- Marius absolutely will hand someone his arm if they ask for a "hand" with something. this has ended in him getting shot more than once

- Jonny enjoys laying his head on Brian and listening to his heart beat, imagining it's his own. He has sworn Brian to secrecy (everyone already knows)

- occasionally ivy's brain will crash and she has to reboot. originally this freaked out the others but they're used to it. they will fuck with her while she's out of it. once a reboot took several hours and she woke up and every inch of her face was covered in stickers

- in order from best cooks to worst- ivy, Nastya, Marius, Raphealla, TS, Brian, Jonny, ashes, Tim.

- ashes & Tim are both natural heaters and are usually in the middle of a cuddle pile on colder planets

- Brian doesn't technically need to breathe and enjoys walking on the bottom of deep bodies of water to see the creatures below. he does have to make sure he gets all of the salt water off so he doesn't rust tho

- no one is letting the toy soldier back into the aurora, it just exists where it believes it should (because it's needed, narratively important, or because it believes it will be funny). only aurora knows this, the others believe they keep accidentally letting it back in. this also means toy solider is *incredibly* good at startling others by just appearing in corners or behind doors.

- Jonny is missing the finger prints on one of his fingers from a bar fight, where he narrowly missed losing the whole finger.

- Tim has some knee damage from living in the tunnels during the moon war and while the mechnaizing has helped some, occasionally uses a cane

- Ashes has nerve damage in thier lower limbs from the flame damage

- Marius sometimes gets phantom pains from his missing arm

- somwtimes Brian turns all of his sensors up because he forgets what feeling actually alive feels like. his processor has limited ability to process things like warmth or pain so they just feel like echos of the real thing. he gets jealous sometimes of the others. everyone else can *feel* thier hugs. he's even jealous of TS. it can't feel like him, but it also doesn't remember what it felt like before. he's even jealous of the others feeling pain because at least it's more than just dull flashes that thier brain attempts to imitate as feeling

- ashes is Brian's favorite to touch/hug/cuddle with purely because they run hotter so it's easier for his sensors to pick up the temperature difference (so it feels the closest to hugging did before mechanizing)

- Brian hates the zero grav zones on the aurora & avoids them if at all possible because they remind him of his time before mechanizing (aurora knows this and will shuffle corridors around if she knows where he is going to avoid low grav areas)

- sometimes Tim will just. turn off the sensors in his eyes for a bit. usually when he's over stimulated. sometimes when he's tinkering on something he knows well and someone keeps bothering him. sometimes it's because someone keeps trying to get his attention and "sorry I didn't see you my eyes were off" is hilarious

He’s a service top and probably the biggest on checking boundaries and aftercare, like more than Charlie and Vaggie. His biggest priority is making sure whoever he’s with has a good and safe time. He’s got experience and he knows how to make anyone feel good. Also whenever someone calls him a manlet he will remind them that height doesn’t matter when you’ve got them on their knees anyway.

Charlie and Vaggie

Put them as a duo because who else are they boning? As a general note, they’re both switches and Charlie is the more experienced one of the two, though mostly with men. They’re generally pretty vanilla but have some light kinks and sometimes do some roleplay.

Genuinely curious bc my thoughts on him going between these two have me conflicted bc I don’t LIKE him being a bad father, specifically in regards to Jason, but it does kinda fuel some ‘Jason leaves the batfam to go find himself’ stories I’ve seen, but you could argue that Bruce doesn’t NEED to be terrible for that to happen. Idk maybe modern comics have poisoned my ability to ignore Bruce’s history of abusing his children in some way by cranking up that abuse to a solid 20/10 (I’m sure I don’t have to mention what I’m referencing lmao), but it just makes me think. So much would be nicer if he was just a flawed father, but that’s not what his character fully is y’know (this is why I brought up Talia, just realized I was rambling without making that clear lol)

Phew ok, I’ll try to answer this to the best of my abilities!

