research the benefits of fast1ng
collect low c4l recipes
go get a piercing or tattoo
deep clean something you don’t clean often (fridge air filters and dryer lint vents are a good place to start and you can save on your electric bill!)
clean out your car
hang out with friends
study/do home work (if you’re in school ofc)
bake / cook for someone else
watch a movie
research future hair/nail/eyelash (etc) ideas to get as a WL reward
try a new hair style
daydream 🤤

Can I ask how you've been able to lose weight? My cw is the same as your sw and I'm feeling so discustinggg I want to get skinnier :( i've been starving myself but nothing happens
i’ve been there i’ve been a stuck at my cw for a while now and it feels terrible.
the easiest way i lost weight was through exersice or constantly counting calories it was from setting food away from my mind. instead of fixating on what/when you want to eat find distractions. being on both sides of overweight/underweight i found the fastest way to lose weight was keeping my mind off food.
some ways i did that are:
- doing pilates
- doing my makeup
- planning outfits
- going through clothes
- keeping myself busy through errands/chores
- doing school work
once you starve your self for long enough your metabolism slows down causing you to mantain/gain weight so that could definitely be the reason you can’t lose right now! try drinking green tea or black coffee i found those helped me a lot!!

I look at myself and all I can see is this weight that’s suffocating me, hiding the person I want to be.
But I can imagine it—how my arms would look so delicate, how my bones would show through like I’m something fragile, something light. I’m not there yet, but I will be.
One day, I’ll be dainty and breakable, and all this extra weight will be gone. That image keeps me going. I just need to keep pushing, and I’ll finally become the fragile, beautiful version of me I’ve always wanted to see.
I can't wait to finally meet that version of me 🫶🏻

didnt wanna weigh myself tdu and be disappointed but what i ate today was:
- a pear and grapes
- a plum and apple
- frozen mango 🥰
i really hope i feel skinny and weigh less tmr i feel like i look the same. but my mom said i look like i’m withering away so ig that’s a good thing
