Laying down his fresh set of clothes the prince had assumed, perhaps naively, that Goku would promptly retrieve his own attire and depart to change in a more private setting. Yet, as always, his expectations collided with the reality of Goku's behavior.

Upon noticing the towel flung carelessly onto the bed, Vegeta's expression shifted to one of mild confusion, even more so at the sudden humming. Warmth tinged his cheeks once more, partly from residual embarrassment and partly from the sight of Goku shamelessly disrobing before him again. His gaze may have lingered for a moment longer than usual, betraying a fleeting moment of captivation, before he forcefully tore his attention away, a subtle shake of his head accentuating his reassertion of focus.

"You imbecile, that was not an invitation for you to—" Vegeta's words hung in the air, interrupted by a frustrated pause. With a resigned exhale, he recognized the futility of his attempt to reason with Goku, his frustration manifesting in incoherent grumblings under his breath. It was clear that his words were purposefully lost on the other Saiyan.

Vegeta's lips pressed into a thin line as he resumed his task, slipping into his fresh shirt with practiced ease. However, as he contemplated changing his lower garments, a subtle hesitation crept into his movements. The Saiyan prince couldn't shake off the lingering discomfort of exposing himself further in front of Goku, yet the uncomfortable sensation of the wet clothes clinging to his skin grew increasingly unbearable. A small grimace crossed Vegeta's face as he weighed his options.

After a moment of inner debate, Vegeta begrudgingly made up his mind. His own stubbornness to leave the room partly to blame as he swiftly removed his pants and underwear, exchanging them for the dry ones with swift efficiency. Despite his attempt maintain his outward composure, his reddened face and lack of eye contact proved otherwise.

"Hey, I'm just wantin' to let you change in there so you won't have to see more of me than ya have to already." He shrugged a shoulder and made his way inside the room since the prince wasn't willing to toss him a few things.

"But if you insist. Don't say I didn't give ya the chance." Going over to his dresser, Goku pulled out a t-shirt and some shorts along with a pair of boxers.

With intentional lack of tact, Goku took off his towel and tossed it to the bed before starting to put on the clean clothes while humming to himself.

aaaaaaaAAAAAAAAAA I SAW THE MOVIE 

i loved it jfda;gjgj; it was so much fun wowie the thing that really stuck out to me is how-- animated?? some characters’ expressions were?? like i really noticed it with whis, frieza, and goku, off the top of my head ahaa whis rocking back and forth in delight while gushing about. uh. whatever food he was eating i couldn’t catch it rip during his first scene killed me and single-handedly revived my whis muse istg

also i notice three movies later whis is still taking that ‘goku as the next destroyer’ dream to the grave with him lmao i also noticed that vegeta blames goku for frieza coming back to life instead of beerus, which even beerus himself finds unexpected pffft

this was also the first time i didn’t just groan internally every time frieza came onscreen fjkfda; okay no that’s exaggerating i actually do like frieza i just really enjoyed him in this movie lmao the absolutely no-nonsense, cold way he offed paragus and then hammed it up for broly to see what he’d done, blaming it subtly on goku? and all just to see if broly’s power could peak any higher? what a conniving, little shit omg i loved it

jfjda; and seeing this in a theater with other people was so much fun! people literally cheered at particularly cool moves or at transformations ahahgjfa; and there was such a diverse range of people in there :o i was surprised

ALSO the transformations in this movie were really cool! like it wasn’t just screaming to power up, some of them were really smooth and fluid and just. flowed IDEK it was just. really nice to kinda show that they were more. intuitive or something idk

i was disappointed by the lack of berry blue and frieza interaction tho `A` from their descriptions, it was sounding kinda like a lord shen and soothsayer relationship, and i was so ready for that to be a Thing tbh lmao

wait, so yamamoto and hibari are "overdone" but not yamamoto and gokudera?

sfkdflsakfs i never claimed that yama/goku wasn’t overdone in the past. i just feel like the fandom for them has died down over the years, whereas yama/hib has kinda remained baseline consistently (lucky!!!! i’m jealous tbh). 

