bruh i weighed myself this morning and weighed 124 still 😭😭😭 i’m so disappointed omg i was hoping at LEAST 122 bruh. i walked a lot tdu tho, i walked an hour to my friends house then went to the mall for the couple hours then walked around so i burned almost 300 cals and all i ate was strawberries, a protein bar, and a chicken skewer with salad and a piece of cheese garlic bread (with i feel really guilty abt) i hope i weigh less tmr omg

got scared to weigh myself againn. tmr morning i promise. i ate well tdy a bit more then usual but i had to swim for work and i worked out after then walked around quite a bit. all i ate tdy was:
yogurt bowl with pb2 + vanilla protein powder with fruits (like 250 c@ls)
protein bar (180)
turkey pepperoni stick with cheese stick (150ish)
salad with chicken and beans and other veggies (250ish)
i didn’t get to do much cardio aside from walking but i did a good ab workout.

weight myself a couple days ago and weight 124 which is ok. i was hoping to be like 120 but losing 6 pounds in 6 days is pretty good. if i can continue to lose a pound a day then i’ll be so close to my gw by the time i leave for my cottage. probs gonna wait till tmr or tuesday to weigh myself but i feel like i’m getting skinner 😁. i’ve been eating decent like today all i ate was:
- small portion of sweet potatoes with bean salad and a slice of turkey breast
- lots of grapes and some blueberries
- southwest salad with lots of veggies and chicken and greek yogurt dressing
i also ate some of my moms salad that i feel rlly guilty about since it had candied pecans and oil😬
oh well! on edge about weighing myself tmr but it will give me perspective on how harsh my diet will be this week!

update!!! (if anyone cares)
weighed 130 last weekend and that made me feel so sick so i haven’t really been eating and i just got a gym membership in the building i work so i’ve been working out a lot. i went on the stair master for 40 mins tdy and burned 300 c@ls :). also if anyone has relationship advice i’d love some advice bc i like this guy i work with but i can’t tell if he likes me backkk

i ate too much yesterday and need to not eat but i tend to eat too much when i get home so i’m gonna walk around then go to the library to avoid eating. i hope it works i go camping next weekend and i want to be 115.

update (incase anyone cares)
i maintained after yesterday but i walked around so much tdy cause i had a school event from 8am-11pm and it’s basically just walking. all i ate was a junior chicken, half a slice of pizza & a parfait.
estimated c@ls:
junior chicken: abt 380
pizza: abt 180
parfait: abt 250
total c@ls estimate: 810
tbh i did really good i didn’t finish any of the food i ate which i usually struggle with. i also had a couple free ones with alch in them and a gatorade but i feel like i burned them off tdu along with a bit of popcorn. my friends all brought a lot of snacks too i only ate things i really wanted so i’m pretty happy with myself!

medium sized apple - 95
dark chocolate - 90
chicken soup - 80
but then i ate a salad with 3 chicken skewers and a bit of avacodo so i’m guessing my totals around 700-750 c@ls 😬
gonna get a coffee tmr morning then try to st@rve the rest of the day :)
i also did a ab workout tdy and biked for abt 30 mins!!
i really hope i still lose 🤞🤞🤞
