Ingredients: 1 lb dried black beans, rinsed and soaked overnight. 1 onion, finely chopped. 2 jalapenos, seeded and finely chopped. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1 red bell pepper, diced. 4 cups vegetable broth. 1 teaspoon cumin. 1 teaspoon chili powder. 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. Cilantro for garnish. Lime wedges for serving.
Instructions: Place soaked black beans in the crock pot. Add chopped onion, jalapenos, garlic, and red bell pepper. Pour vegetable broth over the ingredients in the crock pot. Sprinkle cumin, chili powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper over the mixture. Stir the ingredients to combine well. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until beans are tender. This Kale and Feta Egg Bake is a perfect dish for large gatherings. It's a healthy and flavorful breakfast or brunch option that's easy to prepare and sure to please a crowd.
Ingredients: 8 large eggs. 1 cup chopped kale. 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese. 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper. 1/4 cup diced red onion. 1/4 cup milk. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano. 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme. Cooking spray.
Instructions: Turn on your oven and heat it up to 375F 190C. Chop the kale and dice the red bell pepper and red onion. Saut them in a skillet over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are soft. Put away. Add the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, dried oregano, and dried thyme to a large bowl and mix them together using a whisk. Spray cooking spray on a 9x9 inch 23x23 cm baking dish. In the bottom of the baking dish, spread out the vegetables that have been sauted. The egg mix should be poured over the vegetables in the baking dish. Break up the feta cheese and sprinkle it on top. After the oven is hot, bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is just a little golden brown. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down a bit before cutting it up and serving. Have fun with your tasty Kale and Feta Egg Bake!

Instructions: Set the oven temperature to 350F 180C. Butter a 9-inch circular cake pan. Cream the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a large mixing bowl until the mixture is fluffy and light. Beat the butter-sugar mixture thoroughly after adding the eggs and vanilla extract. Mix the salt, baking soda, and flour in a different bowl. Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture gradually and stir until a cookie dough forms. Add the nuts if using and chocolate chips and stir. Grease the cake pan and evenly distribute the cookie dough. Garnish with rainbow sprinkles, if you'd like. A toothpick inserted into the center should come out clean or with a few crumbs after baking for about 25 to 30 minutes in a preheated oven, or until the edges are golden brown. After letting the cookie cake cool in the pan for ten to fifteen minutes, move it to a wire rack to finish cooling. Enjoy the convenience of a rotisserie-style chicken cooked slowly in your crockpot, with flavorful herbs and spices infusing every bite.
Ingredients: 1 whole chicken 3-4 pounds. 2 teaspoons paprika. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon onion powder. 1 teaspoon dried thyme. 1 teaspoon dried rosemary. 1 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
Instructions: In a small bowl, mix together paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Remove giblets from chicken and pat dry with paper towels. Rub spice mixture all over the chicken, including inside the cavity. Place chicken in the slow cooker, breast side up. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165F 75C. Optional: For a crispy skin, transfer the chicken to a baking sheet and broil in the oven for 3-5 minutes until golden brown. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before carving and serving.

Ingredients: 3 lbs beef chuck roast. 1 onion, thinly sliced. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 1 cup beef broth. 1/2 cup soy sauce. 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce. 2 tbsp Dijon mustard. 1 tbsp honey. 1 tsp dried thyme. 1 tsp dried rosemary. 1/2 tsp black pepper. 8 crusty sandwich rolls. 8 slices provolone cheese.
Instructions: Put the beef chuck roast in the crock pot. Beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey, thyme, rosemary, and black pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl. Add the mix to the slow cooker with the beef. For 8 hours on low heat, or until the beef is soft and can be torn apart with a fork. Take the beef out of the crock pot and use two forks to shred it. Take the liquid out of the slow cooker and set it aside to use as a dip. Put a slice of provolone cheese on the bottom half of each of the sandwich rolls. Shred the beef on top, then put the other half of the roll on top. Serve the sandwiches with the cooking liquid that you saved to dip them in.

Ingredients: 1 medium ripe banana, peeled and sliced. 1 cup fresh orange juice about 2-3 oranges. 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt. 1/2 cup ice cubes. 1 tablespoon honey optional, for added sweetness. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. A pinch of salt.
Instructions: Using a blender, blend the Greek yogurt, fresh orange juice, honey if using, a pinch of salt, and the banana slices. Set the blender to high speed and blend until all the ingredients are well mixed and the smoothie is smooth. If you want to make the smoothie sweeter, you can add more honey.