So keep in mind that these are my personal thoughts and I’m actually not that well versed in comic lore (the comics I’ve read can be counted on one hand sadly but I’m trying to get my hands on more ksksks), and majority of my knowledge comes from research and fanfic.

Okay back to the topic at hand!

Generally I write/read fanfic for some fluffy family feels (and angst) and the occasional romance, hence why I prefer to write Talia and Bruce as being good parents and likable characters in general. I enjoy reading about it, so I enjoy writing it that way.

In regards to Bruce and his canon actions… well, that’s a tough one to answer ngl.

On one hand he’s displayed as a loving adoptive father who absolutely adores is children, on the other hand he’s shown to be ruthless when they violate his no-kill rules (reference to the Batarang incident).

To me this kind of juxtaposition makes little sense, but I’m afraid there are quite a number of character inconsistencies in the franchise from what I’ve seen so…. I don’t know. It’s just such a 180 turnaround to the early concept of the Batman who considers everyone to be redeemable regardless of their crime. Why would that suddenly not apply to his child?

I don’t think I could ever stomach writing him as a genuinely bad father, most I could do to mix it up a little and have him struggle to reach an understanding with Jason regarding his rule over Crime Alley and dealing with his own inability to communicate properly.

Batman was always supposed to be a protector, the “good guy”, but he’s also human. A human with significant trauma that he’s never properly worked through which… can screw with your people skills significantly.

So that’s usually the way I try to look at it whenever I want to write a Bruce who isn’t the World’s Best Dad at the moment. He’s trying, he just doesn’t know how to show it in a way that others can understand, especially his kids. (Yes tho I take full liberty with the more heinous stuff Bruce pulls/pulled in the comics and discard them as if they’re expired candy >.<)

To sum it up, I’m afraid you won’t ever find a fic where either Talia and/or Bruce are genuinely, irredeemably bad. Simply because I personally don’t think that’s how people work in general and because… well, I’m soft and I need some soft parenting in there somewhere. Sorry dear 🥺

• I like thinking that Doflamingo is partially blind in one eye from getting hit by an arrow during his whole backstory as a kid, that’s why he’s always wearing the glasses. • Law also gets super moody on winter islands; I read a fic once where he tends to go to the local church whenever he visits one and. Yeah idk that felt right to me. Law’s got an overall SOMETHING of a relationship with religion (just based off some of what we saw with his childhood I think) that I’m not complex or knowledgeable enough to do a justified analysis of

• Sanji makes recipe books, and labels them with notes on what’s easiest vs more hard to make in case the crew ever needs that. Dude also absolutely has a notebook somewhere on how to prepare human meat should it ever come to that. The ideal way to mourn his passing. Consume the flesh of the fallen. Become feast.

• Sanji’s hands don’t have a single blemish on them, and he moistures them frequently, actually.

• Zoro is ambidextrous. He can also write shockingly well with his mouth and his feet if need be. Fucker is absolutely planning to go multiple different sword styles one day. Cut off his legs, replace them with blades.

• Luffy will bite Zoro a lot just because. It’s Zoro. Why would he mind. Captain is just releasing pent up energy cause he got excited.

• Luffy is immune to getting acne—as well as most other skin conditions—since he’s made of rubber. Lucky bastard.

• I firmly believe one of the reasons Zoro and Sanji don’t get along is because of their differing views on woman—or more specifically, how Sanji acts with them that pisses Zoro off to an extent. And that’s due to the whole Kuina thing. The fact that Sanji would not only treat women like they’re glass, so capable of breaking and delicate, to the point where he refuses to so much as lay a finger (or toe in this case??) on them—it really fucking grates Zoro. If a person is demanding you to fight them on equal grounds, regardless of their gender, you shouldn’t disrespect them just because they’re female. Just feels like an insult. Cant fucking believe I gotta argue in defense of hitting women here because of you, Sanji

