers without visual references, I can work off the descriptions of outfits to create a reference for this and you.

One Juleka per artist, not AU (for example, I have several AUs that feature Juleka, but I'd only put one in)