also most khr ships are based on their battle dynamic in the series esp any ship involving Hib the Battle Maniac and so a lot of ships w/ hib feel stale to me bc all the fanart / fanfic I’ve found is just ‘ let/s fight –> let‘s fuck ’ ??? the khr fandom of the past was not v creative. also hib isn’t my (mod lazy) fave character but the fandom / companies Love him so i’m kinda meh about him in general lmao. 

also i’m an unapologetic yama/goku shipper until my dying breath and starved for content bc it’s gone from being a popular ship to an almost dead ship that nobody wants to like anymore bc somehow gokudera hate has become a thing and nobody wants to ship him w/ anyone, which makes me sad?? like wtf let my tired kid be loved by a nice dude like yams.… .. esp when angry troubled guy + sassy nice guy ships are popular in other fandoms like voltron ??? gdi

I spent this morning going through our thread (from way back at the end of Dec 2017), I was such a Tumblr newb who didn’t know how to trim reblogs gdi lmao. But I managed to trim things down nicely, with the thread having around 25 parts! So thank you so much for going through that thread with me way back, I look forward to continuing our Krillin x Zangya AU soon!

You (and others) can find the thread itself (started on my multi-muse) here as it is pretty much the end look I’d want all my completed threads to be at haha. So if you’d like, please give it a (re)read, or at least skim through to check the posts/parts are in order, thanks!

The thread is set after the Bojack movie, with (a reformed) Zangya and (Policeman) Krillin meeting up, then dealing with Androids 15-14-13. Featuring other muse cameos like: Vegeta, Piccolo, Goku (via telepathy) and Dende. This is to set up Krillin as the new main character in his own story, especially as part of this blog!

“Good, that should do it.” Vegeta was relieved, Bulma gave a good speech, and it helped that she mentioned Kakarot saving the planet many times before, the Earthlings should remember that. Unfortunately, that was for the generation around who witnessed it all and was willing to talk about it, the next merely heard stories or had no clue. They were just a couple of people telling them what to do in their heads.

“Guys! The Spirit Bomb’s gotten bigger, but I don’t think it’s enough to defeat Buu, we need everyone on Earth to donate their energy to pull this off!”

All hope seemed lost, but a certain celebrity fighter stepped up to secure their victory.

“Listen here everyone!

These people who are fighting for us on another planet, this Goku guy was the World Martial Arts Champion before me, and became my disciple after I defeated Cell. Capsule Corp has always been one of my top sponsors alongside HETAP!

So please, you can trust them, I know I do. Now everyone, raise your hands so we call all defeat Majin Buu together! I know you’ll be tired after all this, so everyone gets a free HETAAP on me, the champ! Mister Satan!”

“Alright, it’s ready!” By some miracle the Spirit Bomb was fully charged, Vegeta continued to fight Buu to stall and was kicked aside before the pink monstrosity noticed the energy. The setup was all there, but Goku was hesitating.

“Oh what now Kakarot!?”

“I can’t do it, if I throw the Spirit Bomb now, you’ll be destroyed too Vegeta! Bulma will kill me!’

Bulma felt usless on Namek as she could no nothing more then stall the dragon and wait on the final wish comand to the dragin. She wish she could do more, but when Vegeta comminicate with her to convince everyon on Earth to send enegry to Goku.

Bulma wondered what to say and took a deep breath, wondering how everyone on Earth would hear her but she was sure everything was set up.

“Hey everyone on Earth this is Bulma Briefs the presiednt of Cpasual Corp. I have knowing Goku for years now and he has saved earth over and over. You have no idea how much you owe him.

Goku has never asks for anything in return till today.”

Bulma puased

“Therefore raise your hands to the sky just this one so Goku can save the Earth one more time, or do you all want to die?”

“What do you want, woman?” Vegeta asked her as he walked past, a towel around his neck after finishing another intense gravity training session. Yes, Kakarot was dead and will be staying dead too. Maybe he was training so hard and alone lately because he was still trying to come to terms with that, his rival, the goal of one day surpassing him, it was meaningless now he was dead.

“How’s the boy?” he added casually as he looked at Trunks. Maybe that would be his next goal, to train his son to become the best like himself. Naturally, that will come after his own goal to attain the transformation that Gohan showed during the Cell Games, if anger was the trigger, then Vegeta had a lot of that to use.