• Usopp has the second best observation haki on the crew—and I say second only because of the whole Luffy and Katakuri thing. Yeah. Third best would be either Zoro or Sanji, because we see Zoro specifically training with haki during the timeskip, and after losing an eye I refuse to believe that Mihawk wouldn’t give Zoro a pretty decent training in observation haki to make up for that. And Sanji just. Idk man he gives me the vibes, plus he always seems adept at being able to know when someone’s in danger (even if that’s only catering specifically to the female sex)

• I think that Zoro postures a lot whenever Luffy compliments Sanji or talks about how cool someone else is because he doubts his place on the crew a lot. Like. He’s just the swordsman, right? He’s a lot more replaceable than the other members of the crew, a swordsman isn’t totally needed to survive in the New World. Y’know. Stuff like that :)

• Zoro has a super high alcohol tolerance, so it takes a lot to get him drunk. He’s also got a high tolerance to most heavy sedatives.

• Zoro does the boob-grab thing to himself sometimes when he’s thinking. You know the one. I sure do. Hold the titty for comfort and serotonin.

• Law is an EXTREME control freak. Just in general.

• Zoro and Usopp are part of girls nights. Just because. They are.

Gotta start off with the queen p herself,

Grace Chasity

Even tho she’s an only child, she’s a great babysitter so I think she’s a very silly & playful ler

That said, she’s absolutely the kind of annoying preppy kid who’s way too friendly & thinks you’re close when you’re like, acquaintances at best & will try to tickle you randomly

Steph has actually punched her because she expected it to be Max or another bully. She said she was sorry even tho she wasn’t really that sorry lmao

She thinks that tickling is a wholesome enough activity to allow her peers to engage in it (yes, ALLOW them)

She prefers to give out quick pokes or squeezes rather than outright tickling unless she considers you a close friend

She prefers to be more on the giving end for some particular reason (power trip)

Gets giggly & panicky right before an attack & desperately tries to bargain for a way out (it never works)

Despite how ticklish he is, he’s usually the one to instigate

It’s his go to method for winning an argument against Ruth, so long as she doesn’t strike first

He likes to deliver rapid pokes or squeezes while acting like he’s not doing anything

When he’s tickling his friends, he just carries on the conversation but he’s talking way louder to be heard over their laughter

He’s not super easily embarrassed because he’s fully aware cringe is dead but if you do get him to blush, he turns BRIGHT red

When he laughs he squints his eyes & leans forward & usually holds onto someone for support

He has a very loud & borderline shrill laugh

He’s the younger brother so Automatic Lee

Ted used to play goofy tickle games with him & now that he’s older he insists he’s “grown out of it” but Ted still instigates their old shenanigans. Sometimes he just gets a lil nostalgic & decides to torment his baby bro

Peter tries to act like he can’t stand them, but secretly he has just as much fun as Ted. It reminds him of when they used to be closer & things weren’t as bad, & it’s a way for them to connect after years of growing apart

That said, he will still fight tooth & nail to get away because he knows how ruthless Ted can be when it comes to him

Wasn’t until he was in high school that Peter really started gunning for revenge

Out of the nerd trio, he’s def the favorite target. He’s got a really adorable, infectious laugh & is kinda uncoordinated with his king gangly limbs, so he’s an easy target

When he tries to be the only reasonable one, they’ll tickle him until he caves in to their demands

He’s so skinny so the boney areas like ribs, hips & knees are gonna be major hot spots, but he’s crazy ticklish pretty much everywhere

He acts annoyed & put out after he’s tickled because he doesn’t want anyone to know he doesn’t really mind it, but he kinda over corrects into the “I’ve been waiting five fucking years” asshole territory

He has a very traditional, dorky laugh that’s high pitched & loud & he snorts a lot & it embarrasses him to no end but once Steph heard it she’s like “no this is the greatest sound I’ve ever heard”

