Okay, this is getting ridiculous.

I have just watched a YTShort about a manhwa recc with the "Reverse Harem" tag on it; and when someone asked what the final pairing was, some people got offended that the FL ended with everyone, and that it was "one of the true perverse harems out there" (this is a direct quote, btw).

My siblings in Christ. The manhwa is LITERALLY TAGGED WITH "Reverse Harem". THAT IS WHAT A REVERSE HAREM LITERALLY MEANS. IT DOES NOT MEAN "everyone loves the FL but she only loves the ML". It has always pissed me off that that is what it usually tagged as "Reverse Harem". It really feels like there's a severe mistagging issue in the works. If you know how the tag "Harem" works, then you basically know how "Reverse Harem" does too.

Besides, if you do not like a "Reverse Harem" story, then why did you read it in the first place? The rules are as simple as AO3's works': don't like, don't read. Don't go complaining and criticizing the work when you've been warned in the genre tags. The world is big, I'm sure you'll find other works that better fit your expectations.

I've been re-watching Epic The Musical animatics (again) and I still have nightmares about two particular animated monsters, @mircsy's Polyphemus and @gigizetz's Scylla. So I want to know what you guys think:

Okay but guys, I think we all forgot about this tiny detail:

Do you know what that means?

It means that Odysseus sailed through a storm again after being directly betrayed by his men and comrades, lost approximately 90% of his men to the god of the Sea, were (basically) stranded on an island owned by a goddess/witch who inmediately turned more of the crew left into pigs, had a meeting with another god who gave him drugs to fight her, had to fight the goddess while high on said drugs, was (almost) seduced by said goddess but managed to reject her, and was then left with a mission to go to the Underworld.

And he did all of that while still having been awake for nine days straight.

Guys, it's been proven that you start to hallucinate by the third day of insomnia; Odysseus' nine days are literally lethal levels of sleep deprivation.

My respect for Odysseus has been shot through the roof. If I were Odysseus and figured out that I was betrayed by my own men while saddled with 9 days of sleep deprivation, I would have commited an Odysseus right then and there on the crew and then simply jump off ship to drown.

So, fun fact: Inmediately after Odysseus stabs the suitor that threatened to cut Telemachus' hands in Odysseus, it is the ONLY time in the musical Odysseus' guitar (his personal insteument) is totally discordant; and after that Ody's voice was a brutally deep snarl, not even singing anymore. So, I headcanon that while yes, Odysseus was furious in the first part of the song, THIS is where domething inside him finally snaps entirely and he absolutely looses it

Do you know what I just realised?

During the whole Ithaca Saga animatics, even when the massacre is over, even when he is first reuniting with his son and hugging his wife tears on his face and sobs wracking his body, Odysseus' eyes were always red. His wrath and hate is still burning through him, even after the violence is done, even when he finally reunites with his loved ones after twenty years of fighting and endles pain.

His eyes ALWAYS stayed red.

(And to make this a little bit lighter, if you headcanon his red eyes being Ares' blessing, now I definitely see Ares over olympus being like "You're mine now, king-boy" and thus begins Athena and Ares' continuing dispute/war for Odysseus as their warrior, like
