Strings in their hands are supposed to show how Axis has much control, they were gonna be blue

However, Axis is very much not free, under the constant threat of deactivation, they must do everything perfectly with no mistakes, or they will become like the first Overseer. A constant threat Axis experiences. Other strings were gonna be white

While they may not experience most emotions, they can experience fear, which to their understanding was meant for self preservation

Additionally, despite all the power they have, they are stuck in their greatest blind spot (by design) which is sector zero

Actually, Axis's emotions are disabled, not non existent, implying they can be reenabled somehow, which I don't think they would like. Such large scale influence must not be hindered by selfish experiences, the quest for perfection in efficiency is one where you do not matter. Emotions will only blind you and destroy all you've built, as has happened with the first Overseer.

And yet, Axis chose to reactivate him, the failure they've always been warned against becoming,

Because they did not trust that they could keep this perfect efficiency constant, at least, they needed a backup in case of their inevitable failure.

OK IM SO SORRY FOR THE LACK OF UPLOADS A BUNCH OF STUFF HAPPENED BETWEEN THE LAST MONTH,,...,.. from my school performing Willy Wonka jr (it went rlly well btw >< [if anyone's curious, I played Violet yeppiii]) FROM MY WISDOM TEETH AND MOLAR REMOVAL SO I GOT 5 TEETH YANKED OUT OF MY SKULL (the nurses let me listen to the Yume Nikki ost so it was worth it) AND JS AAAAAA Im so glad to fiNALLY POST THESE AFTER 2ISH MONTHS

so we have. Pelicans (the og), Pelucas (wig), and Pegasus... idk killer lineup if i do say so myself

here's a bit of pleucas lore—it's actually based off of the scientific name of a beluga whale (Delphinapterus leucas). idk i was like 12 and really liked belugas. so lore-accurate pleucas misinterpretation would be "beluga." but i didn't foresee anyone really guessing that one LOL

But in hindsight i think pleucas is a sick username idc idc. even its misinterpretability is a perk—bad press is still press 😔🤞

are there any others???? im curious. i also read non-word usernames as something mildly adjacent, somehow i never considered ppl would do the same for mine?????