That said, she can do a pretty good job of hiding it if she doesn’t like the person trying to tickle her. But if her guard is down & she’s in a good mood, she’s a giggly mess in seconds

I think trying to hard to be the cool kid & the mayors daughter puts a lot of stress on her, so she’s pretty willing to let herself laugh & have fun otherwise

She only tickles people she’s close or comfortable with, but she likes to strike when they’re least expecting it

She has long nails & knows how to use them to get the best reactions

Her methods range from lightly dragging her nails over your skin to quick scribbles to ruthless squeezes. Her attacks are sporadic to keep her lee guessing & on the edge of their seat!

a/n: sorry i haven't updated in a while, my chronic pain has been kicking my ass recently and uni is starting up but netherless, enjoy!

Domesticity

The Avengers occupy the top three floors of the tower. With Tony and Peppers penthouse on top, a recreational level on the floor below and then the rest of the avengers rooms on the floor below.

Family styled dinners every night. Tony insisted on hiring a private chef for the whole team but Wanda was fiercely against it.

Wanda, Pietro, Sam and you were the ones that actually brought some spice and seasoning to everyones diet.

Bucky and Clint would pinch in by helping wash or cut vegetables.

Tony and Nat would set the table together.

Thor would prepare drinks and Vision and Steve would deal with dishes afterwards.

You would always call be the one to call Loki for dinner. Often finding him either in the library or in the garden, both places giving him peace of mind. (He never minded when you joined him tho)

Social Outings

Movie nights at least twice a month!!!

It initially started with everyone alternating on choosing a movie but democracy was quickly thrown out the window and now yall spent 20 minutes fighting over what to watch.

Going out clubbing in the city always guaranteed a good time.

Especially when Maria and Valkyrie showed up

Visions was ALWAYS designated driver but he truly didn't mind.

Steve, Bucky, Loki, and Thor would pregame on Asgardian ale, While Nat and Pietro would be bartenders for everyone else pregaming.

Bruce would typically stay sober every time we went out after last time he got hammered him, Clint, and Thor woke up in an alleyway with no pants, shoes or socks.

Nat can handle her liquor the best out of everyone. Wanda is an extreme lightweight.

Pietro was more of a stoner and you two would always light up at every chance together.

In fact he was the first person you ever did psychedelics with and the experience was truly euphoric.

Wanda and you are guilty of indulging in a drunk ciggy.

The girls always invited you for every sleepover and it would always start off pure but then end in a chaotic shitshow.

It would start with face-masks, painting each thers nails, before pretty soon after many many drinks, yall would host a karoake/dance party right in the living room.

(Loki may or may not have been in attendance as well)

Chaos

Sam and Bucky would sometimes surprise Peter by picking him up from school and then proceed to bully him the entire way back home.

During debriefs, Pietro would always send you random memes/tiktoks and you would have to try your hardest not to laugh out loud.

Speaking of which, Pietro would constantly post thrist traps on his social media accounts.

Peter would always try to get us involved in his tiktoks.

Whenever you would speak in your native language, the rest of the team would be mesmerized especially Loki, Pietro, Wanda, and Bucky.

Peter would ask you if you could teach him and you obviously taught him all of the swear words.

You and Loki would use your powers to pull pranks on each other and one time things got so out of hand, that Tony kicked both of yall out for a solid week.

Also Pietro totally had a thing for Aunt May at some point, he's down horrendously for MILFS

one (or more) headcanon(s) i have that involve them and one other character: cana, seeing sad corunir coming back from rammas deluon again: alright. someone needs to help this kid stay alive. she does grow out of that a bit, once they get to know each other a little better, but it very much starts with her going Dude. Can You Not Do This Again??? after he throws himself at the watchers again. they become pretty good friends, eventually, but she's still pretty protective of him (however much he proves that he's fully capable of surviving in angmar, she still sees the look in his eyes when he decides to go back to the watchers, and when he comes back again)
